Abstract

Abstrac: Based on the observation at school there were founded some problems as bellows: 1) There is some child who are afraid to show up/ perform in of the class, 2) some of them don’t want to share their ideas, 3) there are the ignorance of child to do the activities, 4) the child are also afraid to answer the question, 5) there is also child who doesn’t want to join with other child. The population and the sample that used in this research are 15 children. The data collection technique is observation sheet. The data technique is T-Test by using SPSS windows ver. 22. Hopefully this research’s result is useful as broad insight to increase child’s self confidence in TK An – Nisa in Marpoyan Damai District Pekanbaru. Based on the first description of the analysis in TK An – Nisa in Marpoyan Damai District Pekanbaru is the low level, it shown based on the Pretest is 179 by the average 13, 33. After gave the animals’ movement treatment, so to the next is to determine Post test that found 301 by the average 20,067, the child before the animal’s movement treatment is “Good” level by 0% and “Enough” level by 33,33% meanwhile in “Low” level is 66,67%.Keywords: Movement feature, self confident

Abstract

Abstract : This reaserch is motivated by the lack of the teachers’ role in the use of the library so that the interest of the students less to visit the library of SDN 110 Pekanbaru. Based on the background above, the reaserch problem can be formulated as follow : how is the role of teachers in the use of the library of SDN 110 Pekanbaru?. The aim of this reaserch is to find out the role of teachers in the use of the library of SDN 110 Pekanbaru. The subject of this reaserch is 4 people who are also as the informan to get the information and data about the role of the teachers in the use of library. The data is analyzed by using descriptive analysis of case study and the approach is qualitative. Based on the interview and the observation, the writer finds out that the role of the teachers as the facilitators is already good enough which can be seen from the books, the comfortable room, and also the tools that support the learning process.Next is as the moderator, the teachers have done it well by giving the advice to the students. Not only as the moderator, the role of teachers as the motivator is also good by making a contest and reward to the students, the last role is as the evaluator, the teachers have done it well too by scoring the students as individual and also as the group. So it can be concluded that the four roles of the teachers in the use of library have been implemented properly.Key words: Reaserch is motivated by the lack of the teacher role in the use of the library.

Abstract

Abstract: The experimental study was aimed to determine the effect of Batak Tor-tor dance against Rough motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Village Kumain Tandun District of Rokan Hulu. The sample in this study were 15 children from 5-6 years old in kindergarten Aisyiyah Busthanul Athfal Village Kumain Tandun District of Rokan Hulu. The data collection techniques using observation sheet that contains the gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Village Kumain Tandun District of Rokan Hulu according to national education ministerial decree number 58 of 2009. Data were analyzed using t-test with using SPSS 23.0. The study hypothesis was a significant influence on the gross motor skills of children after the dance tor-tor Batak. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained t = 15.370 and p = 0.000. Because p <0.05 it can be concluded that there are differences in gross motor skills of children significantly after the dance tor-tor Batak. So it means Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between before and after the experiment with Batak Tor-tor dance.Key Word : Batak Tor-Tor Dance, Rough Motoric.

Abstract

Abstract: This descriptive study aims to reveal the personality of the teacher competency kindergarten Talamau at Subdistrict of West Pasaman. The sample in this study is a kindergarten teacher Talamau at Subdistrict of West Pasaman many as 49 teachers. The data collection technique using a questionnaire containing statements about the competence of the teacher's personality Early Childhood Education. Analysis data technique using large-scale testing and analysis of statistical methods with SPSS for Windows Ver. 20. Based on the results of this study concluded that personal competence kindergarten teachers throughout the at Subdistrict Talamau West Pasaman as many as 49 teachers earn a percentage 85.22%, in the category "High" is 81-100%. The highest percentage was in the indicator to two that present themselves as a person who is honest, noble and example for young children and people with a percentage of 88.48% based on the value of the assessment categories can be categorized as "High". While the lowest percentage in the four indicators to show the work ethic, high responsibility, self-confidence and pride in being a teacher 82.04% can be categorized as "high", it can be concluded that personal competence of teachers in kindergarten Se-Pasaman of the at Subdistrict Talamau west belongs to the category "High". This is in accordance with the opinion of Syamsul Bahri Talib (2010) personal competence is a personal capacity reflects the personality of a solid, stable, mature, wise and authoritative, become role models for students, and noble.Key words: Teachers, Personality Competence.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of field observations to the speech students is still low and teachers are still use learning methods that dominate and not varied. So that learning needs to be given of imaginative play. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of imaginative play to the speech children aged 4-5 years in TK Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study 15 children. The data collection techniques were used that observation. Research hypothesis is that there is a significant effect on students ability to speak after applying imaginative play. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained t = 11.42 and p = 0.000. Because p &lt;0.05 it can be concluded that there are differences in the ability to speak protégé significant after applying imaginative play in learning. So it means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between before and after the experiment to applying imaginative play. The hypothesis test can be seen hitung =11,420 &gt; t tabel = 1,761. So it means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. It can be known from the value of P=45,74. So it means the influence of imaginative play to speech intelligence of children ages 4-5 years is as big as 45,74%.Keyword : Speech Intelligence, Imaginative.

