The journal publishes various researches and literary reviews in the field of Education science and Educational Counceling providing reviewed scholarly articles that suggest new concepts and best practices for teachers, lecturers, researchers, and education counceling practitioners in various places. This journal was established and initiated by a group of experts in Education Science and Education Counceling in Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry. This journal is published biannually in January and July.

The background of this study is based on an interview and when a preliminary study was done by the researcher, the results found that there are still occurred low learning interest by some student in class X student of SMA Negri 1 Baros kabupaten serang academic year 2021/2022). The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of group guidance with homeroom technique to upgrade the student learning interest. This study used a pre-experimental method with one group pre-test and post-test design. The sample selection used a purposive sampling method. The subject research consists of 8 students with low learning interest category. The method of data selection got by questionnaire. The results of this study showed that the average value before treatment/pre-test is 38 with 34% presentations and the average value after treatment/post-test is 81 with 82% percentations. Based on pre-test and post-test results, obtained an average gain score of 44, its definite that the homeroom technique is effective to upgrade student learning interest to class X students of SMA Negri 1 Baros kabupaten serang academic year 2021/2022.

The research was conducted with the aim of developing a game media that can be used as a support when providing information about careers in career field group guidance services for high school students. This is expected to make it easier for teachers of BK to improve students' career insights at school. This research was conducted at SMAN 5 Kota Serang with the target of class XI students. The method used is research and development with a 4D development model. The results of the validity test of the questionnaire used to determine the number of career insights of students resulted in the loss of seven of the 55 statement items with a reliability score of 0.683. The results of the media expert test were 82.18%, the material expert validation was 100%, and the linguist validation was 92.5%. The product feasibility test was carried out involving 12 people with an average score of 33% for increasing career insight. Media Stacko Holland is an innovation in guidance and counseling that is very inspiring, especially in terms of an attractive appearance, easy to understand, and according to the needs of students.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between emotional maturity and self-adjustment in face-to-face learning in grade 10 students of MAN 3 Tulungagung. This study uses correlational quantitative methods with simple random sampling method which was conducted on a student population of 159 students with a sample of 48 students. The data collection technique used a scale of emotional maturity and self-adjustment scale. In data analysis, researchers used the normality test method, linearity test, and product moment correlation test with the SPSS 20.0 for the Windows program. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between emotional maturity and self-adjustment in face-to-face learning in grade 10 students of MAN 3 Tulungagung. This relationship is shown by the significant result of 0.000 with p <0.05 which states that the two variables are interrelated. An r-count of 0.744 means the correlation between emotional maturity and self-adjustment is classified as positive with a strong correlation. So, in this study, if the emotional maturity of the individual is high, then the adjustment is also high, as well as better.

Divorce is one of the main causes of children experiencing problems at school. Many parents do not realize that divorce will have a big impact on the child's condition. Rarely do we find children who are able to balance the problems they receive at home while continuing to carry out their school activities well. The impact of divorce also has an influence on the activity of children to want to attend school and take part in learning as they should. This is because the child is the sole victim of each parent's divorce process. And one of the causes of a child's unwillingness to attend school is because he experiences problems of confusion to choose one between his parents. Therefore, it is important to provide information services for these students, in order to help themselves in dealing with and finding solutions to these problems. This study used the observation method, namely by making direct observations at SMK Negeri 5 Medan, which was carried out for several days. The results of this study will later explain the causes of the resolution of the problems experienced by one of the students at the school by providing information services by the counseling teacher to the student concerned.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the relationship between family harmony with the learning motivation of class X students of SMA Negeri 6 Serang City. This type of research is quantitative with correlational methods. The population in this study numbered 396 and to calculate the number of samples using the Slovin formula and produce a sample of 198 students. Data collection technique using random sampling. Data analysis using correlation analysis. Based on the results of the correlation test, the result of r is 0.426 with a significance level of 0.00 (p <0.05), which can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between family harmony and learning motivation. The effect of family harmony on learning motivation can also be seen from the results of the determination coefficient R = 0.181, and it can be concluded that the effective contribution made by the family harmony variable to learning motivation is 18.1%.

