Abstract

The reason for the review was to decide the job of the chief in working on the educational capability of educators. The formulation of the issue in this study is the manner by which the job of the chief in working on the pedagogical capability of educators in SD Negeri 1 Jeumpet Aceh Besar Regency is. This study utilizes a subjective methodology with a descriptive kind of approach. The subjects of this review were the head and 3 study hall educators. The information assortment procedure utilized by the scientist was perception and interview strategies, which were handled with the information examination stages, to be specific, information decrease, information show, and information check. In light of the consequences of the review, it shows that the chief plays did the parts of teacher, chairman, administrator, boss, pioneer, trendsetter, and inspiration. Abstract

Berdasarkan obsesrvasi yang telah di lakukan di Kelas IV SD Negeri Ranto Panyang II, dalam proses pembelajaran matematika telah menggunakan teknik yang berbeda, termasuk ceramah, tugas, pertanyaan dan jawaban dan diskusi. Meskipun demikian, strategi pembelajaran ini belum berkembang seperti yang diharapkan, terlihat monoton,dan siswa kurang dalam pelajaran sehingga berpengaruh pada hasil belajarnya rendah. Abstract

In thematic lessons, many students still have low learning outcomes in Sub-theme 1 (Humans and the Environment) which is in theme 8 (The Environment of Our Friends). This study aims to describe the role of peers in student learning outcomes on theme 8 sub-theme 1 in class V SD Negeri 01 Pilot Meulaboh. The approach used in this research is qualitative, and descriptive type. All of the fifth-grade students were 25 students, as the subject of this study with details of 10 males and 15 females. Data were collected through observation in order to see a picture of what was found in the field, interviews for the data obtained were more accurate and tests were used to obtain student learning outcomes. All data collected which will be processed through the data analysis stage is 1 data reduction, 1 data presentation, and 1 conclusion drawing from all 1 data. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the role of peers on the results of lessons by students has been very helpful in learning activities. Based on observations, interviews and peer test questions play a role in the learning outcomes of students in the classroom, the more interactions with peers related to learning in the classroom that students do not understand, and also support from peers regarding the results of learning activities carried out in groups, the results students' learning will be better, based on the results of the study it is known that by applying Vygotsky's concept of the Zone of Proximal Development when tasks that are too difficult are mastered by students alone but can be learned with the help of peers who are more capable

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the teacher's ability to use KIT IPA in the high class of SD Negeri Jurong Mesjid, Pidie. In particular, this study aims to describe the teacher's ability to use KIT Science in the High Class of Jurong Mesjid Elementary School, Pidie Regency. The approach in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The subjects of this study were high grade teachers, namely grades IV, V, VI at Jurong Mesjid Elementary School, Pidie Regency. Data was collected by using interview and observation techniques. Interview and observation techniques were carried out with high grade teachers at Jurong Mesjid State Elementary School. The results of the research in class V can be concluded that, in class V on simple planes the teacher uses the KIT IPA pulley as a tool for experiments, the teacher uses pulleys to conduct experiments on types of simple machines. The teacher selects sub-chapters according to the material being taught, the teacher also uses the KIT science according to the instructions/steps for using the KIT, the teacher also conducts an experimental process using the right KIT science according to the expected competencies. While class VI the teacher uses the KIT IPA magnet as a tool for experiments, in this experiment the teacher explains first about magnets and their uses, before conducting the experiment the teacher first gives examples to students about objects that can be attracted and cannot be attracted by magnets, The teacher also involves students in conducting experiments, so as to make students understand more about the material

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of learning media in SD Negeri Mata ie Aceh Besar. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research instrument used interviews and observation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that teachers used visual media, print media, image media, LCD, and video media. All of these media are used according to the characteristics of the media. Thus, it can be concluded that teachers use learning media according to their needs. It is expected that the school will support the procurement of teaching media according to the needs of students, and for teachers to be able to utilize learning media in learning so that learning activities can be carried out correctly.Key Words : Utilization of Learning Media, Learning

