Abstract

Google Forms works as a form of professionalism in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in making students keep learning. Preparation to work from home is anticipated with socialization activities using Google Forms as a first step to the success of the education process through online learning. This research was conducted online with data sources of 41 MIN 1 Paser educational community with data collection techniques through interviews, non-participant observation, and document studies. Using a qualitative approach in the form of case studies, data are collected interactively according to the Miles and Huberman models. The results show: MIN 1 Paser teachers during work from home are using Google Forms as an education room and assignment bag during online learning activities. Teacher professionalism is built to always be creative and innovate in the Google Form space. Present meaningful teaching with learning videos and quizzes that motivate students. Create a new cultural tradition of teaching from paper to online form sheets.

Abstract

Implementation of Personal selling at UD Amsar Kabun motors are the efforts made by the salesperson or salesman in marketing the products of Honda motorcycles. In the market motorcycle products, using the theory of Philip Kotler salesman who said the implementation of the promotion Personal selling consists of: find prospects activities, communication with customers, serving customers, gather information and negotiate with consumers. Overall indicator relevanced Personal selling activities performed UD Amsar Motor Kabun, so the prospects are looking indicator is divided into 2 parts: a deal and a hot prospect prospect. To see the relationship between the implementation of the promotion Personal selling by sales volume and realization of the targets set based on a percentage of sales as well as corporate statutes. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of personal selling in the motor Amsar UD Kabun Kab. Rokan Hulu.The experiment was conducted at UD Amsar Motor on Jl Raya Kabun Bangkinang-Edge Stone set sample as many as 48 research respondents consisting of customer samples UD Amsar Kabun motors, while the employee sample as many as 22 people in the census. Data collection techniques using accidental sampling method is a technique of sampling by coincidence/meet directly with researchers and coincidentally matched sample as a data source. Data obtained UD Amsar Motor Kabun obtained through questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of data obtained using qualitative descriptive methods after which the data is obtained, then analyzed, processed, and tabulated in tables and in the discussion that followed by the descriptions in order to further clarify. The data is the formal data on the number of employees and the number of customers acquired targets and actual sales of the company.2Personal selling the implementation of research results conducted byquestionnaire for the Honda brand motorcycle products are in both categories,namely 73.11% for the 48 respondents. It is explained that the implementation of thePersonal selling is looking for prospects in terms of activities, communication withcustomers, serving customers, gather information and negotiate with consumers hasbeen carried out either by a salesperson or salesman UD Amsar Motor Kabun.Keywords: Personal Selling (product, price, promotion, distribution)

Abstract

Figurative language is language that used words or expressions which has different meanings from literal interpretations. Every figurative language is used in literary works especially poem, to better understand its intentions and messages. It also used to express feeling like a happiness, grieving, heartbreak, and disappointment of the author. This study aims to describe the types of figurative language and the pragmatic effects used in @poets Instagram social media. This study used the Abrams theory in which figurative language consists of alliteration, allusion, assonance, hyperbole, imagery, irony, metaphor, metonymy, onomatopoeia, paradox, personification, simile, and synecdoche. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data of this study are 16 poem posts from the @poets Instagram account and the writer only took data uploaded from October 2, 2019 to November 19, 2019. Data is collected by using several steps: opening, reading, screenshoting, and coding. The writer used some steps for techniques of analysis data, as follows: presenting the data, describing the context, interpreting the data, and making conclusion. The result of this study is figurative language that contains on @poets Instagram Social Media, there are, Assonance 3 data, Hyperbole 6 data, Personification 3 data and Simile 4 data. Also, 5 kinds of pragmatic effects that are used namely Expressing Negativity, Enchancing Meaning, Objectivication, Identification, and Emotion Expression.

