Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan digital marketing untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan proses evaluasi terhadap efektivitas pemasaran digital, fitur Instagram sebagai media promosi penjualan, hingga volume penjualan Camilam Mumus. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 51 responden sebagai sampel untuk mengukur masing-masing variabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai t-test sebesar 0,00 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan juga nilai R2 sebesar 0,772. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran dengan menggunakan tiga indikator penilaian untuk masing-masing variabel. Berdasarkan kedua variabel tersebut, efektivitas fitur Instagram dapat dikategorikan sebagai faktor promosi yang efektif dan berpengaruh positif terhadap volume penjualan Camilan Mumus.

Abstract

Tujuan dari investor menanamkan dananya pada perusahaan adalah untuk mendapatkan tingkat kembalian atau pendapatan dalam bentuk dividen. Kebijakan dan pembayaran dividen berpengaruh pengaruh terhadap para pemegang saham dan bagi perusahaan yang akan membayar dividen. Kesulitan dalam pembayaran dividen secara berkala dan stabil banyak dialami perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan karena dividen yang dibayarkan kepada pemegang saham mengalami perubahan setiap tahunnya atau fluktuasi, padahal pihak investor lebih menyukai saat memperoleh kembalian investasi berupa dividen yang stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on asset dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kemudian untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh risiko bisnis pada pengaruh cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on asset dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah perusahaan indeks kompas 100 yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia pada tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2020. Dari jumlah populasi tersebut, sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 49 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan. Tenik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dan moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian membuktikan cash ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kemudian debt equity ratio terbukti berpengaruh negatif signifkan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Selanjutnya Return on asset berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sementar itu risiko bisnis tidak memoderasi pengaruh cash ratio terhadap kebijakan dividen. Risiko bisnis mampu memoderasi pengaruh debt equity ratio, return on asset dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen. The purpose of investors investing their funds in the company is to get a rate of return or income in the form of dividends. Dividend policies and payments have an effect on shareholders and for companies that will pay dividends. Difficulties in paying dividends on a regular and stable basis are experienced by many companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This is because the dividends paid to shareholders change every year or fluctuate, even though investors prefer to get a stable dividend return on their investment. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and firm size on dividend policy. Then to test and analyze the effect of business risk on the effect of cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and firm size on dividend policy. In this study, the population was Kompas 100 index companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2016 to 2020. From the total population, the sample was determined by purposive sampling technique, so the sample in this study was 49 companies. The technique of data analysis used multiple regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of the study prove that the cash ratio has no significant effect on dividend policy. Then the debt equity ratio proved to have a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Furthermore, return on assets has a significant effect on dividend policy. Firm size has a significant effect on dividend policy. Meanwhile, business risk does not moderate the effect of the cash ratio on dividend policy. Business risk is able to moderate the effect of debt equity ratio, return on assets and firm size on dividend policy. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic, incentives, and career development onemployee performance at UD Madia Jaya Singaraja. The data analysis technique used in this study wasmultiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, model goodness-of-fit test and hypothesis test(T-Test) using the SPSS Version 21.0 application for windows. The results of this study indicate that theeffect of the work ethic on employee performance at UD Madia Jaya Singaraja is 0.446 and the results oftesting the hypothesis with the t-test show that t-test > t-table (2.091 > 1.666). The effect of incentives onemployee performance at UD Madia Jaya Singaraja was 0.359 and the results of testing the hypothesis withthe t-test found that t-test > t-table (2.045 > 1.666). The effect of career development on employeeperformance at UD Madia Jaya Singaraja has a regression value of 0.154 units and the results of testing thehypothesis with the T-test show that t-test > t-table (4.800 > 1.666). The results of calculations from the Ftest > F-table, (45.231 > 3.13), this indicates that the work ethic, incentives and career development have ajoint effect on employee performance with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.050.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and product diversity on purchasing decisions at the Bamboo Widia store. The population in this study were all consumers at the Widia Bamboo Shop, both male and femaleIn taking the sampel used in this study were as many 64customer Methods of data collection by using questionnaire techniques and documentation techniques. The type of research used is quantitative research and the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis techniques used the SPSS version 22.0 for Windows application. The results showed that price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with t-count > t-table (3.310 > 1.669) with a significance level of 0.002 <0.05. And product diversity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Widia Bamboo store, t-count > t-table (3.431-1.669) with a significance level of 0.048 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service, price and digital marketing strategy for buying interest at UD. Suarningsih. The total population of customers, both male and female, who are customers at UD stores. Suarningsih while the sample in this study were 81 customers. Methods of data collection by using the SPSS application version 29.00 for windows. The results of the study show that service quality has a positive effect on purchase intention at UD. Suarningsih with t count > t table (3.430 > 1.991) with a significant level of 0.001 <0.005. Prices have a positive effect on buying interest at UD. Suarningsih with a t count > t table (3.419 > 1.991) with a significant level of 0.001 <0.005. Digital Marketing strategy has a positive effect on buying interest at UD. Suarningsih with t count > table (2, 479 > 1991) with a significant level of 0.007 <0.005.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sales volume, cost of goods sold, and operational costson the company's net profit CV Ternak Sari Merta Jaya. This study uses a quantitative approach using asaturated sample technique taken from the company's financial statements of income for 60 months, startingfrom 2018 to 2022. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help ofthe SPSS 25.0 program. The results of this study indicate that, the first sales volume has a positive effect onnet income with a value of t (t count) is 2,121 t table, namely 2,003 Both seller's cost of goods have anegative effect on net income with a value of t (t count) is -2,581 > t table namely 2,003 And the threeoperational costs have a negative effect on net profit with a value: t (t count) is -2,526 t table namely 2,003For this reason CV Ternak Sari Merta Jaya Company and similar trading companies must pay attention tosales volume, cost of goods sold , and operational costs in order to get a balanced profit and increase everyyear.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the sudang lepet production business from the financial aspects analyzed, namely Payback Period (PP), Net Percent Value (NPV) and non-financial aspects, namely management aspects, marketing aspects, and production aspects.This research is a qualitative-quantitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is shrimp shrimp production entrepreneur in Sangsit Village and the object of this research is the feasibility of shrimp shrimp production business. The population of this research was eight entrepreneurs and theselection of research informants was carried out using a purposive sampling method and five entrepreneurs were obtained as research informants. Methods of data collection is done by nterviewing and documentation techniques.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Viewed from the financial aspect, the five sudang lepet production businesses are very feasible to run. (2) In terms of management aspects, it is stated that the five slow production businesses are very feasible to run. (3) Viewed from the marketing aspect, the five sudang lepet production businesses are very feasible to run. Abstract

