Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pemberdayaan Koperasi Pondok Pesantren (Kopontren) sebagai pendidikan sosial dan  ekonomi santri. Penelitian menggunakan metode Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), pengumpulan data melalui,  wawancara, pengamatan langsung, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan secara purposive sampling yaitu ketua, pengurus dan anggota Kopontren. Lokasi penelitian di Yayasan Pendidikan Agama Islam (YPAI) Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Dukuh Waluh, Banyumas dan El Bayan 1 Majenang, Cilacap. Penelitian menggunakan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Pengurus Kopontren memiliki tekad dan semangat yang tinggi untuk membenahi kepengurusan, keanggotaan dan mengembangkan unit usaha sebagai pendidikan sosial serta ekonomi bagi kemandirian santri. (2) Kopontren membutuhkan dukungan dari pimpinan pondok pesantren dan partisipasi semua santri untuk menjadi anggota dan kader Kopontren. (3) Kopontren membutuhkan program pemberdayaan seperti penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang manajemen kelembagaan, kepengurusan, keanggotaan dan keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan program dan proses pembelajaran di TK Mutiara Persada Soragan Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive terdiri dari delapan guru dengan satu kepala sekolah dan tujuh guru kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) program pendidikan multikultural terdiri atas program utama yang terstruktur dalam kurikulum dan program pendukung  di luar kurikulum yang berupa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Nilai pendidikan multikulturalnya berupa nilai demokratis, nilai humanis dan nilai pluralisme. (2) proses pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan kontribusi dengan menggunakan model multikultural etnik. Evaluasi dilakukan ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung antara guru dan siswa serta evaluasi mingguan yang dilaksanakan setiap hari Jumat antara kepala sekolah dan guru  sehingga keberhasilan pendidikan multikultural terwujud karena adanya kerjasama yang baik antara kepala sekolah dan guru.Kata Kunci: pendidikan multikultural, taman kanak-kanak. Multicultural education in TK Mutiara Persada Soragan YogyakartaAbstractThis research aims to several the programs and learning processes of multicultural education at TK Mutiara Persada Sorogan Yogyakarta.This research used the qualitative approach with descriptive type. The subject was established by using the purposive technique, consisting of eight teachers with one headmaster and seven classroom teachers. The technique of data collection was observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the research show: (1) multicultural education programs consists of primary program structured and the supporting programs are activities outside the curriculum whose implementation is in the form of extraculiculer activities. The value of multicultural education is in the form of democracy, humanism value, pluralism value; (2) the process of teaching used the contribution approach by using ethnic multicultural model. The evaluation is done at the time the process of learning is taking place between teachers and students and weekly evaluation implemented every Friday between the headmaster and teachers, the success of multicultural education is realized because of the good cooperation between the headmaster and teachers.Keywords: multicultural education, kindergarten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi pembangunan desa wisata batik dengan fokus penelitian; proses pembangunan, wujud partisipasi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, dan dampak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah pengrajin batik dan kepala desa, sebagai informan adalah pembatik, dan tokoh masyarakat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, metode dan teori. Teknik analisis data melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah proses pembangunan dari perencanaan telah adanya aktivitas membatik. Pelaksanaan terciptanya interaksi antara pengrajin dan pembatik yang terjalin hubungan patron-klien. Wujud partisipasi bersumber dari masyarakat lokal dan sistem sosial di luar masyarakat. Faktor pendukung berupa daya dukung fisik, sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi. Faktor penghambat berupa tidak semua warga setempat bisa membatik. Dampak secara fisik adanya peningkatan infrastruktur, dan dampak nonfisik terdapatnya peningkatan yang terdiri dari segi pendidikan, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya.Kata kunci: pembangunan masyarakat; desa wisata; budaya; batik The Implementation of the Development of Batik Tourism Village in Babagan Lasem Sub-District Rembang Regency AbstractThis research aims to describe the implementation of rural batik tourism development focusing on; process of development, their participation, the supporting factors and obstacles, and the impact. This is a descriptive qualitative approach research. The research subjects were batik craftsmen and the head of the village, the informants were batik makers, and community leaders. The data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The validation used triangulation techniques of sources, methods and theory. The data were analyzed through some stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results are the development process of batik village planning activities. Interaction between craftsmen and batik makers established patron-client relations. The participation of local communities is realized and social system outside the community. The support factors are in the form of physical capability, social, cultural, and economic capacity. The obstacles are not all the society members are batik makers. The physical impacts are the improvement of infrastructure buildings, and the non-physical impact can be seen from education, economic, social and cultural improvement.Keywords: community development; tourism village; culture; batik

