Abstract

This research  aim to description  about  usage  of textbook  in the effort increasing achievement of matter learning Travelling at educative participant of class VIII B State of Junior  High School  two Cawas  Region  Klaten  even semester  of school  year 2014/2015. Subject   and   research   data   source   is  22  students.   Data   collecting   method   applies observation, documentation,  and test. Data analysis applies critical analysis and comparability.  Indicator success of using minimal limit criteria 75 and complete target of100%. Research procedure applies cycle. Result of inferential research and solution: From continuation  data  of  enclosure  5,  yard,  data  obtained  from  finite  precycle  of  cycle  II, obtained  progress  of achievement  of student  learning  in study  of English  with  matter Travelling,  at precycle average of 76,1 and cycle I average of 78,7 and cycle II average of89,8 Of data is, seems to explain that happened increase of average of value from precycleto cycle I 2,6 numbers  (3,4%),  from cycle I to cycle II happened  increase  11,2 numbers (10,8%), from pasiklus to cycle II happened increase 12,1 numbers (16,8%). Highest value of phase  precycle  82 and cycle  I 84 and cycle  II 96. Seems  to explain  that from  phase precycle  to cycle I happened  increase  equal to 2 number (2,4%),  from cycle I to cycle II happened  increase 12 numbers  (14,2%),  and from precycle to cycle II happened  increase13,8 numbers (18,1%). Low value of phase precycle is obtained by 68 and cycle I 74 andcycle II 84. thereby, can be affirmed that from phase precycle to cycle I happened increase equal to 6 number (8,8%), from cycle I to cycle II happened increase 10 numbers (13,5%), and from precycle to cycle II happened increase 16 numbers (24%). Complete percentage learnt starts from precycle is obtained equal to 64% and cycle I is obtained equal to 90% and cycle II equal to 100%. Seems to explain that from phase precycle to cycle I happened increase equal to 26%, from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 10%, and from precycle  to cycle  II happened  increase  equal  to 36%.  Thereby,  achievement  of student learning  in  study  of  English  with  matter  Travelling  from  finite  precycle  of  cycle  II happened increase significant.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the mastery of concepts for the deaf children of class 1 through dhakon game. This research used the classroom action research approach by planning, actuating, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were all students in grade 1 SLB B YPALB Karanganyar, totaling 4 children. The techniques of collection data was done by observation, interviews (conversations) and documentation. Data validity used triangulation techniques, and the analysis of data used descriptive qualitative. The results of the research on first cycle, showed that all children increased in their values, 3 children, increased the value of 1 point and 1 child increased 2 points with an average value of 6, in the range of 40% <P d? 60%. The achievement of performance indicators category was enough. Despite the increase in value, but there was one child whose value was less than 6 (KKM). In the second cycle, 2 childres value increased by 1 point and 2 childrens increased the value of 2 points with an average value of 7.5, so it is in the range of 60% <P d? 80% with the category of high performance achievement indicators. No value below 6 (KKM). In the second cycle of the increase in value was set 60% <P d? 80% or ?high?. The conclusion of the study, there was an increase in numbers for students mastery of concepts in SLB-B class I YPALB Karanganyar after the action through dhakon game.

