AbstractThis article talks about the process of candidation within the Aceh Party ahead of the governor election in 2017. Based on the analisys, the process of candidation happened very closed, it can be seen from the appear of the previous names to be nominated in the upcoming elections is a commander or key figure in the structure of the Gerakan Aceh Merdeka (GAM). The background of Aceh conflict made the election for governor in 2017 increasingly heated. Conflict of internal and external in society become more intense beforeÂ the election date.Keywords: candidation, aceh party, the election of governorÂ AbstrakTulisan ini berbicara mengenai proses kandidasi dalam tubuh Partai Aceh menjelang pemilihan gubernur serentak pada tahun 2007. Berdasarkan analisa yang telah dilakukan, kandidasi yang terjadi berlangsung sangat tertutup, hal ini dapat dilihat dari munculnya kembali nama-nama lama untuk dicalonkan dalam pemilihan gubernur 2017 adalah mantan panglima atau tokoh penting dalam struktur Gerakan Aceh Merdeka (GAM). Latar belakang konflik yang pernah berlangsung di Aceh menjadikan pemilihan gubernur tahun 2017 semakin memanas. AbstractThe purpose of this work are to explore the role of ideological diffusion in the creation and maintenance of GAM 's political hegemony after the Aceh War 2005-2020 and to consider how the practice of command and control were reflected when GAM worked in political parties. The study used a qualitative method with a case study approach and the research data were collected through in-depth interviews with GAM and through journals, books, and articles in print and online. Analysis of this research using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification. Diffusion of ideology is the main strategy of GAM to win elections by continuing to receive political support from the community. The spread of political ideology were reflected in the behavior of political party, legislative and executive actors, especially when they try to control the management of the government. This research was expected to explain of the use of ideology as a political strategy through the diffusion of ideology in former conflict areas. The diffusion of ideology is a tool used by local political actors as a main strategy for gaining power. By disseminating ideology, the goal is to achieve a situation of hegemony of balance that used as a way to command and control politics. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali peran difusi ideologis dalam penciptaan dan pemeliharaan hegemoni politik GAM pasca Perang Aceh 2005-2020 dan untuk mempertimbangkan bagaimana praktik komando dan kontrol tercermin ketika GAM bekerja di partai politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan GAM dan melalui jurnal, buku, dan artikel baik cetak maupun online. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Difusi ideologi merupakan strategi utama GAM untuk memenangkan pemilu dengan tetap mendapat dukungan politik dari masyarakat. Penyebaran ideologi politik tercermin dalam perilaku para aktor partai politik, legislatif dan eksekutif, terutama ketika mereka mencoba untuk mengontrol pengelolaan pemerintahan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjelaskan penggunaan ideologi sebagai strategi politik melalui difusi ideologi di daerah bekas konflik. Difusi ideologi merupakan alat yang digunakan oleh aktor politik lokal sebagai strategi utama untuk mendapatkan kekuasaan. Dengan menyebarluaskan ideologi, tujuannya adalah untuk mencapai situasi hegemoni keseimbangan yang digunakan sebagai cara untuk memerintah dan mengontrol politik.

This article explains about the relation of media and politics and how the position ofhow the media position in Indonesian politics. Shoemaker and Reese have twoapproaches see the media , namely passive and active . The passive approach occurs when the media represent reality without distortion . Active approach is when the media come to frame social reality into the reality of media. The second approach is what makes media are not neutral and do tend to be biased in their reporting because the media no longer represent the event as a whole but with some viewpoints that are considered attractive. It is often also referred to as media manipulation. The media in a democracy should be able to independently and not closer to the government and the market.Keywords: Media, Politics and Democratization

T The article talks about the electronic business license service provided by the One Single Submission (OSS) application, which has been implemented at the West Aceh Regency's Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP). One Single Submission (OSS) One form of public service implementation that implements E-Government. This paper applied qualitative research methods to investigate the phenomena that occur in electronic services. The study's findings show that licensing services try to use the One Single Submission (OSS) application, as evidenced by several research indicators, including OSS's ease of use, trust in business actors' privacy security, service officers' assistance, the OSS website, and the service's content and appearance. OSS that is comprehensive and simple to comprehend. It may be stated that electronic services implementing OSS have been running properly at the West Aceh Regency Investment and One-Stop Service Office.

