Humano: Jurnal Penelitian (HJP) adalah salah satu jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Khairun yang memuat tentang hasil riset di bidang ilmu noneksakta atau sosial humaniora meliputi aspek-aspek sosial, politik, ekonomi, hukum dan budaya. HJP terbit sebanyak dua kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Juni dan November. HJP menerima tulisan berbentuk riset kuantitatif, kualitatif, maupun gabungan antara keduanya dari akademisi, praktisi, peneliti, dan mahasiswa yang relevan dengan topik ilmu noneksakta dan sosial humaniora.

Abstract

Employees, employees, workers are human beings who use their energy and abilities to get a reward in the form of money or in other forms to the company. The success of a company is inseparable from the role of employees, because employees are not just an object, they can be said to be planners, controllers and assets of a company by contributing to the company in the form of their abilities, expertise and skills. Therefore, job satisfaction and employee motivation are very influential for a company. This study aims to determine how the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at Prama Sanur Beach Hotel Bali. This study used a qualitative method, in which researchers used data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and participant observation. The results show that the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance is very influential, the company is currently still unable to provide maximum job satisfaction to employees because work wages are still cut due to Covid-19, therefore work motivation cannot be measured with certainty. , because employees still want to get better to improve their performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manfaat pengelolaan hutan dalam aspek sosial ekonomi dan rekreasi bagi masyarakat di Kabupaten Dompu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kabupaten Dompu Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif naturalistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga metode yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 41 orang yang berasal dari berbagai instansi terkait seperti Kementerian Kehutanan dan Lingkungan Hidup, Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Dompu dan Kelembagaan Desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan hutan kemasyarakat dapat meningkatkan perekonomian petani hutan dengan memanfaatkan hasil Hasil Hutan Kayu (HHK) maupun Hasil Hutan bukan Kayu (HHBK) serta dapat menumbuhkan usaha-usaha ekonomi pada kawasan eduwisata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan  terhadap kepuasan  pelanggan pada PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Kota Palopo. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni wawancara, studi pustaka, kuesioner. jenis dan sumber data jenis data berupa data kuantitatif data kualitatif dsn dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear. sumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun hasil penelitian Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana, bahwa  Variable kualitas layanan  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan  pelanggan pada PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Kota Palopo dan Hasil analisis regresi linear diketahui Nilai probabilitas (sig) sebesar 3,818 504 atau sig. 0,000 0,05. menarik pelanggan seperti pada pernyataan pelanggan akan selalu kembali ke PT Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor jika ingin membeli sepeda motor, pernyataan inilah yang mendapat respon terendah dari pelanggan maka dari itu pt suraco jaya disarankan menyiasati masalah tersebut dengan berbagai macam pola penjualan yang menarik minat pelanggan untuk kembali

Abstract

Gaya belajar adalah cara dominan yang konsisten dilakukan peserta didik dalam menyerap dan mengelola informasi atau ilmu pengetahuan. Adapun tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya belajar didik berprestasi pada jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. Selanjutnya populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Peserta Didik Berprestasi Pada Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar peringkat 1-10. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang disajikan melalui tabel frekuensi dan olah data melalui teknik perhitungan skor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar peserta didik berprestasi pada Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar kelas XI dan XII memperoleh gaya belajar visual sebesar 81,5%. Siswa dengan gaya belajar auditorial sebesar 79,17%. Sedangkan siswa dengan gaya belajar kinestesis sebesar 69,8 %. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya belajar peserta didik berprestasi pada Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar dominan menggunakan gaya belajar visual, adapun hal yang dapat membedakan penelitian ini dan penelitian terdahulu terletak pada jenis penelitian yang digunakan dan lokus penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stress Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makassar serta variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode representative yaitu mengambil bagian kecil dari populasi tersebut dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Wawancara, Kuesioner dan Dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis dalam penelitian ini telah terbukti Stres Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makassar, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makassar, variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makassar adalah Stres Kerja.