Abstract

Each school principal has its own efforts to improve discipline of teachers in their schools, the efforts that have been designed will be implemented to teachers who have problems with discipline. Formulation of the problem in this study is how the principal’s efforts in improve teacher discipline at SD Negeri 9 Labuhanhaji and what are the obstacles faced by principals in an effort to improve teacher discipline in elementary schools Land 9 Labuhanhaji. This study aims to describe the efforts of principals in improving teacher discipline and the obstacles faced principals in an effort to improve teacher discipline at SD Negeri 9 Labuhanhaji. The approach in this research is qualitative with the type of descriptive research. The subjects of this study consisted of 1 principal and 7 teachers at SD Negeri 9 Labuhanhaji. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation and interviews, and analyzed by data reduction, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. The result of this study show that the principal’s efforts in improving teacher discipline are make rules, direct teachers to implement the rules, give motivation at every opportunity and the provision of sanctions in the form of warnings, advice and warnings to undisciplined teachers. Conclusions from this research is an effort that is applied by the principal to the three forms of discipline have a relatonship, namely making regulations and providing sanctions if non-compliance with regulations, efforts and sanctions are carried out consistently against teacher. The obstacle faced by the principal is not being able to supervise teachers directly if you have an outside interest and the level is not maximized discipline of the teacher, so to minimaze these obstacles the principal ask the treasurer or the picket tacher for help to supervise and the head schools try to enforce regulations, increase cooperation and always create a good relationship with the teacher council.

Abstract

Pengelolaan merupakan sebuah teknik satu kerjaan untuk menggapai tujuan tertentu. Termasuk juga dalam memahami caracter, dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan maka yang perlu diperhatikan bagaimana pengelolaan pendidikan diberikan sekolahnya. Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah bagaimana mengelolaan Pendidikan caracter dalam membentuk Sikap Siswa SDN 2Pante Raya Kab. Bener Meriah. Adapun  maksud dari karya ilmiah ini untuk mengetahui Pengelolaan Pendidikan Karakter.Karya ilmiah ini memakai pendikatan kualitatip macam karya ilmiah deskriptip. Subject dari karya ilmiah ini pemimpin sekolah dan 8 tenaga pengajar. Cara yang dipakai untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu melihat langsung dan Tanya jawab. Untuk menganalysi ada tiga cara yaitu pengumpulan, pengolahan dan pengambilan simpulan.Hasil    penelitian    menyatakan    pengelolaan    pendidikan    karakter    dalam pembentukan sikap siswa, guru sudah merealisasikannya melalui kegiatan keagamaan, gotong-royong, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, guru mengembangkan materi pendidikan karakter dengan mengintegrasikannya melalui RPP, mengembangkan rancangan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter melalui rapat  kepala sekolah dan guru, guru sudah menyediakan fasilitas seperti peralatan shalat, audio, dan pengajar tetapi fasilitas disekolah dikatakan masih terbatas karena lingkungan sekolah  yang tidak memadai, pembentukan karakter yang terpadu dengan pembelajaran di integrasikan guru melalui RPP namun saat mengaplikasikan masih ada guru yang kesulitan, pembentukan karakter yang dilakukan guru melalui kegiatan disekolah sudah berkaitan dalam managemen sekolah, pembentukan karakter terpadu dengan kegiatan kependidikan sudah diberikan guru melalui kegiatan belajar  mengajar dan kegiatan ektrakurikuler, dalam proses evaluasi dan monitoring dilakukan kepala sekolah untuk semua guru melalui tiga tahap yaitu rancangan, penerapan dan evaluasi. Maka hasil dari pengelolaan pendidikan  karakter disekolah masih terdapat kekurangan sehingga pengelolaan pendidikan karakter disekolah menjadi belum sepenuhnya berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Student perception is the point of view and understanding of students on the material or information received by students when learning activities take place. The formulation of the problem in this study is how students perceive online learning during the covid-19 pandemic at State Elementary School 4 Banda Aceh City. This study expects to describe students' opinions on online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at State Elementary School 4 Banda Aceh. The approach used in this study is a qualitative, descriptive type of research. This research was conducted at the State Elementary School 4 Banda Aceh. The subjects in this study were students in grades 4a and 5a, totaling 64 students as well as teachers or homeroom teachers of grades 4a and 5a and 5 other teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research on students through the questionnaire method, many students do not like online learning because they do not understand the material presented by the teacher and feel more comfortable with face-to-face learning. Likewise, according to the results of interviews with teachers, online learning is considered inefficient due to several obstacles including many students and parents of students who do not have gadgets (HP) so that teachers find it difficult to deliver learning materials. The results of the research of students and teachers of State Elementary School 4 Banda Aceh City showed students' perceptions of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at State Elementary School 4 Banda Aceh City in the 2020/2021 academic year in the good category with an overall percentage of 68%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the teacher's ability to implement the STAD type cooperative learning model on the theme of 7 sub-themes 2 PB 2 in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 62 Banda Aceh. The approach in this study is a qualitative approach using a descriptive type of research. The subjects in this study were 3 fourth-grade teachers. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, and interviews. All data from observations and interviews were processed using the data analysis stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the teacher's ability to implement the STAD type cooperative learning model has 7 sub-themes 2 PB 2 in grade IV SD Negeri 62 Banda Aceh which is included in the very capable category, this is indicated by the value range of 85% - 100%. students are actively involved in the learning process both in groups and individually. The conclusion of this study is that teachers at SD Negeri 62 Banda Aceh have been able to apply the STAD type of cooperative learning model according to the steps contained in the learning model.

