Abstract

The value of democratic character is very crucial in every student, because with democratic character, students will be able to interact with local residents, which requires a sense of tolerance and independence, so that democratic character must be applied to students through learning activities. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of students' democratic character values in scouting activities at MA NU Nurul Huda Semarang. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The hypothesis in this research is that it is hoped that students will have the attitude to think and act by assessing their own rights and obligations with those of others. The findings of this research prove that the implementation of students' democratic character values in scout activities has several influencing factors, both supporting factors and inhibiting factors which of course become evaluations for research objects that must be addressed in order to achieve maximum results. The results of the research prove that MA NU Nurul Huda has implemented the democratic character values of students in scouting activities which were carried out using varied methods, namely through selecting new pre-funding activities, forming activity committees, and joint discussion activities

Abstract

This research was motivated by the fact that some students did not pay attention to the explanation of the material delivered by the teacher, students preferred to listen to the explanation of the material rather than express opinions, and students did not actively ask the teacher or students when learning in class. The formulation of the research problem is how to implement problem-based learning in increasing student learning participation in Pancasila Education subjects at SMP Negeri 14 Semarang. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques for this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the preparations carried out by teachers before teaching are that teachers choose background material on the history of the birth of Pancasila and create open modules based on the independent curriculum. Implementation of problem-based learning includes the teacher asking students to read material about the historical background of the birth of Pancasila, the teacher forming students into 8 groups, the teacher conditioning students to complete group assignments, students presenting the results of group work, and the teacher listening by confirming or adding answers to the results of group work . Student learning participation in implementing problem based learning such as students paying attention to explanations of material, students asking questions, students being able to express opinions, listening to other students' opinions in group discussions, and being able to do group assignments. Obstacles include students not being responsive to the environment, lack of time, less conducive classes, illness, and students not being familiar with the learning model used. After carrying out this research, it was concluded that the application of problem-based learning was sufficient to increase student learning participation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of low student learning creativity because in learning Pancasila Education still uses conventional learning, and has not used a variety of learning media. Based on the results of previous research, it is believed that the use of canva can be used as an interactive and effective learning media and canva can also increase learning interest and learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an increase in student learning creativity through the use of canva in Pancasila Education class VIII SMP Kartiyoso Semarang.This research is a quasi-experimental with the population of all students of SMP Kartiyoso Semarang. The results showed that students` creativity before using Canva was still low, with an average score of 62.However, before using Canva, students creativity was still low, with an average score of 62.However, students creativity increased after using it, with an average score of 90. Research conclusion: there is an increase in student learning creativity through the use of canva in Pancasila Education class

Abstract

Pendidikan yang berkualitas ditunjukkan dengan siswa yang berkualitas, salah satunya dengan melihat hasil belajar yang dicapai. Akan tetapi dalam pembelajaran terdapat berbagai hambatan seperti kurang terserap secara maksimal materi yang didapat oleh siswa karena pembelajaran yang monoton dan kurang menarik sehingga hasil belajar rendah. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahu perbedaan hasil belajar dengan model yang lebih menarik dengan model pembelajaran yang biasa diajarkan. Model pembelajaran yang dipilih adalah model kooperatif tipe jigsaw. Model pembelajaran jigsaw dipilih karene memiliki kelebihan dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa karena merupakan model belajar yang dapat menyenangkan siswadan dapat melatih siswa dalam penguasaan materi sehingga mereka akan lebih paham, dan membuat siswa lebih terlibat aktif. Penelitian eksperimen digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan model pre-test dan post test. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI AlGhozali Jiken yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan validitas, reliabilitas, homogenitas, normalitas, kemudian dihitung menggunakan uji Indepenent Sample T-test dengan tarafsignifikansi 5% berbantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0. Sampel pada instrument penelitian menggunakan teknik random sampling. Berdasarkan pengujian dua sampel, data membuktikan bahwa t hitung t tabel = 10.589 1.699yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa antara kedua kelas yaitu eksperimen dan kontrol yang dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan relevansi model pembelajaran jigsaw untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI TKRO dengan model pembelejaran yang biasa digunakan sebelumnya, yaitu ceramah dan didominasi oleh guru.

