Abstract

Abstract: This research was done because of the low learning outcomes of the V th grades of SDN 161 Pekanbaru. It can be seen from test semester on school from 22 students as criterion mastery (KKM) is 75. There are 5 students passed the test, and the are 17 students not passing the test on odd semeseter by having avarage grade is 54,86. To overcome the case, so researcher applyies cooperative learning model of index card match type which is this model to be able to grow students in understanding the concept of learning to be able to estabalish cooperation reletionship between students in answering question by watching index card in their hands. This research is a classroom action research. It is consinsting of the two cycle, each cycle consists of the meetings and only daily test at the end of research cycle. The subject of this research os the students of glade Va of elementry school of 161 Pekanbaru, after improvement of learning by using cooperative learning mode of index card type of student learning outcomes increase from score 54,86 increase in cycle 2 to 80,68 with the oncreasing percentage 27,59% increase again in cycle 2 to 80,68 with the increase of percentage 47,06% this applying of cooperative learning model of index card match type can improve learning result of social of students V grade of SDN 161 Pekanbaru.Key words : Cooperative learning Model, Index Card Match Type,Learning Outcomes Of Social

Abstract

Abstack: The Problem Based Learning model is a learning model that presents students with authentic and meaningfull problems so as to make it easier for them to conduct an investigation and inquiry. Problem Based Learning aims to assist student in developing thinking skill to problem solving and intellectual skills. In addition to training the knowledge and skills of students, this model is also expected to improve student learning outcomes. In this research aims to improve the learning outcomes of students social studies classes VII in SMPN 4 Mandau with problem based learning model. The location of this research in SMPN 4 Mandau district Mandau district Bengkalis. Samples in this study is a Class VII A SMPN 4 Mandau amounting to 36 people. Data were obtained by a test sheet student learning outcomes. Data analysis techniques performed by observation of the teacher's behavior and collect data to learn the results obtained from the social studies test students and analyzed with descriptive statistical techniques. From the analysis result that after the implementation of problem based learning model, there is increased activity of teachers, increase the activity of students and student learning outcomes also increased. From the results of research conducted suggested that primary school teachers in SMPN 4 Mandau can use problem based learning as an alternative learning to improve student learning outcomes.Keywords: Problem Based Learning model, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this research is to find out whether Teacher Performance At Homeschooling Kak Seto In Sail Sub-District Pekanbaru Is Good? The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of teachers at homeschooling kak seto in the sail district of Pekanbaru city. Benefits of this research as input ingredients for researchers in adding insight, knowledge and think critically and analysis. The population in this research are teachers in Homeschooling Kak Seto In Kecamatan Sail Pekanbaru City as many as 30 people and sample in this research is 20 people elsewhere used as sample of trial conducted in PKBM Bina Kreasi in Jalan Harapan Raya Pekanbaru City. Sampling in this research use Descriptive research with quantitative approach. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire containing 48 statement items, Teacher Performance at Homeschooling Kak Seto In Sail Sub-district Pekanbaru City, with indicators 1) ability to plan lesson, 2) ability to implement learning, 3) ability to carry out assessment of learning outcomes. Alternative answers every item statement has a category strongly agreed to be given 4 (four), agree to be given a score of 3 (three), less agree given a score of 2 (two) and not agree to score 1 (one). From the results of research in the know that the Performance Teachers At Homeschooling Kak Seto In Sail District Pekanbaru City is referred to in this study are teachers who work on Homeschooling into the category very well. This is evidenced from the exposure of data recapitulation, namely: 1) the ability to prepare lesson plans, 76% of respondents stated strongly agree (SS) and seuju (S). 2) ability to implement learning 80% of respondents who stated strongly agree (SS) and agree (S). 3) ability to carry out assessment of learning outcomes 77% of respondents who stated strongly agree (SS) and agree (S). Meaning Performance Teachers At Homeschooling Kak Seto In Sail Sub-district Pekanbaru is in very good category because it shows that the three components of teacher performance in the ability to arrange the learning plan, the ability to implement the learning, the ability to carry out the assessment of learning outcomes, good performance.Keywords: Performance of teachers, Homeschooling

