Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at PT. Eka Putra Prada. The method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. The sample in this study amounted to 94 respondents using the Slovin method and using questionnaires and interviews as research instruments. Through instrument tests and data analysis techniques which include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression equation tests, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination tests, the results were obtained that product quality assessment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. (Y), service quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y), price (X3) has a negative effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) and assessment of product quality (X1), service quality (X2) and price (X3) significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) at PT. Abstract

In this research, there are several problematic phenomena raised in 2022 regarding Government Law Enforcement regarding the Implementation of Nightlife in Pekanbaru City in 2022 regarding the public's unrest regarding the "Gold Dragon" nightlife venue which is still operational until the early hours of the morning and has committed many violations of regulations. Pekanbaru City Regional (PERDA) Number 13 of 2021 concerning Public Order and Community Peace. So the public asks the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) and the Government to carry out strict and intensive supervision in monitoring the abundance of nightlife in Pekanbaru City which is currently thriving. So this role is of course the authority of the Government for Satpol PP in supervising and implementing applicable law enforcement. Not only that, the imposition of sanctions, administrative fines, revocation of business permits for business owners (night entertainment) must be even stricter and the sanctions greater in order to have a deterrent effect on these business actors. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, primary data is obtained directly from informants, while secondary data is data that supports or strengthens primary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that Government Law Enforcement and the Implementation of Satpol PP's duties in controlling night entertainment businesses in the City of Pekanbaru, especially the "Gold Dragon" night entertainment, are running as they should, but there are deficiencies in the work process carried out by the Pekanbaru City Satpol PP starting from the actions taken. continuation of the reports received, there is a lack of supervision over night entertainment, so the Government's role in enforcing existing laws must be stricter, starting from Revocation of Licenses or Sealing of Businesses, Imposing Sanctions, and Administrative Fines. Abstract

The Global FoodBanking Network (GFN) is an international NGO and FoodCycle Indonesia is a national NGO that collaborates in efforts to minimize food waste in Indonesia starting from 2019 until now. In collaborating as two NGOs, The Global FoodBanking Network (GFN) and FoodCycle Indonesia have an important role in minimizing food waste in Indonesia as implementers, catalysts and partners according to the NGO theory of David Lewis dan Nazeen Kanji. The Global FoodBanking Network (GFN) and FoodCycle Indonesia contribute by distributing leftover food that is still good and fit for consumption to people in need, inviting anyone, both individuals and groups, to donate, introducing the program they created as a form of education and reminder to people. to minimize food waste, as well as providing practical skills training through the FoodCycle Farm program. Abstract

This research is based on problems related to the function of the village government in development in the agricultural sector, which includes irrigation which still does not irrigate all rice fields, the minimal APBDes budget in the agricultural sector and limited road access to rice fields in Talontam Village. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the function of the village government in development in the agricultural sector and the obstacles faced by the village government in development in the agricultural sector in Talontam Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where the location of this research is in Talontam Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Then, the data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques which describe data and information based on existing facts and then analyzed systematically. The results of this research show that the government's function in development in the agricultural sector in Talontam Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency can be seen in several functions, namely; First, the development function is related to the creation of water channel irrigation, procurement of superior varieties of seeds and agricultural technology. Second, the service function is related to the distribution of fertilizer, seeds and control of pests and diseases. Third, the empowerment function in development in the agricultural sector is related to the existence of a guidance program for local farmers. Furthermore, there are several obstacles faced by the Talontam Village Government in development in the agricultural sector, namely the lack of APBDes in the agricultural sector, problems related to land area, problems in food productivity, climate change and a lack of agricultural infrastructure which causes the function of the village government in development in the agricultural sector is not yet optimal. Abstract

This research aims to determine the waiter service at the Place Restaurant, The Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru. Tangibility, Empathy, Reliability Responsiveness and Assurance. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach to describe and explain the situation that occurred by collecting data and information in the field. The key informants in this research are Food and Beverage Management, supervisors and consumers. In this research, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that having a uniform is mandatory, providing a comfortable restaurant space, prioritizing service, providing service in good language, providing solutions and providing good facilities for guests. Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon related to the Jemput Antar Ibu Melahirkan (Jamela) program, namely the absence of a team that records pregnant women who want to give birth. There are several village areas that are difficult to reach by ordinary vehicles, in addition to the customary factors of giving birth to traditional birth attendants to preserve local culture. This study uses qualitative research methods, research data obtained by interview techniques. The results of this study are: (1) the implementation of the Jemput Antar Ibu Melahirkan (Jamela) program at the Perhentian Luas Health Center, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency 2018-2023 has not been implemented optimally, because the aspects of communication and resources have not been implemented optimally. Meanwhile, the aspects of disposition and bureaucratic structure of the implementing party have been implemented; and (2) the factors that become obstacles to the implementation of the Jemput Antar Ibu Melahirkan (Jamela) program at Puskesmas Perhentian Luas, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency 2018-2023 are consists of internal and external factors. Internal factors come from the puskesmas, such as the absence of adequate vehicles to reach all Puskesmas working areas, the absence of a socialization team from the Puskesmas, lack of number and availability of midwives in following up the Jamela program, and the fact that the midwife on duty is not in place during working hours. While external factors come from the community, namely some people who still entrust the birth process with traditional birth attendants due to local customs and culture, and the lack of public awareness about the importance of giving birth in accredited health facilities. Abstract