Abstract

The research  has  five proposed: 1) to describe personal mastery of leadership in english departement at STKIP PGRI Ngawi, 2) to desribe mental methods of leadership in english departement at STKIP PGRI Ngawi, 3) to describe shared vision of leadership in english departement at STKIP PGRI Ngawi, 4) to describe system thinking of leadership in english departement at STKIP PGRI Ngawi. 5) to describe team learning of leadership in english departement at STKIP PGRI Ngawi. The skill is descrip?ve qualita?ve research; study case. The source of the data research from the chairman, lecture and students. The result of the research shows that are: 1) personal mastery: a) commitment; personal and a shared commitment, b) creativity, innovative and priorities; good creativity, innovative and priorities. 2) mental methods: a) criticism and suggestions; received and evaluated of the criticism and suggestions, b) Behavior;   discipline, responsible and friendly. 3) Shared vision: a) motivation and oppeness; good motivation and slightly open, b) Vision; shared vision. 4) systems thinking has not been so appears. 5) Tim learning: a) position; the position isn?t an obstacle to maintain good relations between the others, b) dialogue and discussion; to improve communication.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mendeskripsikan penyiapan kurikulumpendidikan karakter, (2) mengkaji penyiapan guru pelajaran pendidikan karakter, (3)mengkaji pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan karakter, dan (4) mengkaji evaluasikurikulum pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan rancangan studimultikasus. Peneliti adalah instrumen utama. Teknik sampling adalah snowball sampling.Pengumpulan data menggunakan: wawancara mendalam, observasi-partisipan, danstudi dokumen. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Mantan Kasubdin SMP, Mantan KepalaSekolah, Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, dan Guru-guru SMP di Surakarta.Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas. Teknik analisis lintaskasus adalah constant-comparative model Glaser dan Strauss (1967). Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penyiapan kurikulum pendidikan karkter menghasilkanperangkat pembelajaran. (2) Penyiapan guru berupa pengenalan materi dan pelatihanmetode pembelajaran pendidikan karakter, 3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikankarakter meliputi: (a) tujuan pembelajaran: menanamkan nilai moral, membiasakanperilaku, dan mencegah perilaku tercela; (b) materi pembelajaran mencakup nilainilai:ketuhanan, diri sendiri, lingkungan sosial, dan spiritualitas; (c) metodepembelajaran: student-centered learning dan pembiasan; (d) sarana-prasarana danmedia pembelajaran: mushola, Lab. Budi Pekerti, kantin kejujuran, multi media, bahancetak, dan obyek fisik. (e) evaluasi pembelajaran: observasi, skala sikap, dan laporanwali kelas; (f) dampak pembelajaran bersifat individual dan institusional. (4) Evaluasikurikulum: (a) menjadi umpan balik untuk perbaikan kurikulum dan pelaksanaanpembelajaran, (b) menginformasikan adanya hambatan, dan (c). dinyatakan efektif.Menghilangnya monev dari Dikpora mengakibatkan bervariasinya penyelenggaraanPendidikan Karakter di sekolah.

Abstract

This research  has a purpose  trough BBPL strategic  could improve  communication and Bahasa Indonesia studying result for students X MIA-3 grade semester 2013/2014. This  research  is  a  action  class  research  which  has  two  cyclone  and  each  of  cyclone contain 4 steps, action planning, action doing, observation, and reflection. Subject of this research are the 41 students of X MIA-3 grade SMA Batik 1 Surakarta. Collecting data by  observation  with  observation  sheet  and  written  test  technique  questions  within. Collected data sort by table form graph and analysis. Data analysis in this research used descriptive comparative technique. Total student pass KKM before action are 5 students (19%), first cyclone increase 20 students (49%) and second increase 34 students (85%). Research  result  is  implementation   BPL  strategic  could  improve  communication   and Bahasa   Indonesia   studying   result   persuade   chapter   for  student   X  MIA-3   grade. Summary of this research is implementation  PBL learning strategic in Bahasa Indonesia learning   could  increase   communication   and  Bahasa  Indonesia   studying   result  for students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the counseling teacher effort in addressing juvenile delinquency anddescribe the efforts of religious education teachers in addressing juvenile delinquency in SMAN 1 Ngadirojo. This study is a qualitative type. The main subject of research is the principal, teachers, and students. The method of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) Teachers Counseling made various efforts to address juvenile delinquency. Such efforts include preventive activities and curative activities. Measures include preventive activities include making personal guidance, coordination with parents, daily monitoring, and also the provision of coaching programs in Monday. Measures include curative activities include cooperation with the police and health centers, conduct home visits, provide spiritual guidance and direction of talent and interest. (2) The teacher of religious education made  various efforts in addressing juvenile delinquency. teachers packed learning activities using the media and methods as well integrates the values  when the national character of the material conveying religious. efforts outside the organized program of learning is habituation, approaching students in private, in coordination with parents, ask students active in Rohis credible form, as well as perform the operation order.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, execution, and follow-up of the academic supervision by the principal at SDN 6 Putatsari Grobogan. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the groove. The process of collecting data through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data using triangulation, triangulation method, and triangulation of researchers. The results of the research, academic supervision 1. Planning in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari produce, a. Preparation of supervision schedule, b. Preparation of Instrument, c. Compile a list of teachers who would be supervised. 2. Implementation of Academic Supervision in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, supervisor came to the class with the instruments that have been prepared to make observations of learning while noting the incident in accordance with the instrument. 3. Follow-Up Supervision Academic SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, principal with the teachers held discussions break time in the principal?s office, teachers are given the opportunity to express their opinions about the learning process has been implemented. The headmaster shows the results of further observations provide opportunities for teachers to observe and analyze it.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of professional competence and teachers? discipline to teachers? performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Gantarang District of Bulukumba Regency, both partial and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research with the ex post facto method. Respondents in this research are 41 teachers, taken purposive from 196 teachers. The data collection methods used are questionnaire and documentation then analyzed by using regression analysis to examine the hypothesis. The results of this research indicate that: 1) professional competence affect to teachers? performance with relative contribution of 40,2% and effective contribution of 17,2%; 2) teachers? discipline affect to teachers? performance with relative contribution of 59,8% and effective contribution of 25,6%; 3) professional competence and teachers? discipline together affect to teachers? performance with relative contribution of 100% and effective contribution of 42,8%.