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam penatalaksanaan perawatan penderita asam urat di lingkungan XIV Kelurahan Sunggal yang merupakan Wilayah Desa Binaan Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Sumatera Utara. Metode kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan selama 4 hari, dengan metode ceramah dengan menggunakan media audiovisual. Jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang. Hasil kegiatan: Diperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakatdari 5% menjadi 88,3% menjadi kategori baik. Dari hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya manfaat penyuluhan masyarakat dengan menggunakan media audiovisual terhadappengetahuan masyarakat. Penggunaan media audiovisual menyuguhkan gambar dan suara, sehingga pesan penyuluhan dapat lebih mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat, dan media ini dapat disajikan berulang ulang dengan memutar kembali materi penyuluhan melaluihandphone peserta penyuluhan, media penyuluhan kesehatan dengan audiovisual dianggap efektif dan dapat dijadikan sebagai pilihan media dalam penyuluhan kesehatan bagi masyarakat. Public health counseling: Management of care for gout patients using audiovisual media AbstractThe purpose of this activity is to increase public knowledge in the management of care for gout sufferers in the XIV neighborhood of Sunggal Village, which is a development village village of the Faculty of Nursing, University of North Sumatra. The extension activity method is carried out for 4 days, with the lecture method using audiovisual media. The number of respondents is 60 people. Results of the activity: Increased community knowledge from 5% to 88.3% into good categories. From the results of this activity, it shows the benefits of community education by using audiovisual media on people's knowledge. The use of audiovisual media presents images and sounds, so that the counseling message can be more easily understood by the public, and this media can be presented repeatedly by replaying counseling material through mobile education participants, health education media with audiovisuals are considered effective and can be used as media choices in health education for the community.

Abstract

Kehidupan anak era milenial kini menjadi lebih ironi, dukungan dari sajian media yang menawarkan sisi dunia kekinian menyebabkan generasi penerus bangsa luntur nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang telah ada pada masa lampau. Tujuan dari kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat pada target sasaran kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga Desa Manukaya adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada keluarga khususnya ibu yang memiliki peran penting di keluarga dalam mengantisipasi sikap negative dari dampak modernisasi. Focus Group Discussion di pilih dalam memecahkan masalah yang terjadi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tim pelaksana memberikan 2 kegiatan diantaranya adalah pertama memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya kearifan lokal dan strategi mempertahankan kearifan lokal melalui mendongeng. Kedua memberikan pendampingan pelatihan sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki oleh kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga Desa Manukaya yaitu merajut. Dari potensi tersebut, diberikan kegiatan pendampingan pembuatan media boneka jari dengan cara merajut dan berbahan dasar flannel. Dari media boneka jari yang telah dibuat, diharapkan dapat diaplikasikan kepada anak-anak dalam mengajarkan kearifan lokal Bali melalui dongeng. Bali Mendongeng: Revitalization of fading local wisdom AbstractThe lives of the millennial era is now becoming more irony, the support of the media which offers dishes of the world side of the present generation successor Nations smudging local wisdom values that already exist in the past. The purpose of the community empowerment activities on the target objectives of the mother-homemaker village of Manukaya is to provide education to their families especially mothers who have an important role in the family in anticipation of a negative attitude from the impact the modernization. The result of this activity is the implementing team provide activities such as the first two provide education about the importance of local wisdom and strategy of maintaining local wisdom through storytelling. Both provide a mentoring training in accordance with the potential that is owned by a group of mothers of households of the village of Manukaya that is knitting. From the potential, given the activities of accompaniment the creation of finger puppets knit and way made from flannel. From finger puppets that have been made, is expected to be applied to children of Bali's local wisdom in teaching through storytelling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan desain buku panduan permainan tradisional untuk meningkatkan perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun dan (2) mengetahui kelayakan dan efektifitas panduan permainan tradisional untuk meningkatkan perkembangan motorik kasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research Development). Model pengembangan menggunakan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu: analyze, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Subjek yang digunakan untuk uji coba produk pada tahap implementasi sebanyak 4 kelas kelompok B (usia 5-6 tahun) yang terdiri dari 66 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, angket, observasi dan lembar unjuk kerja. Teknik analisis data menggunakan t-test dengan taraf signifikansi 0.05. Permainan tradisional dalam buku panduan diantaranya adalah permainan egrang tempurung/bathok, lompat tali dan engklek. Hasil perhitungan uji t-test diperoleh nilai α = 0.000, nilai tersebut kurang dari 0.05 (0.05). Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa buku panduan permainan tradisional efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar. Developing traditional games handbook to improve gross motor ability of 5-6 years-old AbstractThe research aimed to: (1) develop traditional games handbook to improve gross motor ability of 5-6 Years-Old Children, (2) knowing the apropriate by expert and effevtiveness of traditional games handbook to improve gross motor ability of 5-6 years-old. This type of research is research and development (R D). The development model which was used in this research was ADDIE model. The model consisted of five steps, that was: analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate. The subjects used for implementation steps were 4 groups into class B (5-6 years-old children) who were consisting of 66 children. Collecting data used interview guidelines, questionnaire, observation and children performance sheet. Data analysis techniques was t-test with significance level 0.05. The development of traditional games handbook was as egrang tempurung/bathok, lompat tali and engklek. The result of validation by expert and teachers found that the developed products are categorized into a “good” category. The development of traditional games is declared effective in improving the gross motor ability of children.