Abstract

Abstract: The main problem of this research is the low of learning outcomes (achievements) of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 164 Pekanbaru in social studies subjects (IPS). The purpose of this research was to improve the learning outcomes (achievements) of students in the learning of IPS by using talking stick cooperative learning model. The type of this research is classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles and through four stages that planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The analysis of the data is done by qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of this research showed that the application of the talking stick cooperative learning model has been able to improve IPS learning outcomes (achievements) of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 164 Pekanbaru. It can be seen from the data of student learning outcomes. Students average value before the classroom action were 63.97 and increased became 73.33 in cycle I. Then, its increased again became 82.17 in cycle II. The increasing percentage from the cycle I to the cycle II is 28.45%. The percentage of classical success before the classroom action was 35.89%. After that, Its increased became 58.97% in cycle I and increased again became 82.05% in cycle II.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model, Talking Stick, IPS Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study is based on the low learning outcomes of science students of class V in Elementary School 019 Sekeladi Tanah Putih Academic Year 2016/2017. Preliminary data received by the researchers, from 28 students who achieved the value of KKM only 7 students (29.6%) with an average of 64.37. This research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively and participatively in collaboration with science teacher class V in SD Negeri 019 Sekeladi Tanah Putih. The instrument of this study consists of learning devices used in this study based on Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP). Learning tools consist of syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheets and observation sheets. The result of research got the activity of teacher at first cycle of meeting I that is 60% with enough category, second meeting of cycle I that is 75% with good category. At the second meeting of meeting II is 85% with very good category and second meeting second cycle is 95% with very good category. Then the percentage of first cycle activity of the first student is 55% with enough category, the second meeting of cycle I is 75% with good category. In the second cycle of meeting I is 85% with very good category, and meeting II is 90% with very good category. The students' learning outcomes are complete before the action is held only 7 students (29.167%) with an average score of 64.37. In the daily test I cycle I the number of completed students increased to 13 students or (54.167%) with an average score of 70. Furthermore, in II repetition cycle II increased again with a total number of students who completed 21 students or (87.5%) with an average score of 84.79. The increase in student learning outcomes between the baseline score of one cycle with an average of 8.73% and between the basic score of the second cycle with an average of 31.71%. This means that the classical value obtained by students has been above the established KKM.Keywords: Problem Based Learning Model (PBL), Learning Outcomes IPA

Abstract

Abstract : The background of this research is the low ability of students' problem solving of mathematics which causes the low result of the mathematics students learning. This research used experiment and use design non-equivalent control group design. Population in this research is ll of the first grade students in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. Sample of this research consists of two classes, there are class VII6 as the class experiment and VII5 as the class control. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of applying realistic mathematics eduacation approach to students' ability in mathematics problem solving in KD 3.4 Explain and state the sets, subsets, universe sets, empty sets, complement of sets and perfom binary operation on set using contextual problem and KD 4.4 Complete contextual problems related to the sets, subset, the universe sets, the empty sets, the complement of the sets, and the binary operations in the set. The research instrument used is the test of early mathematics ability obtained from the daily test in previous KD and test of mathematics problem solving (posttest). The result of the early mathematics ability test is used to determination the class sample. The result of the posttest were analyzed using the parametric statistical test of difference of two averages and the magnitude of influence calculated using Cohen's formula. The results of this reseach show that the applying realistics mathematics eduation approach give positive influence to students' ability in mathematics problem solving. The influence of realistics mathematics education approach has an impact of 76% on the problem solving ability of firat grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru and included in the medium category.Key Word : Realistics Mathematics Education, Ability in Math problem solving

