Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the guidance of single parent parents on students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Singingi Hilir, Koto Baru Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of single parent parental guidance on student learning motivation in SMA Negeri 1 Koto Baru Village, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of single parent guidance on student learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Koto Baru Village, Singingi Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The benefits of this research are that the theoretical benefits of this research should be able to make a contribution to education, especially in tutoring and learning motivation. The population in this study were all students at SMA Negeri 1 Singingi Hilir, totaling 173 students. The sample in this study were students who lived with single parent parents, totaling 19 respondents who were determined by total sampling technique. Data collection instruments are questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Data processing with quantitative descriptive analysis using a simple linear regression formula using the SPSS version 16.0 application by stating the hypothesis; there is an influence between tutoring on student motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Singingi Hilir. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant influence between single parent parenting tutoring on learning motivation. This is evidenced by the results of a simple linear regression test using SPSS version 16.0 where between variables X and Y is y = 0.795 + 0.788, from the results of the F test obtained Fcount, 28,011 and Ftable of (4.21) where it shows that Fcount > Ftable, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Key Words: Influence, Tutoring, Student Learning Motivation.

Abstract

Absract :This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on iphone smartphone purchasing decisions on students majoring in PIPS FKIP Riau University. The population and sample in this study were students majoring in PIPS FKIP Riau University who used iPhone smartphones as many as 51 students, while collecting data was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the variables of product quality and brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on iPhone smartphones for students majoringin PIPS FKIP Riau University. Based on the results of the R2 test, information was obtained that the R2 value was 0.554 or 55.4%. This means that the percentage of influence given by the independent variable (Product Quality and Brand Image) on the dependent variable (Purchase Decision) is 55.4%. While the remaining 44.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.KeyWords:Quality Product, Brand Image, Purchasing.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is that the dribbling dexterity doesn't look optimal, which is demonstrated by the dribbling students. So that the ball being controlled tends to be taken by the opponent. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between agility and speed with dribbling. SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Utara, with a total of 20 subjects, used a total sampling technique. The instruments in this research were the shuttle run, the 60 meter run and the dribble test. The data obtained was analyzed using the product moment correlation. Based on the normality test analysis of the data, X1 produces Lcount of 0.116 and Ltable of 0.190 and X2 produces Lcount of 0.142 and Ltable of 0.190. while the variable Y produces Lcount of 0.160 and Ltable of 0.190. This means Lcount < LTable. Based on statistical data analysis, the data is normally distributed. Based on the above analysis requirement test, the hypothesis test on the X1 and X2 variables on the Y variable data is 0.901 > 0.456 Rcount > R table data. Thus, there is a common relationship between agility and speed on the skills resulting from dribbling on the futsal club of SMA Negeri 1 North Kampar. Key Words: Agility, Speed, Dribbling Skills

Abstract

Abstract : This research was motivated by a phenomenon that emerged based on a pre-survey that the researchers conducted earlier at the end of October 2020 at the parents' homes of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang students. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the perception of 7th grade parents of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the perception of 7th grade parents of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. The benefits of this research are that it is expected to provide additional information for all parties, especially parents in responding to online learning carried out by students. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were the parents of 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang, totaling 107 parents and a sample of 52 respondents determined by incidental sampling technique. Data collection instruments are questionnaires, and interviews. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded from the overall data regarding parents' perceptions of online learning in 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang is at the level of "Poor". Very Good amounted to 5.53% plus good results with a total of 32.85%, namely the total result was 38.35% with a range of 25.01% - 50%. Thus, the parents' perception of online learning in Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang, Kampar Regency is at the "Poor Good" level.Key Words: Perception, Parents, Online Learning.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by the activeness of the organization and the social care character of BEM FKIP 2020/2021 students at the University of Riau. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of organizational activity on the social care character of BEM FKIP 2020/2021 students at the University of Riau. The purpose of the study was to find out how the influence of organizational activity on the social care character of BEM FKIP 2020/2021 students at the University of Riau. The benefits of this research are theoretical benefits, namely that this research is expected to contribute in the field of education, especially those related to writing scientific papers. Practical benefits, namely as a foothold and reference for further research related to organizational activity and social care character on campus, become material for further study. The population in this study were BEM FKIP students 2017, 2018, and 2019, totaling 68 students. The sample in this study were students of BEM FKIP Riau University, totaling 68 respondents, determined by total sampling technique. Data collection instruments are questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Data processing with quantitative descriptive analysis using a simple linear regression formula assisted by SPSS version 17 application by stating the hypothesis; there is an influence between organizational activity on the social care character of BEM FKIP students, Riau University. Based on the results of research on the effect of organizational activity on the social care character of BEM FKIP students, Riau University, there is a significant influence between the influence of organizational activity on the social care character of BEM FKIP students, Riau University by 90.7%.Key Words: Influence, Organizational Activity, Social Care Character.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose ofthis research is to examine and analyze the effect of capital structure on dividend policy. The population of this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which have complete data on the Debt Equity Ratio and Dividend Payout Ratio for 5consecutive years (2015-2019). This type of research variable data is secondary data obtained by documentation techniques sourced from ICMD. Methods of data analysis using regression. The result of research that have been carried out show that capital structure has a significant effect on dividend policy.Key Words: Capital Structure, Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Policy, Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR).

