Abstract

The goals of this research were to know the increasing of students’ cognitive result and to describe students science process skills, students characters, students activities and students attitudes through the use of ICT media tutorial as a substitute demonstration of measurer at junior high school. The sample of this research was class VII1 of SMPN 1 Gadingrejo. The sample was taken random technique. Design of this research was one shot case study. Data were analyzed by using pair sample t-test. Based on results of data analysis concluded that student cognitive result increased and growth the students science process skills, students characters, students activities and students attitudes up through the use of ICT media tutorial as a substitute demonstration of measurer at junior high school.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa dan mendeskripsikan ketrampilan proses sains, karakter, aktifitas dan sikap siswa melalui penggunaan media TIK tutorial sebagai substitute demonstrasi pada pembelajaran alat ukur di SMP. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah kelas VII1 SMPN 1 Gadingrejo. Sample diambil dengan teknik acak. Desain pada penelitian ini adalah one shot case study. Analisis data menggunakan uji pair sample t-test. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the influence of metacognition skill towards ability to promote questions and critical thinking skill of junior high school students and the improvement of critical thinking skill. One shot case study design and one group pretest-posttest design have been conducted in the research to obtain the data. By using SPSS 17.0 Program showed that the data distributed normally and linearity. The hypotheses testing used correlation test, simple regression linear, and paired sample t-test. The result of this research showed that: 1) there was a positively and significant influence towards ability to promote questions amounted to 31% and the regressive equation ???? = 37,04 +0,53 ????; 2) there was a positive and significant influence towards critical thinking skill amounted to 24% and the regressive equation ???? = 28,40 +0,54 ????; 3) There is an significantly average improvement in junior high school student’s critical thinking skill caused by the influence of metacognition skill amounted to 22,00 with N-gain average critical thinking skill amounted to 0,70 in high category.Kata kunci: berpikir kritis, kemampuan bertanya, keterampilan metakognisi

Abstract

This study aims to know: (1) difference KPS assessed by student through peer assessment and teacher on guided inquiry learning; (2) difference KPS assessed by student through peer assessment and teacher on direct instruction; (3) interaction between assessor of KPS with learning model. Based on the study, data gathered in KPS assessed by student of peer assessment and teacher. The analysis results showed that the data distributed normally and homogeneously. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was difference KPS assessed by student through peer assessment and teacher on guided inquiry learning; (2) there was difference KPS assessed by student through peer assessment and teacher on direct instruction; (3) there was no interaction between assessor of KPS with learning model.Kata kunci: KPS, pembelajaran langsung, penilaian sejawat

Abstract

Pitot Pipe teaching media for measure fluid speed was not available at SMAN Way Lima. To complete the purpose of fluid mechanic teaching media, pitot pipe teaching media was develop and provide guide book for teaching fluid concept. Teaching media and guide book development were using Suyanto procedure and combine with BSNP (2006). The procedure that consist of purpose analyse, resource identification, product spesific indentification, product developing, product testing and production. Those procedures showed that pitot pipe and guide book are compatible with teory and approprite for teaching media.Alat peraga pipa pitot untuk mengukur laju fluida tidak tersedia di SMAN Way Lima. Sebagai upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan peraga pembelajaran mekanika fluida, dikembangkanlah alat peraga pipa pitot beserta buku panduan penggunaannya yang dapat digunakan untuk membelajarkan konsep-konsep mekanika fluida. Pengembangan alat peraga dan bukupanduan menggunakan prosedur Suyanto dan menggabungkannya dengan BSNP (2006). Mengacu pada model pengembangan tersebut yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, identifikasi sumber daya, identifikasi spesifikasi produk, pengembangan produk, uji kelayakan produk (uji internal), dan produksi. Hasil uji internal menunjukkan alat peraga dan buku panduan penggunaan yang dikembangkan telah sesuai dengan teori dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: mengukur laju fluida, peraga pembelajaran, pipa pitot.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) Is there any influence between the intelligence of students' physics student learning outcomes through the implementation of the concept mapping strategy? (2) Is there any influence of motivation to learn physics student learning outcomes through the implementation of the concept mapping strategy? The research was carried out directly in class X 6 semester at SMA N 5 Metro, totaling 230 students. Effect between intelligence and motivation towards physics student learning outcomes can be measured by conducting tests in the form of test blocks and test practice. Learning outcomes data that have been obtained are then tested using a normality test, homogeneity, and anova test two paths. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that: (1) There is influence between the intelligence of students with physics student learning outcomes through the implementation of the concept mapping strategy. (2) There is the influence of the motivation to learn the physics student learning outcomes through the implementation of the concept mapping strategy.Keywords: intelligence, motivation, learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of students interaction on the learning model of problem posing to creative thinking ability and student learning outcomes. There are four aspects of creative thinking abilities of students in the research are: fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration. As for the learning outcomes in this study only examined the cognitive domains. The research method of this study is the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design is done in the first semester of the academic year 2011/2012 at the Senior High School 1 Way Jepara, East Lampung. The population of this research was every students of class XII IPA and the sample was class XII IPA1. Based on the results we can conclude that the students interaction on the learning model of problem posing can affect the creative thinking ability of 24.4% and student learning outcomes by 19.4%.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi siswa pada model pembelajaran problem posing terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan hasil belajar siswa. Ada empat aspek kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dalam penelitian ini yaitu : fluency, flexibility, originality dan elaboration. Sedangkan untuk hasil belajar pada penelitian ini hanya diteliti pada ranah kognitif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah One Group Pretest-Posttest Design yang dilakukan di semester ganjil pada tahun ajaran 2011/2012 di SMAN 1 Way Jepara, Lampung Timur. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII IPA sedangkan sampel yaitu kelas XII IPA1. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa interaksi siswa pada model pembelajaran problem posing dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif sebesar 24,4% dan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 19,4%.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, kemampuan berpikir kreatif, model pembelajaran problem posing.

