Abstract

Komputer telah menjadi instrumen penting pada setiap individu maupun organisasi. Penggunaan komputer terkadang memiliki efek samping yang tidak menyenangkan. Sejumlah mahasiswa diketahui mempunyai phobia dalam menggunakan komputer. Mahasiswa harus mempunyai efikasi diri yang tinggi untuk menanggulangi hal tersebut. Pada akhirnya akan berdampak pula pada kinerja akademik mahasiswa. Peneliti ingin memfokuskan pada antesenden dari Academic Performance. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memperjelas pengaruh Computer Anxiety terhadap Computer Self Efficacy pada ruang lingkup pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan paradigma kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo yang berstatus mahasiswa. Penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada mahasiswa yang telah melakukan perkuliahan secara daring. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk membuktikan hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Hasil penelitian membuktikan semua hubungan variabel yang diuji positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance dan work engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif yang bersifat kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 responden yang merupakan karyawan Bankatimtara Syariah Cabang Jl. A Yani Samarinda dengan menggunakan sampel non-probability Sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel work life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel work engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel work life balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel work engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel work life balance memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja, variabel work engagement tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The increasing number of competitors in Skincare Industry, requires companies to strengthen marketing strategies in creating Purchase Decision. Green marketing is a strategy that can contribute to building Purchase Decision for Green Skincare Product. This study was to analyze the significance of The Influence of Green Marketing on Purchase Decision. The population in this study were Generation Z who used Green Skincare Product Brand The Body Shop dan Sensatia Botanicals in Indonesia with a sample of 200 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with IBM SPSS AMOS 23.0 for Windows program. The results of this study indicate that the description of Green Marketing (green product, green price, green place,and green promotion) as varible (X) has a significant effect on purchase decisions as Variable (Y). The green product dimension in green marketing gives the biggest contribute to building purchase decision.Keyword: Generation Z, Purchase Decision, Green Marketing, Green Skincare ProductsSemakin banyaknya pesaing di Industri Skincare, menuntut perusahaan untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran dalam menciptakan Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis signifikansi Pengaruh Green Marketing terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Generasi Z yang menggunakan Produk Green Skincare Brand The Body Shop dan Sensatia Botanicals di Indonesia dengan sampel sebanyak 200 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program IBM SPSS AMOS 23.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa deskripsi Green Marketing (green product, green price, green place, dan green promotion) sebagai variabel (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebagai Variabel (Y). Dimensi green product dalam Green Marketing memberikan kontribusi terbesar dalam membangun keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci : Generasi Z, Purchase Decision, Green Marketing, Green Skincare Products

Abstract

The importance of delivering financial education digitally has grown along with the digitization of society and the economy in Indonesia, especially since the Covid-19 pandemic began to hit. Digitalization of financial education allows public authorities to reach a wider audience and increase the impact of financial literacy programs on various parties, one of which is for MSME entrepreneurs. This study aims to apply digital financial education for MSME entrepreneurs in order to increase financial knowledge as part of financial literacy that can help keep MSMEs running (sustainable development). The research method used is a quantitative method with the research subject of MSME entrepreneurs in the City of Tasikmalaya. The financial education provided for MSME entrepreneurs consists of materials on the Use of Financial Services, Business Financial Management and Planning, Risks and Dependents, and Financial Landscapes which are delivered digitally through the delivery of materials and online assistance using the zoom application. The results showed that digitizing financial education was able to increase the financial knowledge of MSME entrepreneurs in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh antara persepsi kemudahan menggunakan dan persepsi manfaat terhadap  minat menggunakan Kembali serta dampaknya pada efektivitas pembelajaran daring. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap tenaga pendidik (dosen) dilingkungan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia baik yang berstatus sebagai PNS, Pegawai Tetap (PT) maupun Calon Pegawai Tetap (CPT) sebanyak 300 orang yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tinggi rendahnya reuse intention secara positif dipengaruhi oleh tinggi rendahnya perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness dimana Perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh yang paling tinggi terhadap reuse intention, sedangkan variable yang memiliki pengaruh paling rendah terhadap reuse intention adalah perceived usefulness. Tinggi rendahnya e-learning effectiveness secara positif dipengaruhi oleh tinggi rendahnya technological Readiness,perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness dan reuse intention dimana Reuse intentio memiliki pengaruh yang paling tinggi terhadap e-learning effectiveness sedangkan variable yang memiliki pengaruh paling rendah terhadap e-learning effectiveness adalah perceived of use

