Abstract

The earth, water, space, and natural wealth contained in it are bonus demogration given to all Indonesian people and nations, which is the grace and gift of God Almighty. Therefore, the State as an organization of power through the government apparatus which is mandated and mandated to regulate, organize, and manage the grace of God Almighty for the realization of the prosperity of all Indonesian people (article 2 paragraph 1 of Law 5 of 1960 according to the concept of social prosperity). To realize this social prosperity, of course, it must be accompanied by legal prosperity, so that an equitable policy on land rights will be created for all Indonesians. Through land reform with its agrarian reform and land redistribution at the same time with PRONA and PTSL, at least it provides a basic concept of direction with their respective specificities, which have been implemented can lead to the goals as in article 33 paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution. However, the concept of Land reform and the agrarian reform program and land redistribution through prona and PTSL have a correlation, where the correlation is not balanced. Supposedly, the correlation between these two things at least contributes to the increase in the level of prosperity for all Indonesians through the land sector(social prosperity). This research is literature research using a mixed method between qualitative and quantitative. The approach used is a civil law approach based on the 1945 Constitution. The result of this study is to restore specific programs such as Prona or PTSL so that they can be continued, which are aimed at other community groups that have a wider scope of social strata as an equal distribution of legal justice in the Indonesian state.

Abstract

The article aimed to describe how character values were integrated into the teaching English process. Type of research adopted qualitative with descriptive methods. Data collection employed observation and literature study. Data analysis included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and creating a conclusion. The results obtained (1)an overview of the implementation of character education at the higher education level through English lessons. and (2) integrated character values in learning English. The integration process was performed by incorporating character values, especially in the characteristics of patriotism, communication, avid reading, curiosity, democracy, and independence in the form of planning (syllabus and lesson plans), learning methods, teaching materials, learning media, classroom implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of overall activities.

Abstract

The independent campus curriculum and independent learning are currently triggering changes in the education system in Indonesia. The reason is, the competence of students in Indonesia is not all ready to undergo this system change. On the other hand, there is also a dilemma faced by educators who are "triggers of knowledge" in the implications of the independent learning curriculum, educators are required to be able to meet all the needs of students and provide freedom for students to choose the field they like. The hope is that students can have adaptive power that can be absorbed in the world of work. However, not a few educators have not been able to meet these achievements due to several factors. Despite all these things, MBKM has a positive impact in terms of efforts to restore basic human potential in students. It is this potential that is the divine nature that must be maintained and developed. Through philosophical analysis, researchers try to decipher the basic concepts of education basicly by liberalis progressivime with qualitative type research. The approach used by researchers is the basic approach of the philosophy of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. Thus, the philosophical analysis is expected to be able to clarify the common thread that is the problem of education today.

Abstract

This study was carried out with the fact that students did not optimally understand the importance of loving the homeland, there were still many students who did not take part in the flag ceremony solemnly, there were still notes of violations from the students themselves (such as when the teacher was teaching there were still some children talking to themselves, there were still some children who had not used the full attributes, especially class VII, namely the class marks for the student council). This research is intended as a form of knowledge about the application of the character of loving the motherland. This researcher uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. This research produced information on the application of the character of love for the motherland in learning Pancasila education for class VII students of SMP N 43 Semarang. In this study, it is in accordance with the indicators of love for the motherland, namely the implementation of the application of love for the motherland in learning Pancasila Education inside and outside of learning. However, the implementation process still has deficiencies, namely the students' knowledge that is not yet optimal regarding character education for loving the motherland. Also, there are several factors that hinder its implementation, namely students from different backgrounds. That way the teacher must be committed to increasing students' understanding of character education for loving the motherland. The existence of several inhibiting factors is a challenge for the teacher

Abstract

The problem of science in the Western tradition is often determined by the demarcation of truth it constructs. Thus, many figures claim that their method is the final method. This was also called for Popper to depart from his methodology that doubted the accuracy of the inductive-verification method and replaced it with a deductive-falsification method with a trial and error method. Here it appears that Popper has paid little attention to the prevalence of (normal-research) scientists who have factually been shown to enable the growth of new scientific knowledge based on everyday sources of knowledge (as stated by Thomas S. Kuhn and Imre Lakatos). This research is qualitative library research using analytical methods. The result of this study was a critique of Raymund Popper's falsification theory of the correctness of the propositions of science

Abstract

Citizenship Education Subject aims for students to have the following abilities: Think critically, rationally, and creatively in response to citizenship issues, participate actively and responsibly, and act intelligently in social, national, and state activities, and anti-corruption, developing positive and democratic to shape oneself based on the characteristics of Indonesian society so that they can live together with other nations, interact with other nations in the world arena directly or indirectly by utilizing information and communication technology. The controls learning model emphasizes the approach to controversial issues. the controls learning model aims to improve or improve the quality of the learning process in the classroom, to determine the increase in students' critical thinking skills in the PPKn subject. The controls learning model in this study aims to improve critical thinking skills and the achievement of student learning outcomes. Achievement of learning outcomes in the initial conditions of learning towards cycle 1 is the lowest value decreases by 10% from UH 1 48 to 38 and UH 2 decreases 18% from a value of 64 to 46, the highest value has increased from UH 1 95 to UH 2 97. The average value increases by 40% from 75 to 79 and the value from 79 to 83. In cycle 1, UH cycle 1 the lowest value is UH1 = 38 UH2 = 46, the highest value is UH1 = 95 and UH 2 97 The mean value of UH 1 = 79 and UH 2 = 83. In cycle 2 the lowest value is UH1 = 18 and UH 2 = 46, the highest value is UH1 = 85, and UH 2 = 90 The mean value of UH1 = 59 and UH 2 = 74. this classroom action research uses comparative descriptive analysis in determining the value between cycles.

