The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of quipper school media at MTs 1 in Palembang, especially for students who attended class VII to learn mathematics was the purpose of this study. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative descriptive meth-od (mixed method). The results obtained from the implementation of this research are in terms of each indicator, it is stated that the quipper school learning media can be used in mathematics learning to optimize learning activities and it is stated that it helps improve learning outcomes. The teacher who teaches states that the quipper school learning media is effective in learning mathematics to increase the learning activity of students. The results of the observations made by the researchers stated that there was an impact on the application of quipper school learning media at MTs in Palembang, especially in Mathematics for grade VII. It was proof by the increase in the average value of student learning activeness after learning mathematics using the quipper school media.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of problem-solving learning reviewed on adversity quotient and student learning outcomes. This research is a quasi-experimental research with the design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all students of class VII at one of the junior high schools in Merauke, while the random sample was obtained that VII D students became the control class and VII E became the experimental class. The instruments used were tests and non-tests. The data were analyzed in the form of assumption tests with normality and homogeneity tests. With a significance level of 5%, these research results are 1) there are differences in the effectiveness of problem-solving and conventional learning on adversity quotient and student learning outcomes, 2) learning with problem-solving is more effective than conventionally for student learning outcomes, 3) learning with problem-solving is more effective than conventionally against the adversity quotient of students.

The purpose of this research is to describe the results of the error analysis of students with a field-independent cognitive style in solving word problems about a system of linear equations with three variables. This research used a qualitative descriptive study. Determining the subject based on acquisition test results about the GEFT were awarded to 36 students to differentiate types of cognitive styles of learners and the acquisition of the problems and the causes of errors natural completing word problems. The subjects used in this research were 2 students who had a field-independent cognitive style with 13 to 15 GEFT test scores and had the SPLTV story question completion results which researchers considered to have errors that needed to be discussed in this research. The research result showed the location of the error encountered in modeling the context of a given story problem. Besides, the type of error committed in calculating with the appropriate method. Meanwhile, the factors causing the errors found were students' lack of understanding in the context of the questions.

This study aims to determine students' conceptual understanding proficiency of twofold integral material through distance learning during the covid-19. This study use qualitative research with descriptive methods. The students' conceptual understanding proficiency was measured by indicators of concept understanding which consist of: 1) restating a concept, 2) presenting the concept in various forms of mathematical representation, 3) using, utilizing and selecting certain procedures or operations, 4) applying concepts and problem solving algorithms . The distance learning process is implemented using the WhatsApp application, google classroom, and google form. The subjects in this study were 63 students in the fourth semester of the 2019/2020 academic year Mathematics Education Study Program, Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Data were collected through tests and questionnaires. The data were analyzed by reduction process, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that more than 70% of students understood the concept of twofold integral material through distance learning (PJJ) well, and students’ promblem about concept of twofold integral material which was influenced by internal and external factors that occurred during PJJ.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei, yang memberi gambaran secara komprehensif motivasi belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika melalui pemanfaatan e-learning berbasis schoology. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket yang dianalisis dengan rasch model. Dari hasil analisis dengan rasch model diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pernyataan/aitem memiliki reliabilitas 0,93 artinya kualitas aitem-aitem dalam penelitian ini baik. Selain itu realibilitas responden terhadap aitem sebesar 0,89. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa responden memiliki konsistensi yang baik dalam menjawab kuesioner. Selain itu, nilai cronbach alpha untuk aitem sebesar 0,89 ini menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara responden dan aitem baik. Rata-rata logit responden sebesar 2,29 menunjukkan responden cenderung memiliki motivasi yang baik.

