Abstract

In order to sustain and grow a firm, financial management is essential. This procedure is essential for obtaining profit and loss data, preventing employee and business partner fraud, and separating personal and business funds to determine the company's financial situation accurately. Informal MSME actors multitask and operate as small business owners, entrepreneurs, and managers of all business issues. So, there is not enough time to document the financials of a corporation. Making financial records requires basic knowledge, which makes the work feel challenging, intricate, and time-consuming. One way to address this issue is making the Android mobile application "Zazan" to assist in managing the finances of medium-sized, tiny, and microbusinesses. A descriptive strategy was used to gather the data required for this investigation. An integrated application that could record business activity transactions, record business activity schedules, and connect with customers was required, as determined by the analysis and implementation findings. Furthermore, clients can quickly learn more about business players by accessing location information. Interaction between customers and business transaction activities facilitates the automation of business activity recording, enabling the application to complete financial recording. Entrepreneurs will find it easier to manage their financial spending with the help of the company's financial reports. Having employee and multi-store functionalities would be preferable because business actors occasionally have multiple business branches and employees. The implications of this research extend beyond merely providing a tool for financial management; they highlight the necessity of accessible financial solutions for MSMEs. By bridging the gap in financial literacy and time constraints, the "Zazan" application not only empowers business owners to maintain accurate financial records but also fosters better decision-making and strategic planning. This can lead to enhanced business performance, improved relationships with stakeholders, and ultimately, sustainable growth in the competitive market landscape.

Abstract

Technology plays a vital role in addressing key challenges in the fashion industry, including high personalization, environmental sustainability, and increased productivity. The aim of this study is to explore the impact of technological advancements on innovation in the fashion industry, particularly among SMEs in Indonesia. Additionally, this research will investigate Curiosity, technology readiness, creativity, and employee performance enhancement in the creative fashion industry. This research employs a survey approach in the creative fashion industry sector in Bandung City. Respondents consist of employees with a minimum of 1 year of experience in fashion companies in Bandung City, selected through simple random sampling. Out of 322 respondents, data is tested for the proposed research model. The validity and reliability of the instruments will be tested for the first-order and second-order models. Structural analysis and Structural Equation Modeling are utilized to generate a valid research model prediction. The findings confirm that Curiosity significantly influences technology readiness and creativity in the Bandung fashion industry. The intrinsic drive to seek additional information stimulates innovation and employee performance. Individuals with a strong sense of curiosity tend to be more prepared to embrace technology, enhance creativity, and demonstrate superior task performance.  The  profound impact of  Curiosity on  Technology  Readiness  and  Creativity towards task performance demonstrates a complex aspect of originality. Employee performance, involving behavior and actions in task completion, is closely linked to these factors. Curiosity encourages exploration of new technologies, innovative thinking, and creative approaches to tasks. Employees who exhibit curiosity, technology readiness, and creativity tend to excel in their work, bringing new perspectives, innovative solutions, and high engagement in the Bandung fashion industry. The limitations of this study include the need for further research to explore the long-term effects of Curiosity, technology readiness, and creativity on task performance. Future studies could investigate the role of other factors such as organizational support and individual motivation in shaping employee performance in the creative fashion industry. Subsequent research could deepen the understanding of specific industry contexts, delve further into leadership, or explore the intersection of individual and organizational factors on performance outcomes.

Abstract

The swift advancement of technology has profoundly influenced the transportation industry, especially in digital transportation services. InDrive provides a Peer-to-Peer transportation service for passengers, wherein travel conditions are established through agreements between passengers and drivers. This study seeks to assess user happiness with the InDrive application in Bandung utilizing the End User Computing Happiness (EUCS) model. A quantitative methodology was utilized to gather data via online questionnaires from a sample of 201 active InDrive customers in Bandung who have utilized online transportation services. The hypotheses were tested using SEM-PLS analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings indicate that four factors—content, Accuracy, Ease of Use, and Timeliness—positively and significantly affect user satisfaction. One of the five proposed hypotheses was rejected: the Format variable had no significant impact on user satisfaction, evidenced by a t-statistic of 0.701, below the t-table value of 1.972, and a p-value of 0.484, surpassing the significance threshold of 0.05. This research highlights the necessity to improve the aspects that influence user happiness. Enhancing Content, Accuracy, Usability, and Timeliness will enable InDrive to improve service quality and user experience. The minimal influence of the Format variable indicates a necessity for additional research, offering critical insights for players in the online transportation industry to enhance their services and align more closely with user expectations.

Abstract

The report is a crucial document that thoroughly documents pupils' learning outcomes in both academic and extracurricular domains. Inputting many student grades into reports by hand takes a long time, and parents cannot constantly check their children's report cards. The author hopes to make data entry easier and allow parents to monitor their children's academic progress with the web-based e-report information system that uses the prototyping technique. The author used JavaScript, PHP, and a MySQL database to create an online e-report information system. This approach is intended to help homeroom instructors and teachers at one of Bandung's vocational high schools manage grades and determine their pupils' average scores. This study emphasizes the potential for increasing grade management effectiveness, fostering better parent-school communication, and offering a clearer picture of student performance. It might also inspire other academic institutions to implement comparable technology to expedite their reporting procedures.