Recently, student brawl behavior increased and even resulted in fatalities. As a consequence, offenders generally receive a suspension or are expelled from school. Based on the perspective of the guidance and counseling concept, these suspensions are contrary to the role and function of guidance and counseling at schools. This article aims to find the notion of intervention student brawls in terms of guidance and counseling philosophy of science. The method used is a literature review of e-books, 30 articles from journals, online encyclopedias, and dictionaries. The analysis was conducted by comparing ideas from each journal and integrating the results to make new conclusions. Results of the study show that in terms of the philosophy of science, a school counselor can implement guidance and counseling services to deal with student brawls. This study suggests that school leaders need to look at the intervention of student brawls from the disciplinary approach of guidance and counseling. For school counselors, the topic of guidance services provided to students to prevent student brawls includes managing emotions, conflict resolution, and self-efficacy. Whereas in counseling services, peace counseling strategies can be applied.

Reading is a form of student skill in the form of the ability to recognize letters, the ability to spell words or sentences, reading fluency, understanding punctuation, being able to retell the contents of the reading, and having a business to obtain reading sources. Students who have reading difficulties will find it difficult to understand the lesson, students tend to have low academic achievement because of the reading difficulties they experience. The aim of the study was to find out how the use of the crank in overcoming students' reading difficulties at SD Negeri Langga. This type of research is quantitative research using experimental methods with One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The research sample is 8 students. Data collection techniques in this study used a Likert scale by distributing questionnaires to students in grades IV, V, and VI of SD Negeri Langga. The results showed that the use of cranks had significance in overcoming students' reading difficulties which was marked by a change in the average pretest score of 35.50 to 52.50 in the posttest average score with the difference between the two being 17. That is, there was an increase in students' reading ability after using a crank. The conclusion of the research shows that the crank can be used as a medium to improve students' reading skills, so this research can be used as reference material for class teachers and subject teachers in preparing programs for using the crank as a medium in improving students' reading skills.

This study aims to find out and explain the social abilities of autistic children, as well as to find out the efforts of teachers to overcome the difficulties of socializing autistic children at SMKN 9 Padang a school that has an inclusion class. This type of research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The research subjects were class IX students with autistic disorders. Data was collected using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Then to test the validity of the data using a credibility test. The credibility test was carried out using a triangulation technique. The results of interviews with counseling guidance teachers and with students who discussed the analysis of the problems of autistic children in inclusive schools SMK Negeri 9 Padang City and focused on autistic children in class XI Tataboga 3. Based on the results of research that had been carried out from interviews with key informants regarding "Analysis of the problems of autistic children in inclusive schools at SMK Negeri 9 Padang City "the researchers can conclude that the problems experienced by autistic children in inclusive schools are: The interaction of autistic children at school has started to improve from the beginning autistic children entered school until now they have become more open personalities and can interact comfortably with other students. Communication for autistic children at school is not really an obstacle because autistic children are mildly autistic and can still blend in and not be much different from other students. The behavior of autistic children at school is much better, they are rarely alone.

This research aimed to find out the application of student parents’ coping strategies in children who face online learning obstacles in MIN 15 Magetan. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with sampling using purposive sampling techniques. The role of researchers was as a guidance implementer, data collector, and data analyzer. The subjects were 3 parents and 3 children who faced online learning obstacles. The data collection used was structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that there were several obstacles experienced by children when carrying out online learning, such as internet services, learning interests, and material understanding. While the obstacles experienced by parents were accompanying children, economic constraints, motivating children, understanding materials, and obstacles experienced by children when carrying out online learning. The obstacles experienced by children when facing online learning created their own pressure on parents and had their own negative impact on them. Parents performed different coping strategies to solve the problem in this way the parents succeed and got a positive impact.

The social environment is the second aspect besides the family that gives the most influence in shaping the attitude and psychological maturity of adolescents, empathetic behavior is the main concern in this compilation. Descriptive qualitative, the results of the research can be recognized if the social environment plays a major role in creating empathetic behavior in adolescents. The method used is qualitatively adopted in order to take advantage of the objectivity offered by research to evaluate social phenomena in the environment by taking a sample of 5 people who come from different walks of life and levels of education. In addition, the authors also take samples of having and not having children. teenager. The results of the study show that adolescents are often more concerned with the opinion of the social environment about their personality than the opinion of their parents and family. Teenagers tend to put aside empathy because, for teenagers, helping other people they don't know and feel there is no advantage for them to do so, teenagers will think many times before deciding whether to take part or not, and sometimes teenagers also let other people who have difficulties with the attitude of "pretending not to see" and if someone reminds them to help, it is not uncommon for teenagers to say "someone will help later".
