Abstract

Indramayu Regency has great potential in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) spread across various economic sectors. However, the contribution of MSMEs to regional economic growth is still relatively low due to the non-optimization of inclusive and pro-investment regional policies. Based on these conditions, this community service activity aims to increase the capacity of local government officials in designing MSME development policies that are data-based, participatory, and adaptive to local needs. The methods used include workshops, focus group discussions (FGDs), and simulations of drafting regulations, with a collaborative approach between academics, government, and business actors. It is expected that this activity can produce a policy framework that is more adaptive to the needs of the business world, improve the investment climate, and strengthen the role of MSMEs in sustainable regional economic development. The results of this activity include scientific publication articles indexed by SINTA or international journals, registration of intellectual property rights (IPR) for educational materials, and development of products or prototypes that support digital legal literacy. With this activity, it is hoped that the Indramayu government can be more aware of the law and can be more effective in formulating MSME development policies. ABSTRAK Kabupaten Indramayu memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang tersebar di berbagai sektor ekonomi. Namun, kontribusi UMKM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah masih tergolong rendah akibat belum optimalnya kebijakan daerah yang inklusif dan pro-investasi. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas aparatur pemerintah daerah dalam merancang kebijakan pengembangan UMKM yang berbasis data, partisipatif, dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi workshop, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), dan simulasi penyusunan regulasi, dengan pendekatan kolaboratif antara akademisi, pemerintah, dan pelaku usaha. Diharapkan, kegiatan ini dapat menghasilkan kerangka kebijakan yang lebih adaptif terhadap kebutuhan dunia usaha, meningkatkan iklim investasi, serta memperkuat peran UMKM dalam pembangunan ekonomi daerah secara berkelanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencakup artikel publikasi ilmiah terindeks SINTA atau jurnal internasional, pendaftaran hak kekayaan intelektual (HKI) atas materi edukatif, serta pengembangan produk atau prototipe yang mendukung literasi hukum digital. Dengan kegiatan ini, diharapkan pemerintah Indramayu dapat lebih sadar hukum dan dapat lebih efektif dalam menyusun kebijakan pengembangan UMKM .

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu dan pelayanan Penjualan Barang (Sparepart) kendaraan bermotor saat ini perlu adanya dukungan sistem informasi teknologi bagi setiap perusahaan. Bengkel Yamaha Buana Motor Muara Kumpeh saat ini belum memiliki sebuah sistem khusus untuk mencatat setiap transaksi yang ada seperti pembuatan laporan, pembelian barang (sparepart), penjualan barang (sparepart) serta pendataan perawatan dan perbaikan Kendaraan (service). Penelitian ini membahas Perancangan sistem informasi Jasa Service dan persediaan barang (sparepart) didukung dengan database Microsoft Acces 2013 dengan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic studio 2010. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu, mempermudah, dan mempercepat serta meningkatkan kualitas informasi dan kinerja bagian penjualan pada Bengkel Yamaha Buana Motor Muara Kumpeh dalam mengolah data jasa service, persediaan barang (sparepart) motor, Sehingga yang berhubungan transaksi bisnis pada perusahaan tersebut dapat di proses dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus type 2 (DM Type-2) is a metabolic disease which characterized by hyperglycemia due to failure of insulin secretion, insulin action or both. If DM is not handled properly, then it will arise complications in various organs of the body. The criterias of DM control including HbA1c levels and lipid fractions. Lipid pattern in patients with DM type 2 is very dependent on HbA1c control. High HbA1c is associated with high triglycerides and cholesterol. Research objective to find out the description of Hba1c, cholesterol and triglyceride levels in patients of DM type 2 at the Outpatient Poly of RSUD Tidar Magelang. Research method the research type was descriptive with observational design. Primary data were obtained from levels measurements of HbA1c, cholesterol and triglycerides.. The normal HbA1c levels 4-5,80%, good control 6,1-6,5%, moderate 6,6-7,8%, bad 8,8-14,1% respectively as much as 65,96%, 12,77%, 10,64%, and 10,90%. The normal cholesterol levels 100-160 mg/dL, moderate 200-220 mg/dL, and high 250-300 mg/dL, respectively 74,47%, 10,64%, and 14,89%. The normal triglyceride levels 70-140 mg/dL, high limit 150-165 mg/dL, and high 200-252 mg/dL respectively as much as 63,83%, 19,15% and 17,02%. Based on the age of normal HbA1c levels as much as 65,96%, normal cholesterol 74,47%, and triglycerides 63,83%. The levels of HbA1c, cholesterol, and triglycerides were mostly normal in age groups of elderly, and male. The high levels of HbA1c, cholesterol, and triglycerides were more common in elderly than in other age groups.