This study aims to determine the model analysis of customer satisfaction on purchasingdecisions at UD Usaha Sari. With a population of consumers who use the services of UD UsahaSari and a sample of 80 consumers. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test,reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis,classical assumption test, model feasibility test(Goodness Of Fit) and hypothesis testing (T-Test). The results of this study indicate that the effectof product diversity on purchasing decisions at UD Usaha Sari is 0.175 units or 11.5% and theeffect of product diversity on purchasing decisions and the results of hypothesis testing with theT-Test test show that t-count > t-table (2.558 > 1.664). The effect of price on purchasingdecisions at UD Usaha Sari is 0.267 units or 16.9% and the effect of priceon purchasing decisionsand the results of testing the hypothesis with the T-Test test show that t-count > t-table (2.827 >1.664). The effect of promotion on purchasing decisions at UD Usaha Sari has a regression valueof 0.526 units or 46.5% and the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions and the results oftesting the hypothesis with the T-Test test found that t-count> t-table (7.305> 1.664) . Based onthecalculation results, it is known that the value of F-count > F-table, (75.529 > 3.11) indicatesthat the analysis of the model of consumer satisfaction consisting of productdiversity, prices andpromotions has an effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.000 <0.050.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how human capital management influences service quality with career development as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire and documentation technique. The total population and sample used were 40 people from 5 (five) villas in Kalisada Village, Buleleng-Bali which consisted of Manik Segara Villa, Mahkai Villa, Medium Villa, Palmeira Villa and Le Petit Leon Villa. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square) mode using SMARTPLS3 to process research data. The relationship examined in this study showed one result that was not significant and the other results had a positive and significant effect. Therefore, villa companies are expected to be able to improve employee careers by looking at how large the human capital management is and the quality of service each employee has. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyse the impact of solvency, liquidity, investment and inflation on profit growth in the IDX banking sector. This type of research is quantitative. It uses secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports of banking companies for the period 2018-2022, published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In analysing the data, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection technique used is documentation technique. Data analysis technique is SPSS. The results show that the higher the solvency, the lower the profit growth rate, and vice versa, the lower the solvency, the higher the profit growth rate. The results show that the higher the liquidity, the lower the profit growth, and vice versa the higher the liquidity, the higher the profit growth The higher the investment, the higher the profit growth, and vice versa the lower the investment, the lower the profit growth The higher the inflation, the lower the profit growth, and vice versa the lower the inflation, the higher the profit growth.
