Abstract

The current sales of bancassurance have become a profitable business for both banks and insurance companies. To increase bancassurance sales, there is a need for sales to new customers who do not yet have insurance and for sales to customers who already have insurance to repurchase. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of consumer perception, customer satisfaction, and service quality on the repurchase intention of bancassurance products through customer engagement. The sample was selected using the Consecutive Sampling technique, with a total of 353 respondents processed in Jakarta and Bandung. The data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Path Analysis through the SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that the variables of Consumer Perception, Customer Satisfaction, and Service Quality have a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on the Repurchase Intention of Bancassurance products through Customer Engagement as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and find out how entrepreneurial marketing influences the marketing performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in West Java Province. This research involved 159 Small and Medium Enterprises that had been in business for at least 5 years and also received training and mentoring on marketing from both the government and private sector. Data analysis uses linear regression. This study found that there was a positive impact from Entrepreneurial Marketing Strategies (EMS) toward the SMEs' Marketing Performance (MP). It concludes that Entrepreneurial marketing strategies have been shown to lead to better marketing performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The more successful the entrepreneurial marketing strategy is implemented, the better marketing performance occurs. This research provides important implications that the use of Entrepreneurial Marketing Strategy can be a key factor in improving the marketing performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in West Java Province. This shows the need for further support from both the government and the private sector in providing marketing training and mentoring to SMEs to strengthen competitiveness and regional economic growth.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid19 menimbulkan banyak dampak, termasuk pada sektor bisnis di industri kreatif. Dampak pandemi Covid19 menyerang hampir seluruh pebisnis di industri kreatif. Potensi besar industri kreatif perlu dipertahankan dan usaha di industri ini harus mampu bangkit dari keterpurukan akibat pandemi. Sehingga diperlukan pendekatan strategi yang tepat. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui strategi inovasi. Strategi inovasi meliputi strategi inovasi produk, proses, pemasaran dan organisasi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran strategi inovasi yang dilakukan di industri kreatif unggulan Kota Bandung. Adapun ruang lingkup industri unggulan tersebut adalah industri kreatif kuliner, fesyen dan kerajinan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, studi lapangan, observasi serta in depth interview. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi inovasi masih minimal diterapkan di industri kreatif ini. Hanya strategi inovasi proses yang diterapkan dengan baik, sedangkan strategi inovasi produk, pemasaran dan organisasi belum optimal diterapkan.

Abstract

This study examines a regional television broadcasting media company operating in Riau, Malay. This research was conducted to evaluate the problems in the company, especially the marketing used by the Riau Television company to provide facilities that support marketing in the Niaga Niaga Program. The research method is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data. This study used observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. This study provides the results of an evaluation of the Bursa Niaga program from Riau Televisi, which creates shared value between broadcasters and users using the Public Service Dominant Logic or PDSL theory with the concept of Value Co-Creation implemented as an effort to develop marketing media from Riau Televisi. This research is expected to encourage Riau Television to degrowth the company, especially in marketing, which creates value on the social media that Riau Televisi uses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether perceived behavioral control and intention to purchase can increase actual behavior towards product purchases in generations Y and Z using the theory of planned behavior (TPB). This research uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique. The data type used is primary data, with collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to 215 respondents. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS 24 Graphics software. The findings of this study indicate that utilitarian value, hedonic value, and trust have a significant positive effect on intention to purchase, subjective norms has a significant positive effect on perceived behavioral control, and intention to purchase has a significant positive effect on actual behavior. New findings in this study are that perceived behavioral control has a significant positive effect on the intention to purchase, and the subjective norms has a significant negative effect on the intention to purchase. This research can be useful for companies in optimizing marketing strategies by maintaining brand image, product innovation, and creating good perceptions with consumers. This study has a variable update, namely perceived behavioral control.

