Abstract

Sanur Village Festival is an event established by the Yayasan Pembangunan Sanur which combines large-scale activities consisting of food festivals, a series of contests, competitions, cultural arts attractions, music, and a variety of friendly activities environment. Samples of this study were domestic tourists who have visited the Sanur Village Festival. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in 160 respondents. Data collection techniques are performed with observations, questionnaires, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling technique and utilizes a likert scale model questionnaire that is calibrated using the validity test and the reliability test is calculated using the Cronbach alpha coefficient using the SPSS 25.0. The data analysis techniques in this study used partial least square analysis techniques (PLS), and the equation model will analyzed is the outer model, inner model and hypotheses testing. Based on the software calculation smartPLS version 3.0 obtained the result that there is a significant influence between the variable brand image to the motivation and interest of domestic tourists visit to Sanur Village Festival. This is evidenced by the results of the analysis of the influence of the brand image to the motivation obtained value of 41.9%, while the interest earned a value of 40.5%. Furthermore, the influence of motivation to interest can be seen from the results of the analysis of Partial Least Square obtained T-Statistic of 1.766 > T-table 1.654, this means the motivation variable positively affect the interest of domestic tourists visiting Sanur Village Festival.

Abstract

PT. UBS Tour and Travel merupakan salah satu biro perjalanan wisata yang ada di Bali. Perusahaan ini mengalami fluktuasi dalam penjualan paket wisatanya dan mengalami persaingan yang semakin ketat antar Biro Perjalanan Wisata yang ada di Bali. Dengan permasalahan yang ada dalam perusahaan maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dari PT. UBS Tour and Travel dan menganalisis lingkungan pemasaran serta membuat strategi dan program pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan di perusahaan tersebut.Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan didukung dengan kusioner. Hasil data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan deskriptif kualitatif yang dipadukan dengan analisis Skala Likert dan analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan hasil analisis skala likert yang dilakukan terhadap lingkungan internal dan eksternal pada PT. UBS Tour and Travel dan dipadukan dengan analisis SWOT didapat suatu strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan PT. UBS Tour and Travel yaitu (1) strategi penciptaan dan pengembangan produk wisata, (2) strategi peningkatan promosi, (3) strategi peningkatan sumber daya manusia, (4) strategi pengembangan segmentasi pasar, (5) strategi peningkatan produk dan jasa. Saran yang dapat diberikan untuk PT. UBS Tour and Travel yaitu memperbaharui informasi tentang kemasan paket wisata yang menarik, tampilan website yang menarik, menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang baik, mengkemas paket wisata dalam bentuk brosur yang lebih variatif, mempercepat proses pemesanan paket wisata dan kualitas pelayanan dari PT. UBS Tour and Travel yang selama ini sudah baik perlu dijaga dan ditingkatkan lagi.

Abstract

This research observed the Toya Devasya, Kintamani. The aim of this research are 1) to know the motivation of domestic tourist’s that visit the Toya Devasya Kintamani, Bangli. 2) to know their perception in regards of its service quality. This research used sample determination method which tend to purposive with taking its sample by using accidental sampling method and determining the number of samples using quota sampling giving 100 questioners to domestic tourist. Data collection technique that used is by interview, observing, documentation, literature study and questioner with analysis technique by qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The result showed the motivation which push domestic tourist’s to visit Toya Devasya are to make the mind calm, relax and free yourself in a beautiful and interesting place, get a new atmosphere. At the same time the motivation that pull those tourist’s to visit Toya Devasya is the beauty of natural mountain kicking, a nice atmosphere to be enjoyed, the source of hot water coming from Mount Batur. The perception of domestic tourist’s to its service quality over all is good, however they still feel that the lack of assurance service in Toya Devasya.

Abstract

The increasing amount of traveler is affecting  the tourism sector.The role of tour leader is very significant to support the success of a tour. Tour leader as a front liner of the company is needed to maintain the consumer’s satisfaction which is also affect the consumer’s loyalty to the company. The purpose of this study is to find the effect of Service Quality toward Consumer’s loyalty from Kencana Wisata Tanjung Duren Jakarta. Data was collected by using the questionnaire. The types of data are quantitative which  obtained by calculating data from the questionnaire. The method of sampling used purposive with the determination of respondents .The data method analyzed used double regression analysis techniques , double correlation, analysis of determination ,T- test and F-test with significant level of 5 percent .Assisted by using data processing program SPSS ( statistical package for social science ) 15. The research result indicates that service quality of tour leader and consumer’s loyalty has a positive relation partially. Simultaneously,indicates that tangible (X1), empathy (X2), reliability (X3), responsiveness (X4) and assurance (X5) loyalty  (Y) with value 0,834  which means significantly affecting consumer’s at travel agent Kencana Wisata Tanjung Duren Jakarta. The writer’s  suggestion is Kencana Wisata management should give special attention to maintain the honest behavior and make the tour leader more trustable to boost the consumer’s satisfactian which by the end can affect the consumer’s loyalty to the company.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how does the public relations may involved in the security and safety crisis management of terrorism threat in I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport of Denpasar, and how it may affect the image of the airport itself. Several informants were being interviewed and as much as 116 repondents gave their answers related to I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport of Denpasar’s image. This research use descriptive qualitative data analysis technique by collected the data, reductions, presented the results, and draw a conclusion. This research also use the triangulation data technique to ensure the informations given by the informants were valid. The results shown that security and safety crisis management in I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport of Denpasar has twice security check point, using the recent technology, corporate with the authorities, and do the silent investigation. The roles of public relations itself are planning the terrorism encounters training programme, make a positive image of the airport, and build communications during and after the crisis. I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport of Denpasar has a good image of security based on the result of the questioners. There was several issues in the applications of terrorism encounters in the airport such as, some of the check in counter agents didn’t ask the security questions to the passenger and the x-ray officer didn’t check the luggage thoroughly that caused Qatar Airways flight had to return to base in 2015.

