Abstract

Abstract: The problem of this research are some shortcomings, especially in physical condition, muscle strength of arms and shoulders seen when they are practicing sedo boxing, samsak, and at the time of sparing. Can be seen at the time of athlete Dreal Patner a lot of punches in catapult boxing athletes do not have the weight of a punch that means that the opponent does not change the position but returns back punch. The type of this research is experimental treatment (Experimental), this research population is athlete denpal boxing camp Pekanbaru, the sample in this research is the entire population of 5 people. The data retrieval technique can be from pre-test and post-test. The instrument performed in this research is an expanding dynamometer test, which aims to measure arm and shoulder muscles strenght. Variables that exist in this research is bench press exercise which is denoted by X as independent variable, while muscle strength of arm and shoulder is denoted by Y as dependent variable. After that, the data were processed with statistics, to test the normality by liliefors test with a significant level of 0.05. The hypothesis proposed is the effect og bench press exercises on the strength of the arms and shoulder muscles at Pekanbaru boxing Denpal boxing camp athletes. Based on T test analysis, the conclusion is obtained: Tcount of 2.053 and Ttable 2.015, means Tcount > T table. It can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, this concludes that there is significant effect between bench press exercise on strength of arm and shoulder muscles at athlete Denpal boxing camp Pekanbaru.Key Words: Bench Press, Arm and Shoulder Muscle Strength

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research that the leg muscle explosive power on the team is still lacking heroine Pekanbaru, this is seen in performing sports activities volleyball there are many flaws in the possession of the team included the lack or do not produce the jump is not so high jump while doing service, blocking and smash, this is because the authors suspect the team is less precise smash seen from the jump when the execution team did not jump high but jump quite low. This type of research is a kind of research experiments to see the effects of this form of exercise. The purpose of this study is to look at the effects of exercise pogo jump to the leg muscle explosive power of women's volleyball team pekanbaru heroine totaling 12 people. A sampling technique that by using total sampling, where the total population sampled. Data collection techniques derived from the pre-test and post test. Instrument in this study using the power vertical jump test as a tool for measuring the leap. Analyses were performed using t-test. based on data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is significant influence of exercise pogo jump to the leg muscle explosive power in women's volleyball team proved to be the heroine pekanbaru thitung 14.119 and 1.796 Ttabel. Means thitung> Ttabel. At some level ɑ = 0.05.Key Words: Exercise Pogo Jump

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline and learning independence on the learning creativity of students at the Multi Mechanics Vocational School in Pekanbaru. The study was conducted on a population of 44 students from class X and XI accounting of Multi Mechanics Vocational School Masmur Pekanbaru. The type of data used in this study is primary data in the form of data about learning discipline, learning independence and learning creativity. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Descriptive analysis results indicate discipline of learning, learning independence and learning creativity are still in the low category. Multiple linear regression analysis found that learning discipline and learning independence had a positive effect on learning creativity with a contribution of 58.3%. The results of the study found that there was a positive influence between learning discipline on learning creativity by 0.247 and there was a positive influence between learning independence on student learning creativity by 0.524. The variable that has greater influence on creativity is learning independence. The recommendations in this study so that student learning creativity can be improved. There are several ways needed to improve learning creativity, namely by increasing learning independence and increasing learning independence in the learning process.Key Words: Discipline, Independence, Learning creativity

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to improve science learning outcomes with Inquiry learning model in the students of VA SDN 42 Pekanbaru. This study is classroom action research (CAR), with the subject of research was student class VA SDN 42 Pekanbaru.. The result of research showed that science learning through model Inquiry learning can improve science learning outcomes. This can be seen from : (1)teacher activity increases from percentage of teacher activity in the first cycle of 62,50% (good category) , in the second cycles of 87,50% (very good category); (2) students learning activities of increase in each cycle. Student learning activities increased from the percentage of student learning activities in the first cycle of 66,67% (good category) , on the second cycles of 91,67% (very good category);(3)student learning outcomes increase from average value before action equal to 67,69 with completness 51,28% (unfinished), increase in cycles I equal to 10,73% with a value 77,69 (high category), and in cycle II increased by 16,67% with value 84,36 (high category),with overall improvement for the learning result of this science is 26,67%.Key words : Inquiry Learning, learning outcomes, implementation of learning.

Abstract

Abstract : This rsearch aims to improve the learning achievement of school year 2014/2015. The subjects of the research was the student class VB V SDN Sungai Segajah Makmur in number student 24 student. This research is Observational Action braze with two cycles. This observational data points out that learning process experiences step-up. It can be proven before action 60,92 worked up 16,69% as 71.09 on I. cycle on cycle II. worked up 38,50% as 84,38. Activity learns on first cycle appointment i. activity percentage learns as big as 59,37% by reducing category and worked up with percentage 78% by good categories on first meet cycle II. activity learns with percentage 87,50% by categories (very good) and increasing becomes 96,88% (very good). And analisis's result student activity data experience step-up on first meet i. cycle with percentage 55% by reducing category increases to become 78,12% by good categories, on first cycle appointment II. worked up as 82,14% and on appointment fourth increases to become 92,85% by pretty good categories. Observational result at brazes v SD Country 005 Sungai Segajah makmur of Affluent proves that learnings model implement Role Playing can increase ahasil student Social Science studying brazes VB SDN 005 Sungai Segajah Makmur.Keyword: Role Playing Learning model, learning achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a pre-experimental research conducted by using a pre-test – treatment – post-test design which used one group pretest-posttest design. The objectives of this research is to find out whether wholesome scattering game is effective to improve the ability of the first year students of SMAN 12 Pekanbaru in the Academic Year 2016/2017 in writing descriptive text. The population of this research was 372 of the First Year Students of SMAN 12 Pekanbaru and cluster sampling method was used to select one class of students to become the sample. As a result, X MIPA 5 of SMAN 12 Pekanbaru which is total number of the students of class is 35 students were chosen as the sample. The data of this research were collected by giving the writing test about descriptive text (pretest-posttest) to the students. Data were analyzed by using t-test formula. The results of data analysis showed the mean score of pretest was 52.57 and the mean score of posttest was 66.16. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is significant difference between pre-test and post-test because the t-test observed was higher than t-table. In other words, the alternative hypothesis of this research was accepted and null hypothesis was rejected. It also meant that, wholesome scattering game is a technique for teaching that gave a good effect on the ability of the first year students of SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru in writing descriptive texts.

