Abstract

This article conducts a literature review on the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and financial performance in companies. Transformational leadership, characterized by vision, inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration, has become a key factor in organizational effectiveness. Similarly, organizational culture, encompassing shared values, beliefs, and norms, significantly shapes employee behavior and performance outcomes. The relationship between these leadership styles, organizational culture, and financial performance emphasizes the need for comprehensive understanding and analysis. Additionally, job satisfaction plays a crucial role as a mediator in this relationship. Satisfied employees tend to demonstrate higher levels of productivity, commitment, and innovation, thereby enhancing organizational performance. By mediating between leadership, culture, and financial performance, job satisfaction acts as a bridge connecting organizational practices to tangible outcomes. Through a thorough review of existing literature, this article synthesizes key findings, theoretical frameworks, and empirical evidence to explain the complex dynamics involved. It highlights the importance of fostering transformational leadership and positive organizational culture to strengthen financial performance. Furthermore, it identifies gaps and areas for future research, emphasizing the need for longitudinal studies, cross-cultural analyses, and quantitative assessments to deepen understanding of these complex relationships. Ultimately, this article contributes to the ongoing discourse on leadership, organizational culture, and financial performance, providing insights and implications for both scholars and practitioners. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi Restoran Ken Eco Kejobong terkait sistem pemesanan konvensional yang mengakibatkan keterlambatan dan ketidakakuratan data. Restoran ini, yang telah beroperasi sejak 2014 di Purbalingga, masih menggunakan proses manual dalam pemesanan makanan dan minuman, termasuk pemesanan langsung, telepon, atau pesan teks melalui WhatsApp. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas pelayanan, dikembangkan sistem informasi berbasis Android dengan metode prototipe. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempercepat proses pemesanan, menyediakan informasi menu, stok, dan harga secara lengkap kepada pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi waktu pemesanan, dari 8,8 menit menjadi 4,6 menit, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 pada uji paired samples T test. Sistem ini dinilai sangat baik menurut standar ISO 25010 dengan nilai Functional Suitability 91,67%, Performance Efficiency 93,59%, Reliability 94,44%, Usability 92,59%, dan Maintainability 89,8%. Penerapan sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi pemesanan, serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan efisiensi operasional restoran.

Abstract

Kotayasa Village is a village that has the highest number of poor households in Banyumas Regency with 1,662 poor households (78%). This study aims to determine which factors have a significant effect and interpret the binary logistic regression model for poor households in Kotayasa Village. The data used in this research is secondary data from the Office of Social and Community and Village Empowerment in Banyumas Regency. The results showed that the factors that had a significant effect on poor households in Kotayasa Village were electricity, gold savings and livestock. Meanwhile, factors that have no significant effect are sources of drinking water and private vehicles. The results of the analysis obtained the odds ratio values, namely electric power of 3,999, gold deposits of 7,963, and livestock of 1,497. The electric power variable shows that households with electric power less than equal to 900 have a greater chance of being included in poor households of 3,999. The gold savings variable is that households that do not have gold savings have a greater chance of being included in poor households of 7,963. The livestock variable shows that households that do not have livestock have a greater chance of being included in poor households of 1,497. Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi investasi pada pasar modal digital dan Cryptocurrency dalam konteks manajemen keuangan perusahaan. Metode literatur review digunakan untuk menyelidiki berbagai pendekatan investasi yang relevan dan hasil evaluasi dari strategi-strategi tersebut. Dengan fokus pada investasi dalam aset digital dan Cryptocurrency, artikel ini menggambarkan berbagai strategi yang telah digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam mengelola portofolio keuangannya. Dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik unik dari pasar modal digital dan Cryptocurrency, penulis mengevaluasi keefektifan strategi-strategi tersebut dalam menghasilkan keuntungan, mengelola risiko, dan memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan. Hasil literatur review menyoroti tantangan dan peluang yang terkait dengan investasi dalam aset digital, serta faktor-faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan oleh manajer keuangan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi praktisi keuangan dan manajer perusahaan yang tertarik untuk memahami lebih lanjut tentang strategi investasi dalam pasar modal digital dan Cryptocurrency. Dengan demikian, artikel ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi perusahaan dalam mengembangkan pendekatan investasi yang sesuai dengan tujuan keuangan mereka di era digital ini.

