This article used a qualitative method with the approach of study- ing literature in the fields of religious psychology, Islamic psychology, and culture to obtain concepts and theories that are relevant to studies on facing the anxiety and worries caused by the outbreak of COVID-19. The results reveal the COVID-19 outbreak has various impacts on Indo- nesian people, they are encouraged to express optimism, psychological sensitivity, and social piety through various empathical (caring) ways as the implementation of the theology of al-Ma’un. And through tazkiyyatu al-Nafs and dhikr as models to eliminate anxiety and worries caused by COVID-19. Media reporting about COVID-19, besides being informa- tive, also causes anxiety so that sensitivity and social piety of the com- munity are needed. This article explained that through the rites of tazkiyyatu al-Nafs, dhikr, and implementation of al-Ma’un theology de- veloped by KH. Ahmad Dahlan, as well as a collaboration of cultural approaches with the psychology of religion, can reduce the level of anxi- ety, worry, and fear of the people caused by COVID-19.

This research was conducted to analyse what methods are effective in analysing the Role of Religion and Science Education in Forming Student Character Building. Basically, learning is influenced by the determination of the selection of the method used. Islamic religious education and science are different lessons so that as educators need to channel their creativity in delivering material. In this research, the writer used literature review method. So that the results of the study refer to methods that are effectively used. In the analysis of the role of religion and science education in shaping the character building of students. The result of this research is an effective method that can be used by educators in the role of religious education and science. In the formation of character building is the mix method, namely the problem-solving method, the inquiry method and the Discovery method.

Abstract. This article examines the application of science and culture-based Islamic Education at school and madrasa. This research refers to application of natural science which is related to the Indonesian local culture by giving priority to the values in Islam. This research aims to search for and research about the applied science by pairing or linking it with Indonesian culture. In its process, this research is not directing the learning of Islamic Religious Education to either the  qualitative, quantitative or mix of them, but this learning can use one or even both of them in its learning methodology. This research discusses the application of learning that leads to science and refers to Indonesian culture by considering at Islamic values. It can be referred to as observations of habits taught and practiced in the learning process activities in schools and madrasas. Abstrak. Artikel ini mengkaji penerapan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah dan madrasah yang berbasis sains dan budaya. Penelitian ini mengarah kepada penerapan sains atau ilmu pengetahuan alam yang dikaitkan dengan budaya lokal di Indonesia khususnya dengan mengutamakan nilai-nilai yang ada di dalam Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari dan meneliti tentang ilmu sains yang diterapkan dengan menyandingkan atau mengkaitkan dengan budaya Indonesia. Dalam prosesnya, penelitian ini bukan mengarahkan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada ranah kualitatif dan kuantitatif atau penggabungan namun pembelajaran ini bisa menggunakan salah satu bahkan kedua-duanya dalam metodologi pembelajarannya. Kajian ini membahas penerapan pembelajaran yang mengarah pada sains dan kebudayaan Indonesia dengan melihat nilai-nilai keislaman. Hal it dapat disebut sebagai hasil pengamatan kebiasaan yang diajarkan dan dipraktekkan pada kegiatan proses pembelajaran di sekolah dan madrasah.

Leadership is one of crucial things in an education management. It also happens in Islamic higher education institutions, especially in the case of its personnel management. This study aims to describe the leadership style in a personnel management of an Islamic higher education institution in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This study belongs to qualitative research by using interview and observation in collecting the data. The obtained data then validated by triangulation and descriptively analyzed to produce relevant interpretation of the data. This research comes into a conclusion that the education success is not only measured from the class management, curriculum, students and so on, but also its personnel management. This study promotes that leadership in personnel management of Islamic higher Education needs good leadership style which based on the principle of siddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathonah. It can be applied through recruitment, development, promotion and transfer, dismissal, compensation, as well as evaluation of employee performance.

Artikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan mengenai cara perlindungan anak di negara dengan menerangkan cara memberikan keamanan dengan melindungi anak dengan pencegahan serta penanganan yang ada melalui berbagai pendekatan humanis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, karenanya dalam mengumpulkan data melalui literatur review terhadap data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa anak pada level sekolah dasar menjadi tonggak peradaban di suatu negara dan perlu dilindungi dengan segala hak-haknya dengan keselamatannya serta kesehatan mentalnya. Hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap segala sesuatu yang akan mereka alami serta cara menghadapi tantangan dimasa depan. Keganasan berbagai kejahatan yang terjadi serta mengarahkan anak untuk menjadi korban dari kejahatan itu mendorong negara harus semakin diperketatnya sistem perlindungan terhadap anak. Baik dari segi hukum, pengawasan orang tua dan lain lain. Dengan demikian, pencegahan dan penanganan perlu diperketat dengan pendekatan humanis agar korban kejahatan terhadap anak Indonesia tidak terjadi lagi.Kata kunci: Pendidikan anak, sekolah, dan humanis.This article aims to explain how to protect children in the country by explaining how to provide security by protecting children with existing prevention and handling through various humanist approaches. Therefore, this research method uses a qualitative approach to collecting data through primary and secondary data literature reviews. The results of this study indicate that children at the elementary school level are the pillars of civilization. In a country, and need to be protected with all their rights with their safety and mental health. This will affect everything they will experience and how they will face challenges in the future. The ferocity of the various crimes that occur and directs children to become victims of these crimes encourages the state to tighten the protection system for children. Both in terms of law, parental supervision, and others. Thus, prevention and handling need to be tightened with a humanist approach so that victims of crimes against Indonesian children do not happen again.Keywords: Child education, school, and humanist.