Since the decentralization or regional autonomy policy in 2001, it has authorized local governments to regulate their government. Regulation of foreign investment and also resulted in a conducive investment climate in the region. Indonesia The issuance of Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment regulates regulations and basic policies in Investment in Indonesia. In addition, the Riau Provincial Government issued Riau Provincial Regulation Number 10 of 2017 concerning the Provision of Incentives and Ease of Investment and Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2018 concerning Investment of Riau Province. This makes the realization of PMA in Riau Province PMA in the second quarter of 2021 reach its peak in 5 business sectors. This qualitative research uses data collection techniques derived from books, journals, scripts, official documents, reports and websites that have relevance to the research. This study also uses the perspective of liberalism with the level of national state analysis, as well as the theory of fiscal decentralization. The results of this study show that since the issuance of the Riau Provincial PMA regulation, namely: 1) Riau Provincial Regulation Number 10 of 2017 on Providing Incentives and Ease of Investment; 2) Riau Provincial Regulation Number 7 of 2018 on Investment) Riau Governor Regulation Number 52 of 2018 on Instructions Implementation of Local Regulation and Regulation Number 10 of 2017 on Incentives for Ease of Investment 4) Riau Governor Regulation Number 6 of 2019 concerning General Plan for Investment of Riau Province in 2019-2025. Since the issuance of the regulation, the number of investment realizations in Riau Province has increased by 1,919,314.70 (Million US$), the percentage of Indonesian migrant workers increased by 58.08% and the GDP of Riau Province from IDR 558,492.72 billion before the regulation, to IDR 704,705.03 billion after the regulation. Abstract

This research analyzed the interests of the Padang City Government in establishing a Sister City Cooperation with Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province (Vietnam). The Padang City Government had carried out cooperation since the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in 2016. This cooperation involved sub- state actors in international relations activities, which was included in the paradiplomacy phenomenon as an effort to fulfill regional interests in advancing regional capabilities or potentials in accordance with the mandate of regional autonomy policies. The Padang City Government and Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province had their respective regional government interests in implementing cooperation to achieve their common interests. This research employed a qualitative method, namely through interviews and library studies, as well as secondary data materials. The research utilized the perspective of liberalism and paradiplomacy theory, where paradiplomacy refers to the ability of sub-state actors to become actors in international relations. The findings of this research indicated that the interests of the Padang City Government in establishing a Sister City Cooperation with Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province were to maximize the capabilities of its region, boost the economy that had declined in 2013, and resolve various issues in the agreed-upon cooperation fields. By utilizing this research as a policymaking consideration, the Padang City Government and other local governments seeking to engage in international cooperation as sub-state actors could take appropriate steps. Abstract

Sungai Paku Village has a Dam Tourism Object that has the potential to develop and is known to many people, but the management of the Sungai Paku Dam Tourism Object is not well managed. So, Good Governance Tourism needs to be monitored to find out. In the acknowledgment received from the Chairman of POKDARWIS Natural Tourism Object Sungai Paku Village Dam Mr. Rasyid, he said that the Sungai Paku Village Dam has been inaugurated since 2018 as a tourist attraction, and in 2020 that is when the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, the management of the dam began to be hampered and ended with a drastic decrease in the number of visitors. In addition, the problem phenomenon in this research is that there is a conflict between the agencies that have the authority to build this dam, namely the Public Works and People's Housing Office of the Republic of Indonesia and the Tourism Office. This research intends to find out how the implementation of Good Governance Tourism is not optimal in the management of Sungai Paku Village Dam Tourism Object, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. Location of Research in the Dam Tourist Object located in Sungai Paku Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. This research uses the theory of Good Governance Tourism proposed by Sunaryo Good Governance Tourism or a good governance of tourism is essentially the coordination and synchronization of programs between existing stakeholders as well as the involvement of synergistic active participation (integrated and mutually reinforcing) between the Government , private sector / tourism industry, and related local communities. The data analysis technique used is Qualitative data analysis is done when the empirical data obtained is qualitative data. The results of the Good Governance Tourism Research in the Management of Tourism Objects Sungai Paku Dam Village Kampar Kiri Subdistrict, Kampar Regency Year 2020-2023 has not gone well, this is because out of 10 indicators only 3 can be implemented. The biggest obstacle that occurs in Good Governance Tourism in the management of Sungai Paku Dam Village Natural Tourism Object, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency Year 2020-2023 is the lack of coordination between the village government and the tourism department in the development of tourist objects. Abstract

This research discusses Indonesia's interest in importing sugar from Thailand in the period 2018 to 2022. Indonesia imports sugar with the aim of meeting the national sugar consumption needs which continue to increase while domestic sugar production is not yet able to meet demand. Thailand is one of the sugar importing countries for Indonesia because sugar from Thailand is famous for its high quality, optimal agricultural conditions and sophisticated processing technology. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through literature studies sourced from several books, journals, articles and websites. This research uses the perspective of Liberalism and International Trade theory The research results show that Indonesia's interest in importing sugar from Thailand is due to economic and political interests. Indonesia's domestic sugar production faces various challenges which result in an inability to meet the increasing domestic demand for sugar. By importing sugar from Thailand, Indonesia can maintain price stability and sugar availability in the domestic market. Apart from economic interests, Indonesia's political interests in importing sugar are to maintain and strengthen bilateral relations and regional economic stability, supporting Indonesia's strategic goals with Thailand within the framework of ASEAN cooperation.
