Abstract

Abstarck : This was a classroom research (PTK) which has two cycles which was conducted on 12-27 March 2015. The data shown the either learning process increased. The basic score of daily examination as 16,71% which 22 students passed and 9 students failed. The ending of daily examination was 70,97% and the average was 81,13% on the passing grade. The second daily examination also increased from basic score as 23,10% which 29 students passed and 3 students failed. The ending of second daily examination was 90,63% and the average was 85,97. Based on the explanation above it can be concluded that the implementation of direct learning increased students’ achievement the result of science studies of students III grade of State Elementary School 183 Pekanbaru.Keywords : Direct Learning, Students Achievement The Result Of Science Studies

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this descriptive research was to describe the students’ Language Learning Strategies in learning English. The population of this research was the second year students of English study program of FKIP Universitas Riau of 2014/2015 academic year. The whole number of the population is about 86 students. Due to the large population which is consisting of 3 classes, the random sampling technique is used. One of the classes is taken as the sample as many as 30 students. The adopted from SILL questionnaire (Strategy Inventory for Language Learning) version 7.0 is used to collect the data. The collected data were analyzed by calculating the scores of the students in answering the questionnaire and classified them to a certain level of SILL Profile of Result. The research finding can briefly explain as follows: First the result of the SILL shows that, the most often Language Learning Strategies used by the students is the Compensation strategies with mean score 3.90 (classified as High level). Then, the less frequent used strategies by the students is Memory Strategies with mean score 3.22 (classified as Medium level). This means that the students were very good in guessing intelligently in listening and reading but not too well in remembering when they are learning English. The suggestion is it would be better if they also can use the other strategies which are appropriate to their tasks, difficulties and learning objectives. Then, hopefully students can improve their English by using more language learning strategies in their learning to help learning easier, and enjoyable.Keywords: language leaning strategy, learning, English

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is the relationship of agility and speed to run with dribbling skills. This research is correlational research with the entire population of eighth grade boys MTS AL Muttaqin totaling 48 people. The sampling technique in this study is the total sampling. This study aims to determine the relationship between agility with the ball skills mendribling eighth grade students MTS Al Muttaqin, to determine the relationship between running speed with the ball skills mendribling eighth grade students MTS Al Muttaqin, to determine the relationship between agility and speed to run with the ball skills mendribling the eighth grade students of MTS Al Muttaqin. From the results obtained have a relationship with a running speed dribbling skills in the game of football student MTS Al Muttaqin with a correlation value of 0.54. From the results obtained agility have a relationship with the students' ability dribling MTS Al Muttaqin with a correlation value of 0.58. There is a relationship between the jointly run the agility and speed dribbling skills in the game of football student MTS Al Muttaqin with a correlation value of 0.68.Key word: Agility, Sport Run, Dribbling

Abstract

Abstract : The tittle of this research is the effect of guidance group towards the increasing of leadership of IPM branch. Purpose of this research is: 1. To know the leadership of IPM branch before implementing the guidance group services. 2. To know the process of implementation of guidance group services in order to increase the leadership of IPM branch. 3. To know the leadership of IPM branch after implementing the guidance group services. 4. To know the difference between before and after implementing the guidance group services to the leadership of IPM branch. 5. To know is there any influence in the implementation of the guidance group services to increase the leadership of IPM branch. This research used the quasi experiment method, by using one group pretest-posttest design. The subject of this research was members of the IPM branch at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru, about to 30 peoples, by using random sampling techniques. To know the level of students’ leaders by using the questionnaires. Analysis of data using statistical techniques percentage, to distinguish the leadership of students’ between before and after implementing guidance services group t-test was used obtained tgreater bigger than ttable (10.92> 2.0) to the significant level of 5%. So Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means that in this research there is a difference to the improvement of the leadership before and after implementing guidance group services. And then from the product moment coefficient r = 0.53 determinant that is r2 = 0.28. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that there is a significant increase after the implementation of the guidance group services of the leadership of IPM branch at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru 2014/2015 period.Keywords : Guidance Group, Leadership

