Abstract Counseling on Problems and Legal Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers in Hong Kong. Starting from the problem, there needs to be serious attention from the government regarding guaranteeing the protection of Indonesian workers abroad through law enforcement so that it can dispel the notion that the law is being used by unbalanced individuals to create a modern pattern of freezing activities due to weak law enforcement. This community service aims to: 1). Describe the current legal protection of Indonesian migrant workers; and 2). Describe efforts to resolve problems affecting Indonesian migrant workers abroad. The results of community service with partners from the Special Branch Leader of 'Aisyiyah Hong Kong show that there are legal problems that are currently being faced by the community, among other problems that have not yet optimally resolved the conflicts experienced by Indonesian migrant workers abroad. As an effort to help the community face these legal problems, community service is carried out directly as a forum for preparing Indonesian migrant workers who have self-awareness and concern for legal and social justice issues. Through this legal service, Indonesian migrant workers become aware of their rights and methods of legal resolution if a conflict occurs.

This paper aims to 1). Describe and provide analysis of the prophetic legal paradigm and the development of children's law; 2) Describe and analyze the existence of prophetic law in the development of child law in Indonesia. This research is a normative legal research conducted by researching literature materials or secondary data. The approach used is a legislative approach and a conceptual approach. The international convention on the rights of the child has formulated universal principles and legal norms regarding the legal protection of children. Positive laws that apply in Indonesia tend to only regulate aspects such as child custody, recognition, and legalization. In fact, the development of children's law in the future does not only talk about administrative aspects but must be comprehensive. Islamic law has a deeper perspective compared to conventional law in general. The prophetic law paradigm can be one of the approaches in the development of child law in Indonesia that can integrate the protection of children from the womb to adulthood.

Every child has human rights as well as the rights of adults, so respecting children's rights is the same as respecting human rights. This paper aims to compare the policy of imposing the death penalty on a child between Iran and Indonesia. This research is a normative legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. The approach used is a comparative approach, which is to compare child protection laws between Iran and Indonesia. The regulation of criminal penalties against children in Iran is regulated in Article 91 of the Iranian Islamic Criminal Code in 2013 and in Indonesia it is regulated in Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Child Criminal Justice System. The regulation of legal protection for children in Iran and in the State of Indonesia, when compared, has quite basic differences in several aspects of the provisions of criminal acts and the criminal system. In the criminal setting in Iran, it justifies the application of the death penalty for crimes committed by children under 18 years of age. In the last 7 years, almost all juvenile offenders who were executed were sentenced to death based on qisas and hudud verses. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, it does not apply the death penalty to children but prioritizes restorative justice and diversion which is intended to avoid and keep children away from the judicial process so as to avoid stigmatization of children in conflict with the law and it is hoped that children can return to the social environment naturally.

The implementation of sharia compliance results in obstacles that must be faced by management in the sharia hotel business. So far, sharia hotel management strategies in facing obstacles to the implementation of sharia compliance have not been studied much, the majority of studies that have been conducted have been to examine business strategies with the aim of profitability. The urgency of this research is to fill the gap in the literature on implementation case studies and SWOT analysis of sharia compliance in the hotel business. Implementing sharia compliance is the essence of sharia hotel operations, which is a differentiating factor from conventional hotels and is more important than profitability goals. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of sharia compliance and the SWOT strategy for sharia compliance by conducting a case study analysis at the Multazam Syariah Hotel. Data analysis on the implementation of sharia compliance was carried out using an exploratory qualitative approach, while the sharia compliance strategy was carried out using SWOT analysis. The research results show that Multazam Syariah Hotel has implemented sharia compliance in the Human Resources (HR), Facilities and Business aspects, but there are several parts that need to be strengthened. SWOT analysis shows points of strength (such as: Sharia Brand Image and halal certification for food and beverage product management); weaknesses (such as: Not yet having a sharia supervisor and compatibility of facilities with sharia); opportunities (such as: The hotel environment is around Islamic educational institutions and the majority of guests are Muslim); as well as challenges (such as: Illegal couple guests and lack of public knowledge about sharia hotels).

With the rapid expansion of IoT (Internet of Things) devices, ensuring network security has become a critical challenge. Distributed Denial of Service (DoS) and spoofing attacks are among the most common and damaging threats in IoT ecosystems. Traditional Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) often face difficulties in detecting these attacks due to the high volume and complexity of IoT network traffic. This study introduces a novel Deep Neural Network (DNN)-based IDS designed to effectively detect DoS and spoofing attacks using the CICIoT 2024 dataset. The CICIoT 2024 dataset provides a comprehensive benchmark with realistic IoT network traffic patterns, including benign and malicious activities. The results highlight the potential of DDN-based IDS to enhance IoT network security, paving the way for more resilient and intelligent defense mechanisms against evolving cyber threats. The detection results are promising, significantly improving attack detection performance, reaching up to 100%.
