Abstract

This mixed-method research aims to determine the interaction between the learning process using the two models and university students organizational experience on conflict resolution skills (Factor 1), and to determine the difference in influence between organization experience called BSLT (Factor 2). The research by using sequential explanation population was all PGSD university students at Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon, in 30 university students. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The research instrument uses test questions and interview guidelines. The results of this study found that the influence of Factor 1 had no effect. However, based on the results of Factor 2, it shows that there is an influence between the conflict resolution skills of university students who have taken BSLT and those who have never taken BSLT. This shows that the experience of taking BSLT has an effect on university students' conflict resolution abilities, compared to just using the learning model. The impact of university students mastering good conflict resolution skills is the creation of a positive climate in the organizational and campus environment. As well as university students' agility in eliminating potential conflicts that develop, so that they can be resolved immediately. Abstract

Literacy is one of the important things to be cultivated from an early age, because with literacy the window of the world will open. This research was an effort to foster literacy from an early age through the development of the Radec Learning model at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The purpose of this research was to produce a product in the form of developing a learning model using the Radec Learning model. The method used was Research and Development (RnD) to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products by adapting the McKenny Model as a stage consisting of preliminary research, prototyping phase, and assessment stage. The results of this study included: 1) The development of the Radec Learning model was significantly proven to be able to develop students’ learning outcomes at MIN 1 Pasaman; 2) This Radec Learning model was declared valid after being validated by the validator; and 3) There was a practical level of practical application of the Radec Learning model, with evidence of its development and increasing student creativity in learning. Thus, the application of the Radec Learning model of learning could develop literacy from an early age and as an alternative in the selection of learning models that would be applied in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Abstract

Based on the ranking of 20 Indonesian Green Universities by UI Green Metric 2022, green campuses are dominated by public campuses that do not have a strong foundation in Islamic values. In fact, not a single Muhammadiyah and 'Aisyiyah Universities (PTMA) was included in the top 10 ranking release. Why has PTMA, which has developed Green Fiqh, not been able to present itself as a green campus? This research aims to identify Green Fiqh in Islamic Religion learning at PTMA. This qualitative research uses a thematic approach with a narrative-descriptive-explanative strategy. The research was conducted at three PTMAs in Yogyakarta. The findings obtained are: first, the Green Fiqh study materials in learning Islamic religion courses at PTMA are not optimal. Even though Muhammadiyah has created Green Fiqh products such as Environmental Fiqh, Disaster Fiqh, Water Fiqh and Agrarian Fiqh. Second, learning about Islamic religion at the three PTMAs where the emphasis is still limited to the basics of Islamic religious teachings, such as Aqidah, morals and worship. The Aqidah theme raised also does not optimally touch the role of rububiyah monotheism in preserving the environment. The moral theme also does not touch much on actual contemporary problems, including the problem of global climate change. Third, the Al-Ma'un ethos which is the foundation and spirit of Muhamamdiyah taught in the three meanings of PTMA has not yet developed. Al-Ma'un's main mission is only interpreted as fighting religious liars in a narrow sense. Al-Ma'un has not been developed towards "new" religious liars, namely those who destroy nature and the environment.  Keywords: Environmental Sustainability, Green Fiqh, Islamic Value

Abstract

Language competency is a complex ability related to four skills at once. Many studies also state that using media in learning can improve language competence. For this reason, the research results should be evaluated to determine whether the study results can be trusted and accounted for statistically. For this reason, this research aims to compile and statistically evaluate the results of an independent study that examines learning media on language competence in elementary school students. The research method used is meta-analysis research. The study search was conducted from 2018 to 2023 in the Google Scholar database. The search results provided 108 studies that met the inclusion requirements for extraction, resulting in 111 data comparisons being examined. Calculate the magnitude of the effect of learning media on language competence in elementary school students using Microsoft Excel. This research obtained an effect size of 2.180 in the Very Large category, with a mean population correlation coefficient of 0.581. These results indicate a positive influence between the learning media teachers use on elementary school students' language competence. For this reason, it is recommended to develop or use media in language learning so that elementary school students' language competence can increase, in addition to the need for further research involving many studies related to this competence. Abstract

Compensation management still refers to rank, class, and seniority not based on its performance. Salaries are paid at the same value according to the scale, class and length of service but for the provision of current performance allowances have been calculated in different performance achievements. Compensation management for non-civil servants in State Madrasahs in Cilegon City has been adjusted to their respective DIPA budgets. The difference in compensation management that occurs in the six State Madrasahs of Cilegon City is the authority of each Madrasah Head. This will lead to differences in compensation between madrasas.  This study uses a correlation method that aims to detect the degree of association of variables in a factor with variables in another based on the correlation coefficient that describes the degree of relationship between two or more variables. The results of this research concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the professionalism of education personnel and the performance of education personnel of the Cilegon City State Madrasah. This can be seen from the significance value of the professionalism of educational personnel with the performance of educational personnel of 0.00 which means it is smaller than the level of significance used, which is 0.05. It can also be seen from the correlation value of the calculation of 0.812 > r table 0.281 and can even be seen from the calculated value of 9.546 > t table 1.677. Compensation management has a very strong role in improving the professionalism of educational personnel.   Keywords:  Compensation Management, Professionalism Education, Education Personnel

Abstract

The rapid advancement of computing technology has facilitated the implementation of AIED (Artificial Intelligence in Education) applications. AIED refers to the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) technologies or application programmes in educational settings to facilitate teaching, learning or decision-making. This research aims to identify the role of AI in education. This research utilises a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using PRISMA analysis to identify AI’s role in education. An important finding of this research is that with the help of AI technology, which simulates human intelligence to make inferences, judgements, or predictions, computer systems can provide personalised guidance, support, or feedback to students as well as assist teachers or policymakers in making decisions. These findings indicate the important role AI can play in education to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning. However, it is important to note that AI is not a substitute for teachers. The role of teachers as facilitators and supporters of learning remains important in the context of AI use. Keywords:  Artificial Intelligence (AI), Education, Systematic Literature Review (SLR).