Abstract

The development of human civilization/growth and development, humans, Koentjaraningrat, in his introduction to anthropology, published by Rineka Cipta, eighth edition, last published in 1981, explains that "From a biological point of view, humans are only one type of creature among more than a million other types of creatures, who have ever or still occupy this world. In the 19th century, biologists, especially Charles Robert Darwin (born 12 February 1809), announced his theory about the process of human biological evolution. According to his theory, the oldest forms of human life on the face of the earth consisted of very simple one-cell creatures such as protozoa/a kind of tadpole (child of a frog), over time over millions, billions and years, they emerged and developed. "living forms in the form of creatures with self-organization (forming groups) that are increasingly complex over time, and in recent times have developed or evolved, finally becoming apes and humans." Geographically, Indonesia is an area that stretches across the surface, in the form of land, sea and air, space, including sea/water, as well as the natural riches contained therein, stretching between the continent of Asia to the northwest and the continent of Australia to the southeast, and between the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean, located at 6 degrees north latitude – 11 degrees south latitude and 95 degrees east longitude - 141 east longitude. As an archipelagic area (archipelago area) it has 17,508 islands, consisting of large islands and small islands, there are 8 large islands (Papua, Kalimantan, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Java Timor, Halmahera, Seram) and thousands of islands small, around 17,500, stretching from Sabang (west) to Merauke (east), Miangas (north), Rote (south), there are thousands of biological riches (living creatures), both vegetable (plants), animal (animals) including flora/plants , fauna/animals, characterized by a tropical/warm climate with 2 seasons, namely rainy and dry. The preamble to the 1945 Law provides both implied (understanding the idea) and explicit (understanding the written meaning) guidelines for the protection of all life in Indonesian society (lower society) in all aspects of life, including marriage.

Abstract

This research is based on direct observation at the Semarang City KPU, which shows that there are many problems in the registration of candidates for DPRD members, including registration information that is less informative, the time requirements and nominations are considered limited, and many more problems that can be explained descriptively. The purpose of this research is to find out the registration process of candidates for members of the Semarang City Regional People's Representative Council in the 2024 general election. The type of research used is qualitative with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are in accordance with the research indicators, which show that the Semarang City KPU carries out the registration process for candidates for the Semarang City DPRD according to the regulations and standards set by the KPU of the Republic of Indonesia with the help of the nomination information system (Silon). The Semarang City KPU has organised the General Election in Semarang City according to the principle of LUBER JURDIL by determining the implementation according to the objectives, regulations, and standards for organising the election in 2024. This can be seen from the implementation of elections that have implemented national, permanent, and independent characteristics.

Abstract

The most significant subject of international law can be seen in a state building relationships with other states that are in line with international regulations. On the other hand, conflicts caused by differences in interests are not uncommon in relations between subjects of international law, especially states. They cannot always be resolved through peaceful settlement. Genocide is a deliberate act to erase or eliminate all or part of a national, racial, ethnic, or religious group. This occurs through the killing of members of the group, the infliction of severe physical or mental suffering, the creation of living conditions that cause bodily harm to some or all of the group, the prevention of childbirth, and the forced displacement of children. This research is normative juridical, which means that it focuses on the application of various principles or rules in positive law. The researcher used three approaches: International Instrument Approach, Conceptual Approach, and Case Approach. Whether International criminal liability can prosecute Palestinian perpetrators of genocide for violations of international treaties prohibiting genocide based on the principle of pacta sunt servanda Moreover, how the principle of pacta sunt servanda can be used when Palestine is not involved in international treaties prohibiting genocide

Abstract

This research analytically looks at the applicability of the Pancasila student profile in emphasising his personality based on Pancasila values. In addition, it is important to know the importance of diversity in the profile of Pancasila students. This is because consideration of the value of diversity among these students should understand the diversity of values, for example, the value of democracy, the value of justice and love for the country in the school environment and society, so that students can understand the importance of the value of diversity and the value of diversity. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The methods used to collect data are interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of this research data is the source triangulation technique. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the Pancasila Education Teacher, in designing the value of diversity in this lesson, really made and applied the profile of Pancasila students with the diversity of culture in Indonesia and the flow of the purpose of this value of diversity using the culture that exists among schools. Teachers analyse learning motivation in terms of the value of diversity before the activity takes place and the factors that affect student learning motivation at school. Teachers take steps referring to learning outcomes, objectives, models, and strategies. Teachers conduct evaluations to see the achievement of goals and the success of students to increase learning motivation in the value of diversity and the application that students always emphasise

Abstract

Multicultural education is a progressive approach in the education system aimed at identifying, addressing, and eliminating inequalities, failures, and discriminatory practices. In the context of higher education, multicultural education plays a crucial role in developing understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity among students. This study reveals that although multicultural education has been integrated into education policies in many countries, its implementation is often uneven and ineffective in addressing the gaps between ethnic or cultural groups. The primary factor hindering the effectiveness of multicultural education is the lack of a deep understanding of the culture and specific needs of each ethnic group. Additionally, the gaps and discrimination that still occur on campuses reflect the need for stronger commitment from educators, policymakers, and the entire academic community to create an inclusive learning environment. Through sustained commitment and a holistic approach, multicultural education can have a significant positive impact in shaping a more tolerant, just, and harmonious society

Abstract

This study aims to compare research design. The population studied comprises active PPKn students, with a sample selected randomly using a random sampling technique. The classical assumption tests in this study include normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire that had been previously tested for validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out using two analytical models: simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate a significant impact of the use of facilities and the availability of infrastructure on the quality of students in the Pancasila and Civic Education program at PGRI University Semarang. Through this research, student quality can be measured using three indicators: knowledge, attitude, and skills. High-quality students are expected to have a good attitude towards their surroundings, possess extensive knowledge, and have proficient skills, thus being able to benefit to other.