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is: to determine the role of PAUD headmaster as managers in UPTD district Tampan city of Pekanbaru. So it can be formulated problem of this research is: How role of principal of PAUD as manager in environment UPTD district Tampan city of Pekanbaru? Theoretically, this research is useful to give thought contribution to scholarship related to the role of PAUD headmaster as manager in UPTD environment, Tampan sub-district, Pekanbaru city. This research was conducted in PAUD Sekecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. The time of this research was conducted in June to September 2016. This research was conducted at PAUD Sekecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. This research is conducted in June to September 2016. This research type is descriptive research that is research which try to tell problem solving that exist now based on data, and also present data, analyze and interpret. Measurements of PAUD headmaster role as manager in UPT district environment Tampan city Pekanbaru using questionnaire as many as 34 duplicate, highest score for each statement is 5 and lowest score is 1 which is disseminated to 34 subject of research. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the role of PAUD headmaster as manager in UPTD environment of Tampan city of Pekanbaru is very good because it has an average of 81,07%. That is, the principal of PAUD has been acting as manager in UPT district district Tampan city Pekanbaru very well.Keyword: The Role Of PAUD Headmaster

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to know the life skill to process sago as food by housewife in Strait of Tebing Tinggi District of Meranti Island viewed from (1) personal skill (2) social skills (3) vocational skills and (4) academic skill. This research is descriptive research using qualitative approach. This qualitative method is used because of several considerations. First, adjusting qualitative methods is easier when dealing with double reality; Second, this method presents directly the nature of the relationship between the researcher and the respondent; Third, this method is more sensitive and more adaptable to the many sharpening of mutual influences and to the pattern of values encountered. Given the wide scope of the problem, the authors need to provide limitations of the problem to be studied ie on life skill to process sago as food by housewives in the long districts high cliffs Meranti archipelago district. The problem formulation in this research is "How Life Skill treats sago as food by housewife in Strait of Long Tebing Tinggi District of Meranti Island?". Data collection tools used are observation, interview and documentation. Population and sample in this research is 7 people.Based on the results of research according to documentation data, observations and interviews that can be met there are 4 indicators in accordance with the criteria of personal skills, social skills, academic skills and vocational skills. Housewives in the Meranti Islands District still maintain a small industry based on sago staple food for various foods. Housewives who are members of the group cultivate sago as a food can work well together with each other so that the agreed objectives can be achieved. Housewives have a veiled feel to continue the process of sago in order to meet the needs of his life. Housewives dare to try new things or create, innovate ideas to create something new and different, like making other foods by using sago as the main ingredient.Keywords: Home Industry, Sago Processing, Housewife

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of media on the number wheel the the ability to know the concept of number of children aged 4-5 years in TK Islam Fatimah in sub district Tampan of Pekanbaru City. The research used experimental method with one group pre-test post-test design. The sample used in this study were 15 students. The data collection technique used is observation. Technique of data analysis using t-test test by using program of SPSS 16. Research hypothesis that there is the effect of media on the number wheel the the ability to know the concept of number of children aged 4-5 years in TK Islam Fatimah in sub district Tampan of Pekanbaru City. Based on data analysis known tcalculated = 10,315> ttable = 2,145 with Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. Because Sig <0,05 it can be concluded that there are differences in the ability to recognize the concept of numbers before and after the media on the number wheel. It can be interpreted that there is the effect of media on the number wheel the ability to know the concept of number of children aged 4-5 years in TK Islam Fatimah in sub district Tampan of Pekanbaru City significant as much as 50,87%.Keyword: Ability to know the concept of numbers, Media on the number wheel