Abstract

Abstract: The learning media developed is an animated video learning media using theanimaker application as an effort to improve the cognitive abilities of junior high schoolstudents on static electricity material. valid. The research development procedure uses theADDIE model, namely the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, andEvaluation (evaluation) stages. As for the ADDIE model research development scheme, theanalysis stages are divided into needs analysis, curriculum analysis, and material analysis.There are two design stages, namely the making of the History board and the making of theStory board. As for the development stage (Development) is the media development andvalidation stage. The validation aspect consists of the feasibility aspect of the materialcontent, the linguistic feasibility aspect, the presentation feasibility aspect, and the graphicfeasibility aspect. The results of the second stage of validation of all aspects have receiveda minimum score of 3 for each aspect. In the media validation assessment on the feasibilityaspect of the media content, the score is 3.19 with a valid category, the linguistic feasibilityaspect gets a value of 3.35 with a valid category, the presentation feasibility aspect with ascore of 3.26 valid category, and the graphic feasibility aspect with the acquisition value of3.33 with a valid category. So from the scores that have been described, the learning mediausing the Animaker application is valid and feasible to use in the learning process.Key words: Animation learning media, Animaker Application, Static Electricity

Abstract

Absrtact: This research is motivated by obstacles in the process of implementing education, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, the implementation of face-to-face education cannot be carried out properly, so to apply the character of responsibility during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the teacher must really work hard. in carrying out its role as a source of learning, as a demonstrator, as a guide, as a motivator, and as an evaluator. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the role of the teacher in implementing the character of responsibility during the covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 11 Dumai?. The purpose of the study was to find out how the role of teachers in implementing the character of responsibility during the covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 11 Dumai. The benefits of this research can be a source of learning for all parties, especially for teachers, so that teachers can always carry out their role as teachers in the current situation. The research method is using quantitative descriptive, data collection instruments carried out in this study are questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The population in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Dumai, totaling 23 people. The sample in this study was taken by all teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Dumai, totaling 23 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the analysis of the role of teachers in applying the character of responsibility during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 11 Dumai is in the "Very Good" category. It can be shown from the results of the average percentage of the dominant respondents' answers, which is 91.7% which is in the "Very Good" category with a range of 75.01%-100%.Key Words : Teacher's Role, Responsibility Character, Covid-19 Pandemic Period.

Abstract

This research is motivated by online learning and student character building. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of online learning on the character formation of students at SMP Negeri 4 Tualang Siak District. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of online learning on the character formation of students at SMP Negeri 4 Tualang Siak District. The benefits of this research are that this research is expected to be used as study material in the world of education, especially those related to the influence of online learning on the formation of student character, especially in the character of student discipline and responsibility. The sample in this study were students at SMP Negeri 4 Tualang Siak District, totaling 68 respondents, determined by proportional random sampling technique. The data collection instruments are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Processing of data with quantitative analysis using a simple linear regression formula assisted by the SPSS version 16 application by stating the hypothesis; there is an influence between online learning on the character formation of students at SMP Negeri 4 Tualang Siak District. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by online learning and active learning of students of the PPKn FKIP study program, Riau University. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of online learning on the level of active learning of students in the PPKn FKIP study program, Riau University. This study aims to determine the effect of online learning on the level of active learning of students in the PPKn FKIP study program, Riau University. The population in this study were students from the 2018 and 2019 batches of the PPKn study program, Riau University. The sample in this study were students of the PPKn Study Program, Riau University, totaling 59 respondents and determined by purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with the measuring tools used for each variable are questionnaires and interviews where the data obtained will be processed with the help of SPSS version 16. Based on the calculation results of SPSS version 16 of the F test, the value of Ftable Fcount, which is 68,587 4,010, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means online learning has an effect on student activity in the PPKn FKIP Study Program, Riau University. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.546, which means that the effect of learning on student learning activities is 54.6%. While the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted.Key Words: Influence, Online Learning, Student Learning Activities.
