Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi terkait dengan pelaksanaan peran guru sebagai motivator di SMKN 2 Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMKN 2 Padang dengan jumlah 563 siswa dan sampel berjumlah 96 siswa yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner model Skala Likert yang terdiri dari 40 item dengan alternatif jawaban Sangat Setuju (SS), Setuju (S), Kurang Setuju (KS), Tidak Setuju (TS), Sangat Tidak Setuju (STS). Sebelum digunakan, kuesioner tersebut diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya terlebih dahulu. Uji coba dilakukan kepada 20 siswa kelas XI diluar sampel penelitian. Uji coba validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan program IBM SPSS 24.0 for windows. Uji validitas penelitian ini menggunakan product moment dengan taraf signifikan 5% (0,444) dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan mencari skor rata-rata (mean) dan tingkat capaian rata-rata (TCR). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pelaksanaan peran guru sebagai motivator pada komponen: 1) Metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 4,37, 2) Memberikan penghargaan sebagai dorongan berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 4,35, 3) Memberikan hukuman/sanksi berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 4,18, dan 4) Menggunakan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 4,23. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan peran guru sebagai motivator berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 4,30.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses analisis penyusunan visi, misi, tujuan dan program sekolah, pihak-pihak yang terlibat, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Reduksi data digunakan untuk menganalisis dan menafsirkan fakta, dan penulisan naratif yang digunakan untuk menyebarkan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, komite dan guru di SMKN 1 Kecamatan Guguak Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan visi, misi, tujuan dan program sekolah akan melibatkan beberapa pihak yang berkompeten dalam bidangnya masing-masing yaitu: kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, tata usaha, guru, komite, beberapa perusahaan, masyarakat sekitar dan perwakilan orangtua. Penyusunan visi, misi, tujuan dan program sekolah dibuat dalam jangka waktu panjang, misalnya 5 tahun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa yang rendah dalam pembelajaran tematik di sekolah dasar yang berdampak terhadap kualitas pendidikan di sekolah terssebut.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar dalam pembelajaran tematik berbantukan permainan edukatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tematik berbantukan permainan edukatif dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa di sekolah dasar. Terlihat bahwa pada motivasi siswa mengalami peningkatan dari rata- rata 81,5% sampai ke 91%, begitu juga pada hasil belajar siswa yang mengalami peningkatan persentase ketuntasan materi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia 60% sampai ke 90%, IPA 50% sampai ke 90% dan IPS 60% sampai ke 95%.

Abstract

Computer-based management information systems mean that computers play an important role. An organization's technical capabilities, or an organization's ability to adapt to internal and external conditions, are critical to organizational success.In the midst of rapid technological advances, using Management Information Systems is the best way to manage high-quality information resources. The management role requires the effective deployment and use of resources to achieve specific goals. As a result, this task will help management by providing information quickly and precisely. To support company goals, an effective management information system is needed. In reality, the term "computer-based" or "computer-based information processing" is always associated with good and efficient management information systems. Information is required for each process, which is partly created by the management information system. To meet the needs and decisions made by organizations at each level of management, data and information produced by information systems through special analysis are very helpful. Therefore, the aim of establishing a management information system (MIS) is to provide organizations with data and information that assists in making management decisions, both relating to routine and strategic management and decisions.

Abstract

This literature reviews aims to explore the interconnected roles of planning and decision-making in organizational management. The study synthesizes insights from existing research to explore how structured planning and informed decision-making processes contribute to sustainable growth. Findings reveal that decision-making is a core leadership function, involving rational and logical steps such as problem identification, alternative generation, solution selection, and implementation. Effective decision-making balances logic with intuition, enabling leaders to address challenges of varying complexity. Similarly, planning emerges as a fundamental process for goal-setting and resource allocation, supporting decision-making through clear strategies and structured implementation. Types of decision-making, including importance-based, regularity-based, and environment-based decisions, underscore the need for flexibility and adaptability in diverse scenarios. Factors such as organizational hierarchy, problem complexity, situational context, and resource availability further influence these processes. By integrating robust planning and decision-making practices, organizations can enhance their capacity for innovation, maintain strategic alignment, and achieve resilience in dynamic environments.

