Abstract

Resiliensi matematis berguna buat dipergunakan peserta didik pada soal literasi matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi matematis terhadap literasi matematik peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian survei korelasional. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan peserta didik MA Nudia Semarang tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling yang menggunakan jumlah responden 24 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data angket untuk mengukur resiliensi matematis dan tes uraian untuk mengukur literasi matematis siswa. Analisis hasil penelitian menggunakan uji normalitas serta uji linearitas terlebih dahulu baru dilakukan analisis inferensial. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan 0,005 < 0,05 yang disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh resiliensi matematis terhadap literasi matematik peserta didik. Besar pengaruh resiliensi matematis terhadap literasi matematik peserta didik sebesar 30,4%.Mathematical resilience is useful for students to use in mathematical literacy problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mathematical resilience on students’ mathematical literacy. This type of research is a correlational survey research. The sample in this study were students of MA Nudia Semarang in the 2022/2023 academic year. The sample was taken by purposive sampling technique that used the number of respondents 24 respondents. The technique of collecting data is a questionnaire to measure mathematical resilience and a description test to measure students’ mathematical literacy. Analysis of research results using normality test and linearity test first then inferential analysis is carried out. Testing the research hypothesis using simple regression analysis. The results showed that the significant value was 0,005 < 0,05 which concluded that there was an effect of mathematical resilience on the mathematical literacy of students. The effect of mathematical resilience on students’ mathematical literacy is 30,4%

Abstract

Character is very important to foster the personality of students. Character education can be realized through mathematics learning activities using the initial Android application according to the technological development society in the 5.0 era. In research conducted. This study aims to analyze the development of the scratch application and the improvement of student’s mathematical creative thinking after using the scratch application. The method used is R&D (Research and Development)  with the Plomp model through the initial investigation stage, product design, and field testing. The subject of this study was to find seventh grade students at SMPN 3 Darma, Kuningan, West Java. The instrument used in the form of 5 items of description test, validation, analysis, and interviews which were collected online through Google Form. In this study it was found that; 1) Scratch application that is prepared is of good quality, has valid, practical, and effective criteria, 2) Scratch application is effective for mathematical creative thinking skills, 3) Student and teacher responses to scratch application are very positive. So the scratch application can help and make it easier for students to learn and is very good to continue to be developed.

Abstract

Critical thinking ability is one of the skills required for study, but in reality, the thinking ability of Indonesian students is still very low. Students' problem-solving skills in math classes, especially HOTS problems, have weaker developmental abilities, leading to difficulties and mistakes in solving problems in the form of stories.The purpose of the study was to describe the mistakes students make when using the Newman method to solve HOTS-type math problems. This study used qualitative and descriptive methods. The subjects of this study were 13 students in twelve classes of senior high school. Data collection techniques in the form of tests, interviews, and documents. Data validity using triangulation methods using interviews, observations, and survey methods.The results showed working on the problem of three-dimensional material stories, and statistical percentage of errors was mostly done at the writing stage of the final answer with a percentage of 90.38. followed by misrepresenting with a percentage of 61.53%, then transformation errors and process errors with a percentage of 23.07%, and error reading problems as much as 1.85%.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the process of developing E-Student Worksheets products and (2) determine the quality and feasibility of E-Student Worksheets products in ethnomathematics-based flat geometry subjects. This study uses a research and development (R&D) approach, with the ADDIE development research model. This research was made by referring to previous studies. According to the preliminary study, there are still many teachers who experience problems in preparing technology-based learning media. In this study, validation tests were carried out by material experts and media experts as well as product feasibility tests by teachers and students. Data was collected by using interview and survey techniques by distributing questionnaires through GoogleForm. Analysis of the data used is a descriptive percentage. The results of the analysis show the following data; in the validation test by media experts, it was obtained 82.5% with the "Very Valid" criteria, in the validation test by material experts it was obtained 74.31% with the "Valid" criteria, in the product feasibility test by the SDN 08 Lubang Buaya teacher which was then obtained 87, 3% with the "Very Feasible" criteria and in the product feasibility test by students (small group) 80.36% obtained with the "Very Feasible" criteria and for students (large group) 84.82% obtained with the "Very Feasible" criteria. This research has contributed to improving mathematical literacy as well as educational interaction between students and teachers, especially during online learning.

