Abstract

Early Childhood Education is one form of the provision of educationthat focuses on the foundation of the direction of growth and development. Atan early age, children can be taught basics English only and they are taught itby directed playing. Through directed playing, children can learn many things.Instructional design is an integral part of several components of interactinglearning, interrelation and interdependence in achieving the learningobjectives that have been set. Learning component includes students, teachers,curriculum, teaching materials, instructional media, learning resources,learning processes, facilities, environment and learning objectives. Thesecomponents should be designed in accordance with the developing learningprogram.

Abstract

Education is very important in human life, especially children, as thesuccessor generation of people. The phenomenon of street children in the Holycity is not much different in other big cities in Indonesia. Activities of childrenon the streets are as beggars and buskers. On average, they are still listed asstudents in formal education, although some of them took the decision to getout of the formal education. Abstract

Language is the tool of human interaction to convey a message oridea in fikiranya. It is an extraordinary thing if they were involved in earlychildhood education teaching materials capable of delivering them well. Thestudents of this age are vulnerable times for them. If they are too restrained, itwill hinder their psychological development, and vice versa if they are also notbe allowed, it will stabilize their development. Abstract

Intellectual and spiritual intelligence are like a coin that cannot beseparated beside emotional intelligence to determine one’s success. However,there is a trend that could determine the top, not only success but alsohappiness. It is spiritual intelligence that will raise our consciousness as theinheritors of the earth. Thus, we will be useful not only for ourselves but also forthe sustainability of the people around us. Spiritual intelligence is not growingas an adult, but must be nurtured and raised and trained from an early ageso that individuals would become superior. Therefore it is very regrettable forparents, because it represents happiness of our children in their life. Abstract

Positive communication is communication that is able to develop its positive potency of children. Positive communication is built to form the fabric of a child’s personality that will also be established between parents and children. It can cultivate emotional intelligence. Of course, these two things will make a valuable provision for children’s development in the future. While missed communication would cause them uneducated and ignorant. Failure in communicating wouldnormally make a child called weird or crazy. Actually there are a few tips to succeed in realizing the potency of the child’s qualified personality, such as provide exemplary son, make the house as a science park, provides a vehicle for creativity, avoid negative emotions and always pray for children to be always given a good personality and mental health. Later in the development potency of the child’s personality can also be affected by a variety of factors. One of them is the positive communication patterns of parents towards their children (get them to always communicate in a positive environment). If the communication patterns of parents are bad, the negative impact will be felt by the child as well.

Abstract

Young children need a variety of fun activities and in accordance with the character development. Potential Capacity of reading early childhood is very necessary to be developed through various activities are games and also contains an element of learning. This paper aims to describe a model mentoring of teachers to early childhood reading ability. The author argues the results of research on the area of research in early childhood institutions TK / RA Manbaul Falah Sidorejo Pamotan Rembang as a case study of early childhood learning activities in reading membelajarkan activity on students. With descriptive method qualitative and psychological approach, the study found some things that the underlying model of early childhood assistance in developing reading skills, including writing and arithmetic. As a result, that model of mentoring teachers to early childhood literacy refers to two things, namely the realization that every child has the potential ability to read early and that the environment sagat need to explore and develop. The second thing that will be a reference for early childhood teachers in designing a model of mentoring.

Abstract

The paper of research institutional traditional system (pesantren) forchildern age 6-12 Th in Yanbu’ Al-Qur’an Kudus Central Java. The fist programis memorization of the Qur’an 30 juz, and learning is basic shool (MI) madrasatahfiz al-Qur’an. Educational Islamic system in institutional traditional include ofteacher, students (santri), materials or curriculum, methods of memorization ofal-Qur’an, and insfastructure and environment education is dominant factor insuccesfull system education especially in pesantren.

Abstract

The aim of the present study was to determine the relationship betweenbig five personality and performance of teachers in the kindergarten and Islamickindergarten. The subjects of this study were teachers in the kindergarten andIslamic kindergarten Kudus. Samples (N=77) were collected through a conveniencesampling technique, and completed a questionnaire in the form of a scale. Theresults of the study showed that there was a positive significant relationshipbetween extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and performance ofteachers in the kindergarten and Islamic kindergarten and in contrast there was anegative significant relationship between neuroticism and conscientiousness andperformance of teachers in the kindergarten and Islamic kindergarten.

Abstract

Linguistic Intelligence, a person’s ability and sensitivity to interpret thewording, is able to use words effectively, both orally and in writing. Intelligence of this type are identified by Gardner much involved in reading, writing, speaking,and listening. Reading ability is influenced by several factors, including 1) fluency in reading, 2) the ability to hear, 3) the ability to see, 4) environmental influences, 5) emotional factors, and 6) the child’s intelligence. Some of these factors so as to be an influence in the child’s reading ability, therefore, in this case the reading ability of emotion is always enhanced by a variety of ways, as for how that can be achieved are: 1) read children books from birth, 2) encourage children to talk about what has been heard or read, 3) taking children to the bookstore or library, 4) purchase books that attract children, 5) set aside the money to buy books for children, 6) to set aside money to buy books for children, 7) watch movies as well as buy books according to the film, 8) creates a family library at home, 9) exchange of books belonging to the child by his friend, 10) removes inhibitors such as TV and Playstation, 11) to give the reward to enlarge the spirit of reading child, 12) to make the book as a reward for kids, 13) make reading a daily activity, 14) to dramatize the contents of the book that was read to the child, and 15) make their own books.

Abstract

Children phase has a variety of potential ability to be optimized in order to undergo all development tasks in line with the maximum growth, so ready to enter the next phase, namely: teenagers, adults, elderly. Cognitive potential to solve problems in life, emotional potential to adapt to the environment, and the children potential psychomotor is able to realize what he was thinking and feeling fit the norm for a man who is always active “go-no” to independence responsible. Therefore, education and counseling is done by adults (especially parents) for children to grow up to be independent human beings and with all his typical late can be tried in the hope that always “successful”. Modeling, habituation, giving guidance to understand the characteristic of the child will be more effective. The trick is to give “free” experience and play while learning among friends. The conditions for children have needs besides socializing with family get ready to enter formal educational institutions and non-formal, and various ways to respect the diversity of the environment. Hence the need for the feeling to feel fulfilled in the guidance of emotional given to children to be able to manage the basic emotions (happy, sad, disgusted, angry, disappointed, and surprised) that is held to be a human being adaptable, motivated and self-esteem and self-concept positive. Due to the positive expression of emotion to motivate children to develop cognitive abilities and psychomotor personal-social and spiritual.
