Abstract

Abstract. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the cooperative method can be used to improve PKn learning achievement for grade IV students of SD Negeri 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, second semester 2017/2018 academic year? The goal to be achieved is to prove that the cooperative method can be used to improve PKn learning achievement of grade IV students of SD Negeri 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, second semester of the school year 2017/2018. This research was conducted at Nanggulan Cawas Klaten Public Elementary School 2. While the time of the study wasconducted from February to March 2018. The subjects of this study were grade IV students of SD Negeri 2 Nanggulan Cawas Klaten in the second semester of the school year 2017/2018. This action research uses the classroom action research flow. The data analysis technique used uses several stages, namely data reduction, presentation and conclusion. From the results of the research carried out since planning, repairs to implementation and evaluation, it can be concluded that the cooperative method can be used to improve PKn learning achievement of fourth grade students of SDN 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, second semester 2017/2018 school year. This was proven before the improvement in the percentage of students' completeness in learning was only 27.78% or 5 students, in the improvement of the first cycle to 55.6% (of 18 students, which was not completed 8 students) and in the second cycle the percentage of student mastery reached 94, 44%. Of the 18 students, 17 of them have achieved mastery learning, while the one student is still incomplete.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe how to shape character and foster early childhood morals through the honesty canteen. The results of the discussion showed that the application of honesty canteen can instill an attitude of honesty in children, because children are the next generation of the nation that must be educated in a balanced manner between the knowledge and morals of children. The application of honesty canteen can also be instilled with an anticorruption attitude, and will also form a self-foundation in children when they grow up with a habit of being honest. Honesty canteen is an effort to educate children to behave honestly because honesty is an essential human nature. Where if honesty is given space and is in a good environment, it will develop by itself, so that the formation of children's character can be achieved in accordance with the expectations of parents and society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berhitung perkalian dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization berbantuan media flashcard pada siswa kelas II salah satu SD di Kota Surakarta tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus dan terdiri atas tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peneliti dan 31 siswa kelas II  salah satu SD di Kota Surakarta tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Validitas data yang digunakan adalah validitas isi, triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization berbantuan media flashcard dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berhitung perkalian pada siswa kelas II salah satu SD di Kota Surakarta tahun ajaran 2017/2018.

Abstract

This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) with the purpose to analyze theapplication of the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) approach in increasing theMathematic learning outcome about Debit of the students of Class VI B the Elementary Schoolof Kasreman on the first Semester of the 2018/2019 year academic. The subjects of thisresearch are the students of Class VI B the Elementary School of Kasreman on the firstSemester of the 2018/2019 year academic as much as twenty children; consist of ten boys andten girls. The data resources of this research are relating with learning activities and learningoutcomes. Techniques of collecting data of this research are non test technique and testtechnique. The instruments of collecting data of this research are the sheets of observation, thecamera application on the hand phone, the individually tasks and also daily test. Technique ofanalyzing data of this research is comparative description. The procedure of this research is theKemmis and Mc Taggart’s model. This research is consisting of two cycle; First Cycle andSecond Cycle. Each cycle consists of three meetings. The results of this research are 1) theapplication of the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) approach in the Mathematic learningabout Debit is a classically observing the films, discussing with the class and intensivelyexercises individual task, 2) the application of the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME)approach in the Mathematic learning about Debitis observing different films in each meetingwhich its function as concrete and interesting learning media, 3) the applications of theRealistic Mathematic Education (RME) approach in the Mathematic learning about Debit areincreasing the learning activities; focus in observing the films, very actively answering thequestions form the teacher and other students and very actively asking the questions to theteacher, 4) the applications of the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) approach in theMathematic learning about Debit are increasing for the learning outcomes. The learningoutcomes on the Early Condition are 57,5 for the average and 45% for the completeness. Thelearning outcomes on the First Cycle are 71 for the average and 65% for the completeness. Thelearning outcomes on the Second Cycle are 82 for the average and 85% for the completeness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) Activity of students in Civics learning material in the system of regency, city and provincial government with crossword puzzles in class III SD Negeri 1 Sidowayah Polanharjo Subdistrict, Klaten District 2018/2019 (3) Student learning outcomes in Civics learning material in the regency, city and provincial government system with crossword puzzles in class III SD Negeri 1 Sidowayah Polanharjo Subdistrict, Klaten District 2018/2019. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), with research procedures: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques use: observation, tests, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study concluded: (1) Civics learning with crossword puzzles (TTS) increases the active involvement of students during learning, and increases student learning enthusiasm. Students feel happy, and can learn to cooperate constructively and respect each other in group learning. The activities of teachers in Civics learning with crossword puzzles (TTS) do not dominate the learning process. The teacher has more role as: motivator, which is a lot of motivation for students; mediator namely mediating between students when the discussion takes place; and the facilitator is giving direction to students when learning takes place; (2) Civic learning with crossword puzzles (TTS) makes it easy for students to exchange ideas and understand subject matter, improve student learning outcomes, and student learning completeness. After being given learning with TTS games, student learning outcomes are quite high. At the end of the second cycle, students who scored very well (or scored 80 to 100) were 7 students (64%). Students who get a score of equal to or more than 70 (KKM) are 10 students (91%). Thus, the TTS game is very effective in improving learning outcomes and student learning completeness.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are to find out, To find out the influenceof learning facilities at home on the learning achievement of Mathematics and Natural Sciences students of class XI MIPA in SMA Negeri 1 Cawas Klaten Regency. The results showed, there was an influence of learning facilities at home, MIPA learning motivation and learning discipline on the learning achievement of MIPA students in grade XI MIPA in SMA Negeri 1 Cawas Klaten, so that the research hypothesis was accepted. The effective contribution of the influence of learning facilities at home, MIPA learning motivation and learning discipline on the learning achievement of MIPA students in grade XI MIPA in SMA Negeri 1 Cawas Klaten by 54.6% and the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other variables not included in the study this. The effective contribution of MIPA learning motivation to the MIPA students' learning achievement in the XI MIPA grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Cawas Klaten is 21.8% and the relative contribution is 39.9%. Cawas Klaten Regency, so the research hypothesis was accepted. The effective contribution of learning discipline to the learning achievement of Mathematics and Natural Sciences students of class XI MIPA in SMA Negeri 1 Cawas, Klaten Regency was 23.6% and the relative contribution was 43.1%.

