Abstract

This research was conducted on Inclusive Special Educator Teachers (GPK) in Padang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Organizational Commitment and the work performance of Inclusive Honorer (GPK) Teachers in Padang City. The sample selection technique in this study uses saturated sampling which is the method of determining the sample if the population is relatively small, less than 30 people, or research that wants to generalize with a very small error Sugiyono (2017). The sample in this study amounted to 86 people. Validity and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha.The test results show the validity coefficient on the Organizational commitment scale 0.408 to 0.695 while the reliability coefficient is 0.982. The test results of the performance scale validity coefficient showed from 0.343 to 0.682 with a reliability coefficient of 0.948. Hypothesis test results show the magnitude of the correlation coefficient of 0.487 with a significant level of p = 0,000. It means that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between organizational commitment and performance. Positive values indicate that the higher the organizational commitment, the higher the teacher's performance, and vice versa, the lower the organizational commitment, the lower the performance of Teachers of Special Education Teachers (GPK). The effective contribution of the compensation variable to job satisfaction is 49%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee performance in production at PT Batanghari Barisan Padang. The independent variable in this study is perceived organizational support and the dependent variable is Performance. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of perceived organizational support and performance. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sample technique. The sample in this study was 81 employees of the production field of PT Batanghari Barisan Padang. The validity and reliability test in this study uses the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the scale of perceived organizational support move from rix = 0.310 to rix = 0.809 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.883 while on the scale of moving performance from rix = 0.316 to rix = 0.803 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.864. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of 0.515 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000, which means the hypothesis was accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and the performance of employees in the production sector at PT Batanghari Barisan Padang. The effective contribution of the variable perceived organizational support for performance by 30%.

Abstract

The research is aimed to know the relationship between a social support of families with optimism the future of the inmate 's murder at the Lapas Klas IIA Kota Padang . The independent variable in this study is social support and the dependent variable is optimism . The measuring instrument used in this study is scale social support and optimism scale . Mechanical taking samples in the study is using the technique of saturated samples . Samples in research this is 38 people inmate cases killings at the Lapas Klas IIA Kota Padang . The validity and reliability test in this study uses the Cronbach Alpha technique . The results of the coefficient of the validity of the scale of social support moves from r ix = 0.30 9 until the r ix = 0, 689 with the coefficient of reliability of α = 0.9 14 while on a scale of optimism moving from r ix = 0.3 09 up to r ix = 0.799 with the co efficient of reliability of α = 0.9 35 . Based on data analysis , a correlation value of 0, 928 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000, which means the hypothesis was accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between social support from the family and optimism in the murder convicts in Lapas Klas IIA Kota Padang .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas dengan perilaku prososial. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah religiusitas dan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku prososial. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala religiusitas dan skala perilaku prososial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti sebanyak 630 subjek. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 149 orang siswa SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti. Koefisien validitas variabel religiusitas diperoleh nilai Corrected Item-Total Correlation berkisar antara antara rxy = 0,311 sampai dengan rxy = 0,865 dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas sebesar α = 0,967. Untuk koefisien validitas variabel perilaku prososial diperoleh nilai Corrected Item-Total Correlation berkisar antara rxy = 0,326 sampai dengan rxy = 0,827 dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas sebesar α = 0,902. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh 0,01 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara religiusitas dengan perilaku prososial yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Besarnya sumbangan efektif dari variabel religiusitas dengan perilaku prososial adalah sebesar 28% dan 72% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara resiliensi dengan stress kerja pada guru di SDN 02 Koto Tangah Kabupaten Agam. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah resiliensil dan variabel terikat adalah stress kerja. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala resiliensi dan skala stress kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran skala resiliensi dan skala stress kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang guru di SDN 02 Koto Tangah Kabupaten Agam. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Hasil koefisien validitas pada skala resiliensi rxy = 0,318 sampai dengan rxy = 0,835 dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar α = 0,958, sedangkan pada skala stress kerja bergerak dari bergerak dari rxy = 0,378 sampai dengan rxy = 0,852 dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar α = 0,943. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar -0,834 dengan taraf signifikansi p = 0,000 yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara resiliensi dengan stress kerja pada guru di SDN 02 Koto Tangah Kabupaten Agam. Dengan besar sumbangan efektif dari variabel resiliensi dengan stress kerja pada guru di SDN 02 Koto Tangah Kabupaten Agam yaitu sebesar 69 %.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many impacts on various sectors of life. There are many changes in habits occur in education, offices, economy, trade and many other sectors. In the economic sector, many business actors complain about the change in habits that interact directly to become connected via the internet network. Many businessmen have complained about the decreasing their income due to this pandemic and there are a lot that has been forced to permanently stop their business activities. Even so, there are still many businessmen who are still able to survive in the midst of this pandemic. They can still attract the attention of their consumers and do various ways to keep these consumers using their products. This situation is called customer engagement, which is a condition where consumers/customers feel psychologically bound/involved in the products they use. Thus, the researchers here are interested in seeing how the customer engagement picture of the people of Padang City during the covid-19 pandemic describes. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. Data were obtained using a psychological scale in the form of a questionnaire totaling 31 statement items. The results of research on 210 people show that the level of customer engagement of the people of Padang City during the Covid19 pandemic is relatively low. People do not have a high attachment or do not stick to one product, but there are other things that influence people in buying and using a product, namely the urgent need and the price given. It indirectly shows that the pandemic has had a significant impact on community customer engagement. The results of additional statistical analysis also show that differences in gender and type of work also affect the formation of community customer engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between self-confidence and working readiness in final year students majoring in jinayah and siyasa, sharia faculty, State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Imam Bonjol Padang. The population in this study were final year students who were taking thesis courses totaling 50 people. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, namely the purpose of the sample is to take the subject not based on strata, random but based on a specific purpose. The measuring instrument used is the self-confidence scale and the work readiness scale. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis in this study is to use product moment (person) correlation, which shows that there is a significant relationship between self-confidence and working readiness, meaning that the higher the self-confidence, the higher the working readiness of final year students majoring. jinayah and siyasa of IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. It means that the research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Online learning is enforced by all higher education in Indonesia due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There is an inability of students to manage time and often delay the work given by the lecturer. This study aimed to reveal the degree of relationship between student time management and academic procrastination in higher education. This research was conducted at the Psychology Faculty of the University Puta Indonesia YPTK Padang, Indonesia. The sample of this research was psychology students as many as 202 respondents. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The results showed that the level of correlation between time management and academic procrastination of psychology students was 0.242 with data processing using SPSS 26. Which means that there is a relationship between students' ability to manage time and delay in completing assignments by students of the faculty of psychology. The role of lecturers in providing direction and motivation to students is very much needed.

