Abstract

Indramayu Regency has great potential in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) spread across various economic sectors. However, the contribution of MSMEs to regional economic growth is still relatively low due to the non-optimization of inclusive and pro-investment regional policies. Based on these conditions, this community service activity aims to increase the capacity of local government officials in designing MSME development policies that are data-based, participatory, and adaptive to local needs. The methods used include workshops, focus group discussions (FGDs), and simulations of drafting regulations, with a collaborative approach between academics, government, and business actors. It is expected that this activity can produce a policy framework that is more adaptive to the needs of the business world, improve the investment climate, and strengthen the role of MSMEs in sustainable regional economic development. The results of this activity include scientific publication articles indexed by SINTA or international journals, registration of intellectual property rights (IPR) for educational materials, and development of products or prototypes that support digital legal literacy. With this activity, it is hoped that the Indramayu government can be more aware of the law and can be more effective in formulating MSME development policies. ABSTRAK Kabupaten Indramayu memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang tersebar di berbagai sektor ekonomi. Namun, kontribusi UMKM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah masih tergolong rendah akibat belum optimalnya kebijakan daerah yang inklusif dan pro-investasi. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas aparatur pemerintah daerah dalam merancang kebijakan pengembangan UMKM yang berbasis data, partisipatif, dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi workshop, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), dan simulasi penyusunan regulasi, dengan pendekatan kolaboratif antara akademisi, pemerintah, dan pelaku usaha. Diharapkan, kegiatan ini dapat menghasilkan kerangka kebijakan yang lebih adaptif terhadap kebutuhan dunia usaha, meningkatkan iklim investasi, serta memperkuat peran UMKM dalam pembangunan ekonomi daerah secara berkelanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencakup artikel publikasi ilmiah terindeks SINTA atau jurnal internasional, pendaftaran hak kekayaan intelektual (HKI) atas materi edukatif, serta pengembangan produk atau prototipe yang mendukung literasi hukum digital. Dengan kegiatan ini, diharapkan pemerintah Indramayu dapat lebih sadar hukum dan dapat lebih efektif dalam menyusun kebijakan pengembangan UMKM .

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu dan pelayanan Penjualan Barang (Sparepart) kendaraan bermotor saat ini perlu adanya dukungan sistem informasi teknologi bagi setiap perusahaan. Bengkel Yamaha Buana Motor Muara Kumpeh saat ini belum memiliki sebuah sistem khusus untuk mencatat setiap transaksi yang ada seperti pembuatan laporan, pembelian barang (sparepart), penjualan barang (sparepart) serta pendataan perawatan dan perbaikan Kendaraan (service). Penelitian ini membahas Perancangan sistem informasi Jasa Service dan persediaan barang (sparepart) didukung dengan database Microsoft Acces 2013 dengan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic studio 2010. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu, mempermudah, dan mempercepat serta meningkatkan kualitas informasi dan kinerja bagian penjualan pada Bengkel Yamaha Buana Motor Muara Kumpeh dalam mengolah data jasa service, persediaan barang (sparepart) motor, Sehingga yang berhubungan transaksi bisnis pada perusahaan tersebut dapat di proses dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus type 2 (DM Type-2) is a metabolic disease which characterized by hyperglycemia due to failure of insulin secretion, insulin action or both. If DM is not handled properly, then it will arise complications in various organs of the body. The criterias of DM control including HbA1c levels and lipid fractions. Lipid pattern in patients with DM type 2 is very dependent on HbA1c control. High HbA1c is associated with high triglycerides and cholesterol. Research objective to find out the description of Hba1c, cholesterol and triglyceride levels in patients of DM type 2 at the Outpatient Poly of RSUD Tidar Magelang. Research method the research type was descriptive with observational design. Primary data were obtained from levels measurements of HbA1c, cholesterol and triglycerides.. The normal HbA1c levels 4-5,80%, good control 6,1-6,5%, moderate 6,6-7,8%, bad 8,8-14,1% respectively as much as 65,96%, 12,77%, 10,64%, and 10,90%. The normal cholesterol levels 100-160 mg/dL, moderate 200-220 mg/dL, and high 250-300 mg/dL, respectively 74,47%, 10,64%, and 14,89%. The normal triglyceride levels 70-140 mg/dL, high limit 150-165 mg/dL, and high 200-252 mg/dL respectively as much as 63,83%, 19,15% and 17,02%. Based on the age of normal HbA1c levels as much as 65,96%, normal cholesterol 74,47%, and triglycerides 63,83%. The levels of HbA1c, cholesterol, and triglycerides were mostly normal in age groups of elderly, and male. The high levels of HbA1c, cholesterol, and triglycerides were more common in elderly than in other age groups.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop and implement an internet-based scholarship management system at Batanghari University in Jambi. The previous manual process was considered inefficient, unclear, and difficult to access, especially for students outside the region. As a result, student engagement was low and the administrative burden increased. The main objective of this study is to improve convenience, effectiveness, and user experience during scholarship registration and monitoring. The methodology used is the Waterfall model, which includes needs analysis, design using UML diagrams, database structure, and implementation with PHP and MySQL. The system created includes features for online account registration, secure login, digital application and document submission, administrator verification, automatic selection, real-time announcement of results, and comprehensive reporting. The results of the study show that the system can digitize and simplify the scholarship admission process while increasing transparency and efficiency. Students, including those who do not live in Jambi, can easily register and monitor the status of their scholarships. Now, all data is stored in a MySQL database, which offers better governance. Therefore, this system helps universities realize smart campuses and provide equal access to education.