Abstract

This research is about the marketing strategies implemented by PT. Pandawa Lima Tour and Travel tour packages. Company offers tour packages in Bali and beyond Bali tour packages with variety of facilities. As a common general company, PT. Pandawa Lima Tour and Travel has the objective to make profit and trying to satisfy consumers. This research aims to determine the marketing strategy package in PT. Pandawa Lima Tour and Travel tour package in Denpasar. The data collection method in research carried out by the method of observation, in-depth interviews, library research, and technique documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative combined with the SWOT approach. Discussion of the results of the marketing strategy adopted by the PT. Pandawa Lima Tour and Travel is SO strategy by increasing sales promotion to target markets, enhance cooperation with hotels and travel agents and maintain the diversity and innovation of product and service quality. ST strategies to further enhance cooperation with other travel agencies, and improve service quality. WO strategies to enhance the promotion through the mass media, and printing brochures, expanding market segments and improve the quality of human resources in education and training. While WT strategy by increasing promotional activities and improve human resources. Based on the results of the discussion, can give advice - advice on marketing strategies in PT. Pandawa Lima Tour and Travel tour packages that maintain good relations with the company's existing transport and suggest PT. Pandawa Lima Tour and Travel to their own transport, improving education and training for employees and appropriate compensation, as well as updating the architecture buildings and office equipment.

Abstract

Lombok island is one of the priority destinations of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in West Nusa Tenggara, which the government is developing, especially in Kuta Madalika. The number of tourists out of the island of Lombok continued to increase, in 2016 reached 3,094,437 people. This data shows the existence of potential business needs that support tourism, whereas one of them is the need of tourism transportation services. This research was conducted to confirm the interest and need for tourism transportation in the form of buses at Lombok Island. The research study was conducted using a survey method with a questionnaire and supported by interviews. Based on the data collected, it can be concluded that the interests and demands for transportation services for Lombok island. The existence of tourist buses will support the development of tourism in the area.

Abstract

Nowadays, internet is an essential contribution to tourism development. The internet offers the potential to make the information and booking facilities. It also provides a tool a communication between tourism suppliers, intermediaries, as well as end-consumers. Gojek is one of transport based application that is currently used by tourists to take advantage of low cost offered. The purpose of this research is to determine the affecting and dominant factor in affecting tourist's decision to use GoJek application. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, literature study and documentation. Sample of this research used purposive sampling technique with number of sampling are 100 respondents, focused on tourists who have been using the GoJek application. This research used six factors which consist of seventeen indicators. The results of factors analyzed affecting interpreted as external factors, psychological, internal, motivation and labor saving. The most dominant factor is external consists by a variable reference, cultural, economic, price competition, perception of security and internet trusted. Factors which eliminated in this research is use every time because tourists not necessarily used GoJek application at any time for order transportation while holiday in Bali.

Abstract

CAN Tour & Travel is the new agent company so it’s need to find the satisfaction customer of quality service in this company. This paper will give input to improve company towards better. CAN Tour & Travel realize the tourist desire to provided services. Technique of determining the sample used in this research is the accidental sampling of 75 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this research used the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Based on the research results have produced an average performance appraisal CAN Tour & Travel of 3.28 which means that the performance of CAN Tour & Travel is in excellent condition. And also generated an average rating of 3.51 valuation interest which means very important. There are various factors contained in determining tourist satisfaction is that the cleanliness and tidiness of employees, completeness and readiness of facilities, employee performance, employee's ability to communicate and provide information very well, timely and responsive to the needs and guest complaints, and build a good relationship with tourists itself. Discussion of the result obtained in this research that many performance factors that must be maintained and be prioritywith which should be further improved. It can be seen from the tourist’s perception of low performance with great interest.Result in this research can be recommended the CAN Tour & Travel giving great concern to employees in serving tourist.