Abstract

Cafe Rengganis has been facing various challenges in managing its daily operations, particularly in the areas of raw material management, transaction recording, and financial reporting. The limitations of the previously used manual system resulted in high levels of raw material wastage, slow transactions, and a time-consuming financial reporting process. To address these issues, the management decided to adopt the Rengganis Management Information System (SISGANIS), a digital-based solution designed to integrate various operational management functions to improve overall efficiency. SISGANIS offers a comprehensive approach to inventory management, real-time transaction recording, and automated and accurate financial reporting. With features that support transparency and accountability, this system aims to minimize human errors in the management of raw materials and daily transactions, while also accelerating the financial decision-making process. The use of SISGANIS allows management to access accurate data, enabling more in-depth analysis and better decision-making in a shorter amount of time. The evaluation of SISGANIS implementation shows a significant positive impact on the operational efficiency of Cafe Rengganis. Raw material wastage was reduced by 29.17%, transaction speed increased by 33.33%, and the time taken to prepare financial reports was shortened by up to 60%. These findings demonstrate that the implementation of the right management information system can provide effective solutions for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to enhance efficiency and competitiveness in the culinary industry. The successful implementation of SISGANIS at Cafe Rengganis not only improved managerial efficiency but also provided a strong foundation for faster and more accurate data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

This study examined influence organisational structure on business growth of pharmaceutical industry in Delta State. A cross-sectional research design and convenience sampling technique were adopted. A questionnaire was employed as the research instrument for this study with 109 respondents deemed usable. The autopoietic systems theory was used to explain how organisational structure might enhance business growth in Nigerian manufacturing firms. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 23.0 was used to perform descriptive and inferential statistics, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis on the collected data.The results of the study revealed that organisational structure has a very strong positive and significant relationship with business growth. The study confirmed what was expected by demonstrating that organisational structure has a positive, significant impact on the expansion of the pharmaceutical sector in Delta State. The study's findings suggest that, in order to improve business growth, management in Nigeria's pharmaceutical industry should create the proper organisational structures to increase worker productivity and working conditions. In order to promote business growth, the study advises management in the Nigerian pharmaceutical industry to use formalised, a lower layer of organisational hierarchy, technology, and loose boundaries.

Abstract

This research discusses the decline in purchasing decisions at Deliwafa Store Malang Branch in the last few months, as an indication of changes in consumer purchasing behavior which can have an impact on overall business performance. The focus of the research is the influence of brand image and viral marketing on purchasing interest, as well as the implications for purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative with explanatory research type, using smart partial least squares (PLS) for data analysis. The research results show that brand image does not have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while viral marketing and purchase interest have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This highlights the important role of viral marketing and purchase intention in influencing consumer purchasing decisions, and suggests that brand image may not be the only determining factor in the purchasing process.

Abstract

This systematic review aims to explore and analyze the intricate of Emergency Supply Chain Management (ESCM), Operational Efficiency (OE), and operational efficiency, and supply chain traceability (SCT) in ensuring public health during crises. The study systematically reviews and synthesizes relevant literature from Scopus, Web of Science, Emerald, and Elsevier, employing the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework. A comprehensive search across databases yielded 3,755 articles, from which 57 articles were selected for detailed analysis based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The selected articles were critically assessed for their contribution to understanding the impact of Emergency Supply Chain Management, operational efficiency, and supply chain traceability impact on public health outcomes. The systematic review reveals key insights into the multifaceted influence of ESCM, OE and traceability on public health. Findings encompass the adoption of advanced technologies, such as RFID and blockchain, to enhance traceability in medical supply chains. operational efficiency, providing information on how coordinated procedures and wise resource distribution support the prompt and efficient provision of medical resources in both emergency scenarios and regular business operations. Managerial initiatives and standardized policies emerge as pivotal factors in ensuring efficient public health logistics. Collaboration between non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and government agencies plays a crucial role in mitigating challenges and optimizing public health.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine the effect of competency and work culture on employee performance in the reform era 4.0 at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Operational Division. The method in this research is quantitative descriptive through multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results show that competency partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work culture partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competency and work culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of these findings suggests that investing in enhancing employee competencies and fostering a conducive work culture can lead to improved performance within the Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Operational Division. Moreover, the simultaneous positive effects of competency and work culture highlight the importance of addressing both factors in the reform era 4.0 to maximize employee performance effectively.