This research explains that heredity affects the formation of personality. However, it is not the only one absolute factor which can’t be changed. In fact, personality can be supple and the tool to change is the environment. The purpose of this study is to show that heredity and environment are important in determining the quality of individual character development in Islamic education studies. In the teachings of Islam, both sourced through the Quran, the Hadith of the Prophet, and the opinions of other experts, although not explicitly stated, there are also several sources that explain and justify that heredity and the environment can affect the growth of character and behavior human behavior. Both heredity and the environment have a very significant relation either individually and together in the education process. Thus, in the world of education a teaching and learning strategy, it is needed to be able to accommodate human and religious values. In other words, humanitarian and religious values are inseparable wither in transfer of knowledge, transfer of value and transfer of method. Therefore the method in this research is uses research type/approach of library research.

Penulisan ini bertujuan menganalisis peran dan strategi guru dalam pembelajaran fiqh pada masa pandemi saat ini. Produktifitas pembelajaran guru PAI biasa dipengaruhi pada efektivitas penggunaan strategi belajar. Pada pembelajaran fiqh memiliki corak tersendiri, sehingga guru PAI harus benar-benar dapat menentukan model dan strategi yang tepat dan efektif. Selain itu, pola efektivitas belajar yang diterapkan saat ini belum sepenuhnya efektif, bisa disebabkan kurangnya kreativitas atau strategi yang mempuni untuk diterapkan saat pembelajaran. Saat pandemi saat ini, banyak sistem pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara virtual atau online, yang memiliki berdampak positif untuk berlangsungnya pembelajaran, namun di lain sisi juga memiliki dampak negatif, disebabkan karena beberapa faktor yang menghambat proses pembelajaran secara virtual tersebut. Maka, penulisan ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui bentuk optimalisasi guru PAI yang ideal dalam penerapan pembelajaran fiqh khususnya di masa pandemi saat ini dengan aktualisasi pembelajaran secara produktif dan efektif.

Over the last several decades have witnessed nothing short of a transformation in the study of religion. The human race lives in a time of deep concern for the future of the biosphere. Globalization can bring a paradox to the practice of Islamic education. Islamic education has a significant role in shaping the ethics and morals in the life of the people and of the nation to create religious and devoted people. The objective of this study was to describe the Islamic education learning approaches discourse strategy, the basic concept, classification, strategies, and its steps of developingto develop. This is a qualitative study using the main data source from literature, so it needs data elaboration from various literature. The data collection procedure by analyzing the literature using an analytical descriptive method. The results show that it’s time for Islamic education learning to develop an active learning method through good strategic planning so it can shape the students’ emotional intelligence. The implication of this result is scientific contribution and the concept of strategic approaches to Islamic education and as one of the efforts in developing the students’ emotional intelligence.

This research explains about the existence of Islamic Education in the middle of covid-19 pandemic that is currently struck the world, including Indonesia. This impact affects the learning process in schools and Madrasah. It is feared that the Covid-19 pandemic could undermine the existence of Islamic Education. The learning process of Islamic Religious Education is starting to be eliminated amid the siege of modern learning, thus, Islamic Education is in the spotlight because it is unable to compete in the midst of the pandemic. However, all these worries can fade because Islamic education is able to obtain these various entanglements and come back into existence with various learning models and methods used to offer the best for students in schools and madrasas

This study examined character education in a different paradigm. In this case, character education was implemented through a variety of activities that existed in educational institutions, especially student coaching activities. Not all students’ activities were able to instill the values of character education, so it was expected that through student coaching activities, character education could be achieved as it was formulated in the government regulations. The purpose of character education was to create students with good personalities. Once they grew up with an excellent character, the students would grow with their capacity and commitment to do the best things and do everything right and tended to have goals in life. Effective character education was found in a school environment that allowed all learners to show their potency to achieve significant goals. By doing so, character education in various student development activities could be connected and provided positive energy for the development of students in educational institutions. This research was a library study (library research) that utilizedliterary materials as the primary source and employed a qualitative approach. Therefore, the researcher exploredseveral data both primary and secondary data with concrete steps as follows: read and examine in-depth primary data such as books which are the results of the priorstudies, theses and dissertations related to character education and government regulations particularly the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 39 of 2008. Therefore, the implementation of character education in the activities of fostering learners became very important to revive the values of character to students that were still doubtful at this time. Thus, the Regulation of the Minister of National Education could be executedby what has been aspired so far.
