Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview and influence of relationship quality on ISP First Media customer loyalty survey on ISP First Media membership in Indonesia. This research uses descriptive and verifiative methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 16,300 people with a sample of 200 respondents who joined the first media user community facebook forum using simple random sampling techniques. The data is processed statistically by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The findings of this study found that relationship quality has a significant influence on customer loyalty, this is indicated by a large critical ratio value that is greater than the minimum meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between relationship quality variables on customer loyalty simultaneously. The statement can be concluded that the better the relationship quality built by the company, the higher the level of customer loyalty felt by customers to the company. The result of the contribution given by the highest relationship quality variable in forming customer loyalty is the satisfaction dimension and the lowest in forming customer loyalty is trust.

Abstract

This study investigates how diversity management affects Russian language instruction at the Russian Embassy in Nigeria. Data gathered from 50 Nigerian employees working in the Russian Embassy in Lagos and Abuja was used for this study and the sample size was not based on gender bias. Questionnaire was distributed randomly, and the data were analyzed using percentage and frequency, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS version 23.0, 2020). According to the study's findings, diversity management significantly improved organizational learning effectiveness and the learning of Russian language in the Russian Embassy in Lagos and Abuja. The study's findings, which include a recommendation that the management of the Russian Embassy in Nigeria should make available a platform for the use of films, audios, music, or songs as learning tools for the Russian language, will motivate employees and subsequently improve their language skills. The study demonstrated that diversity management can improve organizational learning effectiveness, bring about competitive advantage, and enhance Russian language learning in Nigeria. Therefore, the management at the Russian Embassy in Nigeria will find this study useful. The study will, nevertheless, be useful for those who wish to learn more about workplace diversity and how to handle it.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh faktor-faktor seperti persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kemanfaatan, dan kepercayaan digital terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan online food delivery (OFD), serta dampak kepuasan pengguna terhadap intensi penggunaan kembali layanan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana data survey dengan 308 pengguna layanan OFD yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kemanfaatan, dan kepercayaan digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan OFD, dan kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi penggunaan kembali layanan. Dampak teoretis dari temuan ini adalah memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan dan pengujian kembali teori-teori penerimaan teknologi dan kepuasan pelanggan, terutama dalam konteks layanan OFD. Sedangkan dampak managerial dari temuan ini adalah para penyedia layanan OFD dapat menggunakan temuan ini sebagai acuan dalam mengembangkan strategi bisnis dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalam mengetahui Pengaruh Ekosistem Wirausaha terhadap Minat Menjadi Wirausaha Berbasis Digital. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan maksud menggambarkan dan pemaranan variabel yang diteliti, kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Variabel yang menjadi endogen adalah minat menjadi wirausaha berbasis digital (Y), dan budaya (X1), sosial (X2) dan material (X3) yang menjadi variabel eksogen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Peserta Didik Kelas XII Sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Cianjur. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling, dimana telah diketahui kesetaraan dari reponden dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling terhadap 165 reponden. Teknik analisi data verifikatif yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan alat bantu program IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 for Windows. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukan gambaran ekosistem wirausaha terhadap minat menjadi wirausaha berbasis digital berada pada kategori cukup baik. Namun dengan hasil temuan verifikatif ekosistem wirausaha berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat menjadi wirausaha berbasis digital. Variabel ekosistem wirausaha dengan dimensi terendah: material, dan variabel minat menjadi wirausaha berbasis digital dengan dimensi terendah: norma subjektif. Maka, sekolah serta lingkungan sekitar dalam sebuah ekosistem wirausaha dalam membantu pertumbuhan dalam terciptanya wirausaha baru untuk saling mendukung dan mendorong khususnya dari kalangan peserta didik lulusan SMK, untuk dapat membantu perkembangan negara dan kemajuan bangsa dengan meningkatkan jumlah wirausaha dan perluasan pengenalan akan teknologi digital.