Abstract

Abstrak : One of the factors that influence the student's IPS learning process is motivation. The purpose of this study to determine what factors that affect student learning motivation on learning IPS class V Se-Cluster 7 Tampan Disctrict Pekanbaru City and to determine which factors affect the greatest motivation of student learning on learning IPS class V Se-cluster 7 Tampan Disctrict Pekanbaru City. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The result showed that the factors that influence student's learning motivation on IPS learning are 17,9% influenced by student aspiration/aspiration, 17,5% influenced by dynamic elements, 16,9% influenced by student's behavior, 16 , 3% influenced by teacher's effort in to learn student, 16,1% influenced by condition of student environment, 15,3% influenced by ability of student. So the bigger factor influence student's learning motivation on learning IPS class V Elementary School of Class of 7 Tampan Disctrict Pekanbaru City that is internal factor aspiration/aspiration of student that influence equal to 17,9%.Keyword : Motivation in Social Studies

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the fact that IPS students' learning outcomes are low and did not reached of the KKM. There were 26 students who took the set of the test. Which 16 students who not reach the KKM (16,53%) and those who reachedthe KKM only 10 students (38,46%).this research is a classroom action research conducted on students of grade V IPS SDN 007 Pematang Ibul,Bangko Pusako Rokan Hilir.the research indtrument consisti of learning tools based on the educational level curuculum (KTSP)or known as the 2006 curiculum, such as Syilabus,RPP, students worksheet, and observation Sheet, this research was conducted by to cycles, each cycles consists of three meeting face –to face meeting twice, and one daily test at the end of the cycles, with using the learning model of CTL, will improve student learning outcome, this can be seen at the first meeting of the cycles one in teacher and student activities. In the first meeting the teacher activities score get 10 (62,5%) with categorized poor to average. In the second meeting, the score is 12 (75%) with categorized average to good. In the second cycles of the first meeting the teacher activities score get 13 (81,25%) with categorized good to excellent and at the second meeting the score is 15 (93,75%), it categorized good to excellent. In student activities at the first cycleson the first meeting, the score is 10 (62,5%) with categorized poor to averageat the second meeting the score is 10 (62,5%) with categorized poor average. Then, in the first meeting on the second cycles. The student get score 11 (68,75%) with categorized poor to average and on the second meeting the score is 14 (87,5%) categorized goog to excellent. Based on the data abone only 10 student (38,46%) can reached the KKM. After cycle on the were given about 18 students reached the KKM, it becomer 18 students (69,23%). At the second cycle, were increased about 24 students (92,30%). Therefore the average value obtained by the students classically is only (38,46%) at the first cycle were increased up to (92,30%). It means that the classical value obtained by the students has been above of the KKM.Keywords: CTL Learning Model of CTL, Learning OutcomesIPS

Abstract

Abstract : The establishment of an area is always needed in order to achieve good governance and services for people’s welfare in accordance with the ability of each area in the process of development and growth. Every region in the world certainly has its own history both in terms of the process of formation, naming and also the development of the area which is different from other areas so as to make it unique. As well as Pangaribuan Subdistrict in North Tapanuli Regency is an area that formed in the Ducth colonial period. The purpose of this research was to know the history of the formation of Tapanuli district Pangaribuan northern districts, to know the development of Pangaribuan Subdistrict in North Tapanuli Regency since 2005-2015, particulary in education and health, to know the supporting factors and hindering the development of Pangaribuan Subdistrict in North Tapanuli Regency, to know socio-economic circumstances and cultural district community Pangaribuan. The method used is the historical method, where data were collected through observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis was done by descriptive qualitative. The location of the research is Pangaribuan Subdistrict in North Tapanuli Regency. Time of research since proposal seminar up to thesis seminar. The results showed Pangaribuan Subdistricts predominantly inhabited by ethnic Batak Toba , which is unique is this area where there is no resident surnamed Pangaribuan found and the name of the place. This area had been there before foreigners enteneringthis area, after the arrival of foreign nations then began to set in 1906, the region as a subdistrict that is part of the department Onder Afdeeling Silindung which is part of Batak Afdeeling Landen. The development of education and health is sufficient, the main economic sector is agriculture and agricultural potential is still very adequate to be developed. Required for mental renewal and new innovations for the future progress in the future.Keywords: History, Subdistricts Pangaribuan, Development