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is the low ability of mathematical problem solving skill of students class X SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. The purposes of this research are 1) to describe the difference of mathematical problem solving skill of students who study through PBL model with student who study through conventional learning with scientific approaching; 2) to examine the improvment of mathematical problem solving skill of students who study through problem solving skill and students who study through conventional learning with scientific approaching. This research is an experimental research (quasi experiment) with The Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population of this research is all students of class X SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. The sample of this research consits of two classes, class X MIPA1 as experiment class and X MIPA3 as control class. The research instruments are mathematical prior knowledge test and matehmatical problem solving ability test. Mathematical prior knowledge test score were used to select the sample of this research. Data were analysed by using Independent sample T-Test preceded by normality test and homogenity of variances test. The result showed that the improvement of mathematical problem solving ability of students who study through PBL model is higher than student who study through conventional learning with scientific approaching.Key Words: Problem Based Learning, Mathematical Problem Solving Ability

Abstract

Abstrack:  The study aims determine the psicomotor of physics students with the use of media in the simulation virtual PhET in SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. This type of research that is used is quasi eksperimental, with the posttest-only control groups design. The population of this research is all students in class X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru, with samples of class X1 as experiment of 31 students  and class X2 as control class of 31 students. The data in this research is a score posttest of psikomotor and analysis with descriptive and inferensial analysis. The analysis of data showed absortion of student in the experiment class is higher than the control class on each indicator of psikomotor. The absorption in class experiment is 90,68 with gread category. Result of inferensial analysis using independent sample t-test, the significant is 0,310 and 1,025, because  and t aitmatic is smaller with t table, then the hypothesis accepted, so there are not significant differences between the psicomotor of students in the experimental class by applying medium simulation virtual PhET with the control class that not applying medium simulation virtual PhET with a level of trust 95 %. With this be concluded that applying of medium simulaton virtual PhET for skill psikomotor physics students.

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determinethe attitudes of learning citizens towards skills at the Pekanbaru Workforce Training Center that were positive. This research is expected to be an input for citizens to study at the Pekanbaru Workforce Training Center to increase morale in conducting training. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach that aims to describe the results of research with numbers. The sample technique in this study uses a simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling). Validity test with a critical r value of 0.361, obtained from 30 people learning. Of the 108 statement items tested, 4 invalid and 104 valid statements were found. Researchers discard invalid statements, because they do not interfere with other statements. Based on these results it canbe concluded that the attitude towards the skills given to citizens learning at the Pekanbaru Workforce Training Center is classified as good or positive, with the highest affective indicator seen from the percentage value (Y) 68%. This means that citizens learn to have a good affective attitude towards the skills activities provided by the Pekanbaru Workforce Training Center. Judging from the overall average of 3 percentage indicators (Y) of 66%, the attitudes of the learning population towards the skillsprovided to the learning population at the Pekanbaru Workforce Training Center are classified as good or positive. Abstract

AbstrakThe purpose of this research is to improve learning achievement in natural science on fourth grade students at SDN 184 Pekanbaru on academic year 2011/2012 through “the application of jigsaw type cooperative learning’. This research was conducted from April until May 2012. Subject of the research is fourth grade students SDN 184 pekanbaru, which contain forty students. There are 19 boys and 21 girls. Type of the research is collaborative classroom action research (teacher works with Researcher). This research contains two cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 meeting. Parameter of this research is student’s achievement after action for each cycle (first and second daily test). Instruments of the research contain learning tools (syllabus, RPP, LKS, learning result paper sheet), students and teacher observation sheet. Data will be analyzed descriptively. Average of students learning achievement increased in which the begining students score of students was 40,00 (very poor). It improved into 77,50 (good) in first daily test. In second daily test the score increased to 92,50 (very good). Improvement score from base score to first cycle is 22,50 whereas from first cycle to second cycle is 7,50. Total improvement score is 30,00. Average of student activity in first cycle is 66,06% (good). And it improved to 89,28% (very good) in second cycle. Average of teacher activity in first cycle is 70,83% (good). And it was improved to 91,06% (very good) in second cycle. Based on the data, researcher concludes the application of jigsaw type cooperative learning can improve learning achievement in natural science on Fourth grade students at SDN 184 Pekanbaru.Keyword: jigsaw type cooperative learning, learning achievement of natural science .
