Abstract

Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM) penting diterapkan masa pandemi, karena salah satu penyebab tingginya penyebaran COVID-19 adalah belum diterapkannya PHBS. Kemenkes mengeluarkan protokol pemicuan STBM di tengah pandemi dalam memasuki era new normal. Kelurahan yang ada di wilayah Puskesmas Pasar Ikan belum tercatat sebagai Kelurahan Stop Buang air besar Sembarangan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pelaksanaan pemicuan STBM pada masa new normal pandemi COVID-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan berjumlah 8 orang yang terdiri dari 2 Sanitarian Dinkes, 2 Sanitarian Puskesmas, 2 staf Kelurahan, 1 Ketua RT dan 1 masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukan pemicuan yang dilakukan meliputi pemetaan sanitasi dan diskusi, bina suasana tidak dilakukan, waktu pemicuan dipersingkat serta penerapan protokol kesehatan saat pemicuan telah diterapkan. Saat pandemi bina suasana akan dilakukan jika diperlukan. Masyarakat dan Tim Pemicu melakukan pembuatan peta sanitasi sederhana. Peta berisi informasi tentang batas dusun, rumah yang mempunyai dan rumah tanpa jamban, jalan, sungai, sumber air, masalah sanitasi yang ada. Dalam peta ditunjukkan/ditandai tempat yang biasanya membuang limbah WC, tempat sampah dan air limbah. Pelaksanaan pemicuan STBM di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pasar Ikan Kota Bengkulu pada masa new normal telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Pedoman dari Kemenkes.

Abstract

Pola pengelolaan sampah yang efektif diperlukan karena Indonesia menghadapi masalah besar dalam pengelolaan sampah, dengan 175.000 ton sampah per hari, atau 64 juta ton per tahun. Rt. 20 Kelurahan Sawah Lebar Baru masih menggunakan sistem pengelolaan sampah yang buruk dan belum menerapkan konsep pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendidikan pengelolaan sampah berdampak pada pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku penduduk Rt. 20 Kelurahan Sawah Lebar Baru. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen, menggunakan satu kelompok pre-test dan satu kelompok post-test. Orang-orang dari RT 20 Kelurahan Sawah Lebar Baru berjumlah 78 orang yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil: Analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan meningkat dari rata-rata 17,95 sebelum edukasi menjadi 21,9 setelahnya, dengan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai z 6,920 dan sig. 0,000. Variabel sikap juga meningkat dari rata-rata 36,88 menjadi 41,92, dengan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai z -7,590 dan sig. 0,000. Variabel perilaku juga meningkat dari rata-rata 55,55 menjadi 63,26.  Akibatnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku warga Rt 20 Kelurahan Sawah Lebar Baru dipengaruhi oleh pelatihan pengelolaan sampah. Disarankan agar masyarakat lebih peduli dengan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dan menerapkan konsep zero waste untuk mengurangi sampah.

Abstract

Penyakit menular adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh sebuah agen biologi yang penyebaran penyakitnya akan mudah terjadi setelah bencana banjir. Hal ini disebabkan karena kondisi lingkungan yang mendukung untuk berkembangnya vector dan agen biologi seperti nyamuk yang dapat menimbulkan penyakit. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut harus didukung oleh pengetahuan yang baik terkait dengan hal yang harus dilakukan untukmencegah timbulnya penyebaran penyakit menular. World Health Organization (WHO, 2006) menyebutkan bahwa terdapat lima hal yang harus dipahami dan dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat untuk mencegah penyebaran penyakit menular akibat bencana banjir yaitu: menjaga kebersihan air, sanitasi dan rencana tempat pengungsian; pelayanan kesehatan primer; sistemperingatan dini; pencegahan penyebaran penyakit seperti Diare, Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) dan malaria.[1] Banjir dapat didefinisikan sebagai genangan dalam jumlah yang banyak pada lahan yang biasanya kering seperti pada lahan pertanian, permukiman, pusat kota. Banjir dapat berdampak pada kesehatan seseorang, baik yang dalam kondisi sehat maupun sakit. Abstract

Ketepatan model geologi sangat menentukan akurasi estimasi cadangan dan keberhasilan perencanaan tambang batubara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonsiliasi model geologi batubara eksisting dengan data aktual penambangan di Pit 2 Blok 17 PT. Senamas Energindo Mineral, guna mengoptimalkan cadangan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis data pemboran infill (14 lubang), validasi dan verifikasi data logging oleh seoarang Competent Person, pemodelan ulang seam batubara, serta perhitungan cadangan berbasis model terbaru. Hasil menunjukkan adanya redefinisi seam S07 menjadi tiga sub-seam (S07M1, S07M2, dan S07L), serta penipisan seam utama (S06–S09) ke arah downdip. Estimasi cadangan menurun dari 4,1 juta ton (Stripping Ratio 6,1) menjadi 3,1 juta ton (Stripping Ratio 7,2), sebagian karena area yang telah ditambang. Dari segi teknis dengan adanya perubahan nilai stripping ratio tentunya akan merubah desain pit secara bertahap yang sudah direncanakan sebelumnya, Dari segi ekonomis naiknya nilai stripping ratio mengakibatkan naiknya biaya produksi yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap nilai kelayakan investasi tambang, harga jual yang rendah juga sangat mempengaruhi operasional penambangan. Rekonsiliasi ini membuktikan sangat pentingnya pembaruan model secara berkala berdasarkan data lapangan, terutama untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan tambang secara lebih akurat dan efisien.

Due to poor knowledge of diet or incorrect understanding of the body's need for macro- and micronutrients, this intake is low. Anemia in adolescent girls is still a major health problem because its prevalence is still above 20%, namely 21.7%. The Aim Of The Research: This study aims to determine the effect of nutrition education on knowledge of anemia prevention among female adolescents at MTsN 02 Bengkulu City. Research Method: For this research, a quasi-experimental research design with a pre-test-post-test control group design was used. The population is all young women at MTsN 02 Bengkulu City with a sample of 112 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, before being given education, respondents are given a pretest, then the education is given using the lecture method with leaflets and the animated video method, carried out in 3 meetings with a distance of 1 day and after the 3rd meeting they are immediately given a post test with the same questionnaire. Results: there is an effect of providing nutrition education using the animated video method on increasing knowledge of young women about anemia at MTsN 02 Bengkulu City, shown by a p-value of 0.018, which means a p-value <0.05. Conclusion: The animated video method has a significant impact in increasing awareness of young women about how to prevent anemia.