Abstract

Abstrak. Sekolah Anak Percaya Diri merupakan sekolah binaan Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak yang menjadi wadah pembelajaran bagi anak-anak korban kekerasan. Confident Children's School telah membantu ratusan anak korban kekerasan dengan memulihkan trauma sekaligus menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri. Mereka diberikan psikoedukasi dengan tema “Pengenalan Hak dan Perlindungan Anak serta “Pencegahan Bullying di Tingkat Masyarakat” yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mereka mengenai hak-hak anak dan perlindungan anak dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi pelanggaran hak-hak anak dan pemahaman tentang bullying pada anak. guna mengembangkan sikap menghargai, menghargai dan melindungi satu sama lain. Metode quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan one-group pretest-posttest design digunakan dalam pendekatan pencegahan bullying serta hak dan perlindungan anak, hal ini terlihat dari hasil post test mereka. Kata Kunci:  Psikoedukasi, Perundungan, Komunitas.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan istilah yang muncul belakangan ini dan istilah tersebut mempunyai kesamaan dengan akhlak yang bentuk jamaknya “khluluq” dalam hal ini para ahli menyatakan bahwa istilah tersebut sesuai jika di sandingkan dengan istilah ta’dib yang mana istilah ta’dib merupakan istilah pendidikan cuman lebih spesifik kepada pembinaan akhlak. Akhlak di kenal juga dengan istilah sopan santun dan sopan santun di istilahkan dengan karakter seseorang, maka di sinilah titik temu kedua istilah tersebut. Sedangkan pendidikan karakter Al-Qur’ani adalah sebuah proses bimbingan akhlak yang di lakukan dengan cara sengaja, terenacana, sistematis oleh pendidik dengan berdasarkan nilai-nilai kandungan al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini bersifat empiris (fiel research) yang bersumber langsung dari lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Analisi data dilakukan dengan reduction, display dan congclution. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa al-Qur’an yang dikenalkan dengan metode Stifin tidak hanya hidup dalam dimensi hafalan tetapi secara implementasi tergambar dalam setiap perbuatan santri, sehingga nilai-nilai Qur’ani dalam bentuk karakter benar-benar hidup.

Abstract

Pajak adalah salah satu sumber pendapatan negara yang sangat berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi negara Indonesia, salah satu jenis pajak yaitu Pajak Penghasilan. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis terkait dengan mekanisme penerapan pajak secara umum di PT Swasana Wedding. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan penyampaian materi secara langsung serta simulasi dan diskusi terkait perhitungan, pembayaran,dan pelaporan pajak. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian kepada masyakat ini adalah bahwa akan dilakukan pendampingan dalam manajemen dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia di Perusahaan dalam memahami aspek pajak.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers’ synergy in religious research must be integrated with science, technology, and social sciences and involve collaboration with other subject teachers to produce higherquality research products. This study aims to reveal the role of Islamic Education teacher synergy through digital technology research in developing a culture of literacy and science integration in madrasah aliyah. Qualitative research with a post-positivistic approach was conducted in January 2023 at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Insan Cendekia Pekalongan, Central Java. Primary data were obtained through indepth interviews with the deputy head of student affairs and IRE teachers as research program supervisors. In contrast, secondary data came from documentation of the research results of the Madrasah Young Research (MYRES) team that won a silver medal at the national competition. The results showed that the synergy of IRE teachers in guiding student research could strengthen the culture of religious literacy, such as the study of Surah Maryam verse 23 with the tahlili interpretation approach, semantics, and physiology, which became the basis for the research product “al-Istisyfa” as a relaxation tool for pregnant women. This product integrates religion, science, technology, and social sciences, thus demonstrating the successful integration of various fields of science in religion and technology-based research.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine whether using the Contextual Guessing Technique significantly affects students’ reading comprehension in the tenth grade of SMKN 1 Kepenuhan Hulu. The data analysis technique this researcher uses is statistical analysis, namely descriptive analysis. The data gained was taken from the students in the tenth grade of SMKN 1 Kepenuhan Hulu. The instrument used in collecting the data was a reading test. The population of the research consisted of three classes. The researcher used a sample of two classes, which became the experimental class and the control class. The study found that contextual guessing significantly affected students’ reading comprehension. It can be seen that the result of the hypothesis testing was 0.000. It was lower than α =0.05. And the result t-value = 9.524 and t-table = 2.064. It is t-value > t- t-table, meaning that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The use of CGT had a significant effect on students' reading comprehension. The students' reading comprehension improved through the Contextual Guessing Technique. Using this technique, students do not spend their time searching for the meaning of words using a dictionary