Abstract

The research aims at describing character values incorporated in the embedded meaning of lives mottoes employed by the students of Bahasa Indonesia Education and Letters Study Program. This research applied qualitative approach and used content analysis method. The results show that there are exposed 1) character values that are related to the presence of God called religiosity, 2) character values that are placed on positioning oneself as indispensable; firstly hard-working that is grounded in respective human beings in building success, consistently in spreading the joy of kindness, hard-working in building prosperity; secondly responsible that is exposed as a means of living the life, being aware of life is encountered as teaching and learning media; thirdly independent which is represented in being capable of working without any helping from the others, succeed accomplished through the bitter of life paths, and becoming a kind person; 3) character values that are related to another human beings; firstly which is incorporating friendship and communication skills in a mutual friendship; as the key for maintaining kindness towards others, 4) character values that are related to the neighbourhood which is keeping the surrounding by loving it as the medium of livelihood understanding.

Abstract

Abstract. The students' long jump learning outcomes still do not meet the KKM. This study aims to describe the process of improving long jump learning outcomes through the rope jumping approach to fourth grade students of Katekan 2 Elementary School in Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects in this study were grade IV students of SDN 2 Katekan in Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency with a total of 20 students. The instrument used was a long jump performance test. The data analysistechnique used in this study is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effort to increase the results of the long jump through rope jumping in the fourth grade students of Katekan Elementary School 2 of Gantiwarno Subdistrict, Klaten Regency was successfully marked by an increase in the average value of students. The average value of students in pre-action activities was 55.94 with a percentage of completeness of 40%. This condition experienced an increase in the average value of studentsin the first cycle, namely to be equal to 65.63 and the percentage of completeness by 60%. However, this increase has not yet reached the target set previously. Then after proceeding to the second cycle the students' long jump average value increased to 70.50 with the percentage of completeness of 90%. This shows that the previously set target has been reached so that the research is stopped in cycle II. The long jump learning process using the play approach takes place dynamically and pleasantly. Students actively carry out the task and observe the movement of the long jump technique and discuss each other with friends. All aspects ofassessment are mastered by students. The students' long jump ability increases with the markedby all KKM complete students (Minimum Completion Criteria), namely 67.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of ICT-based learning media at SDN Negeri 5 Bogor City. The approach used in this study is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Data sources consist of school principals, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques performed Data collection is done by observation (in the form of a checklist), interviews, and documentation. The researcher tested the validity of the data by means of further observations, and triangulation of data. The results showed that the six aspects studied were (1) teacher knowledge of low category ICT-based media, (2) ability to use medium-based ICT media, (3) ability to create low-category ICT-based media, (4) relevance of media-based use ICT with low category learning objectives, (5) relevance of the use of ICT-based media with medium category learning material, and (6) relevance to the characteristics of high category students. Based on the results of research that has been carried out it can be concluded that the use of ICT-based learning media in SD Negeri Pengadialn 5, Bogor City is in the low category. Thus it is necessary for teachers and schools to conduct training in order to increase knowledge about technology-based media in accordance with the times.Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran dan TIK

Abstract

This research aims to determine if the model inside outside circle can enhance the speaking skills in class IV elementary school Negeri Tunggulsari 1 Surakarta school year 2019/2020.This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. The variables that was subjected to change in this study was speaking skills, while the variable action used in this study was an application of a model Inside Outside Circle (IOC).This form of research is a class action study of 3 cycles. Cycle I consists of 1 meeting, cycle II consists of 2 meetings and a cycle III consists of 1 meeting. Each cycle consists of 4 stages ie planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Students of class IV SD Negeri Tunggulsari 1 Surakarta which numbered 24 students are the subjects of the study . Data collection techniques using interview, observations, test, and documentation. The techniques of data analysis used are interactive analysis models that have 3 components of which data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions.The first cycle generates a 0% percentage of the classifications of speaking skills, then continued with the second cycle resulting in a 54% success percentage, and the third cycle resulted in a percentage of 83% of the classifications of speaking skills. Based on research results, it may be inconclusive that  application of the inside outside circle learning model can improve the skills of learners of class IV students of the Negeri Tungulsari 1 Surakarta school year 2019/2020.