Abstract

Abstract; The purpose this paper is to know the level of health of Koperasi Unit Desa Melati based on the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium business, No. 14 / M.KUKM / XII / 2009. The research was conducted at Koperasi Unit Desa Melati in the village Empat Balai District of Kuok. This study started in April 2015. This is quantitative descriptive research.The research result showed that; in 2010 the acquisition of the cooperative health level score was 51.25 to predicate less healthy. In 2011 the acquisition of the rating of the cooperative is to predicate less healthy 48.25. In 2012 the acquisition of the rating of the savings and loan is 48.50 with the predicate less healthy. In 2013 the acquisition of the rating of the cooperative is to predicate less healthy 48.25. In 2014 the acquisition of the cooperative health level assessment score was 48.75 with the predicate less healthy.Keywords: financial statements, the acquisition of the cooperative health level

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to test the influence of the welfare of the performance of employees PT Andritz Pulp and Paper. The population in this study are employees of PT Andritz as much as 30 people. The type of data used is primary data. Data analysis technique using regression, with 6,058 + 0,646 welfare + e. Furthermore the determination R2 variabel independet give influence of 29,9% and residue 70,1 % influenced by other factors in this study.Keywords: Performance , Welfare

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out the types of ferns (Pteridophyta) in Buluh Chinese tourist forest and the design of bology learning handouts for class X SMA, held in December 2018 until January 2019. Determination of the location of the study was carried out using purposive sampling technique based on the presence of ferns in Buluh Cina tourist forest area on the seven research lakes. Based on observations on the seven lakes in Buluh China tourist forest, the District of Siak Hulu Kampar Regency has 24 species of ferns consisting of 3 classes, 8 orders, 13 families. The most found class of ferns is Pteropsida (true nail) with a total of 20 species, while the class Lycopsida (wire nail) only found 3 species, namely Lycopodium cernuum, Lygodium circinnatum, Lygodium microphylum and the least species are the Psilopsida (ancient Nail) Cyanthea contaminans. Environmental factors such as temperature; light intensity, humidity, soil pH suitable for the growth of ferns. The fern inventory produces a class X high school biology learning handout.Key Words: Fern, Tourism Forest, Inventory, Environmental factors

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there are differences in student learning motivation of the workforce in 2013 and 2015 as well as whether there are differences in motivation to learn by force in 2013, 2014 and 2015, the pathway on selection PBUD, SBMPTN and SNMPTN on Pancasila and Citizenship Education University of Riau. Sampling in this research is proportional sampling proporsif. The population in this study were 183 students and a sample of 47 students, which is 9 PBUD students, 20 students and 18 students SBMPTN SNMPTN. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation and questionnaires, the questionnaire consists of 36 statements. Data were analyzed with descriptive quantitative. Data were analyzed by percentage. From the calculation of the percentage of respondents, obtained PBUD student learning motivation, SBMPTN and SNMPTN have a difference of 1%. Based One Way Anova statistical test with a level of 95% (a) = 0.05, obtained sig. 0.002 <0.05 conclude that Ha received or no difference in learning motivation of the students who enter the path PBUD, SBMPTN and SNMPTN Pancasila and Citizenship Education University of Riau. It can be concluded that the overall average of students' learning motivation Pancasila And Citizenship force in 2013 the average amount coming from SNMPTN (135.67), from the path of SBMPTN (134.25), from the path of PBUD (137.5), concluded that students' learning motivation the highest of the entrance of the lane PBUD (137.5). Forces in 2014 the average amount coming from SNMPTN (138), from the path of SBMPTN (132.75), and on the path PBUD (137.33), concluded that the students' learning motivation the highest of the entrance of SNMPTN (138 ). And the force in 2015 the average number of students learning motivation coming from SNMPTN (137.5), of SBMPTN track (130), from PBUD track (134), concluded that the students' learning motivation the highest of the entrance of SNMPTN ( 137.5)Keyword : Difference, Motivation, Path Selection PBUD, SBMPTN and SNMPTN
