Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study are as follows: 1) To determine Is the role play method can improve the social behavior of children aged 5-6 years old in early childhood Pelangi Kasih District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. 2) To find out How can I improve the social behavior of children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Pelangi Kasih District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru 3) To know the improvements are the social behavior of children aged 5-6 years after the method of playing a role in early childhood Pelangi Kasih District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. The subjects were PAUD Pelangi Kasih District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru, amounting to as many children as 15 children, consisting of five men and 10 women. Collecting data using observation, documentation and interview. Based on the survey results revealed that an increase in Social Behavior obtained prior to action for the first cycle increased by 30.7%. While the increase in the Social Behavior of the first cycle to cycle II of 80.8%, and the overall increase in the Social Behavior of the preliminary data for the second cycle of 97.0%. Conclusion The hypothesis testing is proposed in this research that says "There is an increased Social Behaviour Children Aged 5-6 Years Through Role Playing Method in ECD Pelangi Kasih District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru," unacceptable".Keywords : Social behavior, role playing method

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to improve grade VA students mathematics learning achievemant at SD Negeri 62 Pekanbaru academic year 2014/2015 through “Application Of Model Problem Based Learning To Improve Grade VA Students Mathematics Learning Achievement At SD Negeri 62 Pekanbaru”. This research was conducted in March. The numbers of students are 28 students which contains of 16 boys and 12 girls. This research is classroom action research which contains of two cycles. Each cycle consist of 2 meeting. Parameter of the research is involve students learning achievement after the action in each cycle (daily test I, II). Instrument of the research contains of learning tools (syllabus, RPP, LKS, learning result paper sheet), observation of student and teacher activity sheet. Data of the research will analyse descriptively. Research data show that learning achievement has increased. Where prior to the application of the methods of model problem based learning as much as any 18 students (64,29%) scored daily test is above or equal to the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). It was improved to 71,43% after using the application of model problem based learning in first cycle. In the second cycle increased to 89,29%. Activities of the students during the learning process (I, II cycles) is can be categorized very well. From the explanation above shows that application of model problem based learning can be improving grade VA students mathematics learning achievement at SD Negeri 62 Pekanbaru.Key Words : problem based learning, students achievement mathematics

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is in the Putra volleyball team at the Putra Club MVC Pekanbaru in conducting a smash that is less directional and not good and also involves muscle strength, endurance, agility, speed, flexibility and also the coordination of movementsThe problem that will be seen is the relationship between leg muscle power and the accuracy of the smash in volleyball. Body posture or leg length can produce better explosive power compared to lower body posture. This research will be carried out at the MVC Putra Volleyball Club in Pekanbaru, which is located at Jalan Fajar Sigung-Pekanbaru, and at the Rumbai University of Physical Education, University of Riau, held in July - August 2019. The sample in this study is the PutraMVC Volleyball Club in Pekanbaru. which numbered 12 people. Based on the results of the study concluded that the accuracy obtained by leg muscle power has a relationship with the accuracy of Smash in the MVC Pekanbaru volleyball club male athletes, the accuracy obtained by the reaction time has no relationship with the Smash Accuracy in the MVC Pekanbaru volleyball club male athlete. There is a joint relationship between leg muscle power and reaction time to the Smash Accuracy in the men's athlete volleyball club MVC Pekanbaru.Key Words: Leg Muscle Power, Reaction Time, Smash Accuracy

