Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to determine the level of self-efficacy of learningcitizens of equality education in sanggar learning activities (SKB) kota pekanbaru. So the wording of the problem in this study is how high the self-efficacy of learning from equal citizens of equality education in sanggar learning activities (SKB) kota pekanbaru?. This study is expected to provide benefits as a useful input fir citizens learning equality education about the self-efficacy of citizens learning equality educatiion. And can providde information an knowledge in developing further research for thereader. the type of research used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. the Population in this study is the education package on equality package A, package B and package C from the regular class. The population in this study was 62 people who studied. The formula used to determne the sample size is the Slovin (Bambang Prasetyo, 2005). The sample used in this study was 54 study residents with a ritial level of 0,5%. And 20 study residents were piked up from other plae with the same characteristics. Is the examplary tehnique used in this study is adalah Simple Random Sampling sampling is done randomly regardless of the layers that exist in that population. The tool used in this study was a questionnaire with statement about the self-effiay of citizens learning about equality eduation in sanggar learning activities (SKB) kota pekanbaru. With indicators that perform tasks, stengh of onfidane, overome obstacles in the broad field of assignment. Alternative answer and eash answer is weighted, namely: very confident (SY) given a score 5, confident (Y) given a score 4, sure uncertain (KY) given a score 3, uncertain (TY) given a score2, very uncertain (STY) given a score 1.Key Words: Self-Efficacy, Equality Education Teach Citizens

Abstract

Abstack: Price is the amount of money being exchanged for a product or service. promotion of an activity to increase consumer demand for products offered by producers or sellers. A purchase decision is an action taken by an individual or a group to select any of the goods / services desired. This study aims to determine the effect of price and promotion on purchase decisions. The population in this study are the buyers of Honda motorcycles in PT Hoho and respondents drawn are buyers for teens and adults who have a family, and the respondents are consumers directly and no middleman others, using sampling techniques through simple random sampling method. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test with significance level of 0.05%. Based on the research showed that prices and promotions simultaneously positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. It is based on the analysis results, which show the calculation results F count> F table (100.328> 3.159). Furthermore, by t test to determine whether each of the independent variables affect the dependent variable. The results partially show a significant effect on the price of the purchase decision. This is evidenced in which the t (4.394)> t table (2.002). Furthermore, for the promotion variables showed that significantly influence the decision pebelian. This is evidenced in which the t (7.868)> t table (2.002). The predictive ability of these two variables on purchase decisions in the study of 77.9% (R Square .779) while the remaining 22.1% is influenced by other factors which are not included in this study.Key Words: price, promotion, and buying decision

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning process and increase the student’s mathematics learning outcomes through of The Implementation of Quick On The Draw Activity In STAD Type Cooperative Learning. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycle. The research was conducted in class VIII.6 in the first semester of the 2016/2017 academic year with the subject of as many as 34 students, consist of 13 boys and 21 girls. The research instrument consists of learning devices and instrument data collectors. Learning device used in this research is the Syllabus, Lesson Plan, Worksheet and Questions Card. The instrument data collector used in this research is the observation sheet and math achievement test. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the result of the research showed that implementation of learning process on cycle II had happened improvement from implementation on cycle I. Weakness on cycle I is improved on implementation cycle II according with planning of improvement after reflection cycle I. Number of students that reach Minimum Mastery Criteria increase from basic score to daily test 2. The number of students who reach Minimum Mastery Criteria on basic score, daily test 1 and daily test 2 are respectively 8 person (23,52%), 13 person (38,23%) and 19 person (55,88%). Results of this research indicates that application of the Quick on the Draw Aktivity in Cooperative Learning of STAD can improve learning process and increase mathematics learning outcomes from the students at class VIII.6 MTsN Ujung Tanjung in the first semester academic years 2016/2017 at Basic Competencies 1.3 understanding the concept of relation and functions , 1.4  determining the value of the function and 1.5 sketching graphs simple algebra functions on the coordinate system.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a classroom action research (CAR) is done with the aim to improve learning outcomes IPS third grade students of SDN 013 Bagan Hulu. Research motivated by low yields social studies students is 65.00 by the number of students as many as 20 people. This study aims to improve learning outcomes IPS third grade students of SDN 013 Bagan Hulu to implement cooperative learning model type STAD. This study was conducted using research instrument in the form of observation sheets, and sheets achievement test. Based on the results of data analysis after the study was conducted by two cycles, it is known that the use of cooperative learning model STAD teacher can increase the activity of 79.17 in the first cycle of the meeting rose to 95.83 at the end of the cycle two. Furthermore kativitas students also increased from 66.67 in the first meeting of the cycle, increasing to 95.83 in cycle two. Increased activity was also accompanied by an increase in student learning outcomes IPS students. The average score of student learning outcomes 61.11 thereafter act as much as two cycles also increased to 94.44. Thus the implementation of cooperative learning model type of STD can improve learning outcomes by 0.54%. These research findings could prove the hypothesis of the research application STAD type of cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes IPS class III SDN 013 Bagan Hulu. This means that the research hypothesis is accepted.Key Words ; STAD Cooperative, Learning Outcomes IPS

