Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) is very helpful in the learning process and the delivery of learning materials. The purpose of research is to improve learning outcomes IPS third grade students of SDN 002 Sintong on the subject matter of these kinds of jobs. This study was conducted in 002 Sintong SDN. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) using 2 cycles of Suharsimi Arikunto, instruments used to collect data is the observation sheet teacher and student observation sheet consisting of 6 statement filled out by observers. I then performed UH to 25 elementary students in the form of an objective matter held in SDN 002 Sintong. Data were analyzed and the results did not reach KKM 6 people, 19 people reached the KKM with the amount of the total value in 1850 with a percentage of 74% with UH Baik.Hasil category II increased by 10.6% from the first UH with a total value of 2065 with a percentage of 82.6% with a Very good category. Key Word : Numbered Head Together, learning outcomes IPS

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning process and improve the student’s mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach. The type of research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The research was conducted in studentof grade VII3 SMP N 32 Pekanbaru in the second semester of the 2015/2016 academic year with the subject of as many as 41 students. The research instrument are consists of learning devices and instrument data collectors. Learning device used in this research are consists of the Syllabus, Lesson plan and Student work sheet. The instrument data collector used in this research is consists of the observation sheet and math test. Technique of data analysis is analysis of narrative descriptive and analysis of statistical descriptive. Based on the result of the research show that, the learning process has improved and the student’s mathematics learning outcomes have improved after applying the Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach. The Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach can be used as an alternative in learning, because it can improve the learning process and improve the students learning outcomes.Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Think Pair Square Approach, learning process, students

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to improve learning outcomes biology class XI Science SMA Taruna Pekanbaru through the implementation model of Discovery Learning (DL) using the Concept Map, the research was conducted in SMA Taruna Pekanbaru in April-May 2016. The parameters measured were the result study of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The methods of this research was classroom action research. It had been done in two cylce. There were planning step, acting step, observation step and reflection step for each cycle. The research instrument used was learning devices and data collection instruments. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate the cognitive aspects of daily tests first cycle that 80.97 (Enough) increased in the second cycle into 84.67 (enough). Students who complete the first cycle of 27 students (89.91%) and the second cycle is 27 students (89.91%). While the average aspect of attitude in the first cycle that 67.40 (Less) and increased in the second cycle into 87.19 (Good). Furthermore, the average in the first cycle that psychomotor aspects 78.90 (Enough) and increased in the second cycle into 91.81 (good). Based on these data we can conclude that the application of the model of Discovery Learning (DL) using Concept Maps can improve learning outcomes biology class XI Science Senior High School Taruna Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Abstract: Judged nation of Indonesia colonized by Dutch for 350 years need investigations back to prove its truth. It is not only through the political approach, but also need the law approach. Through the law approach, Resink had showed the force proofs that the nation of Indonesia (firstly called by Nusantara) not all of its colonized by Dutch-Indies Government. As for being the writer purpose in this research are to be aware the arrival of Dutch to Nusantara, to be aware of Dutch political system to occupied in Nusantara, to be aware the background of understanding about 350 years Indonesia colonized by Dutch. Method that is used in this research was history and documentary. Data are obtainable through literature technique and documentation. The result from this research had showed that is not 350 years Indonesia colonized by Dutch, with proofs that are: mentioning of Indonesia's name, law of nations at Makassar in the past, kings and kingdoms that independent in Nusantara at 1850-1910's. Resink calculation, In fact, Dutch only occupied all of Nusantara for 40 until 50 years. However, the writer makes a conclusion that the reality Indonesia colonized by Dutch only for 30 years since the conquest of Aceh in 1912. So since 1912 all regions of Indonesia official colonized by Dutch until in 1942. The understanding 350 years Indonesia colonized by Dutch created by politicians of Indonesia honestly had been to positive values, the purpose to dig up nationalism and patriotism nation of Indonesia, and legitimacy association and federation from nation of Indonesia because condition of nation of Indonesia was separated, and to replaced fight spirits nation of Indonesia. However, the understanding about 350 years Indonesia colonized by Dutch had impacted for composing Indonesia history because it is not historically fact.Key Words: 350 Years, Indonesia, Colonized, Dutch.