Abstract

 Abstract : This classroom action research is aimed to improve learning process and mathematics learning outcomes by implementing Cooperative Learning  Model with Structural  Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Approach. The research subjects are 36 heterogenous academic ability level students of the VII.5 class of Junior High School 17 Pekanbaru in academic year of 2016/2017. The research implemented in two cycles in which each cycle consisted of four phases, i.e; namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. By the end of a cycle, formative test was held. The data was collected by doing observation of teachers and students activities and formative test. The research shows learning process improvement after the implementation Cooperative Learning Model with Structural Numbered Heads Together (NHT) approach.. Most of the students participated actively and responsible in the learning process e.g. discussing, presenting student’s worksheet, responding to classmate’s presentation, and drawing the lesson conclusion. Additionally, the students afforded to answer the written test given by teacher well. Furthermore, the number of students passing the KKM on base score, formative test I (first cycle), formative test II (second cycle) were respectively 36,1%, 50%, and 69,4%. The percentage of KKM achievement also indicates the increase after the implementation, thus it can be said that the students’ learning outcomes also increase. Finally, the research also shows that  cooperative learning  model with structural  Numbered Heads Together (NHT)  approach can improve mathematics learning process and learning outcomes of VII.5 class students of Junior High School 17 Pekanbaru. Key Words :   Math Learning Outcomes, Cooperative Learning  Model with Structural  Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Approach, Classroom Action Research.

Abstract

Abstract : This research based on low mathematics learning achievement of student class VIIb SMPN 4 Peranap. Percentage of students reach KKM is 39,29%. The research was classroom action research. This research aims to improve learning process and student outcome by implementing cooperative lerning model structural approach of Think Pair Square (TPS). There are 28 students in the class, consisting 13 boys and 15 girls. The instrumen of data collection on this research are observation sheets for activities of teachers and students and math achievement tests. The observation sheets of teachers and students are analyzed qualitatively while the math achievement tests are analyze quantitative. The qualitative analysis showed an improvement of learning process prior to treatment of the first cycle to the second cycle. The result of this research showed an increase in student from the based score with the persentage 39,29%, to 64,29% on the first test and 75% on the second test. From the result of this study concluded that cooperative learning model structural approach of Think Pair Square can improve the students learning achievement at class VIIb SMPN 4 Peranap in the second semester academic years 2015/2016.Key Word : Mathematics learning outcome, cooperative learning model structural approach of think pair square, class action research

Abstract

Abstract: The problem of this research is the low skill of writing narration composition of student at IIIA grade SDN 188 Pekanbaru, from 37 students, students with very skilled category 2 students, students with skilled category 5 students, students with quite skilled category 15 students, students with less skilled category 15 students. The method used in this research is classroom action research, conducted in 2 cycles which aims to improve the skill of writing narration composition of student at IIIA grade SDN 188 Pekanbaru by applying the learning models think talk write (TTW) . The subjects of this study are student at IIIA grade SDN 188 Pekanbaru. Data obtained through observation and test. The results showed that the percentage of teacher activity in the first cycle of 72.22% with good category and cycle II increased to 83.33% with very good category. In addition, student activity on the first cycle of 72.22% with good category, in the second cycle increased to 83.33% with very good category. Meanwhile, the result of narration composition writing skill after applying of the learning models think talk write increased on UH1 with average 73,43 with big increase from base score 25,41% and mean UH II is 79,76 with big increase from score base of 36.22%. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that the application of the learning models think talk write (TTW) can improve narration composition writing skill of student at IIIA grade SDN 188 Pekanbaru.Key words: Think Talk Write, The narration composition writing skill

Abstract

Abstract : This study purpose to know learn dicipline students before and after group tuition and to know how big influence of Tuition group to discipline learn Class student at class X SMA Handayani Pekanbaru academic year 2014/2015. problem is, 1)Determine level of learn discipline before tuition grup. 2) Determaine proses of tuition group with student learn discipline. 3) Determine effect of student learn discipline after tuition group. 4) To know the different learn discipline before and after tuition group. 5) To know effect level of student learn discipline with tuition group.The method used in the study was quasi experimental, quasi experimental studies in which no treatment was the dependent variable. Subjects of this study and the sample totaled 206 sudents were taken by random sampling technique were 30 samples from students of class X SMA Handayani Pekanbaru. The results of the data analysis that the appointment of acquisition is greater than t table t at 5%, = 2.000 (11,405> 2.000) , Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means that there are differences in the study significantly between student discipline before and after the implementation of group tuition services in class X SMA Handayani Pekanbaru of 38%.Keywords: group tuition, disciplinary learning, students