Abstract

Paradigma pembelajaran abad 21 menuntut peserta didik untuk dapat berpikir kritis, namun fakta menunjukkan kemampuan bepikir kritis matematis (KBKM) peserta didik masih rendah terutama pada materi perbandingan. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dengan menggunakan LKPD Elektronik (LKPD-el) berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan permasalahan berkonteks Budaya Melayu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan dan menghasilkan LKPD-el yang berkualitas baik. Adapun metode penelitian ialah design research yang meliputi dua tahapan preliminary research dan formative evaluation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD-el yang dikembangkan sudah memenuhi kriteria valid dari aspek isi (content), bahasa, tampilan, dan dari potensi umtuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis. Kemudian berdasarkan angket respon peserta didik, LKPD-el yang dikembangkan juga sudah memenuhi kriteria praktis. Akhirnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD-el yang dikembangkan sudah sangat baik. Dengan kata lain LKPD-el layak dan praktis digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dan berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis peserta didik.

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran daring, guru hanya menyediakan bahan ajar yang membuat siswa kesulitan memahami materi segitiga dan segiempat. Padahal, sekolah memiliki laboratorium komputer yang dapat dimanfaatkan guru dalam membuat media teknologi untuk menyampaikan materi pelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa media interaktif berbasis etnomatematika menggunakan Lectora Inspire untuk materi segitiga dan segiempat yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model 4-D. Subjek uji coba produk adalah siswa kelas VII di MTs Muhammadiyah Saning Bakar. Lembar validasi, angket respon guru, dan angket respon siswa menjadi instrumen dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menghasilkan media interaktif yang berisikan halaman pendahuluan, menu standar isi, menu materi, menu evaluasi dan menu informasi. Hasil validasi isi/materi, kualitas bahasa, dan kualitas tampilan oleh tiga orang validator adalah sebesar 78,39%. Hasil angket respon guru dan siswa sebesar 87,5% dan 82,5%. Dengan demikian, media interaktif berbasis etnomatematika menggunakan Lectora Inspire pada materi segitiga dan segiempat  valid dan sangat praktis untuk dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran. In online learning, the teacher only provides teaching materials that make it difficult for students to understand triangle and quadrilateral material. The school has a computer laboratory that teachers can use to make technological media to convey the subject matter. This study aims to produce products in the form of ethnomathematical-based interactive media using Lectora Inspire for triangle and quadrilateral material that has valid and practical criteria. This research is included in the Research and Development (R&D) using the 4-D model. The product trial subjects were seventh-grade students at MTs Muhammadiyah Saning Bakar. Validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, and student response questionnaires became the instruments of this study. This research produces interactive media that contains an introduction page, standard content menu, material menu, evaluation menu, and information menu. The results of the validation of content/material, language quality, and display quality by three validators were 78.39%. The results of the questionnaire responses of teachers and students were 87.5% and 82.5%, respectively. Thus, ethnomathematical-based interactive media using Lectora Inspire for quadrilateral and triangle material has been valid and very practical to use in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran serial animasi matematika berbantuan instagram untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis yang valid dan praktis. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Research and Development. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X . Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, angket, dan tes. Teknik analisis data meliputi analisis data kevalidan, dan kepraktisan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, angket, dan tes.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis data pendahuluan, analisis data kevalidan oleh validator ahli dan analisis data kepraktisan oleh guru dan siswa. Dari hasil penelitian dan pengembangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran serial animasi matematika berbantuan instagram untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis berdasarkan penilaian validator, guru serta peserta didik.

Abstract

Masalah kontroversial adalah masalah yang memunculkan perbedaan pendapat dan dapat memunculkan argument dan persepsi yang beragam. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar calon guru masih belum terbiasa menyelesaikan masalah kontroversial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi persepsi calon guru dalam menyelesaikan masalah kontroversial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Instrumen tes dan wawancara digunakan untuk menggali informasi. Hasil dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan mengacu pada aspek persepsi yakni penyerapan, pemahaman, dan penilaian. Hasilnya adalah pada aspek penyerapan, calon guru menyampaikan respon yang beragam, baik yang salah maupun benar. Aspek pemahaman terjadi pada saat mengkaitkan pengetahuan yang sudah dimiliki dengan konsep pada permasalahan kontroversial. Aspek penilaian muncul pada saat calon guru memberikan sudut pandang yang berbeda dari masalah yang diberikan. Calon guru diharapkan sering menyelesaikan masalah yang bervariasi sehingga terbiasa menyelesaikan masalah kontroversial. Controversial issues are issues that give rise to differences of opinion and can lead to various arguments and perceptions. The facts show that most prospective teachers are still not used to solving controversial issues. The purpose of this research is to explore the perceptions of prospective teachers in solving controversial issues. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach.. The results were analyzed qualitatively with reference to the aspects of perception, namely absorption, understanding, and assessment. The result is that in the absorption aspect, prospective teachers convey a variety of responses, both wrong and right. The understanding aspect occurs when relating existing knowledge to concepts on controversial issues. The assessment aspect appears when the prospective teacher gives a different perspective on the problem given. Prospective teachers are expected to often solve various problems so that they are used to solving controversial problems.

