Impulsive buying tendencies can be found in shopping centers such as malls. The number of malls also cause consumer lifestyles change. Impulsive behavior of puchases is influenced by product characteristics and store characteristics. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the characteristics of stores and products affect the consumer's impulse purchases at malls in Indonesia. This study examines as 435 respondents with descriptive quantitative approach. Questionnaires are disseminated by online system. Data analysis uses a multiple linear regression. Results of this study shows the characteristics of the store and product characteristics significantly affect the impulsive buying. https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v5i2.1640

The aim of this research are to analyze how human capital and marketing performance can be improved through social capital, both internally and externally Quota sampling method are used to seeing the responses of 140 Batik SME’s in Semarang related research quetions. This research used Structural Equation Model (SEM) under Amos 22.0 program as analysis tools. This research indicated that 1) internal social capital positively effect on human capital, 2) external social capital positively effect on human capital, 3) external social capital has no effect on marketing performance, 4) internal social capital positively effect on marketing performance, and 5) human capital positively effect on marketing performance https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v5i2.1642

This research examines whether marketing innovativeness (MI) enhance marketing performance (MP) and tries to solve the problems of research gap between marketing innovativeness and marketing performance. The sample are SME’s Saroong Samarinda indutries in East Borneo, Indonesia. The total data that can be further analysed are 235 respondents. Data analysing uses Structural Equation Modelling. The result showes that : 1) small companies in these market segments based regiocentric is likely have better marketing performance when they have the iconiq isolating advantages, 2) the marketing innovativeness has significant effect on iconiq isolating advantages, 3) iconiq isolating advantages is a mediator in the correlation of marketing innovativeness and marketing performance https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v5i2.1740

The study was carried out to evaluate the influence of smartphone attributes on student’s buying decision in Lagos State Tertiary Institutions. Research design adopted was purely descriptive, employing cross sectional survey method in data collection. Data for the study were generated through the use of structured questionnaire and administered to a sample of 362 out of 3,792 students in selected tertiary institutions in Lagos State. Data collected were analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that all smartphone attributes considered in the study were found to be positively and significantly related to student’s buying decision. Specifically, technology attribute has highest impact on student’s buying decisions, followed by application and price attributes. The study concluded that technology, application and price are considered the most top three attributes that significantly influenced student’s buying decision of Smartphone. It was recommended that firms should focus on improving their technology in other to bring about innovative features and application, and more importantly adopt variety of price strategies while not neglecting the image and design attributes, as these were regarded as secondary attributes in determining consumers’ choice of Smartphone. https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v6i1.1938

To increase state revenue and help SMEs in the calculation of the tax, the Government of Indonesia issued PP 46 2013. That regulation tax is for businesses with gross earnings in a tax year less than Rp. 4.8 billion. It will be charged by 1% tax rate on gross income. Tax will become a variable cost considered by the way it is calculated. This research is an explanatory of causality in the public organization, aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture and employess performance to career development and to analyze the dominant influence among leadership, organizational culture and employess performance to career development. The population in this study are employees of government organizations. The sampling technique is a census where all the populations (62 employees) become sample. The results of this study shows that leadership, organizational culture, and employess performance significantly influence career development. Employess performance is the dominant variable affecting the career development of employees. The key of career development is the employess performance, therefore the organization should always improve the skills and knowledge of their employess through education and training, so that employees can improve their performance from time to time. Jatiroto Sugar Factory is the largest business unit owned by PTPN XI, the performance of Jatiroto Sugar Factory is the foundation of the company's survival because it has the largest sugar production capacity among other business units.This study aims to analyze the effect of work conflicts, work stress, organizational commitment and employee performance at Jatiroto Sugar Factory. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study are employees of permanent status and has worked at least 2 years as many as 150 people.The results shows that : 1) Work conflicts have significant effect on organizational commitment of employees; 2) Work stress significantly influences organizational commitment of employees; 3) Work conflicts significantly affect employee performance; 4) Work stress had a direct but not significant effect on employee performance; 5) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance at Jatiroto Sugar Factory. https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v6i1.1985

Recently, the sugar industry is facing a very tight market competition. This condition encourages companies to improve quality and competitiveness immediately through improvement of customer satisfaction consistently and continuously. The purpose of this research is to examine and discuss the effect of knowledge sharing in applying ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System to the performance of employees innovation and performance at Jatiroto Sugar Factory. Data obtained through questionnaires as 130 respondents with proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis uses The Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of the research shows a significant influence between : 1) knowledge sharing on the implementation of ISO 9001:2008; 2) knowledge sharing on innovation performance, 3) knowledge sharing on employee performance, 4) implementation of ISO 9001:2008 on innovation performance, and 5) implementation of ISO 9001:2008 on employee performance. The indirect effect was found a significant in knowledge sharing on innovation performance through the application of ISO 9001:2008. However, there is no influence of knowledge sharing on employee performance through the application of ISO 9001:2008. https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v6i1.2045

This study examines the effect of the number of MSMEs and the growth of labor to tax revenue. This research finds that the number of MSMEs has a significant effect on tax revenue. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the direct and indirect effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and repurchase intention of customer Go-Jek online transportation in Malang. This study uses questionnaires as the research instrument with 120 respondents as the sample. Sampling technique is purposive sampling. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to analyzed the data. The result shows that there is a significant direct effect on perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness, trust, and repurchase intention. In addition, trust has a significant influence on repurchase intention. This study also confirms that trust partially mediates the influence of perceived ease of use on repurchase intention. The other result shows that there is no significant relationship between perceived usefulness on repurchase intention and perceived usefulness is unable to accomodate the relationship of mediation between perceived ease of use on repurchase intention. https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v6i1.2067
