Abstract

The purpose of this study was to gain an understanding of the effect of reward on performance, the effect of job satisfaction on performance and the effect of reward on job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and path analysis techniques. Population of 194 people, sample of 133 teachers. The sampling technique uses a simple random technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Findings, rewards have a positive effect on teacher performance. That is, the provision of better rewards will also increase the teacher's performance issued to the teacher. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on teacher performance. The better the job satisfaction received results in the increase in teacher performance. Reward has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction. providing better rewards will also increase the job satisfaction received by teachers at the educational institution Ibnu Hajar Boarding School. Abstract

This study aims to make variations of exercise or physical activity using a modification of rowing equipment. Data collection was carried out in June 2019 which took place in the Nirwana Swimming Pool in Bogor District, and the yon zikon 13 of Lenteng Agung. This research method used research and development methods (Borg and Gall), compared 40 people from Pyramid S.C. athletes. The research process is preceded by observation and interviews. Taking the test is preceded by a pre-test that is taking 50m freestyle swimming time, then athletes are given assistance doing programmed physical activity using a modified paddle device, then Post-test takes 50m freestyle swimming time. The technique of collecting data before and after doing physical activity Then completed and analyzed using SPSS. T test results showed a significant effect on increasing swimming 50 m after physical activity using the dryland rowing exercise model. Pretest-post-test results with an average value of 1.05 and a control group with an average value of 0.17, this difference is the average value of increasing the speed of test results in groups. Selection of the mean results of the different values ​​of the experimental group and the control group or the average difference = 0.120 t-count = 1.049, df = 18, with p-value = 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that it is related to significant research between groups experiments and control groups, which means they have the "Effective" interpretation category. The importance of a significant difference in the dryland rowing exercise model in the freestyle before and now being given the freedom to use a modified rowing device, is undeniably the training model developed to increase the swimming speed of 50 m.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to prove the effectiveness of the volleyball smash skill training model for high school age beginners produced. The research method used in this study is the research and development method of Borg and Gall using 10 stages and the subject of the study is beginner high school age athletes in East Jakarta. Effectiveness test, the significance of the difference test with SPSS 16 paired sample test obtained the accuracy of the experimental group with an average value of 10.63 and the control group with an average value of 3.23 This difference value is the average value of increased test results in group skills. Selection of the average results of the different values ​​of the experimental group and the control group or mean difference = 0.127, t-count = 7.765 df = 60, with p-value = 0.000 <0.05. Significant differences between the experimental and control groups. These results indicate that the treatment given to the experimental group that is the volleyball smash skill training model for high school age beginners has a higher effectiveness and can improve the volleyball smash skill for high school age beginners.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement endurance training models for political party candidates and obtain empirical data on the effectiveness and efficiency of the results of the development of endurance training models for political party candidates. Data is collected at PT. OCK Athletics Club in May 2019. Research and development in this exercise uses a qualitative and quantitative approach and uses the Research & Development (R&D) development model of Borg and Gall. Retrieval of data using a 12-minute running instrument (Guidelines for Administration of Physical Ability Tests and Anthropometric Examinations for Acceptance of Civil Servants in the National Police) with 60 subjects as PT students. OCK Athletic Club. Data collection techniques were processed using the onegroup pretest-posttest design, analyzed using t-test procedures and using the IBM Statistics application. The t-test results showed the final t-count of -10.999 on df showed 59 and Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 <0.05 means that there was a significant difference in the endurance training model for Police Academy Candidates.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in learning Descriptive Text. The subjects were students of Class 7E SMPN 2 Cirebon with 42 people. This research method uses a combined method. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. Quantitative findings increased from an average value of 64 to 90 or an increase of 40.63%, while in groups from 75.6 to 94 or an increase of 24.34%. The questionnaire given in the form of a feedback sheet of students 99.392% answered Yes and 0.608% answered No, while the qualitative findings show an increase in learning Descriptive Text. In conclusion, Language Learning English can be Increased by using "L2D" in the learning process Text December descriptive of category enough in cycle 1 to be good at 2.dapat cycle of increasing the value of student learning outcomes than the average 6 3.5 in cycle 1 increases to average mean 9 4.5 in cycle 2

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the economic aspects of the implementation of financing (Revenue Sharing - Loss). Factors that affect financing (Profit Sharing Schemes - Losses) in Islamic general banking Tbk in Indonesia (in 2011-2017) using the variable Third Party Funds (DPK), Capital/equity, Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on assets (ROA) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). The method of this study is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with panel data from the eight observed Sharia commercial banks. The approaching model used in this study is the Fixed Effect Model. The results of this study show that Third Party Funds (DPK), Capital / Equity, Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have a significant effect on financing (Revenue Sharing - Loss Scheme), while Return on assets (ROA) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has no significant effect on financing (Revenue Sharing - Loss).

Abstract

This research aims to gain a deep understanding of drama learning in the 3 th grade of Athirah Islamic Elementary School 1 Makassar. To achieve the goal of the research, deeply investigation was done in the seven components of learning, namely the formulation of drama learning objectives, the selection of drama learning materials, the selection of drama learning methods, the selection of drama learning media, the role of learners in drama learning, the role of teacher in drama learning, and the drama evaluation system. This research is a qualitative ethnographic study, therefore, the data collection is done by observation, interviews, reviews of documentation, and reviews of records. The data analysis uses domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and analysis of cultural themes. The results of the research show that drama learning in the 3 th grade of Athirah Islamic Elementary School 1 Makassar is being optimally by combining the systemic learning concept, the professional drama learning concept, and organizational culture concept which is one of the characteristics of Athirah Islamic Schools. Then these three aspects were merged into seven components of drama learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to give the model performance of employees in Indonesia. Variables used are work environment, organizational communication, discipline, motivation, job satisfaction and performance. The employees used as models are civil servants in Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with multiple regression and simple regression. The results of research was the effect of each variable, namely; work environment on the performance of civil servants that is equal to 19 , 8 % . Communication organization of the performance of civil servants at 14 , 6 % . Discipline on the performance of civil servants that is equal to 15 , 8 % . There is a motivational effect on the performance of civil servants that is equal to 10 , 2 % . There is an effect of civil servant job satisfaction on employee performance that is equal to 33 , 4 % . At this time when it is in zone 4.0, that civil servants need to get job satisfaction, it will improve the performance of civil servants, in accordance with the expectations of all who work. Civil Servants are entitled to receive a decent salary in accordance with the burdens and responsibilities of their work and must be able to spur productivity and ensure their welfare. The salary system for Civil Servants is guaranteed in law and regulated based on government regulations through the State Budget and Expenditures. With the amount of funds issued by the government every year, it is natural for the public to expect productive and professional performance from Civil Servants.

Abstract

The progress of science and technology in the era of globalization, especially the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, Affected the use of the internet in the learning process. Conventional learning begins to be integrated with electronic learning or e-learning so that students can learn anytime and anywhere. The purpose of this study is to produce a learning media e-module based on flip bookmakers that is feasible and effective for use in biology subjects at Samarinda City Public High School. The research method follows the Borg and Gall development procedure with 4 main stages, namely 1) pre-development 2) initial development 3) development 4) application. The results showed that the flip book-based e-module media in biology in Samarinda City High School got an average score of 89.26%, included in the very valid category. The response of students got an assessment of 82.21% included in the very good category. This shows that the e-modules produced are suitable for use in learning. From the pretest and posttest, the gain score is 0.75 in the high category, and the students' score is more than 80% above the KKM, proving the use of e-modules is very effective in learning.
