AbstractThis article talks about the process of candidation within the Aceh Party ahead of the governor election in 2017. Based on the analisys, the process of candidation happened very closed, it can be seen from the appear of the previous names to be nominated in the upcoming elections is a commander or key figure in the structure of the Gerakan Aceh Merdeka (GAM). The background of Aceh conflict made the election for governor in 2017 increasingly heated. Conflict of internal and external in society become more intense beforeÂ the election date.Keywords: candidation, aceh party, the election of governorÂ AbstrakTulisan ini berbicara mengenai proses kandidasi dalam tubuh Partai Aceh menjelang pemilihan gubernur serentak pada tahun 2007. Berdasarkan analisa yang telah dilakukan, kandidasi yang terjadi berlangsung sangat tertutup, hal ini dapat dilihat dari munculnya kembali nama-nama lama untuk dicalonkan dalam pemilihan gubernur 2017 adalah mantan panglima atau tokoh penting dalam struktur Gerakan Aceh Merdeka (GAM). Latar belakang konflik yang pernah berlangsung di Aceh menjadikan pemilihan gubernur tahun 2017 semakin memanas. Palm Oil Politics in the Regent Election of Nagan Raya Aceh 2017 Hajad, Vellayati

This paper discusses palm oil politics in the local election of Nagan Raya Aceh. Palm oil politics is a term describing interaction patterns between toke (palm oil landowners and palm oil plants) and workers (most of them are labour) in palm oil plantation area. Nagan Raya is one of the main palm oil producers. There are at least 190.000 Ha managed by more than 18 companies and proprietorships. This study is conducted to investigate issues and behaviour of toke sawit and workers in patronage network working among them. Toke sawit provides jobs. In return, the workers give their loyalty including supporting and voting for a toke sawit in elections (if the toke becomes a candidate). There are two types of toke in local elections or pilkada; toke as a candidate and toke as a candidate supporter. They join forces in politics because they want government to give business license at ease, expand their business and avoid responsibilities for environmental damages that they cause. Based on analysis results, three behavior patterns are found, namely: a toke is involved in politics by being or not being a Nagan Raya Regent candidate, mobilization of workers (labour), and reinforcement of land conversion and deforestation issues.

This community service focuses on freshwater fish (catfish) cultivation. This community service is carried out on the basis of youth needs by involving youth or beneficiaries from planning to evaluation. This community service is carried out by paying attention to local wisdom in Gampong Pante Rawa Aceh Besar. The service method used is problem identification, coordination, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The results of this community service have had a good impact on the youth of Pante Rawa Aceh Besar village, both in economic, social and educational impacts. This community service provides income economically, builds social networks at the village and stakeholder level. This community service also provides new knowledge for youth about freshwater fish farming.

The younger generation is an important pillar of the state. At the same time, they hold ideology and action. On the basis of a historical approach, Muslim youth contributed significantly to the establishment of Indonesia during the period of independence until the 1998 reform period. However, there is currently a decline in the participation of Muslim youth in politics. There are many reasons, including passive attitudes towards national political problems and the still low level of literacy of Islamic politics among young people. It is therefore important to do this dedication, which aims to increase the political understanding of Islam among the young generation of Islam. The method used is the format of lectures, discussions and question and answer sessions. Before and after the test, it was shown that there was an increase in Islamic political insight among students compared to before the activity was carried out.