Abstract

Abstract: The development of beginning reading skills of children are still low. This is caused by teachers who lack of variation method, so that the child is less interested in learn to read. The purpose of this research is to improve the reading skills of children through play smart tube in Bintang Laut kindergarten Bagansiapiapi Rokan Hilir. This research is a classroom action research and the subject is a child in Bintang Laut kindergarten B2 group Bagansiapaiapi with the amount of twenty five people. The average yield in the first cycle increases the child's ability to read better than before, at the beginning of the second cycle of children reading ability increased very well. It can be inferred that the smart tube game can improve children's reading skills of the B2 group Kindergarten Bintang Laut Bagansiapiapi Rokan Hilir.Keywords: Early reading, smart tube

Abstract

Abstract: The preparation of financial statements which is the initial stage of the application of accounting will produce information that has an important role, both for planning, controlling, and for making financial decisions. The Government of Indonesia has specifically regulated the obligations of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to prepare financial statements for the regulation as outlined in the Financial Accounting Standards for Entities without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP). Graha Ponsel and One Piece Ponsel are MSMEs engaged in trading companies that have made financial reports. The purpose can be taken to determine the appropriateness of the application of the Graha Ponsel and One Piece Ponsel Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) financial statements to the Financial Accounting Standards of Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP). Data analysis techniques use descriptive methods where data is collected, compiled, interpreted and analyzed so as to provide a complete description of the problem at hand. In this study the data collected in the form of financial statements in the form of transactions, balance sheets, income statements, equity reports, cash flow statements, and notes to the financial statements. Then the data is analyzed and compared with the Financial Accounting Standards of the Entity without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP). Graha Ponsel and One Piece Ponsel have not compiled a complete financial report according to SAK ETAP. This is based on SAK ETAP which requires a complete financial statement consisting of a Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Reports, and Notes to Financial Statements. Graha Ponsel and One Piece Ponsel only completes the balance sheet, income statement and equity report sections.Key Words: Financial Accounting , Entities Without Public Accountability

Abstract: Based on the observation of researcher in the field, the badminton players of SMK N 5 Pekanbaru didn’t have good endurance. It can be seen athletes are exhausted quickly in doing the exercises and the competition, so that the exercise is not maximum, not free or athletes move slowly, it’s because of excessive fatigue, so that the movement is not maximum, as well as blow’s given also less than the maximum, so that it could be defeated easily by his opponent. The purpose of this research was to determine the effects of the circuit training for endurance badminton team SMKN 5 Pekanbaru. Population in this research are all badminton players of SMKN 5 Pekanbaru. The numbers of players are 8 people. In this research, sampling techniques to be used is a total sampling, the sampling determination when all members of the population used as a sample, so the sample is 8 people. This research instrument used a Bleep Test. The data obtained were analyzed by using t-test. Based on - t produce t-count of 2,595 to 1,753 t-tabel then accepted, at the level of alpha (0.05 in. It can be concluded that there are significant circuit training for endurance In Badminton team in SMK N 5 Pekanbaru. Keywords: Circuit Training, Endurance

