Abstract:Thepurposeoftheresearchistoknowwhatfactorsaffecttheoutcomeofstudents'learninginbasicgradeXaccountingsubjectsatSMKLabortargetFKIPUNRIPekanbaru.ThepopulationinthisstudyistheentireclassXstudentaccountingandfinanceinstitutionofthe2018/2019academicyearInstituteatSMKLaborPartnerFKIPUniversityRiauPekanbaruandthesamplesthatwillberesearchedasmanyas49students.Datacollectionusingquestionnaires.Analysisofdatausingthedeskrificanalysisoftheprosentase.Thepurpose ofthe studyisto know thedominantfactorsaffecting theoutcomeoflearning.Basedontheresearchshowedthatthedominantinternalfactorshowingthelearningresultsisthelearningmotivationfactorwiththemeanvalueof2.7,learninghabitswithmeanvalue2.54,attitudeinlearningwithmeanvalue2.20andlearninginterest2.15whilethedominantexternalfactoristhefamilyenvironmentwithmeanvalue3.25,theschoolenvironmentwithavalueof2.81andfriendsassociatewiththemeanvalueof2.33.KeyWords:InternalandExternalFactors,LearningOutcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the Changing Roles and Functions of Hula-Hula in the Procedure of Overseas Batak Toba Marriage in Tampan District, Pekanbaru. Considering that the Hula hula is one of the social elements that has the highest or more privileged position in the structure of the dalihan na tolu, which is the group of people from which our mother is born and is a group of people whose position is highly respected, there is an expression that says somba marhula-hula which means respect for the hula-hula in order to obtain safety and prosperity. This research method uses mixed methods. Mechanical collectionof data used is questionnaire , documentary and literature study , interview. This research was conducted in the Tampan District, Pekanbaru. Amount of population in the study of this is the 3899 Head of the Family . The sample in the study were taken by purposive sampling, of the population is taken as a source of data that can represent the entire population, as many as 30 head of family The results showed that Changes Role and Functions of Hula-hula on the Marriage Procedure in the district of Toba Batak Overseas Handsome Pekanbaru are at levels that are very low, which amounted to 11.39 % . where the range of extremely low are at 0 % - 20 %. This is influenced by internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are new ideas to replace existing tools (innovations) and inter-group conflicts in society. Then the external factor is getting influence from other communities. In addition there are also factors that cause changes in the marriage tradition. First, the economy of each community is different. Abstract

Abstract: Speaking of women in every development era, it is inseparable from a special role that is performed in a society or within the scope of the general public, currently the role of women is needed so that the existence of a woman today brings a very big change in all aspects both within the scope of education, social society, and others. Exemplary from a very influential figure in Riau, especially in the city of Pekanbaru, even his contribution to the establishment and development of this city called the yellow lancing earth, Syamsidar Yahya. The research objectives are 1) To find out the life history of Rangkayo Hj. Syamsidar Yahya 2) To find out the background of the process of the formation of a Social Community institution in Pekanbaru which was established by Rangkayo Hj. Syamsidar Yahya, 3) To find out the role of Rangkayo Hj. Syamsidar Yahya in social society in Pekanbaru, 4) To find out the development of social social institutions formed by Rangkayo Hj. Syamsidar Yahya in Pekanbaru. The results of this study Rangkayo Hj. Syamsidar Yahya Born on November 11 in Nagari Batagak Bukittinggi West Sumatra 1914 and died in 1975 when he was 61 years old. Rangkayo Hj. Syamsidar Yahya was born to H. Yahya and Siti Rafiah. Rangkayo Hj. Syamsidar Yahya is one of the women leaders from West Sumatra who devoted herself and the struggle for the Riau region and in particular Pekanbaru in addition to her role in her entire life for the women's movement.Key Words: Rangkayo Hj. Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the effect of the chemical compounds of Dayak onion (Eleutherine americana Merr.) Root extract against Propionibacterium acne bacteria that cause acne which is used in designing students' worksheets on kingdom monera class X high school material conducted in December 2019 - February 2020 in University of Riau PMIPA Chemistry Laboratory, University of Riau Biology PMIPA Laboratory and Pekanbaru Regional Health Laboratory. This research is an experimental laboratory study using the method of diffusion of wells on BAP (Blood Agar Plate) media with 4 treatments. The treatment was repeated 3 times with various concentrations of 30%, 50%, 70%, and 90% and terracycline was used as a comparison and distilled water as a control. This study used a laboratory experimental method. The parameters observed were the characterization of Propionibacterium acne bacteria, the diameter of the inhibitory zone of Propionibacterium acne growth bacteria and the potential results of the study as a design of Class X Biology LKPD in Kingdom Monera material. Analysis of research data using One Way Anova at the 0.05 level. The results showed the characteristics of white, round shaped bacterial colonies and on microscopic observations of bacterial stem cells. In physiological characterization found the characteristics of the positive salt-colored salt bacteria, positive catalase, non-motile and positive indole. Whereas in measuring the diameter of the zone of inhibition of the growth of P. acne, tuber extract of dayak has the ability to inhibit the growth of P. acne bacteria at the best concentration of 90% with an average diameter of inhibition zone of 19 mm within 48 hours. The results obtained were then used as a draft LKPD on KD 3.5 and KD 4.5 kingdom monera material class X high school. Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the tutor's personal competence in learning mathematics Package C at PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Kecamatan Tambang , Kabupaten Kampar. This study uses a descriptive qualitative paradigm approach. Research subjects will be determined based on purposive sampling, informants in this study are 3 (three) people. Data collection is done by observation (observation), documentation, in-depth interviews (indept interview), data analysis is done by; data reduction; data exposure (data display); and conclusion drawing and verification (conclusion drawing / verifying). The results showed: 1) Tutor mathematics subjects in Package C implement aspects of personality competencies, from indicators tutors have stable and stable personalities, tutors have mature personalities, tutors have wise personalities, tutors have authoritative personalities, tutors have moral personality.Keywords: Personality Competence, Tutor

