Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine (1) intrinsic work motivation that causes cleaning service work motivation in the cleaning environment of Bina Widya campus, Riau University, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City, (2) Extrinsic work motivation which causes work motivation cleaning (cleaning service) in the Bina Widya campus environment, Riau University, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City, (3) The most dominant work motivation between intrinsic work motivation and extrinsic work motivation which causes the cleaning service work motivation in the Bina Widya campus environment Riau University, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. The sample in this study amounted to 47 people, namely cleaning service in the Bina Widya campus environment, Riau University, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City with simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the SPSS program and percentage calculations. The results of this study indicate that intrinsic work motivation that causes cleaning service work motivation (cleaning service) in the Bina Widya campus environment, Riau University, Simpang Baru Subdistrict, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City, in terms of performance, appreciation, responsibility and development are relatively high and Extrinsic work motivation causes motivation cleaning service work in the Bina Widya campus environment, Riau University, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City, in terms of salary/income, working conditions, relationships between people, and high social status.Key Words: Motivation, Work, Work Motivation, Cleaning Service

Abstract

Abstract: Problems in this study based on field observations on the SMAN 9 women's Basketball Team were seen in athletes when doing Lay Up Shoot. This study aims to examine whether there is a contribution of eye hand coordination and wrist flexibility in the Lay Up Shoot on the SMAN 9 Pekanbaru Women's Basketball Team. The sampling technique is the entire population (total sampling), amounting to 12 people. Based on the results of research conducted From the calculation of the analysis of the contribution of X and Y, it can be concluded that the contribution of hand eye coordination and wrist shape to the shoot lay up skills on the basketball team of the sman 9 Pekanbaru women's basketball, There is a contribution of 92.16% between eye coordination towards Lay Up Shoot skills. 2 people were 16.67%, 4 people were 33.33%, 1 person was in the category of 8.33%, and 8 people were 25%. There was a contribution of 56.25% between the flexibility of the wrist to the Lay Up Shoot skill. 4 people with 33.33%, 1 person with 8.33%, 5 people with 41.68% and 1 person with 8.33%. There was a contribution of 92.16% between eye hand coordination and wrist flexibility on the Lay Up Shoot skill. 4 people were 33.33%, 5 people were 41.6%, and 3 people were 25%.Key Words: Hand Eye Coordination, Wrist Flexion, Lay Up Shoot.

Abstract

Abstract: This pre-experimental research aimed to find out whether or not there is a significant effect of Numbered Head Together technique on the first year students’ ability in comprehending narrative texts at SMAN 2 Tambang. The research design was one group pre-test post-test design. The population was the first year students in academic year 2019/2020. The selected sample was X Bahasa students which consisted of 35 students. The instrument used to collect the data was a reading test. The tests consisted of 40 items. The obtained data was analyzed by using SPSS version 23.0. The finding of the research showed that the mean score of post-test was higher than pre-test (80.5>65.6). The value of t-test was higher than t-table (13.616>2.06) at 5% of significance level. Therefore, alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. This means that Numbered Head Together Technique was effective for teaching reading comprehension concerning narrative text. There is a significant effect of Numbered Head Together technique on the first year students’ ability in comprehending narrative texts at SMAN 2 Tambang. There are some suggestions that can be given in relation to the writer’s conclusion. One of them is Number Head together can be alternative strategy in teaching English. Abstract

Abstract: This study examines community empowerment through the manufacture of paving blocks from plastic waste in the flower garden impian okura Pekanbaru. This research use descipitive qualitative approach. Research subjects will be determined based on purposive sampling, there are 5 (five) informants in this study. Data collection is done by data reducation; data display; and also conclusion drawing/verifying. The results of the study show that 1) The preparatory stage in conduction the empowerment activities is good, 2) The Plainning stage in conduction the empowerment activities is good, 3) The implementation phase stage in conduction the empowerment activities is good, 4) Evalution stage in conduction the empowerment activities is good.Key Words: Community Empowerment, Paving Block, Plastic Waste

Abstract

Abstract: SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru is located at Jalan Abdul Mouse number 14, Kelurahan Cinta Raja, Sail District of Pekanbaru City, with the ownership status of Government of Riau Province, which was established in November 26, 1975 with founding decision 0261/0/1975. The purpose of this study is to determine students' perception of the pedagogical competence of history subjects taken from the Ordinance of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 16 of 2007 on Academic Qualification Standards and Teacher Competences. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. Use descriptive (exposure) method. The results of the study obtained by history subject teachers at SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru have good abilities in teacher pedagogical competence.Key Words: Students' Perceptions Of Pedagogical Competence In History Subject Teachers In SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is the speed of the Momtong Dolly Chagi kick is still less than optimal. The kick done by the athlete looks underpowered so that the opponent is easy to deflect it. Only a few athletes are able to attack with a momtong Dolly Chagi kick that matches the criteria point. The speed of the kick at the time of the momtong dollyo chagi kick is different between the athletes. Coordination of movements that are less dynamic can also be seen from the rigidity of the athlete's attitude when kicking. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leg muscle power and momtong dollyo chagi kick speed at the Putra Dojang Garuda Fighter Pekanbaru Team. The population and sample in this study were participants of the Pekanbaru Dojang Garuda Fighter Team, the total number of students was 8 students. The instruments used to collect data were leg muscle power tests with vertical jump tests and momtong dollyo chagi kick tests. The data analysis technique used is the test r. Based on the calculation results, it can be seen that there is a relationship between leg muscle power and the ability of the momtong dollyo kick, the Putra Dojang Garuda Fighter Pekanbaru Team, which is found to be calculated = 0.811. At a significant level of 5%, rtable = 0.754 was found. thus r count> r table or 0.811> 0.754.Key Words: Leg Muscle Power, Momtong Dollyo Chagi Kick

