Abstract

Abstract:Students in development have a need to communicate and have friends .Students who have difficulty communicating between friends will find it difficult to adjust totheir peers and surroundings. In this case , the school guidance counselor in particular areexpected to be able to take action in terms of increased verbal and nonverbal communicationbetween siswa. one of themthrough group counseling services. This study aims to determine theeffect of group counseling services to the increased ability of Verbal Communication and InterNonvebal class X TKJ SMK TELKOM Pekanbaru in the academic year 2015/2016. Thisresearch was conducted at SMK TELKOM Pekanbaru of the month February 2016 to May2016. The method used is an experimental method with the pattern of pre test-post test controlgroup design. Subjects in this study are the students who have high levels of verbal andnonverbal communication is low and very low. Data collection instrument used was aquestionnaire using Likert scale. Data analysis technique used is the technique of Statistics NonParametric Test namely Wilcoxon test, Mann Whitney test and Spearman rank test. Based onthe results of hypothesis testing turned out to be a significant influence of group counselingservices to the increasing verbal and nonverbal communication skills among students.Effect ofgroup counseling services to the verbal communication skills of students by 48%, whereas theeffect of group counseling services to nonverbal communication skills by 47%.Keywords:Effect Of Guidance Group, Verbal and Nonverbal Communication

Abstract

Abstract: The existence of a child's behavior that we can see like cool and less responsive to parents well, the principally it’s happend because the teenagers are at the phase of conflict storm and stress, i thing they prefer the prejudices and emotions at anyone and the parents themselves, for them, the right thing just from theirs. Therefore, the researchers to develop an expected material that can be used by counseling teachers to give to students. This material is prepared using methods of research and development (R & D) The research to 1) To improve material of the quality interaction in the family. 2) To determine the quality of material produced. This material is validated by the supervisor 1&2, counselor, as well as 19 students. This material is tested to the student with the allocation of 3-hour lessons (3 x 45 '). This material consists of the role and functions of the family, the theories of approach in communication, the characteristics of quality communication in family, factors that affect the quality of the interaction and how to create a quality of communication. The results showed that the material produced in the category "Good". So that the meterial is fit for use by counselor in school.Keywords: Material’s Counseling, Quality Interactions in Family

Abstract

Abstract: This research conducted to developing the material on the students’ selfdevelopment (interest talents) at nineth grade of senior high school, and the description ofadvisability has been reviewed from aspects the clarity of material, material scientific,supporting images, the latest material, completeness of the material, and supporting videosor games. This study is the research development with analysis data technique by usingdatas’ validity. The source of the data obtained from advisor 1, advisor 2, 4 of counselingteachers and 27 of students at nineth grade MIA 1 of SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. Theresults showed that the self-development material has been self development (interesttalents) with the overall quality of the material aspects Very Good . So that the material isfit for use by teachers guidance and counseling in schools.Key word : the Guidance and Counseling materials, self development (interest talents)

Abstract

Abstract: The research which was executed by using the application of Cooperative Learning typed Think Pair Share (TPS) in learning mathematics is aimed to handle the problem of the low learning mathematics score for the sixth grade student at Elementary School 32 Pekanbaru. This research is Class Action Research (CAR) which was executed collaboratively between researcher and homeroom teacher of the fifth a class. The research was executed in three cycles. The research data was obtained from the observations of the teacher’s activity and the student’s activity when an action was done and the result of the student’s evaluation in the end of each cycle. The result of the research refers to the enhancement of the student’s mathematics score in the fifth class of Elementary School 32 Pekanbaru after being done an action in learning by using Cooperative Model Typed Think Pair Share (TPS). This one can be seen from the score of the student’s evaluation. The result of learning before an action was categorized in low score is 62,36, where as in the evaluation of the first cycle is 80,90, the evaluation of the second cycle is 88,18. The percentage of the teacher’s activity in the first cycle is 72,92% in Good category, 91,67% in the second cycle in very good category. whereas the percentage of the student’s activity in the first cycle is 68,75% in Good category, the percentage in the second cycle is the last one is 87,5% in Very Good category. Based on the research and analyses, the conclusion is the application of Cooperative Learning model typed Think Pair Share (TPS) can increase the mathematics in the sixth grade student at Elementary School 32 Pekanbaru.Keyword : Think Pair Share, TPS, The Result Of Learning Mathematics, Cooperative Learning

Abstract

Abstract:The causes of aggressive behavior done by students are complicated,however, it can be divided into two groups, namely, internal and external causes such as anger,frustration, environment, violent model of learning process, erroneously discipline process. Theboth factors cause inhibiting in the development of students’ emotional and social aspects. Theinhibiting in the development of students’ emotional and social aspects is showed by doingaggressive behavior. It influences the development of students’ emotion and behavior at school.The aim of this study is to obtain the impact of group guidance and counseling services to thedecreasing of the aggressive behavior of students grade XI AK/ADP SMK Telkom Pekanbaru,academic year 2015/2016. This study was carried out at SMK Telkom Pekanbaru fromFebruary 2016 to May 2016. The method used in this study is experimental method by using thepattern of pretest and post test control group design. The subject of this study is the studentswho undergo the problems of the high aggressive behaviors. The technique of data analysisuses three formula, namely Wilcoxon Experiment, Spearman Rank Experiment and ManWhitney Experiment. Based on the hypothesis experiment by applying SPSS 16.0, it is obtainedthat the value of sig. (2-tailed) is 0.025. Due to the fact that the value of sig. (2-tailed) fewerthan the α value (0.025 < 0.05) thus it can be concluded that There is positive impact thatsignificant in giving group counseling services in the decreasing of students’ aggressivebehavior give medium contribution, that is 48,5 %.Keywords: group guidance services, aggressive behavior

