Abstract

The Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB) is a forum formed on community ideas facilitated by the Government with the aim of maintaining, building and empowering religious communities for the sake of harmony and prosperity. South Sulawesi as a province that is multicultural and multi-religious makes each region in it prone to conflicts between groups. This study aims to see the extent of the role of FKUB in South Sulawesi in realizing the unity and integrity of the nation. This type of research is field research which aims to obtain data, both primary and by direct tracing each area in South Sulawesi, especially those experiencing inter-religious conflicts by conducting in-depth interviews with FKUB administrators. South Sulawesi, district/city FKUB, Local Government in this case the National and Political Unity Agency (kesbangpol), Ministry of Religion, and of course indigenous peoples. while secondary data as supporting data was obtained through the central management group of FKUB South Sulawesi. The results show that the status of religious harmony in South Sulawesi is still high. This is supported by the index value of religious harmony studied by the Ministry of Religion with a score of 75.7 (high category). FKUB's strategy in mediating inter-religious conflicts in South Sulawesi is to prioritize dialogue, deliberation and opinion polls. The high awareness of the majority of South Sulawesi residents in terms of tolerance, equality and cooperation between fellow religious adherents supports the South Sulawesi FKUB in an ef ort to realize the unity and integrity of the nation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the importance of moderate attitudes of preachers in matters of ikhtilaf among ordinary people. A moderate attitude represents a middle path that is neither extreme left nor extreme right. A moderate attitude needs to be instilled by a da’i as a person whose job is to encourage other people to follow and practice Islamic teachings. The main factor in the occurrence of ikhtilaf in society is the difference in the schools/organizations that the preachers follow, giving rise to disputes in society. Every preacher and mass organization will appeal to the school of thought they follow, so that attitudes of putting each other down and criticizing each other become common things found in society. A moderate attitude is one solution in responding to cases of ikhtilaf among ordinary people.

Abstract

Destiny is not only understood as an absolute provision but has a dimension that involves wise planning and determination according to the will and knowledge of Allah SWT. First, with this understanding it provides a foundation for understanding how the concept of destiny in human life, both in theological and practical aspects. Second, the masons in Jenetallasa village understand destiny as a combination of human effort and God's will. They believe that although destiny is a definite provision, humans are still required to try. Destiny in the view of masons, teaches surrender, acceptance, and patience in facing life's challenges. Third, the application of destiny by masons in Jenetallasa village has various ways, namely including effort, prayer, and acceptance of destiny, with variations in the level of surrender and effort made by each individual according to their views on destiny. The implications of the research suggest that understanding destiny has a broad impact on the lives of individuals and society. Therefore, spiritual development that can deepen this understanding can be used as a strategic step to create a more productive, harmonious, and religious society. This type of research is qualitative with a field research approach, namely research conducted by going directly to the location to collect the required data. The author applies the observation method by observing directly and using interview techniques. Interviews are conducted through conversations between two parties, between the author and the informant.

Abstract

This The development of Islamic philosophical thought in studying knowledge cannot actually be separated from the contribution of the thoughts of two figures in Islamic philosophy at that time, namely Al-Farabi and Ibn Sina. These two figures also inspired the enlightenment period of European civilization, especially in terms of legal philosophy and science, so that it became a civilization that is quite advanced to this day. This research was conducted to explore the main ideas of the philosophers Al-Farabi and Ibn Sina. The method used in this research is a literature study with primary data from books and journals. The findings in this research are that Al-Farabi's legal philosophy emphasizes the soul as he believes in the existence of a separate rational soul that is capable of achieving happiness through contemplation of intelligible reality. Meanwhile, Ibn Sina's thinking believes that reason can enable progress through various levels of understanding and ultimately lead to God and ultimate truth. In science, Al-Farabi believes that knowledge can be obtained through active reason and intellectual intuition. Meanwhile, Ibn Sina's view of science was very broad and influential, and he believed that knowledge could be obtained through the senses and reason. It is hoped that the implications of this research will be for readers as a motivator in learning the knowledge of Allah, worshiping and practicing to cleanse themselves, guarding every word, deed, heart and mind to always get closer to Allah.

