Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product attributes significantly on purchasing decisions on a kendari urban surf shop on a persial basisThe sampling technique used in this study is to use accidental sampling technique as many as 50 consumers of the Urban Surf Shop, with a simple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS Statistics 16.0, where hypothesis testing uses the t test (partial).Based on the results of the study indicate that the variable product attributes significantly influence purchasing decisions. Where by proving the value of tcount and ttable. T value = 3.343, while the value of t table = 1.67722 with a probability value = 0.002 <0.05. T value = 3.343> t table = 67722, it means that the hypothesis proposed in this study can be accepted. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada toko urban surf kendari secara persialTeknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik accidental sampling sebanyak 50 orang konsumen Toko Urban Surf, dengan metode analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS Statistic 16.0, dimana pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji t (parsial).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Atribut produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dimana dengan membuktikan nilai thitung dan ttabel. Nilai thitung = 3,343, sedangkan nilai ttabel = 1,67722 dengan nilai probabilitas = 0,002 < 0,05. Nilai thitung = 3,343 > ttabel = 67722, maka berarti Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine how much the influence of cashew product branding on corporate image. The independent variable consists of the branding of cashew nuts (x) and the dependent variable is the corporate image of UD. Cashew Mubaraq Lombe Kendari. The number of research samples was 94 respondents taken using accidental sampling technique. The analysis used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis, the results of the cashew nut product branding has a positive influence on the company's image at UD. Cashew Mubaraq lombe kendari by 35.6% the effect of cashew product branding on the company image that occurred at UD. Cashew Mubaraq Lombe Kendari.This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to several consumers of UD. Cashew Mubaraq Lombe Kendari by accidental sampling and analysis with simple linear regression. This model emphasizes the effect of cashew product branding on the company's image which results of the analysis are processed using SPSS Version 16The results showed that there was a hypothesis that was tested in this study, namely the branding of cashew nuts. Where the hypothesis is positive and significant effect on the company's image at UD. Cashew Mubaraq Lombe Kendari. The results showed that this research model was acceptable.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji seberapa besar Pengaruh Branding Produk Kacang Mete Terhadap Citra Perusahaan. Variabel Independen terdiri dari Branding produk kacang mete(x) dan Variabel dependen adalah citra perusahaan Pada UD. Mete Mubaraq Lombe Kendari. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 94 Responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan Teknik Accidental sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana,  hasilnya branding produk kacang mete mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap citra perusahaan pada UD. Mete Mubaraq lombe kendari sebesar 35,6% pengaruh branding  produk kacang mete terhadap citra perusahaan yang terjadi di UD. Mete Mubaraq Lombe  Kendari.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner terhadap beberapa konsumen UD. Mete Mubaraq Lombe Kendari secara Accidental sampling  dan analisis dengan Regresi Linear Sederhana. Model ini menekankan pada pengaruh branding produk kacang mete terhadap citra perusahaan yang hasil analisisnya di olah dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 16Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hipotesis yang telah diuji dalam penelitian ini yaitu branding produk kacang mete. Di mana hipotesis tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan pada UD. Mete Mubaraq Lombe Kendari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model penelitian ini dapat diterima.