Abstract

Manual determination of oil palm fruit maturity remains a significant challenge for farmers, leading to inefficiencies and reduced harvest quality. This research aims to design and implement a computer vision application based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to automatically, objectively, and efficiently detect oil palm fruit maturity. The methodology involves web-based system development using the Waterfall model, integrating a modified YOLOv5s architecture enhanced with a Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM), C3 Transformer (C3TR), and Bidirectional Feature Pyramid Network (BiFPN). A dataset of 4160 oil palm fruit images underwent auto-orient, resize, color normalization, and data augmentation, then split into 70% training, 20% validation, and 10% test sets. Model training was conducted on Google Colab using an Nvidia A100 GPU for 21.36 minutes. Evaluation results demonstrate very high performance with a Precision of 0.9858, Recall of 0.9910, mAP@0.5 of 0.9941, and mAP@0.5:0.95 of 0.8544. The Confusion Matrix and Precision-Recall curve indicate excellent classification accuracy and strong model generalization capabilities. The web-based system allows farmers to upload images or videos and use a webcam for real-time detection. This application is expected to assist farmers in identifying oil palm fruit maturity more quickly and objectively, minimizing errors, and improving harvest quality and efficiency.

Abstract

Wilayah kerja yang menjadi tanggung jawab pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut Bangka Belitung masih cukup rawan dan berpotensi terjadinya berbagai gangguan dan ancaman yang dapat menganggu jalur ALKI I. Luas wilayah yang menjadi tanggung jawab Lanal Bangka Belitung bila dihadapkan dengan kondisi sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki saat ini sangat tidak seimbang. Namun demikian, harus tetap memberikan dukungan terbaik terhadap semua unsur/KRI (Kapal Perang Republik Indonesia) yang singgah di Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut Bangka Belitung dalam mendukung operasi keamanan laut di ALKI I. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu menggambarkan kondisi Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut Bangka Belitung dalam mendukung operasi kemanan laut di ALKI I. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori peran, teori pangkalan, teori Sea Power dan teori trinitas Angkatan Laut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut Bangka Belitung belum mampu mendukung dengan baik terhadap unsur atau KRI yang akan melaksanakan bekal ulang (bekul). Oleh karena itu, sebaiknya Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut Bangka Belitung melengkapi sarana dan prasarana yang memadai termasuk dermaga untuk sandar, agar mampu melaksanakan dukungan terhadap unsur atau KRI agar dapat melaksanakan operasi keamanan laut dalam menjaga kedaulatan di wilayah ALKI I.Kata Kunci: peran pangkalan, keamanan laut, ALKI I

Abstract

The work areas that are the responsibility of the Bangka Belitung Naval base are still quite vulnerable and responsible for problems and difficulties that could disrupt the ALKI I or the Indonesian archipelagic sea lane I. The area for which the naval base of Bangka Belitung is responsible, is not balanced. However, it must continue to provide the best support for all KRI (Warships of the Republic of Indonesia) which anchored in the Bangka Belitung Naval Base. This study tries to analyze the role of the Bangka Belitung Naval base in supporting maritime security operations in ALKI I. The study uses descriptive qualitative methods about understanding the Bangka Belitung Naval base in supporting maritime security operations at ALKI I. This study uses the role of base theory, Sea Power theory and Navy trinity theory. The results of the study show that the Bangka Belitung Navy Base has not yet supported KRI or not to carry out the provision. Therefore, it is agreed that the Bangka Belitung Naval Base would provide complete facilities and infrastructure including anchoring, to be able to support KRI to operate safely at sea in assisting sovereignty in the ALKI I region.Keywords: Naval Base Role, Maritime Security, ALKI I