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the increase in emaptistudents in the experimental group. The research method Control Group pre-test-posttest.Subjek in this study were 22 students who have low empathy in class X SMA Negeri12 Pekanbaru.Hasil MIPA research is to test different before and after the implementationof group counseling in the experimental group using the program SPSS formula obtainedresults Wilcoxon Z = -3125 with sig. (2-tailed) of 0002, because sig. (2-tailed) <0.05 then"There are differences in the level of empathy of students before and after the groupcounseling was held in the experimental group". To test the difference in pre-test and posttestin the control group using SPSS formula obtained results Wilcoxon Z = -2679 sig. (2-tailed) 0789 because sig. (2-tailed) <0.05 then "There is no difference in the level ofempathy of students pre-test and post-test in the control group". Then to see the differencesin post test post test experimental group with the control group used formula MannWhitney in SPSS with the result Z = -3983 with results sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000. Karna sig.(2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 then it can be concluded "there are significant differences betweenthe students empathy post test post test experimental group with the control group" whilethe contribution of group guidance menibngkatkan empathy in students by 55%Keywords: Guidance Group, Empathy,Senior High School

Abstract

Abstract : This research aim to find out student’s level of comprehension before conducting of the threatment by using guidance group service, to find out of the guidance group service process, to find out the comphrehension after conducting of the threatment by using guidance group service, the different of student’s compherehension between experiment group and contrl groupand the effect of guidance group service. The sample this research is class X AK SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru the total was 18 student’s. the result of this research is before conducting of guidance group service, the student category in the middle (100%) the process of guidance group service giving five time. After conducting guidance group service compherehension the category in the middle (67,5%) it mean that there was significant effect between student’s compherehension before and after conductingby using guidance group service. To find out the difference in experiment group and control group using Mann Whitney in SPSS with the result z = -2,266 with sig (2-tailed) was 0,023. The result sig (2-tailed) 0,023<0,005 it mean that “significant compherehension between experiment group and control group”. Where as to contribution for service of guidance group service in student compherehension was 52%.Key Words :Guidance group service , self acceptance

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of service orientation to the interest of the entrepreneur class X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru the academic year 2015/2016. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru from March 2016 to May 2016. The method used is a method of real-experimental with patterns pretest-posttest control group design. Research subjects in this study were students of class X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru with interest in entrepreneurship rendah.Instrument data collection is questionnaire. Data analysis technique used was the statistical technique korelasi.Berdasarkan Wilcoxon test result turns out there are differences in students 'interest in entrepreneurship before and after the implementation of the service orientasi.Selanjutnya after comparison between the experimental group and the control group by Mann-Whitney test results there are significant differences in the students' interest in entrepreneurship experimental group with interest in entrepreneurship students in the control group. Based on the results of Spearman Rank test the effect of orientation of service to the students' interest in entrepreneurship is 11%.Key words: Services Orientation, Interest Entrepreneur

Abstract

Abstract: Communication is a necessity for humans because it is a need to establish a relationship with one another. Therefore, humans are required to skilled in communicating. The desired communication certainly assertive communication so that both parties feel comfortable doing the communication. Furthermore, in this study uses group counseling services as an independent variable (X). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Guidance Services Group Against Assertive Communication Students SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. This type of research that is in use is a real-experimental with patterns pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects were students of class IX IA which has a low assertive communication numbered 20 people. Based on the results obtained by processing data of significant figures (Asymp. Sig) 0,005 with alpha (α) of 0.05, it can be concluded 0,005 <α (0.05) which means that Ha Ho accepted and rejected, so "There are differences in the level of assertive communication before and after group counseling services. "From the SPSS version 16 obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.691 / r = r2 = 0.47 the 0691 then it can be concluded that the influence of group counseling to students assertive communication is 47%.Keywords : Guidance group , assertive communication.

Abstract

Abstract: The high level of unemployment and the growing number of educated unemployed in Indonesia are caused by lack of jobs and interest in entrepreneurship. In this case the school has a greater opportunity in the growing interest in entrepreneurship, especially for students in school. So far, school has not appeared attempts to handleit. Therefore,need to develop a material of interest in entrepreneurship are expected to be used by the teacher guidance and counseling to be teached to students. This material is prepared using methods of research and development (R & D). The purpose of this research is 1) Establishment of material interest in entrepreneurship in terms of clarity, systematics, image support, freshness and completeness of the materials and support games / video 2) To determine the quality of material produced. This material is validated by the supervisor 1 & 2, teachers of Guidance and Counseling and 35 students of class X.1 SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. This material is tested to the students with the allocation of a 3-hour lessons (3 x 45 '). This material consists sense interest in entrepreneurship, the characteristics of entrepreneurs, profit entrepreneurship, factors - factors that affect interest in entrepreneurship, the types of entrepreneurship for students, measures start an entrepreneurial revolution is the attitude of being an entrepreneur, an effort to foster interest in entrepreneurship and inspirational stories of successful entrepreneurs Indonesia. The results of the development of this material indicates the quality of the material produced in the category "Good", with the acquisition of a score of 4.13 for the entire aspect of the assessment.Key Words: Guidance and Counseling,Interests Entrepreneurship,Senior High School