Abstract

Pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana konsep absurditas manusia dalam pandangan filsafat eksistensialisme Albert Camus? Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research), dengan menggunakan pendekatan filosofis. Selanjutnya metode analisis data yang dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu: metode deskriptif, content analisis, dan metode interpretasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Camus menganggap manusia itu absurd, kehidupan ini tidak jelas, tidak ada tujuan dalam kehidupan. Bagi Camus, absurditas itu adanya ketidakpastian antara pikiran manusia dan realitas, manusia selalu memikirkan konsep kehidupan tetapi konsep ini tidak sesuai dengan realitas di luar. Perasaan absurd muncul karena manusia mencari pemahaman yang lengkap mengenai dunia yang tidak dapat dipahami. Manusia merindukan kebenaran universal sedangkan dunia hanya misteri, sehingga Camus menganggap kehidupan ini absurditas. Menurut Camus, kita tidak boleh lari dari kehidupan absurd tersebut, sebab lari dalam kehidupan adalah pecundang. Baginya kehidupan yang absurd harus dilawan dengan memaknai kehidupan sendiri dan melakukan pemberontakan. Penulis mengharapkan dengan penelitian ini dapat menambah wawasan dan memperluas wacana mengenai makna kehidupan dan absurditas manusia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis Etika Santri Terhadap Guru di Pondok Pesantren Tahdfizul Qur’an Baiturrahim dengan menggunakan pendekatan teologis dan fenomenologi sebagai karangka metodologis. Hasil penelitian menujukkan terdapat beberapa bentuk Etika Santri Terhadap Guru dalam menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis dan keberkahan antara santri dan guru, yaitu: hormat dan taat; etika dalam berbicara; mendahulukan guru dan Pembina; menjaga akhlak di hadapan guru dan Pembina; tidak membantah guru dan Pembina; serta mengamalkan ilmu yang diberikan. Etika sangat ditekankan di dalam Pondok Pesantren karena mengajarkan nilai-nilai moral dan adab yang akan menjadi bekal hidup santri di masa depan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan Implikasi Etika Santri Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter di Pondok Pesantren Tahdfizul Qur’an Baiturrahim sangat signifikan. Pesantren tidak hanya berperan sebagai lembaga pendidikan akademik dan keagamaan, tetapi juga sebagai tempat pembinaan moral dan spiritual. Beberapa Impilikasi Etika dalam Pembentukan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Tahdfizul Qur’an Baiturrahim yaitu penguatan akhlak mulia; kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab; pembentukan karakter kemandirian; pengedalian diri dan kesabaran; serta internalisasi nilai-nilai spiritual. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang positid dalam memberikan pemahaman tentang Etika Santri Terhadap Guru di Pondok Pesantren. Penelitian ini juga menjadi landasan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam bidang Etika. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan pandangan baru dan pemahaman komprehensif tentang Etika Santri Terhadap Guru di lingkungan pesantren.

Abstract

The study of philosophy cannot be separated from the discussion of humans. Because, humans are the determinants of the good and bad judgments of other humans. In terms of values ​​in philosophy, it can be found in the branch of philosophy, namely axiology. Axiology is a branch of philosophy that discusses values, in other words, axiology is a field of philosophy that explains the application of a science that has good and bad values, the results of that knowledge. The research method used is a literature study, which emphasizes various literatures that are in accordance with the object being studied. Axiology in the Islamic perspective states that religion gives birth to science. So science can be said to be part of religion itself, because the Prophet Muhammad SAW requires humans to seek knowledge. And the purpose of religion is to seek the pleasure and truth of Allah SWT. Science is part of Islam and the function of science is to provide guidance, solutions, as a deliverer from ignorance. Science gives birth to values, ethics and aesthetics, while Islam is an umbrella for the birth of ontology, epistemology, and axiology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the thoughts of Murtada Muthahhari. Murtadha Muthahhari is a Muslim scholar, thinker, and intellectual from Iran who was very influential in the 20th century. Muthahhari is known as one of the important figures in the development of modern Islamic thought and the Islamic revolution in Iran. Murtadha Muthahhari's thoughts on the philosophy of justice are very profound and are one of his important contributions to the world of modern Islamic thought. For Muthahhari, justice is not just an abstract normative concept, but a fundamental value that is the core of social, political, and religious life. Muthahhari's thoughts on Islam and modernity emphasize that Islam is not a religion of the past that must be abandoned for the sake of progress, but a religion that contains principles that can guide humanity in answering modern problems.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the gender hermeneutics of the texts of the Qur'an and hadith. Islam does not eliminate biological differences or social roles completely, but gives equal respect to the efforts and responsibilities of each. In terms of rewards, deeds, and relationships with Allah, there is no higher between men and women; the only difference is their piety. The concept of gender in the hadith also emphasizes balance, justice, and respect for the rights of men and women, and emphasizes the noble position of both before Allah. The hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad SAW often emphasize that men and women have different roles and responsibilities, but both are equally important and must be treated with respect and justice. The concept of justice in Islam emphasizes fair treatment of both sexes, despite differences in roles. Islam teaches that men and women have the same dignity before Allah, although with different duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the author's curiosity about the Maudu Lompoa tradition in Cikoang Village, Laikang District, Takalar Regency, which is a unique form of religious celebration with a blend of cultural and spiritual values ​​and Sufism teachings. Using a qualitative field approach, data was obtained through direct observation techniques, interviews with informants, and documentation of activities. The results of the study indicate that this tradition has strong religious values ​​and reflects the teachings of Sufism: sharia, tarekat, hakikat, and ma'rifat. Based on Max Scheler's philosophy of values, this tradition reflects the entire hierarchy of values, starting from aspects of pleasure, life values, spiritual values, to the peak of holiness. The Maudu Lompoa tradition not only strengthens religious and social values, but also has the potential to be developed as a religious cultural tourism destination that has educational and economic value.