Abstract

Kendala merupakan suatu halangan, rintangan, atau faktor yang membatasi dan menghalangi tercapainya tujuan tertentu. Karakter merupakan watak, sikap, perilaku yang menjadi ciri khusus dari setiap individu yang dapat membedakan suatu individu dengan individu yang lain. Disiplinibelajarimerupakaniserangkainisikap, yang menunjukkani ketaatanidani kepatuhan untukiibelajar. Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah kendala guru dalam penerapan karakter disiplin belajar di SD Negeri 53 Banda Aceh. Adapun tujuani dari penelitiani ini adalah untuk mengetahuii kendala gurui dalam penerapan karakter disiplin belajari di SD Negerii 53 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini mengginakan pendekatann kualitatifi jenisipenelitianideskriptifi. Subjekidalami penelitiani iniiadalahi6 gurui kelasidi SD Negerii53 BandaiAceh. Tekniki analisisiidataidilakukanidenganitigaicaraiyaituireduksiidata,idisplay,daniconclusion drawing. Berdasarkan hasilipenelitianidi SD Negeri 53 Banda Aceh, bahwa 6 guru kelas masih mengalami kendalaidalami menerapkan karakteridisiplin n belajar. kendala tersebut dapat dilihat dari masih terbatasnya penggunaan waktu guru dalam menerapkan karakter, adanya faktor usia dari guru, dan tidak adanya dukungan dari orang tua peserta didikdalam menerapkan karakter disiplin belajar. Kendala guru juga berasal dari peserta didik seperti belum berkembangnya budaya disiplin belajar dalam diri peserta didik, masih kurangnya kesadaran dari peserta didik untuk berdisiplin diri, kurangnyaiminat danimotivasiidari pesertaididikiuntuk disiplinidalamibelajar, dan karena adanya faktor dari latar belakang keluarga peserta didik. Dari permasalahan diatas diharapkan guru untuk lebih meningkatkan lagi upaya dalamimenerapkanikarakteridisiplinibelajari kepadaipesertaiididik, dengan memperhatikan kesiapan yang matang sebelum menerapkan karakter disiplin belajar. Serta guru harus dapat memaksimalkaniwaktui pembelajaranidengani alokasiiwaktuiyang telah tersediaiagaripenerapan dari karakter disiplin dapat tercapai