Abstract

The objective of this this research was to produce worksheets with a generic science skills (GSS)-based on the lesson of pressure for class 8th in MTs Alfatah. According to Sugiyono (2011), the method is adapted from research steps that includes 9 stages of development. The result of tests on user response on the aspects of the attractiveness get score 3,18 with good category, the aspects of simplicity got score 3,07 with good category, and for the aspect of usefulness get score 3,14 with good category. While for the efectivity test results in the usage of product trial get 81,25%, student complete 65 of accomplishments criteria (or KKM). Therefore, GSS-based of students worksheets is worthy and efective to use as a learning media.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan LKS Berbasis KGS pada materi tekanan untuk kelas VIII MTs Alfatah Natar. Metode pengembangan diadaptasi dari langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan menurut Sugiyono (2011) yang meliputi sembilan tahapan pengembangan. Hasil uji coba terhadap respon pengguna untuk aspek kemenarikan memperoleh skor 3,18 dengan kategori baik, aspek kemudahan memperoleh skor 3,07 dengan kategori baik, untuk aspek kebermanfaatan memperoleh skor 3,14 dengan kategori baik. Semetara itu, untuk hasil uji efektivitas pada uji pemakaian produk mencapai 81,25% siswa tuntas KKM 65. Dengan demikian, LKS berbasis KGS layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: keterampilan generik sains, lembar kerja siswa, pengembangan

Abstract

An effective, efficient and attractive management in the learning process is the starting point for successful learning that will ultimately improve student achievement. To improve the quality of critical thinking and cognitive learning outcomes of students it is necessary to transform teaching, learning and changing components that can affect the learning process itself. This study aimed to determine the effect of critical thinking on cognitive learning outcomes of students with learning Think Pair Share. The research was conducted in Junior High School Wiyatama Bandar Lampung with a focus on legal research materials Newton. The research was conducted in January 2013. Type of research design one group pretest-posttest design. With purposive sampling. The research instrument used was a test instrument in the form of essay questions. Instrument test result data, analyzed by statistical tests such as test comparison of pretest and posttest critical thinking and cognitive outcomes. The results of data analysis found that there are differences in the ability of critical thinking and classroom learning outcomes significant results are based on the results of hypothesis testing using the T test for two values of N-gain. Results for the critical thinking skills As for the student learning outcomes is a significant value of 0.00. It shows that Ho refused and H1 accepted, it can be said that there was a significant effect of the average critical thinking skills and cognitive learning outcomes of students with learning using TPS.Keywords: Critical Thinking Skills, Learning Outcomes Physics, Model of Cooperative Learning, Think Pair Share (TPS).

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to develop an E-book of Dynamic Electricity by using Adobe Captivate 6.0 and (2) to describe the attractiveness and simplicity in comprehend the contents of the Interactive Media of Dynamic Electricity by using Adobe Captivate 6.0 grade XII of high school students in Bandar Lampung. This research was conducted at SMAN in Bandar Lampung. This research employed research and development approach of interactive media by the step of (1) needs analysis, (2) create goals, (3) determine the subject matter, (4) to write treatments (5) to write the initial script, (6) produce prototype, (7) evaluation, (8) revision, (9) the writing of the final manuscript, (10) trials and (11) the final program. Data were taken from the questionnaire. The test result shows that the interactive media is attractive and easy to learn. This is evident from the results of the obtained is data analysis value of 3.06.Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengembangkan E-book Materi Listrik Dinamis Menggunakan Adobe Captivate 6.0 dan (2) mendeskripsikan kemenarikan dan kemudahan memahami isi Media Interaktif Materi Listrik Dinamis Menggunakan Adobe Captivate 6.0 untuk siswa kelas XII SMA di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan media interaktif dengan dengan langkah-langkah (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) membuat tujuan, (3) menentukan pokok materi, (4) penulisan treatmen (5) penulisan naskah awal, (6) produksi prototipe, (7) evaluasi, (8) revisi, (9) penulisan naskah akhir, (10) uji coba dan (11) program final. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa media interaktif ini menarik dan mudah untuk dipelajari. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop student worksheet (LKS) which contains the value of divinity and Love towards the environment, concerning the material of solids, liquids and gases for seventh grade students of Junior High School. The development method used is adapted from the instructional media development model which consists of seven procedural steps of product development. Based on the internal test result, it can be concluded that the student worksheet (LKS) is suitable to be used as the learning source with the qualities; interesting, easy to used, and useful as the learning media.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) bermuatan nilai ketuhanan dan kecintaan terhadap lingkungan pada materi zat padat, cair dan gas untuk siswa kelas VII SMP. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan mengadaptasi model pengembangan media instruksional yang meliputi tujuh tahapan prosedur pengembangan produk. Ber-dasarkan hasil uji internal dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lembar Kerja siswa (LKS) telah sesuai dengan teori dan layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar dengan kualitas: menarik, mudah digunakan, dan bermanfaat sebagai media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: lembar kerja siswa, nilai kecintaan terhadap lingkungan, nilai ketuhanan, penelitian pengembangan.