Abstract

Prostitution is a phenomenon that has existed for a long time in the world, not least in Indonesia. Someone does prostitution most of the problem lies in economic factors and the low skills they have. The government does not remain silent due to this phenomenon, the government has also prepared a variety of skills training programs held in various rehabilitation institution, one of which is in the rehabilitation center of the Semarang city agriculture with empowerment programs through competency-based culinary skills training. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the planning, implementation, and results achieved in empowering prostitutes through competency-based culinary skills training. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Check the validity of the data using source triangulation and methods. The results of this study is planning of prostitutes empowerment programs through training in cookery skills includes: identification of needs, formulating learning objectives, determining curriculum to be used, choosing learning resources, and sources of funding. The implementation includes three main steps, namely opening activities, core activities, and closing. The results achieved are that the residents learned how to make steamed sponge, potato donuts, stuffed dumplings, banana chocolate roll omelet.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga miskin melalui usaha kerajinan tangan khas Gorontalo yang dikenal dengan “Mohalamu Tiohu” atau anyaman mendong sebagai upaya pendampingan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui observasi dan Focused Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil temuan diperoleh permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah pengetahuan tentang desain produk dan pemasaran masih sangat terbatas, usahanya masih bersifat industri rumah, padahal mereka tergolong terampil dalam membuat berbagai jenis kerajinan tangan dalam jumlah banyak, tidak memiliki modal usaha, penghasilannya tidak sebanding dengan waktu dan tenaganya, padahal sifat bahan baku mudah didapatkan dan mampu mengikuti trend dengan teknik dasar menganyam yang hanya dapat dilakukan secara manual. Untuk pengembangannya diperlukan adanya pembinaan secara berkala dan pemberian modal usaha secara merata kepada semua kelompok pengrajin ibu rumah tangga miskin, mempatenkan hasil karya dan menggalakkan kecintaan masyarakat terhadap kerajinan tersebut. The need analysis of poor housewives empowerment in the development of Gorontalo special handicraft business “Mohalamu Tiohu” AbstractThis study aims to analyze the needs of poor housewives through the development of Gorontalo’s special handicraft product design which is well known as “Mohalamu Tiohu” or mendong (Fimbrystlis Globulosa) plait as the guidance effort. The method used in this research was Participatory Action Research (PAR) through the observation and Focused Group Discussion (FGD). Based on the finding of this research, the problems faced by craftsman were the limited knowledge about product design and marketing, the problem that the business still in home business scale, there was no enough venture capital, the income was not comparable with the time and effort that they used. This fact was very ironic where the raw material was very easy to be found and also it was able to follow the current trend by using plait basic technique which could only be done manually. For the business development, it was urgently needed the continual guidance and the giving of venture capital evenly to the all craftsman group of poor housewives. Besides that, it was important to the craftsman to have patent and improved public love to their craft product.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangan media big book untuk meningkatkan perilaku moral pada anak kelompok B usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research Development (RD). Media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan berupa media pembelajaran big book. Data diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara, lembar penilaian dari ahli media dan materi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok bermain yang berjumlah 34 anak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa media big book dapat membantu guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran, khususnya meningkatkan perilaku moral pada anak usia dini. Penggunaan big book berdampak positive terhadap meningkatkan perilaku moral, dengan rata-rata kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi yaitu 37.5 dan kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata 20. Big book media development to improve moral behavior in children aged 5-6 years AbstractThis study aims to develop a big book media to improve moral behavior in group B children aged 5-6 years. This study uses the Research Development (R D) method. The learning media produced are in the form of big book learning media. Data was obtained through interview techniques, assessment sheets from media and material experts. The subjects of this study were 34 children playing group children. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion it can be concluded that the big book media can help teachers in developing learning media, especially increasing moral behavior in early childhood. The use of the big book has a positive impact on improving moral behavior, with the average experimental class higher, 37.5 and the control class with an average of 20.
