Abstract

The power relations between state institutions can be influenced by the state institutions that propose them, such as the appointment of United States judges who have ideological tendencies that are identical to the president. This study attempts to determine the ideology of constitutional judges and the political ideology of the President of the Republic of Indonesia through an analysis of the considerations of decisions and political parties. Is there a relationship between the political ideology of the president and constitutional judges in the consideration of decisions in judicial review cases? The design of this research is library research with a conceptual, legislative, and case study approach. Qualitative data analysis in the form of copies of Constitutional Court decisions supported by a study of related theoretical literature. The results of the study indicate that the ideology of constitutional judges seen from the considerations of their decisions is mostly moderate, although some considerations tend to be secular and Islamic. The political ideology of the president based on the ideology of the political parties supporting President Megawati and President Jokowi tends to be secular, while President Yudhoyono is nationalist-religious. The ideological relationship of constitutional judges proposed by the president is identical to the political ideology of President Megawati. Meanwhile, during the era of President Yudhoyono and President Jokowi, the ideology of constitutional judges in the consideration of their decisions was not identical to the ideology of the president's political party. This shows the independence of judges from the influence of the current political ruling ideology.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka at MIN 14 Blitar, identifying various aspects related to lesson planning, implementation strategies, and the role of assessment within the Kurikulum Merdeka approach. In the context of educational changes demanded by the Industrial Era 4.0, the role of teachers in adapting to the new curriculum is a primary focus. Additionally, the readiness of schools in terms of human resources, facilities, and infrastructure is crucial for the successful implementation of this curriculum. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to illustrate lesson planning that emphasizes the analysis of learning outcomes, the use of diagnostic assessments, teaching modules, and teachers' understanding of students' learning styles. The findings highlight that the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka is supported by the Merdeka Belajar platform, adequate facilities, and various differentiated learning methods. Assessment plays a critical role through initial, formative, and summative assessments, with a transparent grading process facilitated by the Rapor Digital Madrasah (RDM), which involves parents in evaluating students' education.

Abstract

Abstract This research examines the role of social media, especially YouTube, in the process of searching for self-awareness of the younger generation using a case study of Rintik Sedu's YouTube content. By involving six informants as followers of Rintik Sedu and conducting in-depth interviews, this study found that Rintik Sedu's Youtube content plays an important role in helping young people recognize their strengths and weaknesses, provide new perspectives on life problems, and motivate them to be more grateful. Interesting visualizations, long duration, and relevance to the lives of the younger generation are the main attractions of this content. The main reason why netizens choose Rintik Sedu content is because the content is very relatable and relevant to the reality of their lives and is delivered in an interesting and accessible style. These findings support previous research on the relationship between social media and self-concept and provide insights for content creators in designing content that supports the audience's search for self-awareness.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of financial performance discipline in paying zakat in Islamic banking. Not all Islamic banks in Indonesia fulfill their obligations in issuing corporate zakat. This is judged by the very essential position of Islamic banking, and is a good example for companies in issuing zakat in order to help the welfare of the community. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial performance ratios, namely capital as proxied by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), profitability as proxied by Return Of Assets (ROA), efficiency as proxied by Expenses/Operational Income to Islamic banking zakat. The approach in this study uses quantitative methods, with this type of research using associative. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with secondary data. The data source uses the company's annual report recorded at the Financial Services Authority for the 2011-2020 period. The analytical methods used in this study include (1) Descriptive Statistics, (2) Test Models; (3) Classical Assumption Test, (4) Hypothesis Testing; (5) Moderation Regression Analysis. The analytical tool used in this research is EViews 10. The results showed that (1) CAR had no significant effect on corporate zakat (2) ROA had a significant effect on corporate zakat (3) BOPO had no significant effect on corporate zakat (4) company size was unable to moderate CAR on corporate zakat (5) company size unable to moderate ROA on corporate zakat; (6) the size of the company is able to moderate the BOPO against corporate zakat.

Abstract

Sesajen has been a controversial topic from ancient times to the present. This ritual involves offering food and other objects in religious or customary ceremonies to communicate with supernatural powers. The tradition of sesajen in Islam reflects a cultural heritage with spiritual and religious practices, and an understanding of this tradition is essential to understanding the Islamic view of sesajen. This study explores Ibn Kathir's interpretation of the tradition of sesajen in the context of Surah An-Nisa verse 48, to understand his views and arguments regarding sesajen in Islam. This study uses a literature review to explore Ibn Kathir's perspective on sesajen through his interpretation of the Qur'an. This involves analyzing literature, including Ibn Kathir's works, to detail his arguments and views on the tradition of sesajen. Ibn Kathir's interpretation emphasizes the importance of maintaining the sanctity of worship and warns against deviation from the principle of monotheism, providing valuable guidance for Muslims today. His interpretation contributes to strengthening the religious identity, and countering negative cultural influences while addressing modern challenges.

