ABSTRACT Yulfa Rizky, The Influence of Price and Promotion on Purchase Decisions for AWA Sports Jerseys The process of weighing and choosing multiple options according to certain preferences, then deciding on the one deemed most advantageous, is the purchasing decision. Price and marketing are two of the many elements that affect the choice to buy. Fifty male and female members of Universitas Kristen Indonesia's UKOM football and futsal teams participate in this quantitative study. The purpose of this research is to understand how consumer decisions to purchase AWA Sports jerseys are determined by price and marketing. The questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument. To analyze the data, multiple regression analysis was employed.According to the study's findings, the price variable (X1) has a significance level of 0.001, which is less than 0.05, indicating that price significantly and positively suggests consumers' purchasing decisions. Conversely, the work discipline variable (X2) has a significance level of 0.017, which is less than 0.05, indicating that promotion significantly and positively suggests consumers' purchasing decisions.Price and promotion both have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions simultaneously, based on the calculated f-value of 14.185 and a significance value of 0.000, both less than 0.005. The modified R2 coefficient value of 0.893 (89.3%) indicates that price and promotion have an impact on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The internalization of the fundamental values of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is an important aspect in strengthening organizational culture within the government environment. This study aims to analyze the process of internalizing the fundamental values of ASN implemented at the Deputy for Supervision and Control of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) Central Office, as well as its impact on strengthening organizational culture. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with ASN informants within the Deputy for Supervision and Control of BKN Central Office, direct observation of value internalization practices, and documentation studies of policies related to ASN ethics and work culture. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to gain a deeper understanding of the value internalization process within the organization. The results show that the internalization of ASN fundamental values is carried out through various strategies such as value socialization, periodic training, and direct guidance from leadership. The main factors supporting this internalization process are strong leadership, clear policies, and active involvement of all ASN members. However, there are several challenges, such as resistance to change from certain individuals and weak mechanisms for continuous evaluation of the application of these values. The internalization of ASN fundamental values at the Deputy for Supervision and Control of BKN Central Office plays a significant role in shaping an organizational culture that is professional, accountable, and oriented toward public service. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the implementation of more systematic and sustainable strategies to ensure the optimal internalization of these values.. Abstract

The Aspen Residence Tower D project is considered to have significant occupational risk due to the high complexity of the building, which consists of 23 floors and 2 basements (25 floors total), while Towers A, B, and C are already occupied. Construction activity near active residents increases the risk of work-related accidents. This research uses the OHSAS 18001:2007 standard for risk analysis, combining preliminary surveys and questionnaires to identify, assess, and prioritize risks. The Bowtie method is used to analyze major risks with moderate to extreme levels. The study found three risks in the "moderate" category (dust pollution, burns, UV exposure), seven in the "high" category (pinched hand, chain block injuries, pinched feet, scratches, electric shocks, eye injuries, gas exposure), and two in the "extreme" category (falling precast, worker falling from height). These extreme risks were analyzed in detail to determine causes, impacts, and controls. Keywords: Risk analysis, Occupational accident, Likelihood, Severity, Risk matrix, Bowtie method
