Abstract

His research aims to identify and evaluate character-based education curriculum strategies through a literature review. The research method utilizes a literature analysis from various sources such as scientific journals, books, and education policy documents. The findings indicate that the integration of character values like honesty, responsibility, empathy, and cooperation can be achieved through teaching methods such as group discussions, collaborative projects, case studies, and a contextual approach. Teachers act as role models and facilitators, while an inclusive school environment and extracurricular activities support character development. However, there are challenges in consistent implementation due to differences in teachers' understanding and skills, as well as limited resources. Ongoing training for teachers is necessary to address these challenges. The research concludes that character-based curriculum strategies are effective in raising awareness and applying character values among students, but they require ongoing support and adequate resources for consistency and sustainability.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi strategi kurikulum pendidikan berbasis karakter melalui studi kepustakaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis literatur dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan dokumen kebijakan pendidikan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai karakter seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, empati, dan kerjasama dapat dilakukan melalui metode pengajaran seperti diskusi kelompok, proyek kolaboratif, studi kasus, dan pendekatan kontekstual. Guru berperan sebagai teladan dan fasilitator, sementara lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler mendukung pengembangan karakter. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam konsistensi implementasi karena perbedaan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru serta keterbatasan sumber daya. Pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru diperlukan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa strategi kurikulum berbasis karakter efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan penerapan nilai-nilai karakter siswa, tetapi memerlukan dukungan berkelanjutan dan sumber daya yang memadai untuk konsistensi dan keberlanjutan.Kata Kunci : Strategi kurikulum, pendidikan berbasis karakter, pengembangan karakter

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan memberikan penjelasan mengenai peran pengawasan kepala nadrasah di MI An-Nur, khususnya bagi guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus melalui pengamatan kegiatan pengawasan yang dilakukan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di MI An-Nur Kota Cirebon. Hasil temuan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Kinerja guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan memiliki sedikit kendala, yaitu kurangnya fasilitas pembelajaran. (2) Pelaksanaan pengawasan kepala madrasah terhadap guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan rutin dilaksanakan secara berkala agar mengetahui kualitas pembelajaran dan kinerja guru. (3) Hasil  pelaksanaan pengawasan kepala madrasah terhadap guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di MI An-Nur Kota Cirebon adalah cukup baik yang diimbangi dengan pelaksanaan dan dokumen-dokumen yang lengkap. This study aims to understand and provide an explanation of the supervisory role of the headmaster at Islamic Elementary School An-Nur, especially for Physical Education Sports and Health (PJOK) teachers. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using a case study approach through observing supervisory activities carried out by the headmaster in improving the performance of Physical Education Sports and Health at Islamic Elementary School An-Nur teachers in Cirebon City. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) The performance of Physical Education Sports and Health teachers has a few obstacles, namely the lack of learning facilities. (2) The supervision of the headmaster for Physical Education Sports and Health teachers is routinely carried out periodically in order to determine the quality of learning and teacher performance. (3) The results of the implementation of the headmaster supervision of Physical Education Sports and Health teachers at MI An-Nur, Cirebon City are quite good, which is balanced with complete implementation and documents.

Abstract

Abstract. Teachers are the most important element in the world of educators who cannot be separated in the transformation of knowledge. There is a problem when a teacher in transforming education does not have adequate abilities, of course there will be obstacles where the learning process does not run optimally. Moreover, during the recovery period from the Covid 19 pandemic, all activities rely on digitalization technology, which is currently running on the industrial revolution 4.0 and civil society 5.0 where a teacher must master technology or at least be able to adapt to the digital world.Keywords: world, education, digitalGuru adalah elemen terpenting dalam dunia pendidik yang tidak dapat terpisahkan dalam transformasi pengetahuan. Abstract

This research is motivated by the still low level of student discipline at MA Islamic Centre Cirebon Regency, which is evident from the high number of violations against school regulations. This study aims to describe: Student management, Discipline level, and the role of student management in improving student discipline. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted by grouping information from sources and organizing it into themes that align with the research objectives. The research results indicate that student management at MA Islamic Centre has been running well, marked by various development efforts such as new student orientation, morning assemblies, and the imposition of sanctions for violations. However, factors such as lack of student motivation and environmental influences hinder the improvement of discipline. The data sources include the Head of the Madrasah, the Deputy Head of Student Affairs, teachers, and students. Data analysis techniques include collection, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that overall, student management significantly contributes to improving student discipline through structured and consistent coaching activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami manfaat pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat), kecerdasan emosional, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo. Produktivitas yang tinggi di tempat kerja sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi, namun bukti menunjukkan bahwa tujuan kerja pegawai belum terpenuhi dari tahun 2021 hingga 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap produktivitas kerja. Pelatihan (Diklat), kecerdasan emosional, penempatan pegawai, dan kedisiplinan kerja merupakan variabel utama yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, berdasarkan hasil penelitian. Pelatihan yang diselenggarakan secara efektif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan efisiensi dalam bekerja. Sementara itu, kecerdasan emosional turut berperan dalam memperlancar komunikasi dan memperbaiki hubungan kerja. Penempatan karyawan yang sesuai dengan keahlian dan pengalamannya dapat membantu meningkatkan produktivitas mereka, Sementara disiplin kerja yang tinggi berdampak langsung pada produktivitas pegawai. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan produktivitas pegawai dapat dicapai dengan optimalisasi Diklat, kesadaran kesadaran akan kecerdasan emosional, perbaikan sistem penempatan pegawai, dan penerapan disiplin kerja yang lebih ketat.

