This study examines the implementation of JPS Program policies in poverty reduction in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. The research location is in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur. The approach used is a qualitative research method. The problems studied are about the implementation of the JPS Program policy in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur in the context of overcoming poverty due to the Covid-19 Pandemic as well as the positive and negative impacts of implementing the JPS Program policy on the poor in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results of the study found that the Covid-19 Pandemic that occurred in Indonesia caused the poor in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur to lose their jobs. In dealing with this phenomenon, the government implements the JPS Assistance Program policies is the Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT DD), Bantuan Pelaku Usaha Mikro (BPUM), Bantuan Kartu Prakerja, Subsidi Listrik dan Bantuan Sosial yaitu Bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), Bansos Sembako dan Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST). The implementation of the JPS Program policy in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur was able to increase the purchasing power of the poor for their food needs. This reality is a positive impact of the JPS Program. Meanwhile, the negative impact of the implementation of the JPS Program policy is that the poor people in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur are getting lazy to work so they are very dependent on the assistance that the government provides every month.

The formation of local political parties in Aceh is an example of an asymmetrical political policy being carried out by the Indonesian government in relation to Aceh's status as a region with a special autonomy. In that situation, the concept of accountability inside national political parties needs to be discussed as well in order to figure out how local party accountability is applied in Aceh. When it comes to the presentation of data connected to outcomes that have been produced by earlier researchers, this study makes use of the documentation approach. According to the conclusions of this study of Aceh's local political parties, the level of accountability and transparency that has been maintained by Aceh's local political parties in general has been pretty satisfactory. Even though in general terms the provisions are still not as good as they should be, the Aceh Party has become the most complete in carrying out its principle of financial accountability. This is the case despite the fact that the Aceh Party has become the most comprehensive.

To improve the economic performance of a country, the growth of Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB)from various industries can be used. This Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB)growth occurs if the area has a leading sector or basic sector with a relatively fast growth rate and has strong competitiveness and non-base sectors are encouraged to become the basic sector if this study uses time series data from the BadanPusatStatistik (BPS) ProvinceSumatra, Indonesia, the period of four years 2018 to 2021. The purpose of this study is to identify the fundamental and non-fundamental sectors of the economic structure of the Payakumbuh region between 2018 and 2021. This is done using the location quotient analysis method and the dynamic location quotient method ( DLQ).

This study is about the effectiveness of finger print attendance on the discipline of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat Office of Subulussalam City. Discipline is how a person’s attitude is in obeying and obeying what has been set as responsibility. Different opinions say, if discipline is a necessity as well as a demand in people’s lives. This study aims to look at employee discipline in implementing finger print absenteeism. This study used qualitative research methods and data were collected through interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the finger print absence has slightly increased the discipline of civil servants, and in the implementation of the finger print absence there are still several obstacles such as machine effors, sometimes unsupportive networks and machine maintenance that must be done regularly. The conclusion of this study is that finger print attendance has gone well and affect employee discipline, however, there are inhibiting aspects such as network problems and employee attitudes.

The conflicts in Aceh and Sri Lanka share many similarities. However, there have been significantly different post-tsunami dynamics of conflict resolution in Aceh and Sri Lanka. In this article, the conflict resolution processes in Aceh and Sri Lanka will be compared. The main goals of this article are to (1) identify the main factors that failed to resolve the Sri Lanka conflict and the main factors that contributed to the successful post-tsunami resolution of the Aceh conflict, and (2) to determine whether the Sri Lanka conflict's failure to be resolved will repeat in Aceh if Aceh is faced with a similar natural disaster (tsunami). This article uses a qualitative approach with multiple case studies. As a result, the author uses a scientific model that includes additional concepts, expert opinions, and theories about conflict resolution to comprehend and analyze the resolution of the Aceh conflict and the conflict in Sri Lanka. These findings demonstrate that the success or failure of post-disaster resolution in two areas depends critically on the level of trust between conflicting parties. As a reaction, the violations of the Helsinki Accords' terms are more likely to trigger a third wave of conflicts than future natural disasters In Aceh.

Actually, Islamic shariah has been united with Acehnese society for a long time from the era of Sultan Iskandar Muda in the seventeenth century until nowadays. The relationship between the government and Acehnese society especially for Islamic shariah has long been agreed and accepted in their daily life. Historically, when Islam was first introduced in this area, the Acehnese society were accepted by the whole society without having any obstacle. They accepted Islam peacefully and there was no coercion as well as refusal. This can be proved when Islam was introduced in Peureulak, there had not been happening chaos and riot within Acehnese society. This circumstance can also be read in the history book related to the coming of Islamic shariah in Aceh. Anyway, it was different from the spread of Islam in Java which was brought and propagated by the Acehnese ulama-Fatahillah. At that time, most of Hindus particularly those who were from the middle and high class community refused Islam and even fought against Islam and a few of them escaped to Bali. Then the questions coming up; why Islamic Shariah and politics in Aceh are in chaos and how to solve this problem. Truely speaking, the dispute between politics and Islamic shariah in Aceh has been happening since Aceh became a part of Indonesia in 1945. Probably this was happening when Indonesia started applying under secular country especially based on the law applied here. Therefore, the dispute between Islamic shariah and secular regulation automatically occured. It is not exaggeration to say that Islamic shariah cannot be appropriated with the concept of secular state. Next solution is to change the concept of Indonesian secular law or to give a specific autonomy to Aceh forever.