Abstract

Di antara topik yang cukup jarang diulas dalam kajian akademik terkait kepemimpinan adalah gaya kepemimpinan perempuan dengan peran ganda. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi gaya dan strategi kepemimpinan Ketua Fatayat NU Tulungagung yang terbilang cukup sukses meski menjalankan peran ganda. Peran lain yang juga diemban oleh ketua Fatayat NU Tulungagung adalah istri, Ibu dari 2 anak dan kepala Sekolah untuk 2 SDN di Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi dari Ketua Fatayat NU. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ketua Fatayat NU Tulungagung mengadopsi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang ditandai dengan keterbukaan, empati, serta kemampuan untuk mendelegasikan tugas secara efektif. Selain itu, kemampuan untuk mengelola peran ganda secara seimbang berkontribusi pada keberhasilan organisasi, di mana dukungan dari anggota keluarga dan organisasi menjadi faktor penentu. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan perempuan dengan peran ganda tidak hanya efektif dalam memajukan organisasi, tetapi juga mencerminkan model kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan organisasi berbasis keagamaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pandangan Syaikh Nawawi Al-Bantani mengenai arah kiblat sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam kitab Sullam Al-Munajat. Arah kiblat merupakan salah satu syarat sahnya salat yang penting dalam praktik ibadah umat Islam. Kitab ini tidak hanya membahas aspek teologis mengenai arah kiblat, tetapi juga mengaitkan penentuannya dengan ilmu geografi, khususnya bagi wilayah Banten dan sekitarnya. Syaikh Nawawi menggunakan pendekatan geografis serta alat bantu seperti bait al-ibrah atau kompas untuk menentukan arah kiblat secara tepat. Penelitian ini mengkaji relevansi pandangan Syaikh Nawawi dalam konteks kontemporer dan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun metode yang digunakan tergolong tradisional. Hasil temuan yang didapat adalah bahwa dibandingkan dengan perhitungan matematis, perbedaan perhitungan Syaikh Nawawi tidak lebih dari 1 derajat sehingga dapat dikategorikan akurat bahkan pada masa kini. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi kajian arah kiblat dalam khazanah keilmuan Islam serta memperkuat pemahaman mengenai ibadah yang sesuai dengan syariat.

Abstract

Many students suffered stress when worked the thesis. In this research, researcher used SEFT to reduce college student’s thesis stress. The Problem in this research was how much influence and effectiveness percentage of SEFT. This research was experimental research that was done UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung by 10 samples (5 respondents in experimental group and 5 respondents in control group). Based on the count results of Mann Whitney with p-value=0,009 and á=0,05 showed experimental group and control group had difference significant (p-value < á). Whereas, the count results Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with p-value=0,042 and á=0,05 showed that SEFT was effective in reducing college student’s thesis stres (p-value < á). In addition, the count results of effectiveness percentage SEFT used Sumbangan Efektif Regresi Linier produced 88,3% so that the effectiveness level of SEFT was as many of 88,3%.

Abstract

The process of agricultural development benefits greatly from agricultural extension activities, particularly when it comes to improving the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the primary actors and business people. The purposes of the research were to measure the performance of agricultural extension workers and formulate the strategies to improve the performance of agricultural extension workers in Sesayap Sub-district Tana Tidung District. The data used were primary data and secondary data. The methods of analyzing the data used were Likert and SWOT analysis. The results of the research showed that the performance of agricultural extension workers in Sesayap Subdistrict was 62 with a good category and the strategies to improve the performance of agricultural extension workers in Sesayap Subdistrict were to implement the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, namely: (a) Agricultural extension workers have good education with over two years of work to optimize technology and innovation. (b) The number of extension workers is sufficient, extension workers have enthusiasm and dedication to work and are able to utilize the existing facilities and infrastructure at BPP to enhance the ability and capacity of extension workers. (c) With adequate education of extension workers, the extension workers have enthusiasm and dedication to work and are relatively young so that they can optimize learning media through online.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to the process and results of using mind mapping media to determine the development of English speaking skills of class XII MA Hassanudin Gaprang students in describing a text. English is an international language that must be learned in this modern era. Utilizing media as a strategy in learning is very effective in seeing student development. Using the ADDIE model method in this study, which is known as Research and Development (R & D). Data taken through observation, Interview, and questionnaires. The researcher obtained a value from the Instrument validator of 83% with valid criteria, 75% for the material validator with valid criteria, and the media validator obtained a value of 83.82% with valid criteria.