Abstract

objective – The aim of this research is to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction in the effect of psychological empowerment on employee engagement. Design/Methodology/Approach - The population of this study is millennial generation employees at BUMN companies in Padang City. A sample of 67 respondents was taken through cluster random sampling technique, 15 companies were selected as research locations. The research instrument was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. Testing the data through quantitative data analysis techniques structural equation models namely Structural Equation Modeling - PLS-based SEM. Findings – Research findings from SmartPLS v. data processing results. 3 shows that all the proposed hypotheses are proven to be supported. Psychological empowerment has a positive and significant (significant) effect on job satisfaction, psychological empowerment has a positive and significant (significant) effect on employee engagement, job satisfaction has a positive and significant (significant) effect on employee engagement, job satisfaction has no role in mediating psychological influences empowerment on employee engagement. Research limitations – This research is limited to the employee engagement variable and the research data was taken from 1 BUMN company in Padang City. Thus, the results of the study cannot be concluded in general. Originality – The research focus is on the effect of psychological empowerment on employee engagement and looking at the mediating role of job satisfaction variables.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Work Study Conflict dengan Kepuasan Berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Angkatan 2017 Universitas Ekasakti Padang yang Berjualan Online. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Work Study Conflict dan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan Berwirausaha. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Work Study Conflict dan skala Kepuasan Berwirausaha. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh.  Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 47 orang mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Eksakti Padang Angkatan 2017 yang berjualan online. Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Indeks daya beda aitem pada skala Work Study Conflict bergerak dari rix = 0,308 sampai dengan rix = 0,644 dengan koefesien reliabilitas sebesar α =0,894. Sedangkan pada skala Kepuasan Berwirausaha bergerak dari rix = 0,436 sampai  dengan rix = 0,806 dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar α =0,950. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Work Study Conflict dengan Kepuasan Berwirausaha, dengan nilai kolerasi (r) sebesar -0,585 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara Work Study Conflcit dengan Kepuasan Berwirausaha dengan arah negatif, artinya semakin tinggi Work Study Conflcit, maka semakin rendah Kepuasan Berwirausaha sebaliknya semakin rendah Kepuasan Berwirausaha, maka semakin tinggi Work Study Conflict  pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Ekasakti Padang Angkatan 2017. Kata Kunci : Work Study Conflict, Kepuasan Berwirausaha, Mahasiswa