Abstract

Abstract : The research was conducted to determine the types of insect pollinators on watermelon (Citrulus lanatus) agricultural land Pekanbaru City in February to June, 2014. Research results are used to teaching materials in the form of learning modules, insektarium media and interactive learning media. This research was carried out by two stage that is the field research stage and stage development of learning resources. Data retrieval technique using total sampling with threere search stations. Station I : located in the Naga Sakti Street, RT 02/RW 02, SimpangBaru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru. Station II : located in the Lintas Timur Street Kilometers 18, RT 05/RW 08, Kulim Village, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru. Station III : located in the Ikan Parang Street, RT 03/RW 05, Muara Fajar Village, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru. Biological parameters observed are the type of insect pollinators and physical parameters include temperature, humidityand light intensity. The results showed that there are 13 species of insect pollinators belonging to 6 families and 3orders that the Order Hymenoptera, Order Lepidoptera and Order Diptera. Order Hymenoptera Family Apidae (2 species), Family Anthoporidae (1 species), Family Vespidae (1 species). Order Lepidoptera Famliy Nympalidae (5 species), Family Pieridae (3 species) and Order Diptera Family Syrphidae (1 species). Results of the study can beusedas a learning resourcein the form of learning modules, insectarium media and interactive learning media on biodiversity material class X High School. The average valueof learning resources developed ranged from 3.31 to 3.51with the validity criteria are very valid. The final stageof the research conducted limited testingof learning modules were tested in class X SMA N 8 Pekanbaru the number of students as many as 34 students. Based on the results of this research is that learning resources developed can already be implemented with the validity criteria are very valid.Key Word :Type Insect Pollinators, Plants Watermelon, Learning Resources

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to get a description of the Implementation of Adiwiyata Program in the Growth of Student's Attitude to the Environment at SMPN Kota Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in September 2016 until February 2017. The sample in this study were 44 students of grade 8 SMPN 4 Kota Pekanbaru (Adiwiyata school) and 44 students of grade 8 SMPN 14 Kota Pekanbaru (school not yet adiwiyata) chosen by purposive sampling. The data collection instrument used is a closed questionnaire. Closed questionnaire consists of 20 statements that are divided into 4 indicators: Environmental Based Curriculum, Participatory Based Activity, Utilization of School Infrastructure Facility and Commitment in School Environment Maintenance. All closed questionnaire items are valid and reliable. Questionnaire covered student's caring attitude towards the environment through pearson correlation test, where all item of statement declared valid. To test the reliability of questionnaire through alpha test Cronbach's obtained alpha of 0.79. This validity and reliability test is analyzed with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Studies) version 17.00 for Windows. The collected data were analyzed descriptively. A description of students' awareness toward the environment at adiwiyata school and school is not yet adiwiyata obtained as follows: Attitude attitude of student to environment at school of adiwiyata showed value 2,72 with category "Baik" while attitude of student care to environment in school yet adiwiyata show value 2,29 With the category "Enough" and known Ho refused Ha accepted, and tcount (3,683) ˃ ttable (1,988) or significance (0,000) <0.05. This means that there is a significant difference in the attitude of students' environmental awareness between SMPN 4 Pekanbaru and SMPN 14 Pekanbaru. Thus, the attitude of students 'care towards the environment in adiwiyata school is higher than the students' attitude toward the environment in the school is not yet adiwiyata.Keywords: Comparative Study, Environmental Attitude, Adiwiyata

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the level of emotional intelligence of students, To know the picture perindenter kecerdaan emotions of students, To know the level of conflict management students who have on him, To know the picture of student conflict management indicators. The sample in this research is all students of SMP class VIII which amounted to 134 people. The result of this research is the emotional intelligence of students in general is in the high category with the percentage of 76.9%, then in the middle category with the percentage of 14.2%, and then in very high category with the percentage of 8.9%, students' emotional intelligence per-indicator of the most Students are selected on the indicators of managing self-emotion, and the least are indicators of recognizing self-emotion. The average student conflict management strategy lies in a compromise strategy.Keywords: Analysis, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management