In a democracy, the presence of political parties is very much needed. Political parties act as the backbone for the journey of democracy in Indonesia, because political partiesplay arole in the political process in the legislativebody, government, and other related institutions. The existence of political parties is increasingly important for channeling collective will - presenting the interests of various groups in society that are held in general elections. Modernization of political parties refers to the process of development and evolution from lower levels to higher levels. Modernization has the meaning of transformation which means a change in the existing system in a country caused by the progress of globalization that involves changes in politics, social structure, culture and economic growth. Modernization of political parties is the dynamics of political modernization which implies a process of increasing complexity of human problems that require political action. In general, it can be said that politics is a matter that includes the differentiation of roles as well as integrating the organizational structure. The modernity of the role and organizational structure of politics implies the existence of political parties that act as a link between the public and the government. Community Participation in the 4.0 era also provides opportunities for increased political participationin campaigning on social media, where campaigns carried out through social media have different valuesfrom traditional campaigns. Modernization of political parties provides opportunities and obstacles that can facilitate the realization of a democratic government system. Modernization of political parties can increase public participation in transparently viewing the proposed political party but unlimited information can also be one of the problems that will destabilize unity due to hate speech among political parties or communities of political parties aimed at related political opponents.

This research is about the ASN supervisory strategy by the West Aceh District BKPSDM. strategy is an idea that is arranged before carrying out an action or action in doing something so that what is the goal can be achieved. So that the results achieved are maximized and efficient before taking an action there must be a strategy used. This study aims to see how far the strategy has been carried out by BKPSDM towards ASN. This research uses qualitative research methods and data collection is carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. the results of the study show that the supervision strategy is good enough, supervision is carried out through online attendance. However, there are still obstacles such as the lack of maximum supervision carried out due to a lack of BKPSDM personnel in supervising ASN which exceeds the number of BKPSDM. The conclusion from this research is that the supervision strategy has been going well. but there are inhibiting aspects such as the lack of BKPSDM personnel in supervision.

Maintaining religious harmony at the regional, provincial, and central levels is the obligation of all citizens and other government agencies. Islamic law in Aceh actually does not only deal with matters of faith, maisir, khalwat, and khamar, but actually also takes care of all aspects of life including relations between religious adherents. So that the Aceh government issued a form of regulation in the form of Perda No. 25 of 2007 concerning Guidelines for the Establishment of Houses of Worship. The case in Aceh Singkil several years ago shows that religious harmony has not been fully created in Aceh. Therefore, in this discussion conducted an assessment of Islamic views on religious harmony and efforts to overcome inter-religious conflicts. The research results show that rules for religious harmony in Islam are contained in the Medina Charter, while the Republic of Indonesia Law states that the state guarantees the freedom of every citizen to embrace their own religion and to worship according to their religion and beliefs. While the rules related to the establishment of houses of worship in Aceh have also been regulated in the Form of Regional Regulation No. 25 of 2007 concerning Guidelines for the Establishment of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Houses of Worship. The conflict between religious communities in Aceh Singkil was caused by the government's lack of attention and its occurrenceclash of wisdom, breach of agreement and regulation, social prejudice, bigotry, and lack of communication. The solution with examine the root causes of conflict, process it in a fair and transparent manner and increase outreach and dialogue between religious leaders.

Regional General Elections or often referred to as regional elections are a method or mechanism for electing regional heads that are based on the constitution and are legal according to law. With the regional election, it is hoped that a fair, honest and wise leader can be elected to form a democratic government, but in the process there are disputes over the results of the vote count so that it has the potential to cause conflict if not resolved quickly. To overcome this, the government appointed the Supreme Court which has the right to adjudicate the dispute, over time the authority was then transferred to the Constitutional Court, causing a tug of war against the authorities authorized to adjudicate disputes over the results of the elections. Therefore, the writing of this paper will try to provide a study that aims to provide input to the government to choose the right institution for adjudicating the results of regional election disputes. This writing uses a normative juridical method with a statutory, historical, and conceptual approach and is supported by primary and secondary data. The results of this paper have four recommendations for institutions that have the right to adjudicate regional elections including the Constitutional Court, High Administrative Court, Election Watchdog, and the Special Court.