Abstract

Giving Motivation In Raising Employee Satisfaction At PT. Makassar Raya Motor Kendari Branch. Advisor 1: H. Mustakim and Advisor II Sahrun.The purpose of this study is to know and describe Giving Motivation In Raising Employee Satisfaction At PT. Makassar Raya Motor Kendari Branch.Informant in this research is Head of Branch of PT. Makassar Raya Motor and 14 employees from PT. Makassar Raya motorcycle. Then the information obtained was analyzed qualitatively.The result of research shows that (1) The giving of motivation given by PT. Makassar Raya Kendari Motor Branch is salary where the employee is satisfied with the salary which can increase every year, Bonus given if fulfill the sales target, Promotion Position done if there is vacant position, Include job training to improve the competitiveness of company, and charter for employees achievement. (2) Employees are satisfied and interested in the work done because of the challenging job and adequate facilities, There are still employees who are less comfortable with the work being done, the employees feel enthusiastic with the work being done, and the company provides facilities for employees and provide training so that employees have a lot of knowledge so that opens the opportunity to move forward.ABSTRAKPemberian Motivasi Dalam Meningkatakan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Makassar Raya Motor Cabang Kendari.Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Cabang PT. Makassar Raya Motor dan 14 orang karyawan dari PT. Makassar Raya motor. Kemudian informasi yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif.Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1)Pemberian motivasi yang diberikan oleh PT. Makassar Raya Motor Cabang Kendari yaitu gaji dimana karyawan puas dengan gaji yang dapat bertambah setiap tahun, Bonus yang diberikan jika memenuhi target penjualan, Promosi Jabatan yang dilakukan jika terdapat jabatan yang kosong, Mengikutkan pelatihan kerja untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan, dan piagam untuk karyawan yang berprestasi. (2) Karyawan sudah merasa puas dan tertarik dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukan karena pekerjaanya yang menantang dan fasilitas yang memadai, Masih adanya karyawan yang kurang nyaman dengan pekerjaan yang dijalankan, karyawan merasa antusias dengan pekerjaan yang dijalankan, dan perusahaan menyediakan fasilitas untuk karyawan dan memberikan training agar karyawan memiliki banyak pengetahuan sehingga membuka peluang untuk maju.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of increasing taxpayer compliance at the Kendari Primary Tax Service Office. The strategy used uses two approaches, namely tax morale and law enforcement.The results showed that the strategy of increasing taxpayer compliance in the Kendari Primary Tax Office was carried out with two approaches namely tax morale and law enforcement. Tax morale or moral development of taxpayers is done through education to taxpayers and the general public. Education is delivered through counseling, supervision, and implementation of programs that aim to not only educate but also to increase the motivation of taxpayers and various other policies. Education includes knowledge about tax administration and information about the importance of taxes and aspects of tax law.Law enforcement is the last step taken by the tax authority in an effort to improve taxpayer compliance. Law enforcement can have a deterrent effect and is also a bad example for other taxpayers. However, in an effort to improve taxpayer compliance. Moral development of taxpayers cannot be implemented fully by the tax authority. So the tax authority is difficult to build trust in taxpayers related to high rates of corruption, lack of guaranteed budget allocation and use, the availability of public facilities, the use of budget is not on target and various things that are can affect the level of public trust. Therefore, the tax authority should always coordinate with officials in state organizations or institutions that are closely related to the management of the state budget. So that taxpayers' morale and society in general can be awakened.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kendari . Strategi yang dilakukan menggunakan dua pendekatan yaitu tax morale dan penegakan hukum.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak di KPP Pratama Kendari yang dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan yaitu tax morale dan penegakan hukum. Tax morale atau pembangunan moral wajib pajak dilakukan melalui edukasi kepada wajib pajak dan masyarakat secara umum. Edukasi disampaikan melalui penyuluhan, pengawasan, dan pelaksanaan program-program yang bertujuan selain edukasi juga untuk meningkatkan motivasi wajib pajak serta berbagai kebijakan lainnya. Edukasi memuat pengetahuan tentang administrasi perpajakan dan informasi tentang pentingnya pajak serta aspek hukum pajak.Penegakan hukum merupakan langkah terakhir yang dilakukan oleh otoritas pajak dalam upaya meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Penegakan hukum dapat memberikan efek jera dan juga menjadi contoh buruk bagi wajib pajak lainnya. Akan tetapi, dalam upaya meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Pembangunan moral wajib pajak tidak dapat dilaksanakan sepenuhnya oleh otoritas pajak.maka otoritas pajak sulit untuk membangun kepercayaan kepada wajib pajak terkait dengan tingginya angka korupsi, tidak adanya tarnsparansi alokasi dan penggunaan anggaran pajak, ketersediaan fasilitas umum, penggunaan anggran tidak tepat sasaran dan berbagai hal yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, sebaiknya otoritas pajak senantiasa berkoordinasi dengan pejabat pada organisasi atau lembaga negara yang erat hubungannya dengan pengelolaan anggaran negara. Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy to increase sales volumes in the trading business in the village Bontu marine crab-Bontu Towea District of Muna. The research was implemented in November 2017 took place at the business in the village crab-Bontu Bontu Towea District of Muna. The population in this study is determined by purposive businessman crab in the village Bontu-Bontu Towea District of Muna. Analysis of the data used to determine the strategy swot analysis. The results showed that businesses in the village crab-Bontu Bontu Towea District of Muna from the results of the calculation that amounted to Rp 46.200.00, this shows that businesses in Bontu-Bontu crabs have enough strength both in its operations. The suggestion of this research is to strengthen the marketing of crabs and is expected to relevant agencies in order to assist in marketing efforts crab that efforts crab in the village Bontu-Bontu be known by the community and access to capital and financial support to develop their business, crab is expected to entrepreneurs to improve their skills and quality of products in order to carry out the production and marketing activities more efficiently.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan pada usaha dagang kepiting bahari di Desa Bontu-Bontu Kecamatan Towea Kabupaten Muna. Penelitian ini di laksanakan pada bulan November 2017 bertempat pada usaha kepiting di Desa Bontu-Bontu Kecamatan Towea Kabupaten Muna. Populasi dalam penelitian ini di tentukan secara purposive yaitu pengusaha kepiting di Desa Bontu-Bontu Kecamatan Towea Kabupaten Muna. Analisis data yang  digunakan adalah analisis swot guna menentukan strategi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa usaha kepiting di Desa Bontu-Bontu Kecamatan Towea Kabupaten Muna dari hasil nilai perhitungan yaitu berjumlah Rp 46.200.00, hal ini menunjukan bahwa usaha kepiting di Bontu-Bontu mempunyai kekuatan yang cukup baik dalam operasionalnya. Adapun saran  dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkuat pemasaran kepiting dan diharapkan kepada instansi terkait agar dapat membantu dalam memasarkan produk usaha kepiting agar usaha kepiting  yang ada di Desa Bontu-Bontu bisa di kenal secara luas oleh masyarakat dan memperoleh modal dan bantuan finansial  untuk mengembangkan usahanya, diharapkan kepada pengusaha kepiting untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kualitas produk agar dalam melaksanakan kegiatan produksi dan pemasaran lebih efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the job skills in PT.PPILN Kendari Area, to determine employee productivity at the PT.PPILN Kendari Area, and to determine whether or not there is an effect of productivity between employees at PT.PPILN Kendari Area. The sample in this study is the entire employee population of the Certification Verification section of PT. PPILN Kendari Area, amounting to 15 people. Data collection uses questionnaires, observation and documentation. In analyzing the data using product moment statistics. To test this hypothesis using the r test, R2, and F test. The results of regression analysis a = (-66,349) with a significance of 0.050, meaning that statistically the value of the constant (a) can be included in the regression model. In addition, the R2 results are 0, 668, meaning that the contribution of skills (X) to productivity (Y) is 66.8%, and the results of the F test show Fcount> Ftable (26.182> 4.60). Thus H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence between job skills on employee productivity in the Certification Verification section at PT. PPILN Kendari Area.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui job skills (keterampilan kerja) di PT.PPILN Area Kendari, untuk menentukan produktivitas karyawan di PT.PPILN Area Kendari, serta untuk menentukan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh produktivitas antar karyawan di PT.PPILN Area Kendari. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi karyawan bagian Verifikasi Sertifikasi PT. PPILN Area Kendari, sebesar 15 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan statistik product moment. Untuk menguji hipotesis ini menggunakan uji r,  R2, dan uji F. Hasil analisis regresi a= (-66,349) dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,050, artinya secara statistik nilai konstanta (a) tersebut dapat dimasukkan dalam model regresi. Selain itu, diperoleh hasil R2 sebesar 0, 668 , artinya sumbangan keterampilan (X) terhadap produktivitas (Y) sebesar 66,8 %, dan hasil uji F yang menunjukkan Fhitung > Ftabel (26,182> 4,60). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak, artinya ada pengaruh signifikan antara job skills (keterampilan kerja) terhadap produktivitas karyawan bagian Verifikasi Sertifikasi pada PT. PPILN Area Kendari.