Abstract

The rapid growth of cryptocurrencies over the past 14 years has led to increased deep-level mining activities. This research aims to explore the environmental impacts resulting from the surge in crypto mining and proposed solutions to mitigate these impacts. Cryptocurrencies, gaining popularity as alternative investments and global payment tools, have significantly boosted crypto mining activities. However, the increasing number of transactions requiring computer validation has resulted in adverse consequences for the environment, particularly in terms of substantial energy consumption. Literature review and systematic analysis were conducted to comprehend the environmental impact of crypto mining, focusing on major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others. The analysis highlights that crypto mining, especially Bitcoin, requires a significant amount of electricity, leading to a substantial carbon footprint and broad environmental repercussions. Proposed solutions to address the environmental impact of crypto mining include the use of renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power, enhancing the efficiency of specialized mining devices (ASICs), and exploring more energy-efficient consensus mechanisms like Proof of Stake (PoS) compared to the currently utilized Proof of Work (PoW). Reducing redundancy in blockchain technology has also been identified as a crucial step in minimizing unnecessary energy consumption. However, this research has limitations concerning data consistency, a comprehensive understanding of overall environmental impacts, and continuous technological changes in the crypto world. Therefore, future research should focus on developing more efficient consensus mechanisms, effective policy frameworks and governance, as well as real-world implementation studies to evaluate the sustainability solutions proposed.

Abstract

With the help of digital marketing and green marketing, the purpose of this study is to investigate the influence that marketing events have on customer satisfaction in micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) located in the Banyumas Regency. The method of sampling is known as simple random sampling. This is due to the fact that the population is quite huge, which means that the samples are taken depending on the convenience that is discovered. To estimate the appropriate size of the sample for this investigation, the Slovin formula was utilized. (0.1) is the absolute maximum percentage of the sample limit that can still be allowed. The distribution of questionnaires to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the Banyumas Regency was carried out by sending a link to a Google form. The findings of this study indicate that marketing events have an effect on the level of satisfaction experienced by consumers, that digital marketing acts as a mediator during the interaction between marketing events and consumer satisfaction, and that green marketing acts as a moderator during the relationship between marketing events and consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Leadership and conflict management training play a crucial role in strengthening human resource (HR) empowerment within non-profit organizations. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of leadership and conflict management training in enhancing individual capabilities for conflict management and advancing HR potential in non-profit organizations. The method used is Community Service (PKM), with a hands-on approach and periodic competency evaluations. Through this training program, participants are provided with in-depth understanding of conflict dynamics and adaptive leadership techniques that help foster a harmonious and productive work environment. The outcomes of this activity indicate a significant improvement in participants' abilities to manage conflicts, enhance team collaboration, and actively contribute to the organization's goals. This training program is expected to serve as an effective model for HR empowerment in other non-profit organizations.

Abstract

AbstrakBanyaknya jumlah karyawan produksi disuatu industry menjadi suatu tantangan bagi karyawan pekerja kantoran dalam mengontrol dan menjaga kualitas dan kuantitas hasil produksi dan juga harus menjaga kinerja kerjanya supaya tetap mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan di KBN Cakung. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 100 responden yang merupakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh pekerja karyawan pekerja kantoran di Perusahaan. Penulis juga menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis Metode pre test yang dilakukan kepada 30 responden, dan Metode Main test meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan stress kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawanKata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThe large number of production employees in an industry becomes a challenge for office workers in controlling and maintaining the quality and quantity of production, and also maintain their work performance in order to keep getting maximum results. The main purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of leadership, work motivation, and job stress to performance of employees at Perusahaan at KBN Cakung. By using a quantitative approach with 100 respondents who are saturated samples, namely all office workers at Perusahaan. The author also uses nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. The researcher used analysis technique. The pre-test method was conducted on 30 respondents, and the Main test method included validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results show that leadership and work motivation have no significant effect on performance of employees, and work stress has a significant effect on performance of employees.Keyword: Leadership, Work Motivation, Job Stress, Performance Of Employees

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada ZARA di Jakarta. Terdapat dua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini yaitu Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan, serta satu variabel terikat yaitu Kepuasan Konsumen. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 responden yang telah mengetahui ZARA. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yang merupakan bagian dari non- probability sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 25, dengan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa variabel Brand Image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, dan Kualitas Pelayanan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, serta Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan konsumen.Kata Kunci: Brand image, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia face various challenges, including limited digitalization capabilities, lack of product innovation, marketing, and difficulty adapting to environmental changes, and slow response to dynamic market competition, all of which hinder the improvement of their marketing performance. The purpose of this study is to provide an accurate analysis of the role of digital marketing-based entrepreneurial resilience in mediating entrepreneurial marketing strategies on the marketing performance of MSMEs in Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap, Kebumen (Barlingmascakeb), which is a new concept in helping to overcome MSME marketing performance. This study is categorized as explanatory research, namely research that aims to explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The approach to this study is a survey approach. The population in this study were all batik MSMEs in Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap, Kebumen (Barlingmascakeb) totaling 259. Of the total population of 259, only 107 use digital marketing so this study uses a sampling technique with purposive sampling of 107 respondents in this study. The results of this study are that entrepreneurial marketing does not have a positive effect on marketing performance, entrepreneurial marketing has a positive effect on digital marketing-based entrepreneurial resilience, digital marketing-based entrepreneurial resilience has a positive effect on marketing performance and digital marketing-based entrepreneurial resilience mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and marketing performance.