Abstract

Education Is the interaction between humans and their environment, including the natural environment and human environment. In this interaction humans are not only the result of interaction with nature and with fellow humans, but the results of the development of optimal human potential in accordance with a room that is open for the development of innovation and creativity. Islamic education is expected to be more developed so that Islamic Education Institutions have their own attraction, because it has a more outward and global dimension. The process of improving the quality of human resources requires a variety of prerequisites in their implementation, including the environment of human life should provide opportunities for the development of students to develop in accordance with the potential available to them. Islamic education, in spiritual and moral growth will be able to help individuals strengthen their faith, creed and recognition of Allah SWT, through law, morals and religious teachings, thus students in carrying out the guidance of faith in God and a deep understanding of the teachings of religion and its value in life in its behavior, and its relationship with God with fellow human beings and all creatures, will reinforce the importance of moral education and spirituality in facing globalization.  Keywords: Quality of HR, Islamic Education

Abstract

This research aims to understand the leadership strategy of madrasah heads in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Salafiyah Cirebon City. Using qualitative research methods, data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that madrasah heads have successfully implemented effective strategies such as weekly briefings, the provision of supporting facilities, and strengthening the capacity of teachers through professional development programs to create a conducive work environment and strengthen the relationship between teachers and leaders, as well as arouse teachers' work motivation to continue to develop. However, there are several challenges faced, including limited supervision, technological readiness, and time management. These findings affirm the importance of participatory and communicative strategic leadership and the need for continuous training to maintain and improve the quality of performance in the madrasah environment.Keywords : Strategy, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic management of human resource (HR) development for educators in enhancing public trust in Islamic educational institutions, particularly at MTs Negeri 2 Rejang Lebong. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature study combined with a case study. The findings indicate that the current HR development strategy at the institution faces significant challenges, especially in terms of low digital literacy among teachers, uneven pedagogical competencies, and limited character development initiatives. In the Islamic perspective, the characteristics of quality educators include professional competence, spiritual integrity, and moral exemplarity. When teachers are able to serve as inspirational figures and adapt to contemporary challenges, they not only improve the learning process but also play a crucial role in building a positive institutional image. Public trust is strongly influenced by the quality of interaction and integrity demonstrated by educators. Therefore, effective and values-based HR management is essential for strengthening the reputation and public confidence in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

The quality of Al-Qur'an memorization reflects the extent of a person's ability to master and maintain their memorization. To improve this quality, it is necessary to apply management that includes the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising, by optimally utilizing available human resources and facilities. This study aims to describe the management of Islamic Boarding Schools, examine the quality of students' memorization, and analyze the contribution of management in improving the quality of students' memorization of the Al-Qur'an. The method used is a qualitative approach of a descriptive case study type, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that management in Islamic Boarding Schools includes the preparation of a structured tahfidz program, the arrangement of supervisor tasks and deposit schedules, the implementation of routine tahfidz activities, and supervision through daily evaluations and exams every time one juz is completed. Efforts to improve the quality of memorization are carried out through daily deposits after dawn, murajaah after asar and maghrib, and the provision of special guidance for students who experience difficulties. Overall, the management of the Islamic Boarding School has proven to have a significant role in supporting the success of students' memorization, through an organized system, discipline in implementation, and continuous evaluation, thus creating a conducive environment to maintain and strengthen memorization of the Qur'an to the maximum.

Abstract

In this era of rapid and instant development, teacher discipline has experienced a decline. Field observations reveal several challenges related to teacher discipline, such as teacher absenteeism, tardiness, and a lack of motivation in carrying out their duties. Teacher discipline at SMK Islamic Center Cirebon has become a significant issue affecting the effectiveness of the learning process. Problems such as lateness in entering the classroom, absenteeism, and inconsistent task execution remain challenges for the school. This study aims to explore the role of school leadership in improving teacher discipline, examine the current state of teacher discipline, and evaluate the outcomes of the principal's leadership in enhancing teacher discipline at SMK Islamic Center Cirebon. A qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenological perspective was employed. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the principal's leadership has a significant impact on improving teacher discipline. The principal not only performs administrative functions but also demonstrates exemplary behavior, provides coaching, and implements educational reward and punishment systems. Open communication and regular training further encourage teachers to take greater responsibility. Although some teachers still show irregularities, a culture of discipline has begun to take shape. The principal functions as both a symbolic and participative leader. The strategies implemented have helped foster a professional and conducive work environment. However, teacher discipline has not fully improved due to constraints such as individual character traits and limited direct supervision.
