Abstract

Podcast advertising  adalah strategi pemasaran yang menggunakan teknologi digital dan disalurkan menggunakan internet dalam format audio. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gangguan (intrusiveness) dan sikap terhadap minat beli. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang melibatkan 160 responden generasi Z di kota Bandung. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa intrusiveness berpengaruh positif signifikan pada sikap dan niat beli.

Abstract

By comparing brand credibility (BC) and customer-based brand equity (CBBE), this study aims to establish a strong brand for health mobile applications in Indonesia. In-depth and extensive literature searches were used to perform the study, along with the distribution of questionnaires. 200 persons made up the samples that were collected. The technique is convenience-based (convenience sampling) and uses a Likert scale. To assess the data, structural equation modeling was employed. The findings indicate that brand power is fairly high among Indonesian consumers of health mobile applications. The BC variable influences CBBE. The greatest factor in the creation of CBBE is the Brand Performance component.

Abstract

Live streaming shopping, characterized by its attributes of authenticity, visualization, and interactivity, plays a pivotal role in e-commerce (Hu Chaudhry, 2020). This emerging retail phenomenon empowers consumers with direct access to information and fosters heightened engagement with the promoted products, as underscored by Todd and Melancon (2018). This study investigates the impact of various stimuli, encompassing internal factors (individual characteristics, situational stimuli, social media influences) and external factors (marketing stimuli) as independent variables. It further explores the mediating role of hedonic motivation and its influence on impulsive buying, serving as the dependent variable. This study uses a quantitative approach to target TikTok users in the Indonesian population. Sample selection employs purposive sampling, while data analysis utilizes Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) and SMART PLS software. The findings reveal a positive correlation between individual characteristics, situational, social media, and marketing stimuli with hedonic motivation. Moreover, hedonic motivation is positively associated with impulsive buying behavior.

Abstract

Proses terstruktur dan terencana diperlukan untuk membentuk niat kewirausahaan. Proses tersebut dikembangkan berdasarkan sejumlah asumsi mengenai individu dalam perspektif Theory of Planned Behavior. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE), sikap dan niat baik langsung maupun tidak langsung. Metode penelitian studi kausal melalui survei dengan kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan tertutup terhadap 200 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak. Analisis data menggunakan SEM dengan metode maximum likelihood estimation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pendidikan kewirausahaan mempengaruhi sikap dan niat berwirausaha melalui peningkatan entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Implikasi teoritis: Konsep Pendidikan kewirausahaan mengurangi adanya inkonsistensi sikap dan niat melalui pembentukan ESE. Proses pendidikan kewirausahaan perlu memperhatikan pengembangan ESE sebagai bagian dari upaya meningkatkan sikap kewirausahaan mahasiswa berdasarkan perspektif TPB

Abstract

This research aims to understand the differences and similarities between generations who become technological entrepreneurs, especially in the tourism industry. The generation discussed combines Generation Y and Z with Generation X and baby boomers. A phenomenological approach used comparative case studies and content analysis to process primary and secondary data. This research resulted in the fact that there are fundamental differences in the profiles and personalities of the two generations combined, such as educational background, professional experience, and preferences for formal skills between generations. However, there are also generational similarities, namely, finances, style, and character. There are three groupings based on the similarities of this research, namely the "predecessor" group as the first group, then the "present" group, and the "future" group. This research also reveals that the most important aspect is adaptation to challenging situations related to business models. Technology is not an obstacle but a tool to uncover the mysteries of the future, and those who can optimize it will become future leaders.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil kajian mengenai kepemimpinan, komunikasi, iklim organisasi dan kinerja pegawai, serta untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komunikasi dan iklim organisasi sebagai mediasi dilingkungan PT Inti Gunawantex. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta telah ditentukan mengenai populasi dan sampel didalam penelitian ini, yaitu pegawai dari seluruh unsur struktural dari mulai pegawai hingga supervisor dilingkungan PT Inti Gunawantex yang berjumlah sebanyak 277 pegawai. Uji hipotesis didalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan software Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) versi 24.0. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak kuat antara kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi di PT Inti Gunawantex. Namun, terdapat pengaruh yang cukup kuat antara kepemimpinan dan komunikasi antar internal pegawai serta komunikasi internal pegawai terhadap kinerja. Meskipun pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak kuat, penting untuk memperhatikan faktor-faktor lain yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Hasil mediasi juga menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak kuat antara iklim organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap hubungan kepemimpinan dan kinerja pegawai. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, perlu diperhatikan aspek kepemimpinan yang kuat dan komunikasi internal yang efektif di PT Inti Gunawantex. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, komunikasi, iklim organisasi, kinerja pegawai, manufaktur

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to describe the impact of students' business success (X) to their educational performance (Y). To analyze the data, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24.0 for windows was used. Validity and reliability tests were carried out using Cronbach Alpha. The sample involved was 443 students who were successful in doing business through The Ambassador of Business Edupreneur program at the Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Indonesian University of Education. The results of this study conclude that there is a relationship and influence between students' business success (X) to their academic performance (Y). The higher the students' business success (X), the higher their academic performance (Y).

Abstract

AbstrakKepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam upaya pemeliharaan sumber daya manusia di rumah sakit. Kurangnya kepuasan kerja bisa menyebabkan antara lain lambannya penyelesaian pekerjaan, kemangkiran kerja serta dengan munculnya konflik intern yang merugikan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh faktor motivasi kerja karyawan dan komunikasi hubungan interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2022. Responden didalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Instalansi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Umum Dustira Dustira Kota Cimahi dengan pembagian kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh motivasi kerja karyawan dan komunikasi hubungan interpersonal karyawan dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan secara signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Saran yang dapat disampaikan didalam penelitian ini salah satunya, bahwa pihak Rumah Sakit dapat meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana, pemberian penghargaan dan memfasilitasi pertemuan antar karyawan dengan menjalankan protokol kesehatan pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja Karyawan, Komunikasi Hubungan Interpersonal, Kepuasan kerja

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of financial applications and human resource competencies on the quality of financial statements (case study at Jambi University). This sample was taken from 40 respondents at Jambi University. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. In this study the data sources used in data collection include primary data. The research instrument used in this study used a Likert scale. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculations through the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) version 26 application regarding the Effect of the Application of Financial Applications and Human Resource Competencies on the Quality of Financial Statements (Case Study at Jambi University), the authors can conclude that the application of financial applications and human resource competencies has a significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements. the better the application of financial applications in making financial reports, the better the quality of the resulting financial reports. and the better the competence of human resources, the better the quality of the resulting financial reports.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain the results of a study and analysis regarding the influence of strategic leadership on employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation in the General Procurement and Facility Services Division of PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) which is located in the city of Bandung. The population in this study are all employees who are members of the General Procurement and Facility Services Division of PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero), totaling 84 employees who have become respondents in this study. This research method uses a quantitative approach method, as well as a method of collecting data through questionnaires which are distributed to all employees using the Google Form media. The hypothesis testing technique in this study uses structural equation modeling / SEM techniques using AMOS software. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis of strategic leadership can have a positive effect, but not significantly on employee performance. The second hypothesis shows that strategic leadership can have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The third hypothesis explains that employee job satisfaction has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the last hypothesis reveals that employee job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of strategic leadership on employee performance. Keywords: Strategic Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance, PT.