Latar Belakang dari penelitian ini adalah Berdasarkan hasil pengamatandiKB Delima Indah Desa Delima Jaya  Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, pada bulan April 2014 peneliti mendapati kemampuan anak mengenal simbol  hurufmasih rendah, anak hanya mampu mengenal beberapa huruf,  Anak masih belum bisa mengenal huruf secara acak, anak tidak dapat membedakan huruf yang mirip, Anak masih bingung membedakan huruf  b dengan huruf d, m dengan w. Anak masih bingung apabila disuruh menyebutkan  huruf yang diperlihatkan oleh guru secara acak, dan anak hanya bisa menyebutkan secara berurutan.Kemampuan pengenalan huruf bagi anak usia dini berhubungan dengan pengembangan aktifitasnya,agar anak memiliki kesanggupan mengungkapkan perasaan dan pikiran secara kreatif,yaitu melalui bermain kartu huruf bergambar. Bermain kartu huruf adalah bermain dengan kartu-kartu huruf yang dimainkan dengan cara membentuk kata,yang terbuat dari kertas karton yang dipotong-potong dalam bentuk segi empat yang bertuliskan huruf-huruf vokal dan konsonan. Penelitian diambil dari anak usia 3-4 tahun diKB Delima Indah Desa Delima Jaya  Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak dengan jumlah murid 15 anak. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi yaitu melakukan pengamatan secara langsung ke lokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus ternyata penggunaan penggunaan bermain kartu huruf bergambar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf  anakdi KB Delima Indah Desa Delima Jaya  Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak dapat dilihat peningkatan sebesar 27,5% dari Siklus I dan pada Siklus II nilai rata-rata anak 37,63% yang berarti ada kenaikan 57,91% dari Siklus I. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan melihat perkembangan pada setiap siklus terjadi peningkatan dengan baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf  melalui bermain kartu huruf bergambar anak usia 4-5 tahun di KB Delima Indah Desa Delima Jaya  Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to increase student achievement by application ofcooperative learning model POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) on learning topic ofthermochemical in XI IPA SMA N 9 Pekanbaru. This is an experimental research withrandomized control group pretest-posttest design. Subject of this research are XI IPA 4as the experimental class, XI IPA 3 as the control class which were determinedrandomly after conducting normality and homogeneity test. The experimental groupwas treated with the application of cooperative learning model POE (Predict, Observe,Explain) while the control group without the application cooperative learning modelPOE (Predict, Observe, Explain). The data analysis to test the hypothesis was using ttestright side. Based on the data analysis, it is obtaine tcount = 3,53 and ttable = 2,00 withα=0,05, dk = 73, tcount > ttable is 3,53 > 2,00, It’s mean that the application ofcooperative learning model POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) can improve studentsachievement on the subject of thermochemical in XI IPA SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. Theraising student achievement category in the experimental class including a high scoreby normalized gain of 0,77.Keywords: Cooperative learning, learning model POE (predict, Observe, Explain),constructivism, learning achievement

Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations in the field it can be seen that the ability to listen to children aged 5-6 years is still in the category of developing. So it is necessary to use augmented reality media. This study aims to determine the effect of augmented reality media on listening ability. This research was conducted at the Bintang Cendekia Scholar Pekanbaru Kindergarten. This study uses an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design with a total sample of 30 children and uses saturated sample techniques. Data collection techniques in this study are observation techniques. The data analysis technique used t-test using SPSS 21 program. The results of data analysis were obtained tcount = 7.886 is greater than t table = 2.048 with a significance of 0,000 <0.05. It can be concluded that there are differences in the ability to listen before and after the use of augmented reality media. The influence given by the augmented reality media based on the N Gain formula was 61.07%.Key Words: Listening, Augmented Reality