Abstract

Technics withdrawal by accidental sampling is that sampling technique based on chance, that spas are incidentally, that anyone who by chance met with investigators.thus, ini this study the number of samples used as many 50 people. Data analysis method used is quantitative analisis. The results showed the quality of service innovation and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction.ABSTRAK    Teknik penarikan sampling adalah secara aksidental sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang di gunakan yaitu sebanyak 50 orang. Metode analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas layanan inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The brand is a very important asset in winning business competition. Banks with high brand equity will find it easy to get customers to save and borrow funds in the bank. The purpose of this study is to describe brand equity using a financial perspective, because this research is a descriptive study. This research was conducted at a state-owned commercial bank with an observation period of 2010 to 2015. The method used to calculate brand value is the Hirose method, so data is needed since four years before the base year. The data analyzed in this study are secondary data from 2006 to 2015 collected through the documentation of state-owned commercial bank financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The findings from the study note that in general state-owned commercial banks experienced an increase in brand value during the observation period 2010 to 2015. Based on the concept of resource-based view, state-owned commercial banks can optimize their brand equity as intangible assets to improve company performance. Based on the signaling theory, it is known that state-owned banks are in good condition because in general they have increased from 2010 to 2015.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between compensation for employee morale at PT Media Kita Sejahtera Kendari. The data used in this study are data that have been collected both primary data and secondary data, then analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques that are analyzes that describe the provision of compensation and employee morale with the indicator dimensions of each variable.'ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Hubungan Pemberian Kompensasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada PT Media Kita Sejahtera Kendari. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian  ini adalah data yang telah dikumpulkan baik data primer maupun data sekunder,kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif yaitu analisis yang mendeskripsikan tentang pemberian kompensasi dan semangat kerja karyawan dengan dimensi indikator masing-masing variabel.

Abstract

Banks have a very important role in terms of processing funds or allocating public funds to provide funds to the public in the form of credit. Credit control plays a very important role. Therefore, in granting credit must be with caution and with a credit control system that is good and right. This study aims to find out how to analyze the system and procedures for granting working capital loans applied by PD. BPR. Bahteramas Kendari. This type of research used by the author is descriptive research with a qualitative approach.From the results of the study, the authors know several weaknesses in the procedure for granting working capital loans and credit control as in the stage of credit analysis that there are still double tasks. In addition, in controlling credit there are also some deficiencies that may need to be corrected, such as the documents that are used inappropriately, and process improvements that are easier to understand from the time of credit application until the time of credit disbursement.