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to improve student learning achievement on the topic of colloid in XI science class of SMAN 14 Pekanbaru by implementation of guided inquiry learning. The research was a form of experimental research with the design Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest. The sample consists of two classes, class XI science 3 as an experimental class and class XI science 2 as the control class is determined randomly after normality test and homogeneity test. Experimental class was implied of guided inquiry learning while the control class didn’t imply of guided inquiry learning. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on the results of data processing obtained tcount > ttable is 5,67 > 1,67 means that the implementation of guided inquiry learning can improve student learning achievement on the topic of colloid in XI science class of SMAN 14 Pekanbaru. The effect implementation of guided inquiry learning to students’ learning achievement improve is about 36,07%.Keywords: Guided Inquiry Learning, Learning Achievement, Colloid

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesia is one of the countries with a lot of natural resources. One of Indonesia's natural wealth is coal. The potential of coal resources in Indonesia are in Kalimantan, Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi and Papua. Coal in Sumatra one of them is in West Sumatra, around Batang Ombilin, Sawahlunto. The purpose of this study is to (1) Describe the initial stages of exploration and exploitation of coal mine Ombilin Sawahlunto. (2) Describe the background of the workers involved in extracting the Ombilin coal mine in Sawahlunto. (3) Knowing the life of coal miner Ombilin Sawahlunto. The research method used by the writer is historical method, with qualitative descriptive approach, and using data collection techniques such as literature study, observation, interview and documentation. Coal was first discovered in West Sumatra precisely in Padang Sibusuk discovered by Ir. C. De Groot, while the coal around Batang Ombilin was discovered by Ir. W.H. De Greve. Mining method used in the Dutch era is deep minning with sandfilling system. Coal in Sawahlunto has depth and layers of different layers. The miners are divided into forced, contracted and free laborers. Facilities obtained by miners are housing, clothing, food, and health insurance. Currently the Ombilin coal mine is still there, only the process is being suspended.Key Words: History, Ombilin Coal, Mining Methods, Mine Workers

Abstract :One of the exertion that move in improving the quality of human resources is involved actively in the Organization. And for students can follow in the his school each. the environment is one of the determinants of the behaviour of a person be it a home environment, school, and community, the activities of the organization can help the formation of adolescent thought patterns. In Fact, not all students in a school are willing andinterested to the organizational activities, This is because many students assumed that the organization is an activity that is boring and not interesting. One way to deal with this is with the encourage mentor motivation of teachers,homeroom and guidance and counseling teacher in schools. The Refore, researchers found it necessary to develop amaterial about the motivation of the organization which is expected to be used by the teacher's guidanceand counselling to be given to their students. This material was compiled using the method ofresearch and development (R&D). The purpose of thisresearch is 1)Compile the material to the appropriate organizational motivation for students of class X 3 SMA Negeri 2 Tambang. 2) To find out the quality of the organizational motivation material produced. This material is validated by the supervising lecturer 1& 2, one of the lectures FKIP BK UR, a teacher mentor, 6 colleague, and 30 Students class X3 of Tambang senior high school 2 . This materials are gived to the students with the allocation 3 times (3 x 45 ').This material consistsof the meaning of motivation and organization, motivation theories, types of motivation and organization organizational characteristics,organizational elements and factors that affect the motivation of Association. Research results from the development of this material shows the quality of the material produced is in the category of "Good", with the acquisition of score for overall assessment of aspects of 3.37.Keywords: Development of guidance counseling materials, organizational motivation