Riset ini bertujuan menciptakan materi geometri ruang problem based learning terintegrasi nilai-nilai islam yang valid dan praktis untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas dan mengenali dampak potensial dari penggunaan materi yang sudah dikembangkan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Tata cara riset yang digunakan merupakan riset pengembangan (development research). Pengembangan ini dicoba menjajaki 2 sesi utama development reseach ialah sesi preliminary (sesi persiapan) dan sesi formative evaluation. Bersumber pada hasil analisis produk, diperoleh materi problem based learning yang valid serta instan. Valid nampak dari hasil evaluasi dari pakar (validator), bersumber pada content (modul cocok dengan kompetensi inti serta kompetensi bawah), konstruk (sesuai ciri problem based learning), serta bahasa telah sesuai dengan kaidah bahasa Indonesia yang baku. Praktis nampak dari hasil uji coba small group, siswa bisa menuntaskan materi geometri ruang yang diberikan. Bersumber pada analisis informasi hasil belajar siswa diperoleh rata-rata nilai 77,63 yang berarti hasil belajar siswa terkategori baik dalam pendidikan matematika dengan memakai materi geometri ruang problem based learning terintegrasi nilai-nilai Islam, hingga disimpulkan materi geometri ruang yang sudah dikembangkan mempunyai efek potensial.

This study aims to develop a student mathematics module based on the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach to the material of factors and multiples of a number in grade IV Elementary School to help with these difficulties. The research method used in this research is development research using the Four-D Models (4-D) development model, which consists of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research subjects were fourth-grade elementary school students. From this research, it was found that; 1) the developed module was declared valid by material, media and language experts; 2) the mathematics module that was developed practically through limited trial activities with the results of the percentage of the remaining assessment questionnaires distributed was 94.32%; 3) the developed module has a potential effect on student learning outcomes, which can be seen from the final average score of students, which is 85.33, which means that student learning outcomes are categorized as very good. Based on the study results, it can be stated that the developed module is valid, practical and has a potential effect on improving learning outcomes.

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan Model discovery dengan media berupa Papan Buteras yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII.9 di SMPN 24 Palembang dengan materi pokok Teorema Pythagoras yang diukur melalui observasi dan tes. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII.9 yang berjumlah 31 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester gazal tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Tes dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat ketuntasan hasil belajar yang telah dicapai oleh siswa pada pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan Model discovery. Observasi dilakukan untuk memperoleh data tentang tingkat sikap siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika menggunakan Model discovery. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa model discovery dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa untuk kompetensi pengetahuan dan keterampilan dan juga untuk kompetensi sikap terhadap pembelajaran matematika.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyajikan gambaran tentang analisis hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan teori responsi butir yaitu pemodelan Rasch. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal Matematika pada ulangan harian kelas X dengan pokok bahasan fungsi dan trigonometri di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Jambi. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas X sebanyak 75 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model Rasch bisa menghasilkan pengukuran yang lebih tepat karena bersifat skala equal – interval sehingga dapat menentukan kualitas analisis hasil belajar siswa yang selanjutnya diharapkan mampu membantu mengindetifikasi kesulitan belajar siswa dan mengetahui kualitas soal.

Proses pembelajaran secara garis besar menuntut sang guru untuk menyajikan proses pembelajaran yang aktif dan kreatif dan juga menyampaikan materi dengan cara yang menyenangkan. Oleh karena itu, sang guru haruslah pempunyai banyak pengalaman, memahami teori-teori pembelajaran dan mengusai meteri secara baik. Membangun mental guru professional harus sudah dibangun sedini mungkin. Pengabdian ini menggambarkan pembinaan kepada guru, pembinaan pengelolaan pembelajaran, pengembangan mutu pembelajaran dan sistem pembelajaran yang tepat dalam proses pembelajaran, implementasi Lesson Study dalam mengembangkan kompetensi guru dan mengungkap secara deskriptif proses pelaksanaan Lesson Study dan temuan-temuan selama pelaksanaan Lesson Study. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Ar- Rahman yang meliputi pembinaan guru di Pondok Pesantren Ar- Rahman. Kemudian treatment Lesson Study diterapkan untuk guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran matematika. Treatment dilakukan dalam rangka menyempurnakan performance dalam proses pembelajaran Metodologi ini melalui tahapan desain dan pengembangan instrument dan selanjutnya pelaksanaan Lesson Study meliputi Plan, Do dan See yang dilakukan dengan cara siklus berulang.