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to find out how product quality, service quality, and brand image directly affect user satisfaction and how product knowledge and consumer experience indirectly affect user satisfaction through product quality, service quality, and brand image.The research method used is a quantitative one; data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents and then processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The sample used in this study was 260 respondents who were BPJS Employment users in the non-formal sector. The results showed that product and service quality had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, while brand image had no effect. Consumer experience mediates the effect of product quality and service quality but does not mediate the effect of brand image on user satisfaction. Product knowledge does not mediate product quality, service quality, or brand image. Based on the research results, BPJS Employment can develop strategies that are relevant to the research results, namely focusing more on improving the quality of products and services to improve the consumer experience, thereby creating consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much Sales Promotions influence Online Impulse Buying for Gofood consumers on Instagram Gofood Indonesia. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The independent variable in this study is sales promotion (X) and the dependent variable is online impulse buying (Y). Sampling in this study used simple random sampling (random sampling) of 390 respondents. The instrument test was used to test the validity and reliability tests as well as the analytical technique used, namely simple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25.0 for windows software tools. The findings in this study indicate that there is a significant influence from sales promotion on online impulse buying.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil kajian dan analisis pengaruh Perfomance Allowance, Work Motivation dan Work Training secara simultan terhadap Work Perfomance Personil Kepolisian Resor Kota Bandung selama masa Pandemic Covid-19 dengan program door to door system. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikat dengan populasi penelitian adalah personil Personil Kepolisian Resor Kota Bandung dengan jumlah 186 responden. Data primer didalam penelitian ini didapatkan dengan survey ke lapangan dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden-responden tersebut, sedangkan data sekunder didalam penelitian ini didapatkan dengan cara mencaritahu mengenai studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan referensi-referensi data dari kajian teoritis dan penelitian terdahulu. Teknik olah didalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Jalur dengan menggunakan software Lisrel for Student, teknik tersebut untuk mengetahui hasil pengaruh setiap variabel. Nilai thitung didalam penelitian ini menunjukan diatas ttabel sebesar 0,082 yaitu pada variabel Perfomance Allowance adalah 1.740, Work Motivation adalah 1.716, Work Training adalah 6.028. Pengaruh Perfomance Allowance dalam mempengaruhi Work Perfomance Personil Kepolisian Resor Kota Bandung menunjukan persentase sebesar 12,84%, pengaruh Work Motivation terhadap Work Perfomance Personil Kepolisian Resor Kota Bandung menunjukan persentase sebesar 13,25%, pengaruh Work Training terhadap Work Perfomance Personil Kepolisian Resor Kota Bandung menunjukan persentase sebesar 21,60%, dan pengaruh seluruh variabel dalam mempengaruhi Work Perfomance Personil Kepolisian Resor Kota Bandung menunjukan persentase sebesar 47,69%. Faktor residu didalam penelitian ini menunjukan pada persentase 52,31%, yang dapat diasumsikan bahwa banyak variabel-variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi Work Perfomance Personil Kepolisian Resor Kota Bandung yang tidak ada didalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci:Perfomance Allowance, Work Motivation, Work Training, Work Perfomance, Polisi, Bandung

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of tourist travel in the Bandung Basin and formulate strategic recommendations to improve the tourist experience in the area. Using quantitative research methods involving 300 tourist respondents visiting destinations in the Bandung Basin, this study examines travel in various stages, including pre-visit, in-visit, and post-visit. It highlights the implications for DMO and stakeholders in the tourism industry. This study found that this region's dreaming and planning phases are largely determined by the trend and influence of digital information received by travelers. While at the booking stage, the role of online travel agents in the younger generation of travelers dominates its utility above direct bookings. This study provides several strategic recommendations for DMO to follow up on the profile of tourist behavior in the Bandung Basin.

Abstract

This research study aims to investigate sustainable food consumption behavior among generational groups in Indonesia using the approach of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The study proposes a set of attributes to enhance sustainable consumption in the Indonesian food industry and assesses the interrelationships among the attributes to promote sustainable food consumption behavior. An online poll was undertaken, with a sample size of 244 people. Partial-least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to analyze the data using SmartPls. The findings show that perceived sustainability benefits affect attitude toward behavior. The three TPB variables have a positive influence on sustainable purchase intention. Consumer intention to buy sustainable food is most strongly influenced by perceived behavior control, followed by attitude toward behavior and subjective norms as the weakest variable.