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is how good is interpersonal communication within the family, How high is adolescent learning motivation, Is there a relationship between interpersonal communication with adolescent learning motivation, Is there an impact of interpersonal communication in families on adolescent learning motivation in Dusun II Desa Pulau Tinggi Kampar District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The benefits of this research are to find out and analyze interpersonal communication within the family, to find out and analyze adolescent learning motivation, to know and analyze the level of interpersonal communication relationships in the family with adolescent learning motivation and to know and analyze the impact of interpersonal communication in the family on adolescent learning motivation in Hamlet II Desa Pulau Tinggi Kecivitas Kampar Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 85 people. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire. adolescent learning motivation consists of 38 statements and interpersonal communication in the family consists of 40. Teenage learning motivation is measured by indicators: (1) There is a desire and desire to succeed (2) there is encouragement and needs in learning (3) there are hopes and ideals of the future front (4) the existence of awards in learning (5) the existence of interesting activities in learning (6) the existence of a conducive learning environment. While interpersonal communication within the family is measured by indicators of openness, empathy, support, positive feelings and equality. Based on the descriptive analysis obtained the level of interpersonal communication in families in Hamlet II, Pulau Tinggi Village, Kampar, Kampar Regency, Riau Province, 4.37 with a high interpretation. Based on the Pearson correlation test the product moment between learning motivation and interpersonal communication has a Pearson correlation value of 0.462 and Sig (2-tailed) 0.00. Furthermore, based on inferential analysis, the effect of interpersonal communication on learning motivation of adolescents in Hamlet II, Pulau Tinggi Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province is low at 4.2%, which means there are still 95.8% determined by other factors not part of the study. this.Key Words: Impact, Learning Motivation, Youth, Interpersonal Communication, Family

Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to determine the rate of leaf litter decomposition in the riparin ecosystem in Buluhcina and produce a learning module design based on a constructivism approach and concept map. This research was conducted on the riparian ecosystem in Buluhcina and in the Biology Education Laboratory of FKIP Riau University, in May-July 2019. This research was a descriptive study using survey methods. Site selection is done by purposive sampling. Where each research site consists of 3 research plots measuring 20x20 meters. Systematic sampling of litter bags is laid down. Litter bag collection is carried out 4 times every 15 days for 60 days of research. Litter was roasted for 48 hours with a temperature of 80º C. Measurement of environmental factors such as: soil temperature, soil moisture and soil pH was carried out simultaneously with the collection of litter bags. The results showed that the average rate of leaf litter decomposition in the three study sites in the riparian ecosystem in Buluhcina for 60 days of research experienced a rapid decomposition rate that ranged from 0.044 gr/day - 0.102 gr/day. Thus based on the needs of riparian forest ecosystems for organic matter to meet the nutrient supply in Buluhcina has reached the needs needed in maintaining the balance of riparian forest ecosystems in order to be well preserved.Key Words: Litter Decomposition Rate, Riparian Ecosystem in Buluhcina, Module

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is how is the development of learning programs conducted by the Pekanbaru Center Kita Training Course Institute ?. This study aims to find out how the development of learning programs undertaken by the Pekanbaru Kita Center Training Course Institute. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The informant selection technique in this study uses a purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study are people who have the information needed in the study, because the informants are people who are more knowledgeable about the problems to be studied. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, and triangulation about the development of learning programs conducted by the Pekanbaru Center Kita Training Course Institute. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that: 1) Aspects of the activities carried out, namely: (a) making the transition of the design of learning programs (b) to improve organizational capacity. (c) introducing learning programs through the institution's social media accounts (d) evaluating learning programs on an ongoing basis. 2) the people involved in developing learning programs conducted by the Pekanbaru Center Kita Training Course Institute are the four Founders of the Pekanbaru Center Kita Training Course Institute. 3) the places used are: Founder room, study room, and room used in programs that take place outside the Pekanbaru Center Kita Training Course Institute. 4) Next, the time used is Monday to Saturday with the range of working hours starting at 08.00 until 21.00 WIB. 5) the process of developing the learning program of the Pekanbaru City Center Training Course Institute, which is carried out by making the transition village design learning program from the beginning to become a more interesting and more program, to improve organizational capability through training activities held for trainers of the Training Course Institute Kita Center Pekanbaru City, introducing learning programs through social media accounts institutions that are marketing the learning program and the institution itself to be better known by the public and will further support the development of learning programs, evaluating learning programs on an ongoing basis through input obtained both from within and from outside the institution. 6) the aim of developing a learning program is to continue to be able to provide the best service for learning citizens who are adjusted to their interests and needs by following the changing times so that the institution can also continue to run.Key Words: Program Development, Learning

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the potential of poster design in class X bacterial high school learning material. This research was conducted at the Binawidya Riau University in February-March 2020. This research was conducted in 2 stages: the experimental stage and the second stage is Poster Design that is analysis of the potential development of high school learning media Bacteria class X material. The study used an experimental method of descriptive qualitative research design. Based on the potential analysis, it was found that endophytic bacteria isolated from Laban plants can be used as a poster design of class X bacterial material for SMA 3.5 KD.Key Words: Poster, Bacteria