Abstract

AbstractThis article is the result of virtual learning research with research subjects of two groups of students and aims to determine the effectiveness of metacognitive learning so that the components of metacognition in solving problems can be analyzed. The research begins with a pre-test followed by virtual learning and ends with post-test and metacognition questionnaires. During the post-test, students' activities in solving them were observed through awareness, evaluation, and regulation while the metacognition questionnaire consisted of questions about metacognition components. The results of the data analysis show that students who do metacognition, their learning outcomes increase so that there is a relationship between the components of metacognition and the ability to solve problems. This relationship is expressed by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.419 with the regression equation y = 61.02 + 0.287x. This means that each metacognition independent variable can increase the average problem solving dependent variable by 0.287 units. Statistically, metacognitive learning is quite effective in solving problems. Based on these final results it can be recommended that virtual learning with a metacognitive model can be used as a new way and becomes a strong motivation for students to improve their ability to solve problems. Keywords: effectiveness, metacognition questionnaire homogeneous, interpretation, virtual learning. AbstrakArtikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian pembelajaran virtual dengan subjek penelitian dua kelompok mahasiswa dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran metakognitif sehingga komponen metakognisi dalam memecahkan masalah dapat dianalisis.  Penelitian diawali dengan pre-test yang dilanjutkan dengan pembelajaran virtual dan diakhiri dengan pemberian post-test dan  angket metakognisi. Selama post-test, diamati aktivitas mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikannya melalui kesadaran, evaluasi, dan regulasi  sedangkan angket metakognisi berupa pertanyaan tentang  komponen metakognisi. Hasil analisis data menunjukan mahasiswa yang melakukan metakognisi, hasil belajarnya meningkat sehingga ada hubungan antara komponen metakognisi dengan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah. Hubungan tersebut dinyatakan oleh koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,419 dengan persamaan regresi y = 61,02 + 0,287x. Hal ini berarti bahwa setiap variabel independen metakognisi dapat meningkatkan rata-rata variabel dependen pemecahan masalah sebesar 0,287 satuan. Secara statistika  pembelajaran metakognitif cukup efektif dalam pemecahan masalah. Berdasarkan hasil akhir tersebut dapat direkomendasikan bahwa pembelajaran virtual dengan model metakognitif dapat digunakan sebagai cara baru dan menjadi motivasi yang kuat bagi mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan  kemampuan dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Kata kunci: angket metakognisi, efektivitas, homogen, interpretasi, pembelajaran virtual.

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir matematis merupakan kemampuan yang penting untuk dimiliki oleh siswa termasuk pada materi transformasi geometri. Salah satu cara untuk melatih kemampuan berpikir matematis siswa adalah dengan menggunakan digital worksheet.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan digital worksheet pada materi transformasi geometri yang valid dan praktis dan memiliki efek potensial terhadap kemampuan berpikir matematis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu analyze, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Uji coba dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas XI SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi, angket kepraktisan dan soal tes kemampuan berpikir matematis. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis data validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa digital worksheet pada materi transformasi geometri memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 4.34 dan termasuk pada kriteria Sangat Valid. Digital worksheet pada materi transformasi geometri ini juga terkategori Praktis dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 83%. Selain itu berdasarkan hasil tes, sebagian besar kemampuan berpikir matematis siswa berada pada kategori Baik setelah mengikuti pembelajran menggunakan digital worksheet. Oleh karena itu, digital worksheet yang dihasilkan memiliki efek potensial terhadap kemampuan berpikir matematis siswa sehingga direkomendasikan untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. The ability to think mathematically is needed by student, including in geometry transformation. The use of digital worksheet can be one of the solutions for training student’s mathematical thinking ability.  This study aimed to develop a valid and practical digital worksheet on geometry transformation that potentially affected students’ mathematical thinking abilities. This development research was  using ADDIE models which consists of five stages, namely analyze, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects were eleventh grade students of SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. The instruments used were validation sheet, questionnaire and mathematical thinking test questions. The data were analyzed desctiptively. The expert validity of this digital worksheet on geometry tranformation revealed a score of 4.34 and was considered Very Valid. This digital worksheet also categorized as Practical with an average percentage of 83%. Futhermore, test result showed  that students’ mathematical thinking test were mostly Good. Based on result obtained, digital worksheet potentially affected students’ mathematical thinking so that its use is highly recommended.