Abstract: This research objectives to be achieved in this study are: To find a picture of the achievement motivation of the athlete mens volleyball SMP 15 Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive, the research methods used to find the widest possible knowledge of the research object that is intended to gather information about the status of a variable or theme, symptoms or circumstances that exist, which is the state according to what their symptoms at the time of the study. The population in this study were male athlete who participated in the volleyball SMP 15 Pekanbaru much as 14 In this study, the sampling technique using total sampling technique, or all the athlete mens volleyball SMP 15 Pekanbaru many as 14 athletes. In this analysis of all the data that has been collected, processed and analyzed in accordance with the manner and conditions stated in the chapter preceding, the following will be analyzed the problems encountered in this study sequentially on "motivation of the athletes performance volleyball SMP 15 Pekanbaru , Based on the results of achievement motivation volleyball athletes SMP 15 Pekanbaru son of five indicators that is equal to 84.29%. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims arrangement of the material on the use of mobile applications in the necessary learning for high school students in terms of the clarity of the material, the material systematics, image support, adequacy of material and support for video/game. The method used in this study, which is a method of research and development (research and development). This material is validated by the supervisor 1 and 2, guidance and counseling teachers SMAN 5 Pekanbaru, and 40 graders X3 SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. This material is tested to the student with the allocation of a 3-hour lessons (3 x 45 minutes). This material consists of understanding mobile phones and applications, a variety of applications as a medium of learning, efforts to use mobile apps as a medium of learning as well as the positive and negative impacts of the use of mobile phones. The results of the development of this material indicates the quality of the material produced is at kategoi "Good", with the acquisition of a score of 4:14 for all aspects of assessment.Keyword: Material counseling, the use of mobile applications, learning

Abstract : This research aims to develop Emotional Management necessary forhigh school students in terms of aspects of clarity, systematics, image support,freshness, completeness of the material, and support for video or games. Type ofresearch is the development of data analysis techniques using data validity. The sourceof the data obtained from the supervisor 1, supervisor 2, four teachers BK, and 38students of class XI SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. From the values given by the experts and thestudents gain calculation results for material gain clarity aspect value of 4.3 whichincludes categories Very clear, systematic aspects of the material to obtain the value of4.3 which includes categories Very Systematic, to support aspects of the image to getthe value 4.3 category that includes very good, for the renewal of the material aspectsof obtaining the value of 4.1 which includes the category of Recently, to obtain materialsufficiency aspect value of 4.3 which includes the category of Most Complete, to supportaspects of the video or games to get the value 4.4 category that includes very good,whereas for all aspects of assessment materials indicate that the materials developedalready meet the criteria expected by the acquisition value of 4.29 which includes thecategory of Very Good.Keywords: Emotional Management Material

Abstract

Abstract : The problem in this research is the low ketermpilan students in drawing illustrations. Based on preliminary data from 30 students in the fourth grade, students who are skilled only 13 people and are quite skilled as many as 17 people with an average score of students in the classical style was 60.9. This has led researchers to apply inductive learning model in teaching art in drawing illustrations. Inductive learning is a process of give presentations to students about examples or illustrations, the topic that will be studied and then guide the students think that the learning objectives achieved. Therefore, action should be taken of teachers is to improve students' skills in drawing so that the classroom atmosphere to be comfortable and not boring for the students, using the approach to disclosure forms or images is simpler but does not eliminate the properties aesthetically a work of art. Based on the research results, when applied inductive learning model can improve drawing skills illustrations of fourth grade students of SDN 97 Pekanbaru on Arts and Culture Learning and Skills. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how the application method to create a basic motion demostrasi Zapin dance creations in class V students of SD Negeri 138 Pekanbaru. Problem Formulation in Research tidakan This class is "Does the application of the method of demonstration can improve basic motor skills Zapin dance at the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 138 Pekanbaru". The subject of this study is the fifth grade students of State Elementary School 138 Pekanbaru. Many students of class V are the subject of research is 32 students comprising 14 male students and 18 female students. Demonstration method of presenting the material is taught a lesson by the teacher to the students by demonstrating the model or the real thing, showing the order of procedure or process of making something of something happening to achieve the goal of teaching and learning outcomes achieved. The method used in this research is classroom action research is a classroom action research which comprises two cycles. To solve the problem of teachers in their professional development were studied on the activities of teachers, student activities are based on the category of highly skilled, skilled, fairly skilled and less skilled. Based on data analysis in this study can be concluded that the ability of students increased from the first cycle to the second cycle. This was evident at an early test of the 32 students who took the tests, students are categorized as skilled as many as 14 students and 18 students categorized fairly skilled. In tests the skills I increased to 28 students who are categorized skilled and 4 students were categorized fairly skilled. And the test of skills II increased to 32 students categorized as skilled. The average teacher activity in the first cycle is 65% with a skilled categories and increased in the second cycle to 91% by the highly skilled category. While the average student activity cycle I is 60% with a reasonably skilled categories and increased in the second cycle becomes 82.5% with highly skilled categories. It can be concluded that the use of methods of demonstration can improve the skills of basic motion steps Zapin dance creations fifth grade students of SDN 138 Pekanbaru.Keywords: basic motion dance, skill, method demonstrations, dance zapin