Abstract

Abstract : The problem this research is the Student Achievement of natural Science SD Negeri 038 Sekeladi Hilir fourth graderes still low with an average value of 62,6 and minimum completeness criteria (KKM) social studies is 70. Between students, amounting to 25 people only 10 students who achieve classical KKM with 40%. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which aims to improve the student achievement of natural Science class IV at SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir with implementation Cooperative Learning Model, Type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Formulation of the problem : Is the implementation Cooperative Learning Model, Type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) can improve Student Achievement of natural Science at SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir. The research was conducted on March 18, 2015 to April 22, 2015 by 2 cycles. Subjects were students of SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir, totaling 25 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this thesis is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. This thesis presents the results obtained each day before the action an improve in base score cycle with the average being 62,6. in the first cycle improve an average 73,4 and an improve in the second with an average of 87,4. Activities of the teacher in the learning process in cycle of 54,16% and the second meeting improve 75%. Cycle II first meeting and the second meeting improve 79,16% and the second meeting improve 91,66%. Results of data analysis of students activities in the first cycle with the first meeting of an average 58,33% and a second meeting improve to 75% . Cycle II first meeting improve 79,16% and the second meeting improve to 87,5%. Resultsin the class IV at SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir that the implementation Cooperative Learning Model, Type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) can improve Student Achievement of natural Science SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir.Key Words : Cooperative Learning Model, Type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD), Student Achievement of natural Science.

Abstract

Abstract:This research aims to improve student learning outcomes inCivics subjects (PKn) through the implementation of cooperative learning model Type Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) in the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 115 Pekanbaru. The issue of poor learning outcomes in teaching civics teacher caused not involve students in the learning process, the learning process tend to be boring, students just listening to the teacher, inactivity such as this will have an impact on student learning outcomes or achievement. The subject of this research is the fourth grade students of SDN 115 Pekanbaru. This research through four phases include planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data collection techniques in this research is through observation, testing, and documentation. Data analysis technique is to discuss the research results include the activities of teachers and students as well as student learning outcomes include, completeness individual, classical completeness, and calculate the percentage increase in student learning outcomes before and after the action. The results stated activity teachers and students increased during the learning process of type Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD), so that the learning outcomes of students increased. Increased activity of teachers demonstrated by the observation of the first cycle assessment to obtain good categories, increased in the second cycle with very good category. Similarly, students activity, which in the first cycle to obtain the first meeting and the second meeting enough categories increased with good category, then increased in the second cycle reaches very good category. Improved learning outcomes in the first cycle of 13.1% to 71.1% classical completeness. At second cycle acquired learning outcomes increase of 24.7% with 93.3% classical completeness that is otherwise completed. This means that as expected the researcher. Thus we can conclude the implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD in class IV SDN 115 Pekanbaru can improve student learning outcomes of theCivics subjects (PKn).Keywords:Cooperative Learning Model Type STAD, PKnLearning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to increase the students’ mathematics learning class III Elementary School 012 East Kampar by implementing cooperative learning model STAD. The background of this research is the low result of learning mathematics, seen from a value of 20 student do not reach KKM 12 student (60%) and reach KKM 8 student (40%) with an average value of 56. The minimum completeness criteria (KKM) is 61.The method of research is classroom action research, conducted in two cycles with phases including planning, action, observation, reflection. Data collection techniques are observation techniques, test, and documentation. Data collector uses observation sheets and test learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using analysis of the activities of teachers and students, as well as analysis of students learning outcomes. At the first meeting of the first cycle of teacher activity percentage 62,59% with a good category, the second meeting increased to 75,00% with a good category. At the first meeting of the second cycle percentage increased to 87,50% with verry good category, the second meeting increased to 100,00% with a verry good category. Activities of students has increased. In the fisrt cycle of the percentage in the fisrt meeting 64,38% with good category, the second meeting increased to70,70% with good category. At the first meeting of the second cycle increased to 88,55% with verry good category, the second meeting increased to 99,00% with verry good category. The average result of study prior to the application of the model is 56,00, rising to 71,00 in first cycle, and the second cycle increased to 98,00. The result showed that the application of cooperative learning model STAD can improve students’ mathematics learning outcomes.Key Word: Mathematics Learning Outcomes, Cooperative Learning Model STAD