Abstract

The background of this research has not managed with maximum visual arts training, duties of the demands of teachers and kindergarten teachers are required to be creative in developing and making learning. The purpose of this study is to design a conceptual model development forms management valid  art training at the kindergarten teachers, include; (a) the development of a model management plan for the training of kindergarten teachers of art, which consists of identifying needs, the goal of training and preparation of training packages; (b) the development of management training for the implementation of the model that consists of a kindergarten teacher competence standard, basic competence, guidelines and training modules; (c) the development of evaluation model of management training for kindergarten teachers of art, covering the reaction and impact of training. The research method is the Research and Development (R & D). The respondents were a kindergarten teacher in the city of Semarang. This MPSR model design through stages namely; (1) analyze the empirical models MPSR kindergarten art teacher Semarang (2) to analyze the needs of kindergarten teachers MPSR Semarang; MPSR model design is influenced by three factors; (1) training materials; (2) instructor competence, and (3) management training. MPSR model was designed using MPSR training support package consisting of; MPSR mananajemen guidebook and training module contains material MPSR art. Model MPSR refers manajamen function (planning 3 steps, namely: identification of training needs, setting training objectives and setting up training programs, (2) implementation consists of two steps, namely: the realization of the model, art competence training, and evaluation of training consists of; 2 steps namely, monitoring and evaluation of the reaction and the impact of training.

Abstract

This research aim to description about improvement of domination of matter comprehends   democracy  and  goverment  system  in  Indonesia  through  understanding   of concept at class student VIII F in State Junior High School Three Teras Region Boyolali even semester  of school  year 2013/2014.  Subject  and research  data source  is 24 students.  Data collecting method applies observation,  questionnaire,  documentation,  and test. Data analysis applies critical analysis and comparability. Indicator success of using minimal limit criteria 75 and complete target of 100%. Research procedure applies cycle. Result of inferential research and solution  as follows  : obtained  progress  of achievement  of student  learning  in study of Education   Citizenship   with  matter  comprehends   democracy   and  goverment   system  in Indonesia , at precycle average of 71,6 and cycle I average of 76,2 and cycle II average of 84,8. From this data, seems to explain that happened increase of average of value from precycle to cycle I 4,6 numbers (6,4%), from cycle I to cycle II happened increase 8,6 numbers (11,3%), from pasiklus  to cycle II happened  increase  13,2 numbers  (18,4%).  Highest  value of phase precycle 80 and cycle I 86 and cycle II 92. Seems to explain that from phase precycle to cycle I happened increase equal to 6 number (7,5%), from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 6 number (7%), and from precycle to cycle II happened increase 12 numbers (15%). Low value of phase precycle is obtained by 66 and cycle I 72 and cycle II 76. thereby, can be affirmed that from phase precycle to cycle I happened increase equal to 6 number (6,1%), from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 4 number (5,6%), and from precycle to cycle II happened increase  10 numbers  (15,2%).  Complete  percentage  learnt  starts  from precycle  is obtained equal to 21% and cycle I is obtained  equal to 50% and cycle II equal to 100%.  Seems to explain that from phase precycle to cycle I happened  increase equal to 29%, from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 50%, and from precycle to cycle II happened increase equal to 79%.