Abstract

This literature review examines the dynamics of leadership and decision-making in groups, focusing on how collective problem-solving and shared responsibility influence organizational success. Using a library research methodology, this study synthesizes secondary data from books, peer-reviewed journals, and credible library resources. The methodological steps included data collection, critical evaluation, thematic analysis, and synthesis to derive relevant findings. The findings reveal that decision-making is a structured process involving logical considerations, alternative options, and clear goals. Group interactions significantly impact decision-making dynamics by encouraging conformity to group norms and influencing individual behaviors. However, challenges such as prolonged discussions, conformity pressure, and task ambiguity can hinder effective group decision-making. Additionally, decision types general decisions based on principles, and specific decisions tailored to unique situations require a balance between strategic frameworks and adaptability. This study underscores the importance of evidence-based approaches to understanding the complexities of leadership and group decision-making. Effective decision-making demands a comprehensive grasp of theories, group dynamics, and contextual influences. These insights are instrumental in fostering successful collaboration and optimizing decision-making in dynamic organizational environments.

Abstract

Decision-making plays a crucial role in the management of educational institutions, as decisions made by the principal must be implemented by subordinates and other individuals associated with the institution. The effectiveness of decision-making directly impacts an organization's success, while mistakes can lead to significant consequences, such as loss of reputation or financial resources. This study investigates the problem-solving and decision-making system at JHS IT Darul Hikmah. The objective is to understand how the principal applies this system to achieve the school's goals and address challenges effectively. This study adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing descriptive study methods to analyze the decision-making processes at JHS IT Darul Hikmah. The findings reveal that decision-making involves deliberation with teachers to ensure democratic practices and alignment with the school’s vision and mission. However, the study also identifies several factors that hinder effective decision-making, including limited teacher participation in deliberations and financial constraints. These challenges highlight the need for more comprehensive strategies to improve decision-making at JHS IT Darul Hikmah.

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology today brings education to participate in using the features available in today’s media such as the transition from face-to-face learning communication in schools to face-to-face assisted by technology such as laptops, tablets, cellphones and other multimedia. Technology currently provides innovation in the learning process both from home and from school. However, there are still many teachers and students who have not utilized technology such as laptops, tablets, cellphones and other multimedia in the learning process. The purpose of the study was to analyze the benefits and relationships of the four main variables of communication assessment elements with digital devices. The research method used was quantitative with a sample of 148 teachers randomly selected from schools that use technology in the learning process. Data collection techniques with instruments. The instruments used were four indicator instruments, namely technology from laptops, tablets, cellphones and other multimedia. Data analysis techniques with descriptive statistics using SPSS version 26.0 calculated the mean, standard deviation, and correlation test. The results of the study found that the four indicators had high reliability and the four indicators had significant utilization, were mutually positive and had a high relationship with each other. The conclusion is that the four technological devices are good for use in digital communication during the learning process and laptops and tablets are more recommended in this study.

Abstract

This study examines the importance of educating a generation based on the Qur'an as a foundation for building a sustainable Islamic civilization. The Qur'an, as the main source of values ​​and ethics for Muslims, serves as a guideline for shaping individual character and contributing to society. This study uses a qualitative approach, focusing on literature review and comparative analysis of classical and contemporary interpretations of the Qur'an. The research findings indicate that instilling Qur'anic values ​​through education is essential for building a just and prosperous society. Proper interpretation and internalization of these values ​​enable Muslims to face contemporary challenges and contribute to building a resilient Islamic civilization.

Abstract

This raises concerns about the credibility of news and journalism, as deepfakes can be used to spread false information and manipulate public opinion. The purpose of this study is to discuss the impact of deepfake technology on news credibility, to compare it with previous research, and to evaluate the relevance of the findings to the current journalistic context. This study has important implications for journalism practitioners in facing new challenges from this technological advancement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of deepfake technology on news and journalism credibility. Data collection methods used in this study include surveys, interviews, field experiments, and participant observation. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical techniques and inferential analysis. Data from the survey and field experiments will be processed and analyzed to determine the level of change in perceptions of news credibility along with the use of deepfake technology. The results of the study indicate that deepfake technology has a significant impact on news and journalism credibility. According to the data collected, the use of deepfake in news production has led to a decline in public trust in the information presented by the media. In addition, these findings also highlight the importance of regulation and control in the application of deepfake technology in journalism to minimize the risk of spreading fake news and information manipulation. This emphasizes the need for a cautious approach to the use of technology that can damage the integrity of information and disrupt the fair and accurate reporting process. Cooperation between the media, government, and technologists is needed to overcome the negative consequences of deepfake in journalism. All parties must be responsible for ensuring the truth and fairness in presenting information to the public.