Abstract

Globalisasi sebagai wujud berkembangnya kehidupan manusia melalui hadirnya teknologi informasi dan teknologi komunikasi. Budaya yang ada di masyarakat Indonesia adalah bentuk keanekaragaman masyarakat yang dapat diekspresikan melalui kesenian. Kesenian ludruk yang dipertunjukan dengan mengambil cerita kehidupan rakyat sehari-hari dan diselingi dengan lawakan serta diiringi gamelan musik. Adapun pengaruhnya dalam budaya misalnya: hilangnya budaya asli suatu daerah, lunturnya nilai-nilai budaya, menurunnya rasa nasionalisme serta menurunnya rasa cinta terhadap budaya daerah. Dapat mengantisipasi lunturnya budaya kesenian dengan mempertahankan, melestarikan, menjaga, serta mewarisi budaya lokal serta peran serta semua kalangan seperti pemerintah dan generasi muda berpartisipasi aktif dalam bidang budaya serta bangga terhadap produk dalam negeri. Kata Kunci: kesenian, ludruk, globalisasi, budaya Abstract Globalization is a manifestation of the development of human life through the presence of information technology and communication technology. The culture that exists in Indonesian society is a form of community diversity that can be expressed through art. Ludruk art is performed by taking stories from everyday people's lives and interspersed with jokes and accompanied by gamelan music. As for its influence in culture, for example: the loss of the original culture of a region, the loss of cultural values, a decrease in the sense of nationalism and a decrease in love for regional culture. Can anticipate the fading of artistic culture by maintaining, preserving, preserving, and inheriting local culture as well as the participation of all parties such as the government and the younger generation actively participating in the cultural field and being proud of domestic products. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to describe the role of parents in strengthening moral action in children in Wirogunan village, Kartasura District, Sukoharjo regency. This type of research is qualitative research. The research subjects were parents and their children who lived in Wirogunan village, Kartasura sub-district, Sukoharjo regency, and the object was moral action. Methods of collecting observational data, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data is done by triangulating sources and methods. The data analysis technique was carried out with an interactive flowing technique consisting of 4 steps: data collection, data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of the study based on field observations made on 2-5 November 2019 found the following things: many behaviors that deviate from moral values by teenagers in Wirogunan village, Kartasura District, Sukoharjo Regency, including: promiscuity , alcohol, gambling, fighting, brave with parents, disrespectful with parents, opening pornographic sites and action porn on his cellphone and using illegal drugs. parents do neglect their children, parents less attention and care for their children. The conclusion is that due to lack of parents' attention to their children, there are many violations of moral action on children in Wirogunan Village, Kartasura District, Sukoharjo Regency.

Abstract

The development of Social Sciences (IPS) subjects in the national curriculum has undergone a significant transformation over time. At first, social studies teaching was based more on a traditional approach that focused on rote memorization of historical facts and geography. However, with the development of a more progressive educational approach, social studies underwent changes that included an interdisciplinary approach, the use of information technology, contextual teaching, and the empowerment of student skills. Changes in social studies teaching reflect the evolution of views on social science and educational goals Thus, these subjects no longer only focus on factual knowledge, but also introduce the social, economic, and political principles underlying social phenomena. Social studies aim to develop an in-depth understanding of the complexities of society and equip students with the critical thinking skills necessary to participate in modern society. The development of social studies also reflects changes in the issues emphasized in learning. Newer national curricula pay more attention to global issues such as climate change, international trade, and human rights. Social studies teach students about the social and environmental impacts of social policies and phenomena and encourage them to participate in positive social change. This research is descriptive qualitative research that explains how the transformation from time to time in Social sciences in the national curriculum. The results achieved in this study constitute the history of the development of social sciences.

Abstract

This article discusses maintaining the life of religious tolerance of the Tengger Bromo tribe through the role of religious figures. Tolerance is very necessary in the face of the nation and regions that are patterned variously in religious aspects, as is the case in the Tengger Bromo tribe, in Indonesia. Religious diversity that arises in society has the intention of civil conflict and intolerance issues. Maintaining harmony and maintaining the principle of tolerance between religious people which is accommodated through the role of religious leaders is an important part of the life of the Tengger community. This research uses qualitative research with a type of case study approach. The purpose of this study is to explain religious tolerance and the role of figures in relations between religious people in the Tengger Bromo community. The results of this study show that religious tolerance is established and contained in a life of value through the form of community cooperation, partisanship, awareness of the recognition of individual or group religious rights, as well as the maintenance of distinctive traditions that continue to run and are knitted through emotional ties that are useful in forming unity solidarity in social, cultural, and religious life. Efficient consolidation by the role of religious leaders maintains religious tolerance with open communication in response to the issue of relations between people and as an alignment of public knowledge for a harmonious and harmonious life