AbstractThe purpose of this work are to explore the role of ideological diffusion in the creation and maintenance of GAM 's political hegemony after the Aceh War 2005-2020 and to consider how the practice of command and control were reflected when GAM worked in political parties. The study used a qualitative method with a case study approach and the research data were collected through in-depth interviews with GAM and through journals, books, and articles in print and online. Analysis of this research using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification. Diffusion of ideology is the main strategy of GAM to win elections by continuing to receive political support from the community. The spread of political ideology were reflected in the behavior of political party, legislative and executive actors, especially when they try to control the management of the government. This research was expected to explain of the use of ideology as a political strategy through the diffusion of ideology in former conflict areas. The diffusion of ideology is a tool used by local political actors as a main strategy for gaining power. By disseminating ideology, the goal is to achieve a situation of hegemony of balance that used as a way to command and control politics. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali peran difusi ideologis dalam penciptaan dan pemeliharaan hegemoni politik GAM pasca Perang Aceh 2005-2020 dan untuk mempertimbangkan bagaimana praktik komando dan kontrol tercermin ketika GAM bekerja di partai politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan GAM dan melalui jurnal, buku, dan artikel baik cetak maupun online. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Difusi ideologi merupakan strategi utama GAM untuk memenangkan pemilu dengan tetap mendapat dukungan politik dari masyarakat. Penyebaran ideologi politik tercermin dalam perilaku para aktor partai politik, legislatif dan eksekutif, terutama ketika mereka mencoba untuk mengontrol pengelolaan pemerintahan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjelaskan penggunaan ideologi sebagai strategi politik melalui difusi ideologi di daerah bekas konflik. Difusi ideologi merupakan alat yang digunakan oleh aktor politik lokal sebagai strategi utama untuk mendapatkan kekuasaan. Dengan menyebarluaskan ideologi, tujuannya adalah untuk mencapai situasi hegemoni keseimbangan yang digunakan sebagai cara untuk memerintah dan mengontrol politik.

Penelitian ini berbicara tentang peran mantan kombatan GAM di sektor ekonomi politik pasca konflik Aceh (2005-2018). Mantan kombatan GAM adalah aktor ekonomi baru dalam sektor kontruksi di Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk melihat aktivitas mantan kombatan GAM di sektor ekonomi terutama di sektor bisnis kontruksi di Aceh. Narasumber penelitian ini adalah pengusaha kontruksi, pemerintah, dan tokoh masyarakat di Aceh. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mantan kombatan GAM dapat kesempatan ekonomi setelah konflik Aceh dengan menjadi rent seeker dari proyek pemerintah. Mereka bekerja dengan menggunakan jaringan GAM untuk mendapatkan sumber ekonomi melalui lobi, negosiasi, dan bahkan intimidasi untuk memenangkan tender dan mendapatkan proyek dari pemerintah. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada studi perilaku rent seeking terutama berkaitan dengan kehadiran dan peningkatan jumlah aktor ekonomi baru dari mantan kombatan GAM sebagai hasil dari konflik Aceh.

This article explains about the relation of media and politics and how the position ofhow the media position in Indonesian politics. Shoemaker and Reese have twoapproaches see the media , namely passive and active . The passive approach occurs when the media represent reality without distortion . Active approach is when the media come to frame social reality into the reality of media. The second approach is what makes media are not neutral and do tend to be biased in their reporting because the media no longer represent the event as a whole but with some viewpoints that are considered attractive. It is often also referred to as media manipulation. The media in a democracy should be able to independently and not closer to the government and the market.Keywords: Media, Politics and Democratization

T The article talks about the electronic business license service provided by the One Single Submission (OSS) application, which has been implemented at the West Aceh Regency's Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP). One Single Submission (OSS) One form of public service implementation that implements E-Government. This paper applied qualitative research methods to investigate the phenomena that occur in electronic services. The study's findings show that licensing services try to use the One Single Submission (OSS) application, as evidenced by several research indicators, including OSS's ease of use, trust in business actors' privacy security, service officers' assistance, the OSS website, and the service's content and appearance. OSS that is comprehensive and simple to comprehend. It may be stated that electronic services implementing OSS have been running properly at the West Aceh Regency Investment and One-Stop Service Office.

This research focuses on the effectiveness of the supervision of the Regional Environmental Office of Nagan Raya in overcoming liquid waste pollution in Darul Makmur District. The problem of liquid waste pollution especially in industrial area, that is Gampong Ujong Lamie activities of oil palm Management in PT Sawit Nagan Raya Makmur. The aims of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of the supervison of the Regional Environmental Office of Nagan Raya in overcoming liquid waste pollution. This study used qualitative method with a descriptive resource from the Ministry of Environment which is the head of environmental supervision and linking, General Manager of PT Sawit Nagan Raya Makmur, and the community of Gampong Ujong Lamie. This study used the theory of Handoko (2003) to see the timeliness of the supervision of the Regional Environmental Office. The results showed that surveillance activities were always scheduled and supervision was conducted on 4 times a year. The conclusion of this research is the supervision conducted by the Regional Environmental Office of Nagan Raya has effectively run.