This research focuses on the effectiveness of the supervision of the Regional Environmental Office of Nagan Raya in overcoming liquid waste pollution in Darul Makmur District. The problem of liquid waste pollution especially in industrial area, that is Gampong Ujong Lamie activities of oil palm Management in PT Sawit Nagan Raya Makmur. The aims of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of the supervison of the Regional Environmental Office of Nagan Raya in overcoming liquid waste pollution. This study used qualitative method with a descriptive resource from the Ministry of Environment which is the head of environmental supervision and linking, General Manager of PT Sawit Nagan Raya Makmur, and the community of Gampong Ujong Lamie. This study used the theory of Handoko (2003) to see the timeliness of the supervision of the Regional Environmental Office. The results showed that surveillance activities were always scheduled and supervision was conducted on 4 times a year. The conclusion of this research is the supervision conducted by the Regional Environmental Office of Nagan Raya has effectively run.

This article talks about the emergence of oligarchs in West Aceh district. Oligarch is referred to here are those who dominate limited resources. Furthermore, this paper aims to examine the practice of rent seeking that played by businessmen after the local election process. Based on the study it can be concluded that; First, there is a strong connection between businessmen and candidates; clientelistic both emerging businessman who work on the basis of patronage; and third the practice of rent seeking in the distribution of government projects. Today many emerging Kiai who play outside the Pesantren and leaving its main task as an educator in Islamic education institutions and engage in practical politics. Implementation of the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Trade Regulation regarding the presence of modern shops such as Indomaret in Meulaboh City, West Aceh Regency, which has an impact on the large number of Indomarets and disrupts the existence of traditional shops owned by local communities. This study used a qualitative method through a case study approach with key informants as Head of Trade at the Trade Office, Head of Services and Licensing Staff of the One-Stop Integrated Investment and Services Office (DPMPTSP), Secretary of the West Aceh Traders Association, Modern Shop Employees ( Indomaret), Traditional Traders / Grocer and Community Traders. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Permendagri issuance, especially related to structuring guidelines and fostering of traditional markets, shopping centers and modern shops carried out by the Regional Government of West Aceh Regency has not been fully effective, it is due to the absence of derivative policies governing further related the establishment of modern markets such as Indomaret, and in the implementation there is also communication and non-coordination between the two parties implementing the policy. Aside from having positive impacts such as increasing local revenue tax, Indomaret's presence also has a negative impact because it increasingly marginalizes and even kills merchant businesses in traditional shops due to shifts in consumer habits, distance or adjacent positions between modern and traditional stores.

The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of poverty on access to education for fishermen's children in the South Aceh District. Poverty is a condition that causes a person to be unable to enjoy health, higher education and to consume adequate food from a health perspective. As a result, they have low productivity, decent work and low incomes. The method used is quantitatively explained by the creation of 18 fishermen in Ujung Tanah Village, Samadua District, South Aceh Regency.Data was obtained through questionnaires and interviews and analyzed through a Spearman correlation test using the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 20 software to test the influence between variables and explain the relationship between the two. Research data shows that at SD level p >0.05, SMP p>0.05, SMA p>0.005, S1 p>0.005. In the meantime, the value of the correlation test is -0.252 (SD), -0.258 (SMP), -0.140 (SMA), -0.129 (S1). The conclusion is, therefore, that the hypothesis (Ho) is accepted, that is, that there is an influence between poverty (X) and education (Y) on the children of fishermen with a negative or opposite correlation. Namely, the higher the poverty, the lower the education of the children of fishermen.