Abstract

A poetis is an author of poetry, rhymes, and prose. The world of literature has developed along with the development of life in Indonesia. The large number of residents has led to the development of various events which is in turn the poets known by theirtrack records of prose and poetry. Of course, this existence is a good news for Indonesia in which it is rich in literature lovers. Then, by its love of literature a refined and noble character will grow. Behind of that, the growth of literary lovers is accompanied by the growth of writers that are poets, essays, short stories, poetry that showed contributing to the world of Indonesian literatures. Not a few good literary works that obey received positive appreciation by the government, which later emerged as regional writers because of their works. Nowadays, in North Maluku, many literature writers appear with their literary works. Therefore, poets must be known by the general public and education world. This study discusses about identification of poets originated from North Maluku region by conducting a qualitative descriptive research method to process data using the words instead of numbers and applying analytical tools, namely an expressive approach to see the biography of poets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) materi Sistem Hukum dan Peradilan di Indonesia Kelas XI Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (action research class) dengan mengolaborasikan praktik lesson study. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu lembar observasi dari para pengamat berupa catatan perilaku belajar peserta didik, rekaman video selama pembelajaran berlangsung, dan tes hasil belajar kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.  Berdasarkan hasil tindakan yang dilakukan pada open class 1, 2 dan 3 menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model discovery learning berbasis lesson study mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada pemulihan pembelajaran setelah mengalami masa pandemic. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil diskusi para observer dan perubahan hasil belajar yang diperoleh peserta didik.  Pada open class 1, 2, 3 untuk indikator kemampuan peserta dalam a) menginterpretasi masalah sebesar 37%, 48%, dan 74%; b) indikator kemampuan menganalisis solusi open class 1, 2, 3 ada perubahan persentase masing-masing 19%, 44%, 74%; c) indikator kemampuan peserta dalam menerapkan solusi perubahannya sebesar 19%, 44%, 74%; d) indikator  kemampuan peserta dalam mengevaluasi solusi yang digunakan sebesar 19%, 44%, 63%; dan e) indikator menyimpulkan hasil ada peningkatan pada open class 1,2,3 sebesar 19%,44%, 63%. Olehnya itu, model ini dapat direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan pada kelas yang memiliki masalah pembelajaran serupa.

Abstract

This study aims to classify the forms and functions of English swear words used by the reactors in reacting to Alip's guitar playing in covering western songs or songs from Indonesia and to describe students' perceptions of the English swear words associated with the Cross Culture Understanding (CCU) course material. Data on English swear expressions were obtained through YouTube videos while data on students’ perceptions of English swear words were obtained through a google form. The findings show that the English swear words used by the reactors are generally in the form of the expression 'Fucking' as an adjective and serves to express surprise or praise and as an intensifier to reinforce or emphasize. Although only a small percentage (21.7%) of 23 respondents saw Alip Ba Ta's guitar playing and the reactions of the reactors in the song cover by Alip Ba Ta's guitar it turned out that more than 52% of 23 respondents had used swear words both in English and in Indonesian or in local language. More than 63% of the respondents strongly agree (18.2%) and agree (45.5%) that English swear words need to be included in the CCU course material for a number of reasons, such as to better understand the actual types of swearing with the right meanings, to increase students' knowledge about the use of swear language in various cultures between countries, and to add insights.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in the class XI TKJ network service technology subject at UPTD SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai through the application of the cooperative learning model of the explicit instruction type and to determine student responses in applying the explicit instruction learning model. This research is a classroom action research which consists of four stages, namely action planning, action implementation, evaluation and reflection. This research was conducted in two cycles. Data analysis techniques were carried out after data collection. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical data analysis. The results showed that student learning outcomes in the class XI TKJ network service technology subject at UPTD SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai through the application of the explicit instruction type cooperative learning model increased. Therefore, it is suggested to teachers and schools to apply explicit instruction learning models to the learning process in schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the types of impolite utterances uttered by teachers and students in the learning process and to identify the types of politeness maxims that were violated by teachers and students in the learning process at SMP Negeri 1 Kota Ternate, and using politeness scale approach to determine the types of polite speech. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. This study uses three data collection techniques, namely; 1) technique of observation (observation). 2) the technique of observing and taking notes. 3) technique of recording (record). The research results show that; six (6) politeness maxims conveyed by Leech, all maxims are violated by teachers and students in the learning process in class. The maxim that is often flouted is the maxim of modesty/simplicity and the least flouted is the maxim of conformity/agreement. Violations of politeness maxims are more frequently violated by teachers than by students. All violations of these maxims are carried out in the learning process in class. The politeness scale is a measure to determine the level of politeness in a speech. The politeness scale is used as a measure of politeness in a speech adapted to the context of the speech itself.
