Abstract: The phenomenon of poverty in urban areas is one of the effects ofurbanization and mistakes in dealing with population explosion. Poverty problems inurban areas have an impact on the emergence of other social problems. One of them isa street child. Street children are victims of failed government economic policies, streetchildren emerge from economic problems and poverty. Difficulties in the economycause the poor to feel increasingly marginalized and squeezed so they try to find theirown solutions to improve the family's economy. Street children are the same as otherchildren, as normal humans in general they also have problems. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine how the characteristics of the characteristics and problemsexperienced by street children in the Red Light Tabek Gadang Pekanbaru City. Thisresearch is included in a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were 6people taken using accidental samplingâ€™s technique. The results of the study of 6 streetchildren in the Red Light Tabek Gadang Pekanbaru City characteristics of streetchildren based on their age are between the ages of 16-18 years and all of them areactive as buskers. The problems experienced by street children are problems ofeducation, intimidation, involvement in criminal acts, drug abuse and addictivesubstances, health, work risks, food, and conflicts with parents and family.Key Words: Street Children, Characteristics, Problems.

Abstract: This study discusses the content or material of street children's education modules and discusses the feasibility or validity of street children's education modules. Compiled material about street children's family education module which is reviewed from the clarity of the material, systematic material, pictures of support, the compatibility of the delivery time of the material and the completeness of the material. The module is validated by 4 validators consisting of 2 BK lecturers (material experts) and 2 BK teachers (collecting). This research uses Research and Development (R&D) research methods. After the revision was approved and followed the suggestions given, the results obtained from the validator's assessment stated that each quality of the material aspects that had been prepared, namely the calculation results for the material clarity aspect obtained a value of 4.5 with a percentage of 90% which is included in the category of Very Clear , for systematic aspects the material obtained a value of 4.0 with a percentage of 80% included in the Systematic category, for the aspect of image support a value of 4.25 with a percentage of 85% included in the category of Very supportive, for the aspect of time suitability in the delivery of material obtained a value of 4.0 with a percentage of 80% included in the Suitable category, for aspects of completeness the material obtained a value of 4.25 with a percentage of 85% included in the Very Complete category, while for all aspects of the 4.2 value included in the Good category.Key Words: Education Module, Families of Street Children

Absract: This research aimed to find out if there is a significant effect of using PQ4R strategy on the ability of the second year students of MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru in comprehending recount texts. This research took place in MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru, which was collected from February to March 2020. The try out class was VIIITQA2 class (19 students) and the sample was VIIIA3 (32 students) chosen by cluster random sampling. This is a pre-experimental research with one group pretest and posttest design. This research used quantitative data and the instrument used to collect the data was a reading test in multiple choice forms. As the result, the mean score of pre-test is 59.03 and post-test is 62.97. In the other words, the mean score of post-test is higher than the mean score of pre-test. The result also showed that the value of t-test (8.907) is higher than t-table (3.365) at the significance level 0.1%. It means that Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using PQ4R strategy on the ability of the second year students of MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru in comprehending recount texts. It is suggested that in understanding recount text is one of alternatives, the teacher needs to focus on the students’ understanding of the sentences on the texts.Key Words: Effect, Reading Comprehension, PQ4R Strategy

Abstract: The aimed of the research was to improve students' learning achievement on the topic of environmental pollution in class VII of SMPN 32 pekanbaru. The form of the research was an experiment with a randomized control group pretest-posttest research design. The sample in this research was class VII2 as an experimental class and class VII3 as a control class that was randomly determined after normality testing was done using the liliefors test and homogeneity test, using the two variance similarity test and the average similarity test. The experimental class was treated with the use of lectora inspire-based learning media, while the control class without the use of lectora inspire-based learning media. Data analysis for hypothesis testing is performed using the right-hand t-test. Based on the results of the analysis of data processing, it is obtained tcount> ttable which is 3.11> 2.00 which means the use of lectora inspire-based chemistry learning media can improve students' learning achievement on the subject of environmental pollution in class VII IPA of SMPN 32 Pekanbaru. Abstract: This research discusses the analysis of errors in the use of auxiliary verbs conducted by students of 2015 and 2016 of the Japanese Language Education Department, Faculty of Teacher’s Training and Education, Riau University. The purpose of this research is to find out what mistakes made by students of 2015 and 2016 of the Japanese Language Education Department, Riau University, in the use of -te iru in Japanese sentences and what factors cause errors. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method types. Data was obtained from the distribution of test questions and questionnaires to 30 respondents, which is 15 students from 2015 and 15 students from 2016. The results showed that the percentage of student errors in the use of –te iru was classified as quite high, amounting to 52.19%. Factors causing errors in the use of –te iru are students difficulty in understanding the use of –te iru because it is difficult to match them into native language, students only know the use of –te iru sentence patterns to express the meaning of ongoing activities, students rarely use the – te iru sentence pattern, and there are many functions and meanings that must be known so that most students are still confused in using –te iru sentence patterns such as distinguishing meanings, functions, and also having difficulty in translating.Key Words: Error analysis, te iru