Abstract

Abstrak: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the speed and explosive power of leg muscles with the long jump squat force results in Class VIII.4 Students of SMP Negeri 32 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in September 2019, at 10:00 WIB until completion. This research was conducted at the SMPN 32 Pekanbaru sports field. This type of research is correlation research. The population that will be used is Class VIII.4 Students of SMPN 32 Pekanbaru who take PJOK courses consisting of 33 students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling in which in this study the sample consisted of 16 sons. From the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a very strong relationship together between the Speed and Explosion Power of the Leg Muscles and the Squat Force Long Jump Results in Class VIII Students of SMP NEGERI 32 Pekanbaru, where Rtab at a significant level (0.05) = 0.514 means Rhitung (0.810)> rtab (0.514). Abstract

Abstrak: This research is motivated to explain the people's perceptions of the implementation of the mitoni tradition and the meaning contained in the implementation of this mitoni tradition in Kampung Bungaraya. The formulation of the problem of this research is "What is the public perception of the implementation of the mitoni tradition in Bungaraya Village, Bungaraya District, Siak Regency". The purpose of this study was to determine how people's perceptions of the implementation of the mitoni tradition in Bungaraya Village, Bungaraya District, Siak Regency. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. There are 6 informants in this study, namely Dukun Bayi (1 person), Community Leaders (1 person), Mr RT (1 person), Communities who carry out the tradition of mitoni (2 people), and Society who participate in the mitoni tradition (1 person) in the village of Bungaraya. Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative methods. The results in this study prove that the community's perception of the implementation of the mitoni tradition is still very good, it is evident that the people in Kampung Bungaraya still carry out the mitoni tradition and still maintain the sacred values that exist in the mitoni tradition. The community has the perception that the implementation of the tradition of mitoni as a form of gratitude to Allah SWT who has given a baby and to ask for prayer from Allah SWT so that pregnant women can give birth safely and babies born safely without any deficiencies.Key Words: Community Perception, Mitoni Tradition

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the importance of students' perceptions about the authority of teachers that will be related to student learning attitudes. An authoritative teacher will produce good interactions with students, so the learning activities will go well. This study aims to look at the relationship between students 'perceptions about the authority of teachers with students' mathematics learning attitudes. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlation approach. The population in this study amounted to 164 students. The sample used in this study was a random sampling so that a sample of 60 people was obtained. The results of research students' perceptions of the authority of the teacher got an average percentage score of 85% with a very high category, for the attitude of learning mathematics students got an average percentage score of 85% with a very high category. Furthermore, the correlation analysis results obtained (3.081)> (1.67) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, where the authority of the teacher contributes to the attitude of learning mathematics by 14.10% and the remaining 85.90% is determined by other factors and the relationship of student perception about the authority of teachers with the attitude of learning mathematics students in on class V 189 Primary School Pekanbaru Pekanbaru with a Pearson Correlation value of 0.375, which means positive with a low level of correlation.Key Words: Perception, Authority, Attitude

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by problems that arise in the field that are not in accordance with the policy, it is assumed that the service of parking attendants has not been maximized and the imbalance between the number of parking points and the number of parking attendants available in implementing parking levies is certainly unfortunate given the large amount of potential revenue the area obtained by Siak Regency if the amount of human resources to collect parking fees is adequate. In the administration of parking service fees on public roads, constraints arise in the implementation of parking service fees. The lack of local government socialization about the location points of parking service charges on the side of the public road so that many people who use illegal fees (levies) on the subject of parking fees and the ignorance of the subjects about what they pay, about what fees they pay to the government regions increasingly make these individuals carry out payment routines that do not have a clear legal basis in either the law or regional regulations, parking attendants or officers in charge of collecting parking usually raise the rates set by the local government.Key Words: Policy Implementation, Parking Fees, Inhibiting Factors.