Abstract

Since the issuance of Governor Regulation Number 40 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Inclusive Education, all schools in DKI Jakarta Province have been mandated to become Inclusive Education Providers. However, the availability of Special Advisor Teachers is still very limited. Therefore, in order to reduce the gap for the lack of Special Advisor Teachers, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office organized a teacher competency improvement training program to improve the competence of educators in supporting teaching and learning activities at Inclusive Education Providers. This study aims to analyze the Teacher Competency Improvement Training Program for Inclusive Education in the Province of DKI Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with literature study, observation and in-depth interviews with informants. The results of this study is the training methods have been well coordinated so that between UPTs there are no differences in methods. The enthusiasm of the participants varied in each region, due to the online training, some of the participants were still assigned to teach so they did not focus on the training. The evaluation of the training by participants for the organizers and instructor has been carried out through a questionnaire instrument, but the evaluation results are not coordinated with the instructor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan locavorism sebagai idologi pangan lokal terhadap persepsi authenticity makanan local tradisional (MLT) dan loyalty konsumen generasi milenial pada MLT, sekaligus peran authenticity sebagai variable mediasi. Jenis penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research) dengan metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Sample penelitian sebanyak 200 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis menjelaskan bahwa ideology locavorism generasi milenial di Jawa Timur secara signifikan mampu mempengaruhi persepsi authenticity makanan local serta loyalitas mereka pada MLT di Jawa Timur. Selain itu, authenticity MLT juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi loyalty serta memiliki peran mediasi antara ideology locavorism dengan loyalty.

Abstract

: Competitiveness is the main concept whose application is very important for the progress and development of a company or MSME, businesses that do not pay attention and do not have competitiveness will automatically be abandoned by the market. MSMEs that have flexibility are seen as having great potential in supporting equity and economic welfare of the community. The Binong Jati Knitting MSME Center is one type of business from the goods supply sector in Indonesia which is indicated to be experiencing problems of low competitiveness. This study aims to determine the effect of social entrepreneurs on competitiveness. The method used is quantitative and the number of samples is 159 knitting entrepreneur s. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with SPSS version 25.0 computer software. The results showed that 1) leadership was at a good level, 2) strategy was at a good level, and 3) systems were at a good level. The influence of leadership 0.221 on competitiveness. strategy 0.150 on competitiveness, systems 0.140 on competitiveness, the influence of social entrepreneur 's on competitiveness is 51%, if seen from the Guilford table the total influence is in the medium classification. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to entrepreneur at the Binong Jati Knitting MSME Center to increase the entrepreneur ial spirit that has a social entrepreneur vision. Especially in Leadership (Leadership) and Strategy (strategy) is accurate in increasing the effectiveness of business competitiveness

Abstract

What is the relationship between risk and the expected return on an anfunding ?The capital asset pricing model (CAPM) provides a framework for answering the query. The CAPM (Sharpe, 1964; Lintner, 1965) marked the birth of asset pricing theory. This model is based on the idea that not all risk affects asset prices. The CAPM model provides insight into the type of risk associated with returns. The CAPM provides a methodology for translating risk into an estimate of expected ROE. Its application continues to generate debate: many scholars argue that the CAPM is based on unrealistic assumptions. This paper describes the key ideas of the CAPM, the empirical history of the CAPM and the implications for the application of the CAPM and the drawbacks of the CAPM. Keywords: capital asset pricing model; CAPM; risk; returns; risk free; market beta; market portfolio.

Human resource management is an approach taken to the abilities, skills, motivation of individuals in an organization with the aim of increasing organizational performance. The phenomena obtained in this study are the factors that influence employee performance, namely work motivation, work environment, competence and compensation. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, work environment, competence and compensation on employee performance.
